Me and my fiancee went here for the first time today to get a pedicure the owners are really nice and they interacted with us which we loved. Alot of the other nail salons I have been too always felt rushed at Ginos they take their time. I already made my next appointment for my wedding day🙂

My first visit and it was amazing. First time for a pedi and I loved it. Also had a mani and loved it. What a great place. Will only go to Ginos from now on. Gino provided me with the best service and he is such a wonderful person. Highly recommend them.

Was not happy with my gel manicure. Lady did not take her time. After walking out and being able to see my nails my thumb barley has a clear top coat on it. No shine at all. Was putting lotion on my hands while she was still putting on polish. Not worth the money for that kind of service!

I’m in town visiting family, drove by here and another shop, but they were jammed packed. Came into Ginos, they sat me and my girls down and got our toes done without a wait. Very welcoming and nice to talk with. Nice selection of colors and atmosphere.

Jennifer got me in at the last minute and did a fantastic job... exactly what I asked for. I will be returning and I will definitely recommend her.

I found Ginos after recently moving to Martinsburg. I got acrylics for the first time on very short nails and they were so kind and did a great job! Definitely would recommend for good work and very reasonable prices!

Gino and his wife was very kind and friendly, they treated us like we have been going there for years. My sister and I had a basic manicure and a pedicure done and we would recommend it to anyone. They also do gel and dip manicures.

If youre like me and have tried what feels like every nail salon in the tri-state, I think youll find your search is over once you try Ginos Nails & Spa. Ive been a couple times now and waited to write a review to see how my nails would hold up, because Ive walked out of salons before with my nails looking fantastic only to have them start lifting or popping off within days. Ive had no issues with the set Gino applied!So far, the services Ive received have been phenomenal. Ive had a pedicure (with Jennifer; shes super gentle which is great for someone like me who is a novice with pedis and ticklish); a full-set and a fill-in applied by Gino (he is painstakingly meticulous; he takes his time to make sure each nail is done correctly and the client is happy with the length/shape and is a great conversationalist who makes an effort to remember details from one visit to the next, even with new clients); and finally, Jennifer did the designs on my nails for the two visits Ive had thus far. The first visit she hand-painted different designs on all ten nails tusing a pic I showed her for inspo. It turned out super cute and looked fantastic for the full two weeks between appointments (Im not the type to try to stretch out my appointments any longer than that). This last time I brought in decals that my spouse bought off Etsy and wanted me to try. Turns out they go on more like temporary tattoos than stickers, which was new to us both, but Jennifer was awesome and figured out how to apply them and they looked great when she was finished.So yeah, Ive written a novel about a nail salon here, but when you finally find THE ONE youve been looking for years, you tend to gush about how great they are because its so rare. I swear, theyre they unicorn of nail salons. One other thing to mention, which I see as another huge pro, is you are not treated like a number here and hurried in and out. They take their time and do not rush. I personally love this. Its relaxing and I appreciate that. However, I would say this is probably not a salon where youd stop in for a fill-in on your lunch break.

Last night was my second visit to Gino’s. Gino and his wife, Jenny, are incredible. The salon is clean, comfortable and honestly feels like home. They are super friendly and after just two visits, I feel like I’ve known them for years!I had a full set and pedicure done and I’m in love! My nails are straight, perfectly shaped and look natural. My feet are super soft and the pedicure chairs were so comfy!! Gino and Jenny have my business!! ❤️

Overpriced...I have followed Gino since the Mall. I stopped about a year ago. Went the other day 4 convenience n even though Jenny did a great job, But.. I was not satisfied with the price. I called and asked how much 4 a gel fill, Gino said $30. I got a gel fill polish n 1 repair & I guess little diamond accents r considered a design only on 2 nails (but 4 the total cost shouldve gotten them on all my nails) & got eyebrows done. Total from $30 ended up being $70. Lets just say, theres a reason I wont b following Gino anymore. Ive been a loyal customer over 20 yrs that he just lost. Going back to Euro Nails where my Gel fill lasts me 1 whole month without chipping on sides n without breaking and for $40 with color not considered a design

After getting a completely new set of nails the gel polish peeled off the next day. I went back and was left to sit and wait over an hour to have them repainted. Again.... the next day the polish peeled again.
