I can honestly say that this is one of the best dental offices I’ve been to. The staff is very friendly. Dee the hygienist gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had. She really made sure and took the time to explain things. We have found our new dental office!

A week before my bi-annual cleaning appointment, I was told I would have to reschedule because no dentist would be available and X-rays could not be taken that day. I had to wait 3 more weeks for an appointment. On my rescheduled first appointment of the day, I took off work and arrived 5 minutes early but was seen 15 minutes late because the dentist arrived 12 minutes late. After x-ray and cleaning the tech told me she would have the dentist come check me and I would be done. Two minutes later she returned to tell me my teeth were in such good shape I would not need to be checked by the dentist (the very reason I was rescheduled.) After 15 years and multiple changes in owners, I am looking for a new dental clinic.

Ive been a patient of Lowes Farm Dental since they opened in Mansfield. Ive always been pleased with their thorough cleanings and quality work. I was especially impressed with a new hygienist, Demoreall, who was gentle yet removed all stains, & she took the time to converse about our common interests in optimum health. Love this place! Took the reviews with a grain of salt. Tons of great reviews so you have to wonder why a bad review which were rare for this place. Could it be the person themselves just having a bad day?So I decided to give them a call, Im new to the area why not. The staff was amazing.Front desk greeted me with a smile and quick to assist. Super helpful with all my insurance questions.D was amazing, sweetest person and very thorough with my exam. The Dental assistant was super funny and friendly.. The whole office just had such a welcoming and warm family feeling.Check out was quick as well.I must say Im glad I came to this office! I will definitely recommend this place.

I absolutely DO NOT like dentists they have always just cared about money and that’s it.But from the time you walk in to the time you walk out you know this office is completely different. They actually care about you and your well being and health. From Shelby who does billing to the assistant Michelle who keeps you calm and explains things as they go to the doctor herself Dr.Collier they are truly a family based office even Dee and Karla come around and check on you as well.They are very caring and loving and kind and respectful. Today my faith not only in humanity but dentists was restored thanks to this office. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Absolutely would not recommend coming here! I had an appointment set for 3/31 at 1 pm. I confirmed the appointment the day before per the office rules and even received a confirmation text the day of only to be told when I arrived that my appointment had been moved because I didn’t confirm the appointment...except I absolutely did and had the call log that proved I spoke with someone. So the elephant in the room was that THEY forgot to confirm the appointment and weirdly didn’t want to take responsibility for it. I’ve worked front desk before, and completely understand these things happen! What I don’t understand why it was implied that I was somehow lying about a call log and a confirmation text I’m able to produce, because they “listen to all the calls” AND why I didn’t receive so much as an apology when it’s clear the issue was not on my end. They were able to see me an hour later, but it really wasn’t something I had time to sit around and wait for in the middle of a work day when I live 30 minutes away. I’m extremely disappointed in the level of customer service I’ve received here and will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve always loved going to Lowe’s dental. The previous staff were super awesome! Glad I got the chance to meet the new staff services received was awesome and environment was pleasantly nice super sweet peeps!

Got me in on an emergency appointment very quickly. Staff is super friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I’ve been going to them for about 2 years and I really like the staff and the dentist.

Cost is great!Staff is excellent!The newest dentist seems excellent! He is very funny too! The Dental Hygienist Dee is outstanding! She makes you feel comfortable and is through but not overly aggressive.The ladies who support the whole staff regulating things from the front desk I believe are also new and seem sharp!My wife and I had been discussing going somewhere else. She has even done the research and found a place for herself though she has been going to Lowes Farm longer than I have. The turnover was too much and some of the staff were good but often too much.Today was an excellent experience so I will be staying and likely keep our son who just started getting adult dental services at Lowes Farm less than two years ago.Location and hours are very convenient!

We have always had a good experience here. My son and husband use this dentist. All of the staff are friendly, courteous, professional and always willing to help explain and answer questions. I also felt safe taking my son here during the pandemic because they were very careful and particular with their cleaning practices. I saw it in action.

The doctor periontologist attempted to insist that I receive an optional treatment along with a simple extraction and when I refused he refused to perform the extraction, after he said he would. I continued to be in significant pain for several days afterwards, as I searched for another surgeon. His name was DR. ASHRAM. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Very friendly, professional staff. And I appreciate that they are consistent with Covid safety mandates. My treatment needs were thoroughly explained. My only complaint is that I would like to see the facility being better taken cared of by whomever owns and operates it, example: Scuffed marks, nail holes in walls; cracked coverings on dental chairs; house cleaning supplies ( mop buckets, mops) should be well hidden from view of patients. Other than that, I highly recommend.

This honestly the best dentist I have ever had. Veronica is amazing tech. She explains things very well and Dr. Hernandez always makes sure all your questions are answered. My entire family and many of my friends only go o this dentist.

When I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me, and was friendly. I was grateful to see them doing a great job with applying by COVID guidelines. The Dental Assistant called me back and was friendly (AT FIRST) during the course of my appointment she made me feel very self conscious about my teeth, telling me I need to “choose between my teeth, or do something else because this ain’t gon work” I was already self conscious about my teeth, and I will never return to this office EVER. Dr. O was nice, however both her and the assistant made a comment that I looked “OLD” with my mask on. The XRay machine wasn’t working, so they needed to move me to another room, not to mention, my appointment was at 1pm and I was not pulled back until 1:40pm. Also, patient health information is at risk due to Dental Assistant not locking the computers when leaving the room and I could clearly see their whole schedule. I get clinics ready for inspections for a living, so I know this is a huge NO NO. All in all, I will not be a returning patient here.

One of the best dental experiences ever. I am terrified of the dentist because of poor previous experience. I had to have 2 teeth extracted due to severe nerve damage and pain, and I was once again terrified. They talked me through the whole thong and I didn’t feel a thing. Mary (the assistant) and the dentist Dr. Hernandez were both fantastic. The front office/billing ladies were also great!

I must say, I am very happy! Two (2) days ago I went to a local dental office, I wont say their name (MINT), in pain. I left that office with a teeth cleaning and some whitening trays...(crickets). What does this do for my pain? Oh yeah, they burned up my 5-year x-ray allocation. Then I went to Lowes and saw Dr. Angel Rodriquez, and was properly cared for. Dr. Rodriquez, unlike the competitor, gave me free x-rays (because mine were exhausted), and performed three (3) different test to isolate the problem, and made an accurate diagnosis. Awesome! Dr. Rodriguez then gave me several options that he meticulously explained and I was able to make an informed decision. I live a very busy lifestyle and it is very refreshing to do business with a practitioner that has the patients interest. Thanks Dr. Rodriguez, you and your staff Rock!

The cleaning was thorough, and reasonable, appropriate preventive measures were suggested. Veronica knows her stuff! The dentist is very thorough and personable too. I will happily continue as their patient.

Theyre thorough and honest. I came to Lowe’s Farm because another practice told me that I needed thousands of dollars of work, when I have a history of good oral health. They provided a second opinion and an extremely reasonable plan that had minimal out of pocket expense, not the thousands the other practice told me. My husband and sister in law enjoy their experience here too. Our family is pleased with our services.

Recently moved to the area and picked this location due to convienience. Dr Hernandez is wonderful! I am so glad we found her. She explains everything and treats you as if you were part of her family. The office staff is very nice and answers any and all questions!

My visit with Lowes Farm this time was very pleasant though for the first time in my life I was a little apprehensive.After my last visit, I had a filling done in February that resulted in having TMJ damage all of March, April and May. I came back to see the dentist to show him how little I could open my mouth and didnt realize until this visit that I was charged for it.This visit I had the same Hygienist and she was great as usual. I had a different dentist and it was pleasant meeting her. Both explained everything and asked me plenty of questions pertaining to my teeth and jaw. They also made sure my jaw was able to rest.Great service today!

Everyone was very hospitable! From the free disposable toothbrushes in the lobby restroom, snacks while you wait, a thorough exam, to a complimentary motorized toothbrush. I truly love this office for their special care...only improvement would be tvs. Thanks

I was told by the manager they would take care of charge for a no call, due to other dental practice, dental office hygiene issues and dentist issues. I am still waiting for the email stating this charge was reversed one month ago. I have not received an email but I have received another bill. Maybe a new staff, but the same old lip service as before. I found a new dentist because of these issues and suggest you do the same. Texas dental board and small claims court here I come. Patients be ware......

Ive been going to Lowes Farm dental (Mayfield Dental before they closed) for years. Ive always had a positive experience but this visit seems rushed and my cleaning wasnt as thorough as past visits. I was told that my hygienist was a temp so hopefully my next visit will be back to normal.

Very horrible experience! My sisters and I refuse to come back now since the woman decided not to clean my or my sisters teeth. Everytime we go to this dentist there is a new dentist, dental hygienist, and office assistants. They can never keep any of their employees and to me that is a red flag. Also, they are very money hungry because they are starting to lose customers. So everytime you come they will start to find something wrong with your teeth or lie just to get you to pay for a treatment that is not covered by the insurance. We will not be back.

Ive never been to this place however I went to Dr. Sherry K. Flusche previous office in Southlake for a cleaning. She said I had multiple cavities even tho I had no pain. 3 on one side, 2 on the other. I got the 3 done on one side. After that incredible pain. Like someone was beating me on that side of my face with a baseball bat. I went back & she said I needed a crown & a root canal. The referred me to a root canal specialist because she didnt do the root canal on the tooth that needed it. She gave the specialist the tooth number & I got in about 6 weeks later. Come to find out - WRONG TOOTH. So had to get another root canal. Over $5k later & still cant check on that side of my mouth. I get cleanings twice a year but am very cautious about so called cavities on x-rays.
