The picture of the beach nails is the photo I used to show her what I wanted I forgot to take a picture after they were done the second picture is after my nails were done a different time but my nails match the picture exactly of the beach nails there’s not the slightest bit of difference she did an excellent job that time and every time Anything you ask for they match it my nails always look good are usually get gel but this time it’s all my real nails with the dip on top and they look magnificent best nail place in the area I would definitely recommend going in trying them out I have no complaints whatsoever The third picture is of my daughters nails if you’re looking for a good nail place definitely try them they will never disappoint

Called to make an appointment, asked how much for a set of acrylic nails. I was asked if I wanted gel. I said no. I was told $30. She took my name and set the appointment time. I get there, get my nails done, go to pay and was told $45. A woman looked up at that time and said did you call earlier? I said yes. She said oh yeah gel lasts longer and dries faster. I won’t be going back.

They do an excellent job but are not very good at honoring appt. times. Shop is clean and everyone is nice. I will continue to come back but only when I have the time to wait.

Been here twice and after my last experience I will be going else where... the nails themselves are beautiful but they drilled so hard on my cuticles 3 of them are cut and are extremely painful. When I called to inform them of what happened and to ask for simple advice (since I’m immune compromised) on how to combat the pain and avoid infection I was simply told “I didn’t cut you you’re just sensitive” the cuts are clearly visible and I was visibly in pain as she rushed to complete my fill before closing after sitting me in a chair for well over an hour waiting... only giving three stars because my first experience was wonderful and the nails are pretty but be careful and don’t go in close to closing time

We were very unhappy with the quality of the service. We asked for one color and when they painted them a completely different color they seemed confused. They did powder nails even though we wanted acrylics. The nails were ridiculously thick and they attempted to fix them but they were awful. Do yourself a favor a skip this location!

Never again will I go here! I went to get a pedicure and the lady cut my toe so bad it made me bleed. A week later and my toe is infected and a urgent care trip will be needed to fix it. I heard plenty great things about this place and figured I would give it a try only to be disappointed.

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. I wish I could upload the pics of my nails but I asked for matte black almond shaped dip. They open at 10 and did not get there until 10:15 people were waiting outside, I offered to schedule an appt but she said she could “see me now “, she was trying to juggle 3 people at one time so she rushed through mine! They were extremely pointy, mis-shaped, different lengths, half of them were leaning to the left, and you could see my white nail all along the edges because the black didn’t go all the way down. When I showed her my crooked nails she soaked the dip off went and did someone else’s nails then came back to clean everything off and said I was done! I left with crooked naked fragile nails!

First time there and loved it my nails look same as the pic I got pedicure with gel and ombré nails with gel . Let’s just say I was in there 3 1/2 hours but the time the put into pedicures and your nails is amazing even when they was busy !!! They still took there time the thickness is perfect not to thin nor to think . I should got a design on my toes bc the white is plain . But still love it and the price is awesome 180$ job at another salon for 100$ and look exact same as pic im obsessed and will be back for sure

I had a friend recommend this place and im so glad she did. They are quick and friendly and do a very good job. Im so glad i found this place because other places will rip off. Natural nails wont rip you off and they do a good job. I will keep coming back over and over again .

Went in today 12/20/2020 at approximately 6:30 pm . Was greeted right away, I got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure done for 80$. Carolie (I think thats how you spell her name) is the best ! She is very good at what she does ! Gave me a beautiful gel manicure and pedicure and even though the door says they close at 7pm. She took her time and never once felt rushed we were finished around 7:40ish close to 8pm. I told her Im so happy I found a great nail place locally because I will definitely be back ! 5 stars all the way ! Recommend to everyone and ask for Carolie !!!!

I went here to get my eyebrows done with my mom and I specifically said I just wanted a trim. I left crying my eyes out because my thick eyebrows which I loved so much now look like sticks. I’ll never go back even though they are good at nails.

Well..Ive been going to Natural Nails every since they opened up the location there. Julie and Tony have always been so nice and pleasant each time Ive been there. Ive never had an issue and always loved going there and never had any complaints with the service Ive received. However lately the past few times Ive been there Ive not seen Julie or Tony and I honestly have not seen them since November of 2019 but anywho lately its been Sophia and another gentleman there. And I can honestly say my nails are fine and no complaints with the work HOWEVER I have a problem with the customer service that I received. So each time Ive been there recently I notice I do not get the same treatment as other customers. She (Sophia) will have a full blown conversation with other customers and yet when its my turn she doesnt say a word which I find is rude. I try to start a conversation with her and I get nothing she acts like she cant hear which is BS. My biggest issue is with my last and potential final visit there was when I came for a pedicure and pretty much same thing no conversation just dead silence so I get my pedicure and its good so it was time to pay so I hand her my free pedicure card and she takes it and stares at like I signed all those signatures myself...So then I hand her money for a tip and she gives me my change back and I waited for her to say Thank you etc but nothing so me bring me I said YOUR WELCOME! And thats when she said thank you and that is a huge problem because your not obligated to get a tip for service. However I tip you just like any other time and you chose to be rude and not say thank you . Ive never been rude nor have I ever gave them a hard time about my nails but I will not tolerate the treatment that I received and will not be going back unless Julie or Tony is there. Till then I will find me a new nail home yet again even though I thought I found one. Obviously not.

I found them when I was needing my nails done badly. I went to another place just days before and my nails had already started popping off. My lady which I call boom boom was AMAZING. She fixed my nails and I loved them. Today was my 3rd visit and she even remembered my first time there. I will continue coming here because they are so friendly and care about what they do for you.

Im about an hour & a half away but Ill definitely keep taking that trip. Customer service is awesome, nail designs are on point. Kelly and Sophia have taken care of us since our first trip!! Love it!!!!

I got a full set done here and the lady kept harassing me about getting gel polish which I did not want. I pretty sure that she painted my nails horribly on purpose because after she finished she said see you should have gotten gel. I had to go home and repaint my nails. Never again!

I am new to the area from Fairfax VA. I have been to numerous nail shops and this place seems nice and clean but, the polish doesnt last. After the first week, my nails was already chipping, and peeling. Seems like great people but the nail lady didnt put on more then two coats of gel. They didnt make sure they covered the whole nail. When i went back to get it fixed it was a quick job. I left with it not looking very nice and had glue sticking on top of it. I called to inform them that my nails was peeling after a week and they stated if I came back I would have to pay. I stated the reason for my call is to let you know I am not satisfied, if you dont want to fix my nails for FREE then I am writing this review. She stated she gave me 30% off, be careful customers.12/12/2018 update-FYI - I never stated I was hard a work. You did not fix it twice, you fixed it one time and it had nail glue sitting on top of my nail. Everyone works to make money but, some also make sure they deliver the best customer service and if you can deliver that with fixing one nail it should have been done. Your nail shop is never busy anyways.

I had never had a pedicure before, I had always been able to care for my own feet. A few years ago I started having troubles seeing what I was doing and had joint pains, etc., that made it simply too difficult to paint my toenails any longer. So I went bare. Recently I had a surgery for cancer that made the leaning and reaching something I could not do and my toes were looking pretty rough. I have a cruise coming up and decided it was time to give in and let someone else do this for me. I walked in with no appointment. The greeting was fast and friendly. I had to wait a short time but that was because all the technicians were already working on others. I was offered something to drink several times and made as comfortable as possible while I waited. As a first timer I had no idea what was involved but I can tell you that everything went so nicely. The whole experience was delightful and I couldnt be happier with how my feet look. Thank you Rachel for such a great job and I am sure I will be back :)

Ive been here a few times in the past and Ive always happy when I left! But this I had Sophia and she did an amazing job on my nails!

I gave a one start simply so I can give a review. Made appointments for 6:30 today, we get here, and it’s “oooo can you come back in 30 minutes?” At first I was quite upset. Then, 7:05, they go “oooo can you come back tomorrow?” I will never attempt to come back to this salon again, it’s a joke. If you make appointments, you should really honor them. Horrible HORRIBLE for a first time appointment.

Waited for 45 minutes only to be rudely told that I needed to pick out a color. Stated “ I have no time for fancy stuff, I can only do a color. People are waiting for me “. I don’t mind waiting but I was treated like an inconvenience.

I’d give zero stars if I could! We go there at 5:30 this afternoon they don’t close till 6 o’clock and guess what? The doors are locked lady comes to the door and says they have something to do are you serious? when you have a business and your hours are until 6 PM you stay open until 6 PM you don’t close just because you can, she was very rude she was very nasty about it the only thing I want it done was my daughters nails painted which would’ve taken her a few seconds

I love this place. Julie and John make you feel special every time you walk in the door. Its really difficult to find that someone that does the perfect mani and pedi but thank goodness I found Natural Nails.I have no desire to ever look elsewhere. Im a customer for life! Thanks John! Paid 55$ for nails on Friday and they used colored powder. By Sunday 4 nails were off. Went in on monday to get them fixed, he said it was impossible that happened so I was going to have to pay! Im sorry but 55 bucks plus a 20$ tip for my nails to pop off 3 days later I dont think so! So I went down the street and got them fixed. Horrible part is I wont be able to do anything with them color wise unless I get them all taken off and redone! Never again will I go there!

The worse customer service ever. Went in at 7:45 to get one(1) nail repaired. Was told they could not do it because they were about to close. When I challenged that itwouldnt take 15 minutes to repair a nail. I was then told they are closed now. Would not really this place to my worse ememy😡

If you want a pedicure that is really done well, then you cannot order the $30 basic. You will not get your feet moisturized or even a smile. Never checked to see if nails were dry. Spent a lot of time texting on phone. Probable will not get another pedicure here.

I have been getting my eyebrows waxed here for over 5 years. The woman there knows the concept of less is more and I dont let anyone touch my eyebrows other than her as a result. Im a forever customer.

Found out just recently that OWNER IS NOT LISCENCED!JULIE does NOT have her Licence to do nails! Powder dips are unsanitary and hold bacteria from every nail they dip!

The pedicure was mediocre. I had to put a top coat on when I got home. Also, my fingernails were not painted well. The paint was uneven.

Finally found a great nail place

I was here for about 10 minutes and could honestly say that this is the rudest nail salon I have ever been to! They were very nasty and rude to us and were talking about us the whole time! I will not be going back there at all!
