I’m new to area and was referred by my insurance company to this dental office. After reading some reviews, I decided to take a chance. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. My dental hygienist ( Marie) was very professional and personable. Also, Dr. Patel was great. Overall, I had a pretty great experience. One thing that stood out the most for me is, there was mishap in scheduling( on my part), but the front desk was able to fit me in. They were willing to go above and beyond to accommodate me. Now that’s what you call GREAT customer service. I definitely would recommend this dental office to others.

Our entire family has started going here for our dental needs. We absolutely love this office & the staff. I had the best cleaning of my entire life. I wish I could remember her name. But in addition to the wonderful hygienist, I adore Dr. Jenkins is honest and so down to earth. I respect and trust her. Thank you, Mansfield Creekside! Been a patient of Dr. Sanders for years and due to his limited work schedule (back issues) I tried Dr. Patel there. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Patel in my recent oral surgery. He kept me informed, was extremely nice and pain free for the oral surgery as well as his assistant Stephanie. As I have gotten used to Dr. Sanders over the years, I am glad I tried Dr. Patel.

The past two weeks have been very tumultuous for our family. Dr. Patel and staff worked to help my husband restore his smile after a very bad fall…in time for a family wedding. Everyone was so nice during this process.

First thing I would like to do is personally thank Dr. Patel for the new smile he’s given me! When I first went to Creekside I was super insecure about my teeth. I had some chipping and spacing issues that I’ve lived with for 37 years. I wanted to get my teeth fixed without braces. At my age it just wasn’t something I wanted. Over the past couple of years I’ve went to several consultations and watched 1000 YouTube videos. My wife told me to go to Creekside after she had her first cleaning. She enjoyed the experience. I decided to go and get my teeth cleaned and see how they were. From the time I arrived they were all super friendly and made me feel special. After my cleaning I asked doctor patel if it were possible to correct my smile without braces. He was super confident that he could change my smile. I decided to get 6 teeth on the top because they show when I smile naturally. Let me just say there’s not ONE mirror that I pass now that I won’t stop and smile into. I get compliments daily and it’s only been a couple of weeks since I got my permanents. It has truly changed my life and my confidence in meetings now is simply unmatched. Sorry to be so long winded but thank you Doctor Patel and the ENTIRE Creekside dental team!

I have been coming here for 10+ years and am never disappointed! The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Today was the first day I have had Dr. Jenkins as my dentist and she could not have been any better! She made feel so comfortable after finding out I needed a few filings today. The new laser machine Dr. Jenkins and Maggie used for my filling was SO comforting not having to be numbed or having to feel ANY pain. Definitely a 10/10 experience once again! Thank you Dr. Jenkins, Maggie, and Dr. Sanders for always making my dentist visit always so warm and welcoming.

Absolutely amazing! I had a tooth chip off unexpectedly and the staff got me in the next day. Everyone there is so sweet and very professional. They reassured me everything would be alright and my comfort was their priority! Dr. Sanders and Dr. Jenkins are awesome! Dr. Jenkins make me feel so at ease and did a wonderful job repairing my tooth! I trust these doctors and this staff so much that I drive over an hour just to come to Creekside to see these dentists!

I went to Creekside Family Dental to get 2 fillings. I did not really want to go because of my past dealings from my youth but I had already confirmed. I went and they were done by laser. No shot, no numb mouth, no numb tongue and best of all no pain!!!!! It was done in a matter of about 15 minutes. I cannot tell you what a difference it was!!! I hope if you need to get fillings especially children you will consider getting them done at Creekside Dental by laser, you will not be disappointed. Dr Gonzalez And the entire staff are fantastic!!!

The staff was so polite!! It was my first time going to Creekside Dental today and I was blown away with their kindness and customer service. Each staff member I spoke to was polite, thoughtful, and so sweet. I’m bringing the rest of my family back next week! 10/10 would recommend!

Ive been going here for years and I love every doctor and technician here. Its always a good, pain-free experience. I recently got botox for TMJ here and it worked wonders. I am no longer on pain meds for TMJ and can finally eat normally!! Highly recommend!!

Amazing staff came in for a quick check up and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Dr.Patel was very informative as well as the front staff, this visit was such a pleasure I brought my kids for their visits. Very clean and friendly office would highly recommend to everyone.

My experience at this dentist was not good at all. I would highly recommend going to a different dentist. I was very disappointed because at first I thought they were nice. However when I had a complaint and asked to speak with the owner, I have yet to speak to him. I also want to add the front office lady or manager was very rude to me. I feel like it was because I was black. If you look down on the other reviews you will see another person wrote a similar review about 9 months ago. It appears to be a pattern of this behavior from the same office person. My husband finally got to speak with the staff after the first part of this message was posted and the dentist was in agreement with the office lady treating me unprofessional. I would not recommend this place at all. If you have a complaint or concern, I feel Their treatment of you completely changes.

Dr. Patel and his staff were amazing with my 10-year old. They made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way and ensured her comfort. I highly recommend them for adults and children.

What drew me to this office was that they were open on Saturdays and their flexible hours. What kept me going back is the amazing staff and dentists. Nobody really likes to go to the dentist but this office does everything they can to make sure you are comfortable and at ease. They explain everything thoroughly and are very friendly. Ive seen all three dentists and they are all so professional and personable. The hygienists are so sweet and caring. Im writing this review the day after having to get an emergency crown at 5:00 PM yesterday. They just called to see how I was feeling and to make sure everything felt right. I really appreciate them being so accommodating and taking that extra step to make sure their patients are satisfied.

Went in for a wisdom tooth extraction on my upper left jaw. They took full x-rays and within 45 minutes I was in and out with ZERO pain!! VERY friendly staff and professional doctors! Also I paid out of pocket (No insurance) and they WILL HELP YOU OUT! I deeply care about their patients here! Also facility is IMMACULATE clean and organized. Worth EVERY penny and more. Tamara is a delight to have your teeth cleaned. She’s quick, knowledgeable and funny.Dr. Miller is friendly and thorough. I had a filling by him recently and it was all done under an hour. You’d be hard pressed to find a better dentist.

We won’t be back. I had a rough first time appointment for myself- office losing paperwork, scheduling me with wrong doctor after specifically requesting one, etc. Loved Dr Sanders personality so decided to keep my husbands appointment to give another shot. They called an hour or so before his appointment and said he could come in early and go ahead and be seen ahead of his scheduled time. He went right over and ended up waiting until his actual appt time... only to have to do x rays twice because of technician error and he’s now been there two hours and still hasn’t seen the dentist. Completely in organized and unfortunately lost two clients today.

Excellent staff!! Everyone makes you feel like family. Dr’s take the time to show, explain and educate - NEVER in too much of a hurry unlike many other practices. Convenient text reminders and always accommodating OUR schedule. They genuinely care about their patients.

I am addressing the response made to my wife. After each visit, my wife left in worse condition than she went in. Our situation escalated only when we asked for some accountability. As soon as our benefits dried out, we were kicked to the curb and treated very unprofessionally. Almost as unprofessional as this owners inability to own their mistakes. Every negative response on here has been put back on the patient in a way that is both condescending and disrespectful (unprofessional). Regardless of whether or not you believe my wife was discriminated against, she felt that she was. It was wrong for any of your staff to address my wife by anything other than her name. Additionally, just because you have people of color within your organization does not mean there is no bias. My wife didnt have an attitude until she asked for some accountability and her calls went ignored. There is a difference between being dissatisfied and having an attitude. The fact were arguing this says alot about this institution and its core values.Its a shame that the system is setup to where people like those at Creekside can exhaust a persons benefits (with no relief), talk to people any kind of way, and then ridicule publicly as if they have no flaws. I know its against policy, but I believe an apology from you (the owner) and the head of your nursing staff is in order. Its ok to do the right thing

So far I am very impressed with this dentistry. I needed to see someone today (a Saturday) at the last minute with some tooth pain. With 2 hours left until close, they happily scheduled me to go in. The women at the front desk, the assistant who did my X-rays, and the dentist were all so friendly and helpful. Very clean waiting area and exam rooms. Convenient location as well! I look forward to returning for my next scheduled visit :)

LOVE this place! They are so caring and attentive. They also play great music while you are waiting and in the rooms. I have sent several friends and family here and no complaints. Definitely recommend Dr. Sanders and this office.

Broke off part of my cap at lunch, called and was able to fit me in that day. So glad they are open till 7pm. Had me fixed and home by 6. Dr. sanders and the whole staff makes going here so enjoyable. Yes even the dentist lol.

They definitely put my mind at ease and did not judge me for not coming in for so long. Let me know up front after evaluation how much it was going to cost. I definitely recommend this office. I was a brand new client and we enjoyed our visits with Dr. Miller but his office staff is awful. They talk over you and are very condescending. I have worked in the medical field most of my career and never have I talked to a patient like this. Unwilling to listen, it makes me wonder if they were listening when I called to explain my request before going to Dr. Miller to explain it to him. Considering it took less than 5 minutes to call me back, probably not. Patient care is made up of more than just the actual provider, it starts from the person who greets you at the front door. I hope they can correct this because they are losing customers well before they even step into the treatment rooms.

Dr Miller is fantastic! He’s very caring and patient. I highly recommend him. His staff is also superb. Patient for life.

The dental office of Dr. Sanders and Dr. Coleman is the absolute best I have been to! I have visited several dentists and this office, by far, is #1 when it comes to professionalism and first class dental work. Many offices I have been to in the past have tried to sell me on getting dental work done that I didnt need...and when Ive declined because they put an outrageous price tag in front me, the other offices become very rude and would me feel so uncomfortable. Dr. Sanders/Colemans office holds the highest levels of HONESTY, INTEGRITY, and PRIDE! Every person there is upfront with you and make you feel right at home! You will be very pleased...I Promise! My family have been part of Dr Sanders practice since the early ninties. We drive about 90 minutes each way in order to stay were we have been happy for so long. The office is clean, well run. Great music is always playing too! We are a part of the family. They are always flexible should the need arise (traffic). Friendly smiles and cheeful faces are the norm!

Dr. Bret Sanders is one of the best dentist I have ever used. He is extremely gentle, he has great chair side manner, His staff is very friendly and professional. I feel very relaxed when Im there. He takes time to listen to your problems, even though I know hes a very busy man. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sanders to everyone I know. I am also blown away that Google would allow a review from someone that has NEVER even been to Dr. Sanders. I have been a patient since he first started his practice and I recently moved to East Texas, but I will make the 2.5 hour drive to have him do all my Dental work. I came to Creekside because I had a very negative experience at another dentist. I suffer from EXTREME anxiety and claustrophobia. Being fully laid back in the dentist chair with hands and instruments right in my face sends me into a full blown panic attack. At Creekside, they understand my issues and work with me to make it the most pleasant experience that it can be. I am treated like a PERSON instead of a freak of nature. LOL Yeah, Im used to it.

From the front desk checkin, to the Dental Hygienist, to the Dental Technician for my crown and yes.....even the Dr ! ....Super nice people. Dr Sanders is super hansom and very fit. I thought he was very cute! Highly recommend this very thorough, professional, yet kind, well run practice.

Havent been back and afraid to go honestly. Last time I went in they dental assistant burned my mouth and wasnt all to concerned with making it stop or why it happened to begin with. Not to mention my dentist no longer works there so they want me to continue with another dentist and Im not sure if I can trust coming back after my last experience.

I was terrified of going to the dentist, after a previous bad experience with a different dentist..but after coming here, that fear is gone. The office staff is welcoming and accomodating..not to mention, super friendly! Dr. Miller and his staff are AWESOME. They talked me through everything that was going to happen and always made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Referred by my mother in law Lisa Peacock. Was told how nice everyone was and what a great job they do. I was not disappointed. Austin and Jim helped me with an extraction of two teeth that were causing me level 10 pain. We had a problem with my insurance and they were very patient as I called around to find out what was happening. That was January 2nd and they just called me today on the 4th to follow up. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Plus they have great music. Thanks a lot for your courtesy and hospitality guys.

Dr. Brett Sanders originally did my crown about 6 years ago and it failed for the third time Im not sure whose fault it was but the cap never stayed on properly I think the tooth was too far beyond repair so today I went in and got the tooth removed dr. Miller did the work because dr. Sanders was in the hospital getting his back fused anyhow the office seemed to be a little bit disarray but overall I enjoyed the teeth cleaning by Britney and dr. Miller did an awesome job at extracting a tooth.

By one star, i mean zero. Abslutely the worst place ever. Completely incompetent. I went there to have a cavity in one molar fixed. Two visits later, paid in full for services and a partial i dont have. A mouth infection and abcess active. My cavity still in molar, one less tooth, they call me and tell me my insurance isnt accepted. How am i gonna pay? They put the wrong name on my referral for oral surgeon. The antibiotics and motrin script i couldnt get cause they put the wrong name and birthday. They tell me ots fine and theyll just file it on my credit. They were completely rude and projecting blame. I paid almost a thousand dollars to have a tooth pulled i never had a problem with and didnt want to lose. My mouth is infected, i still have a cavity and root tip in my mouth and no partial. Not to mention the price was 400 and something, they charged me 853$. How does it double and you didnt even do the work the 400 was supposed to cover. And, not to mention, i have dental insurance! Do not go here. They are horrible. Dr.Grewhal is a fraud and so is the whole place.

Amazing office. I was in Mansfield on business and broke a tooth over lunch. They scheduled an appointment for me that afternoon and my tooth was fixed in about an hour. That includes the time it took to check with my insurance to make sure the procedure was covered. If I lived in Mansfield this would be my dentist office.

IN RESPONSE: So is this the response you get after the office manager calls you stating she will make everything right including speaking to that employee and waving a $50.00 office fee, not to mention leaving her personal cell phone number if I removed a perfectly accurate account of my visit and I refuse?. There are hundreds of Great dentists with Great staff in DFW in which I was fortunate enough to find.I NEVER MADE A DEGRADING DESCRIPTION OF THE EMPLOYEE!. I used the word obese which is medically correct and in which I myself am also considered.Your attempt to deflect blame on me and not address the way I was treated is ridiculous. I could easily say maybe I was treated that way because my son and I were the only blacks in the office at that time but Im just going to pray it was just a rude employee. Maybe the person responding is the same person that trained the lady that was so rude to me. I still have not received the treatment or the treatment plan of what was done to my minor son as promised twice now, it been since March now. Maybe you dont teach the behavior but it appears you do support it.By teaching a staff member at the front desk, I guess the insurance lady. (Long blonde hair, glasses, obese, navy blue uniform). How to address customers, her rudeness is a service I refuse to pay for, she did not even know the situation which had previously been discussed and agreed on over an hour prior to my appointment. I wish she would have made her rude comment before my son was taken to the back because i would have cancelled his appointment on the spot also. Maybe the service in the back would have been great but I couldnt get past the rudeness at the front desk. She can thank herself because she alone contributed to the loss of two new patients. I wont even mention my sons treatment plan that was never emailed to me as stated by receptionist, which is ok because I have no intentions of returning.

I loath the dentist but this place is amazing. They care. They dont treat you like a number, they treat you like a person. I have high anxiety and they deal with me better than anyone else ever has. They care to learn your name and becuz of them..... I can not only eat again...but i can smile. Which is something many take for granted. I had 3 root canals with dr. Miller and i have minimal pain in recovery! I was still able to eat that same day which is important cuz Im pregnant. Vs the last doctor in Arlington that i needed a root canal with ..i ended up with a severely bruised cheek (looked like a got hit at full speed with a baseball) and 1 week of SERIOUS pain. These are amazing people! Everyone of them!

I have been going to Dr. Bret Sanders office for many years probably over 20 years. I have always seen Dr. Sanders when I had my exam and have always had my teeth cleaned by the same female dental hygienist.Well not too long ago my teeth was cleaned by a male hygienist which completely surprised me without letting me know of the switch before I came in. Well this experience was a nightmare. He would press his body against my head and whistle while cleaning my teeth & it made me extremely uncomfortable. When I complained about this really bad experience I was ostracized by the staff & his partner Dr. Miller.It gets worse: When I would be seen by the doctor it was not Dr. Sanders anymore but his partner Dr. Miller who I found to be very condescending when talking with me. I really did not trust him at all. On my last visit, after being examined by Dr. Miller he discovered that the crown that was done on 1 tooth was needing to be redone or else I would lose that tooth. Even though the exam showed that they did not crown that tooth correctly they wanted to charge me for the exam. When I complained about that I was asked not to come back anymore. Even though I personally made the appointment to come in my wife & my daughter were called beforehand by phone to make sure that I would come in on time which was very unusual & they were surprised that I was not called. I was even expected to pay for my cleaning before I came in the next day which I could not understand why.I fee that the clinic has gone downhill from what it used to be & Dr. Sanders never even had the courtesy to call me & ask my opinion about the terrible service that I received since he was not there to witness what was going on. My wife, daughters & myself have been patients there for many years & it was so unfair the way I was treated by the staff, Dr. Miller & Dr. Sanders apathy.
