They were exceptionally friendly. They didnt try to push things on you, but yet making you aware of up coming maintenance.

I stopped here after work, and didnt realize the time when I pulled up. I got here like 15 minutes before close, and they still waved me in for an oil change even when I asked them if it would be ok (I was willing to come back the next day if need be). Despite being so close to close, the employees all were very kind and professional, and even informed me of a coolant system problem that I was unaware of (Id had coolant system problems in the past). They totally couldve just rushed the oil change and got me out of there, but instead they still checked things over and informed me of a problem. Overall I am very satisfied with my visit and plan to come back in the future.

Beware of this place! I wanted a conventional oil change. They tried very hard to upsell me to full synthetic and then semi synthetic. Over $80 for the oil change. Then they tried to sell me a new air filter. When I refused this also and said I just wanted a conventional oil change they came up with another reason why they shouldnt do it. The guy told me that my drain plug was stripped from the last guy that did the oil change and they were not going to remove it and take a chance on it leaking. I brought the vehicle home and checked the oil plug which was perfectly fine . I changed my own oil. This place is clearly a bait-and-switch.

Great bunch of guys. Fast and done correct. Cost: to high others much cheaper. Might have been our last visit with our three cars. Will miss the great people there but life is getting to expensive. Be Safe. Thanks Guys

I was traveling and put so many miles onthe truck that I needed an oil change. I went to valvoline because thats where I go at my home city and hoped for the best in a different city. It turned out to be just like at home 😊 greatservice and knowledgeable staff made it a great experience.

Waited in line. Got in bay and waited. Was told they couldn’t do my oil change because they couldn’t remove a bolt. Said head on bolt was damaged. I went home and removed the bolt with no problem. Instead of time saver, they just wasted my time.

The staff seemed knowledgeable, and they explainedeverything thoroughly without attempting to push anything extra on top of the oil change if we said we didnt want it done today. They were friendly, and everyone was smiling and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I was super impressed and will definitely consider going back again. They did an awesome job.

I purchased a full synthetic oil change for my wifes Subaru on 13 July 2020. The Valvoline crew were fast, efficient and professional. Additionally, they took the time to verify (QA) their work and demonstrate the oil change and air filter replacement indeed took place. Excellent work guys!

The fastest and most convenient oil change Ive ever had. I was used to jiffy lubes but you dont get out of the car here.

If you are in need of an oil change, then is the place to go, it may cost more than other businesses in town for an oil change, but the wait isnt an hour long or more, great service and they are quick!

They were busy and frustrated with the car ahead of mine when I was there. It was late afternoon/early evening so that probably didn’t help. The work was quick and efficient, as always, but the guy running the computer needed to take a break, I think.

I guess Valvoline hires anyone that has ZERO experience about working on vehicles. The guy put washer fluid in my radiator, avoid at cost. On top of that they charged me for everything. Avoid. Please just stay away at ALL cost.
