I have been going here since they opened. I always have Stephen do my nails. Stephen and other staff actually have conversations with the customers, which is nice a lot of places do not. I went in to get a manicure and pedicure before my vacation and the lady suggested that I get the powder because it would be better and she also suggested gel on my toes because she said it would shine. She was absolutely correct about both! My hands and feet looked great and I was in and out within an hour and a half for both. My time is valuable and I dont like to sit in salons for hours getting things done and she was excellent! I will keep going back because they are very good at what they do.

After 2 failed attempts at getting my nails done by professionals, I called this place. They told me I needed an appointment but took me right away even without appointment. The place is super nice and clean. From my arrival I immediately noticed that they care about their clients. I was going to be helped by a male technician but I felt a bit uncomfortable and asked if someone else could do my nails. They promptly asked me if I preferred have a female technician. They had no problem accommodating me. I was then helped by Lee. She was extremely nice and made every attempt at every step to make me feel like my opinions mattered. She asked me at every step if I liked my nails so far or if I wanted them differently. My nails ended up fabulous! Just like I wanted them. I got a french ombre. I have to be honest and say that after my two previous attempts at other highly rated places I was very skeptical they could do a good job here, but I was blown away. Thanks Lee! You rock girl! I highly recommend this nail salon.

Highly recommend Q nails. There are a lot of technicians so the wait is minimal. They are all talented. They have always accommodated any request or design idea. They are also great at making suggestions if you are unsure as well as improving ideas. Best nail spot in town.

I wanted to give 5 stars as I have always had a great experience with this nail salon. My VIP pedicure was AMAZING and I love how my toenails turned out. Previous appointments getting manicures and acrylic nails went just as great for me. However, this past time was not as great of an experience. I waited a very long time before anyone got to me even after making an appointment. I was able to enjoy the massage chair while I waited which made it better. I also brought in my younger sister with me to have her nails filled. The gentleman who did them was careless, seemed disinterested and rushed through her fill in about 20 minutes. She requested they be trimmed and they were not. He was sloppy with applying lotion and didn’t clean up extra paint around her fingernails. The final product was so horrible that I had her schedule an appointment with a different salon to fix them as soon as we left. I would recommend this nail salon but not when they are too busy to accommodate their appointments.

I showed her an idea picture of what I wanted and she took two designs I couldnt decide on and combined them into something so cute and adorable!

Most importantly this place is always clean! Today I had an amazing pedicure. Completely loved the experience with them! I will not be going anywhere else from now on.

Tina was nice, professional and her work is impeccable (Im very picky just for the record)I showed her a pinterest picture of how I wanted my nails and she delivered.The young girl that did my pedicure was so nice, Took her time and just did a great job on my pedicure.She also did my 8 year old nails and toes and they look so nice! My little one is a happy camper and shes hard to please

My first visit today, pedicure and manicure with dipped color. Michael did a fabulous job and was very patient and kind to this newbie and getting her nailed down. I will be going back and requesting Michael again. Five stares for sure👏

They have always be so clean and professional. Even more so now with COVID precautions in place. I have never had a bad experience. Every time I come in with a design idea and show it to whoever is doing my nails that day they always make it happen.

They do a great job! Wait time is long for walk ins and only bad thing is my nails break a lot never had them break this much anywhere else but they do fix for free if they were done there.

I ventured in on a Saturday morning, expecting it to be busy, but there was only myself and 3 other customers there. I was seated right away for my pedicure (priced at $16!). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to find the exact nail polish color I wanted.The pedicure included cutting and/or filing of the nails, cuticle clean up, a foot scrub, leg massage and hot towels on the legs while the toenails are being painted.I was very happy with the results and the prices, and I will definitely return again!

This was only my second time at Q Nails, and my first time getting dip nails redone. Lucy (who did a wonderful job the first time) wasnt there, but Linda was more than up to the task. After Kevin gently (my nails are super thin, hence the need for dipping) removed the first coating, Linda applied my chosen design, along with extra sparkles (her suggestion).Everyone was very helpful. Plus, the reception staff were wiping door handles and other surfaces frequently. I love my new, super strong (and pretty!) nails!

My first time visiting this location and attempting to get a gel refill. What an absolute negative experience! If I was able to give this rating a “zero” I CERTAINLY WOULD! After being escorted to a seat (which was directly between two other customers...within 6 feet distance during Covid) I waited about 10 minutes until someone came to the nail station to assist me. When the gentleman came over I noticed he had not washed or sanitized his hands before attending to me. Additionally, he had just finished a prior customer’s nails. I shared a photo regarding how I would like my nails designed (which consisted of an extremely simple design on 4 nails). I have been getting me nails done for several years and have never been quoted $5 per nail; per design. Absolutely ludicrous indeed! Meanwhile, when I asked the nail technician if he was capable of doing the design he spoke to 3 of his colleagues and consistently wanted to touch my phone (where I had the sample design). I will NOT go back there ever! And to bring more insult to the negative experience...the guy that sits in the front that many state his customer service is good...not my experience! He merely watched me communicate with the nail technician and when I attempted to leave the nail salon he said absolutely nothing! Please tell me he is NOT the manager...!

This is not a salon that I would recommend to others. Very unprofessional and seems they dont take pride in customer service. The guy up front was extremely rude after I expressed my concern, and what the nail tech did to me. The nail tech wasnt paying attention and clipped my skin on my toe and caused me to bleed heavily then she offered to put glue on it. I was livid at the lack of care they demonstrated. Not only is it poor customer service but its a sanitary issue as well. I never once seen them disinfect before I sat down or even after I bled. The salon fooled me at first because when you walk in its attractive and has beautiful decor, but thats about it. This is an honest review and my real experience please choose another nail salon. I wont be coming back ever and will not recommend to friends or family. Im a very unhappy customer with the experience I had there. They never even made an attempt to make it right with me, that in itself shows alot! Im hoping that my toe doesnt get infected, I will post a follow up review soon.

Came back and gave them another shot since my mom and sisters come here all the time. It was a completely opposite experience from the first time I came. Was sat down right away and lady did a great job on my pedicure and got my tough ingrowns.For a great experience either come at non peak hours or set an appointment.

Once again, I love this place. I always get the best service!! The girls here are very friendly, and never pushing unwanted products on me!! My nails look awe-some every time I leave!! Prices are reasonable and shop is clean!! By far, the best shop around, and believe me, Ive tried them all and will never go anywhere else!!

Got an acrylic set almost 3 weeks ago. It was my first time with them, so naturally I was nervous. But yall they absolutely KILLED IT. Totally exceeded my expectations. My design required little jewels and they are all still on even after almost 3 weeks. Polish hasnt chipped, grow out doesnt look crazy. This place found a forever customer!!

I was visiting my daughter in WV and desperately needed my nails done. I had a man that wasn’t able to paint a flower on 1 finger, no problem, shortened my nails to a good length and listened when I asked for total square shape….. He was terribly sloppy w th acrylic….all over cuticle area not really going over tips.Then he went over w a file, didn’t get close enough to finger and cuticle and stated taking my squared tumb nail at an angle. When he asked if it was ok I explained, it was until u took 1/2 my thumb nail and compared the 2 thumbs. He tried to rebuild and still wasn’t right, he tried to explain the way my nail grew, but it was the only nail he screwed up.Poor polishing job, never got my cuticles, xcess acrylic and left nail polish around nail

It was my first time there today my feet were rough they did a awesome job on them and also my nails are great definitely going back when it’s time for a fill in and also I’m gonna take my granddaughter’s with me to get their nails done

I have been going here for awhile by referral from a couple of friends that are long term clients. Their product quality is superior. Really, I know that sounds weird, but I have never has lifting or discoloration like I had in the past from other shops. I did ask why, and was told its all in the product they purchase, most shops wont spend the $$.As stated from others, they do try the up sell thing, however, thats a given in any nail shop...

I visited this stunning salon for the first time, after years of searching for somewhere reliable with great service I finally found it. Not only is it absolutely gorgeous inside, everyone staffed here is extraordinarily welcoming and kind. The pricing was very affordable especially for the quality of service. This is the first place I’ve been that actually keeps its appointments (everywhere else I’ve been will have you make an appointment and you’ll still end up waiting a half hour past your appointment time even if you’re early). They did an excellent job on my pedicure and I can’t wait to come back. 15/10

Went in here to get my manicure done since I had time before my date. Just in and out. But, this salon is very nice. Very clean and spacious. Not a single rude tech here. Everyone can speak English. The nail tech working on my nails was very gentle with me throughout the process of my manicure. When she was done, I was just in love with how pretty my nails looked! I highly recommend this salon if you live in the area! Wont regret it one bit!

My kids and I love Q Nails!!! We had 5 mani/pedis and eyebrow waxing to do. They had us in and out in 2hrs and looking fabulous as my daughters said! I highly recommend them!

I paid 45 dollars for a pedicure and manicure I always just get clear, and gave her a $10. tip. Started chipping off within 5 hours. I’ve been to a lot of places and never had this happen. Will not return

I came here a couple years ago and had an underwhelming experience. Decided to try them again since they are close to my house. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional this time around. Im not sure who my nail technician was but she took her time and paid attention to detail. The place is clean and parking is ample. I will definitely come back!

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND . I was very unhappy with the Full set I was given, I told the male nail tech That they were too thick and big and the ombré was not good. The top color was spread out all over the bottom color it was not blended properly, he filed them and attempted to fix them but they still look horrible.

**Update from my previous review this summer. I got my nails done 2 weeks ago. I got the SNS dipped powder as Ive been getting for the last several months because I love the way it looks and feels. This time I did not love it. After about a week and a few days the polish started to chip, which has happened before but only after several weeks. As the days went on more and more of my nails polish started chipping off excessively. Yesterday I went in not even to complain but simply to let them know and have the polish removed and just a clear coat added. I was told that it was too late to have it corrected for free and that it would cost $20. I was willing to pay to have the polish removed but no way am I paying $20 to fix something that I paid $40 for only 2 weeks ago. Im very disappointed.I just went here for the 1st time and I was very pleased by the service. It was fairly full when I walked in but I didnt have to wait at all. There were plenty of nail techs and workers to tend to eveyone. Everyone was friendly and I love my nails and my pedicure! I can see myself going back.

I got a pedicure and a manicure and I honestly have to say I am VERY disappointed. I heard nothing but good things before I came in, but this place is unacceptable. I can’t speak for the other techs and their work but the male tech I had was terrible. my pedicure and my manicure were RUSHED. he DID NOT take his time AT ALL. when I would tell him to fix an issue he got an attitude. I didn’t get his name but he had a Mavericks hat on.. I will be calling to speak to higher authority about this visit. RIDICULOUS!

First time at Q Nails and Spa and I got to say the services is just perfect! Vanna was working on my nails did an incredible job of filing my nails and removing the cuticles. The end results were just stunning!

I went here 2 weeks ago...The very next day I noticed my feet peeling on top and the bottom.. Never in my entire life have I had this happen... Apparently I was given a foot fungus for the spa obviously wasn’t clean...now I’m battling treating this...DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR A PEDICURE....

This is my familys go-to nail salon and we have consistently had good expe-riences here. While they do tend to push their pricier services, they are respectful when you decline.The ladies here are very sweet, the place is clean, and--most importantly--they do a good job! Quality for both regular & gel, for a pretty standard price.

This is the very best nail bar in Martinsburg, - hands down the location and vibe is great but more importantly the staff and quality of work is bar none. I got a manicure that has lasted me and there was no need for gels - they use a special base and middle coat (which now I am all about) that makes all the difference. Highly recommended and will come back when I return!

I had an appointment at 1:30. Was shown to a chair for a pedicure. At 2:30, no one had even talked to me. I left.

I got a French manicure (dip), and it’s awful. My nails are stuck to my skin, the white on my tips are uneven, and my nails are lumpy. I am literally going to have to go somewhere else tomorrow to have them redone.I don’t usually leave reviews but felt the need to warn people before they go and waste their money. It’s a beautiful salon but don’t let the looks fool you. Completely disappointed and angry.

Excellent customer service. I went for my first pedicure ever and they explained everything to me and carried on friendly conversation to help ease my nerves. The tech working on my toes was very gentle and did a great job painting them.
