I have been very leery and nervous when it comes to dental issues. I have avoided visits. This all due to 4 past nightmare experiences. However, when I walked through the door of Pine Cove Dental there was a sudden calmness all around. All of the techs and receptionist were comforting, kind, caring, that it seemed like I entered a different plane. Then, I met Dr. Do and he was fabulous, attentive, explained every single thing that he was going to be doing, and continued to explain, check on my comfort, all through the process. I went in seriously scared, and I came out relieved and grateful for such kindness.

I moved to Mansfield 2 years ago and with not knowing the area and then the pandemic, I’m just getting around to finding a dental office. I decided to book with Pine Cove from all their amazing reviews. I’m not one to leave a review, however, from just my initial phone call I knew they were the right office for me. They verified my insurance before booking, the asked me if I had dental anxiety (which I’ve never been asked before and I thought that was awesome), and they answered all my questions with care.When I came for my appointment the entire office staff was friendly and fun. The office was clean and beautiful. They even have a charging station for electronics and will provide you with cords in case you need one. That’s an added plus these days.The dental assistant I had was kind, fun, and made me feel like she wanted to get to know me. Dr. Do was the same way, kind and friendly. Everyone was very thorough. I will note that your first appointment will take a solid 1.5-2 hours which I wasn’t aware of; however, they have ALL the latest technology and they utilized it which I appreciated. The follow up appointments, I was told, would not take that long unless further care was needed.Overall, I was extremely pleased and I will be coming back. My husband is also scheduled with Pine Cove. If you’re looking for someone who cares about you and your family, who will take care of your oral hygiene to the fullest, listen to any and all of your concerns, AND cares about dental anxiety; then Dr. Do and his staff at Pine Cove Dental is the place to go. While it may not be the cheapest (not the most expensive either). It is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever seen. Totally painless extraction of a molar. The numbing injection wasn’t even bad. Annoying but not painful.I have avoided the dentist for 10 years because of previous experiences. Well, all that’s changed. The dentist, Dr. Doe, and his staff are great. I have felt at home the minute I walked into Pine Cove. They make you feel so comfortable and loved from the second you walk in the door!! As someone with SUPER high dental anxiety I felt very calm my whole visit. My least favorite part about the dentist is definitely the shot but Dr. Do has some kinda magic that I didn’t even feel it AT ALL!! I’ve never had a dentist make sure I completely understood what was going on and answered all my questions before starting. So I must say I finally found a dentist that I will absolutely keep coming to they knew that I was terrified of getting a deep cleanse because I was so nervous about getting shots in my gums, however, they were so sensitive to my needs that they allow my cousin to come to the back and they were all working on relaxing my nerves from putting nature and tranquil pictures on the tv.They then proceeded to monitor my blood pressure because I was so nervous that my blood pressure kept going up, so they waited until my pressure went down before proceeding then they numb my gums really well and when I tell you I didn’t FEEL nothing but a little warming sensation one time. Hands -down the best Dentist office I been to since moving to Dallas . The best experience ever.. Thank you guys so much your team is absolutely AMAZING

My whole family loves Pine Cove Dental. I have super dental anxiety, and was so nervous going because of not so great experiences at other dental practices. But I have to say I actually enjoy going here. The whole staff treats you like a friend! Dr Do is so kind and thorough, they dont push extra unneeded dental work. They talk to you as a adult and show you step by step what needs to be done. They gave me laughing gas to make me even more comfortable while fixing old fillings that I had previously been told had to be replaced by crowns. That was not true he took the time to fix them and saved me thousands, Im so very grateful. The dental hygienist is so incredibly gental she is absolutely the best! They were so great that I decided to take my 3 year old in to get checked out. They treated her like a princess! She got to watch paw patrol while she got her X-rays and cleaning. They told her each step what was going to happen. She loved it and has 0 fear of going back actually asked me when we could return. So if you have ever thought of changing dentists or need a new one dont think twice! Go to Pine Cove!

I would recommend them to other family and friends. They have great x-ray machine so that they can see your teeth situation and so can you. I felt very comfortable with them and his knowledge of dentistry. He was calm and never made me feel that I should have done better job taken care of my teeth.

I knew this was going to be a great dentist visit from the very first phone call. The excellent reviews got me to call but the care & concern Faith demonstrated on that call sealed it. Then Dr Do was willing to stay after hours to immediately fix an abcessed root canal, done by a nearby endodontist office, because antibiotics didnt work and I couldnt wait another week. This office is outstanding. I initially brought my daughter in for a 3D scan per recommendation from her orthodontist. They were able to get her in on the same day I called to make an appointment. While there, they were also able to do new patient x-rays and exam on me as well and schedule me for a cleaning. The hygienist did an excellent job on my cleaning. The doctor and staff were very personable and explained everything well.

I am an old opinionated woman who has used the same dentist since the cave men discovered the wheel. Not wishing to drive an hour one way to get poked by a needle I researched local dentists. I looked at office photos, reviews, videos and more. Glad I did as I had a crown shatter and needed to have it repaired post haste. I called Pine Cove, they got me right in. The staff is fab!! The doctor is meticulous, intelligent and spent more then adequate time with me. What more can you want. I have a new dentist!! Yippee!! Everyone is always super friendly professional and knowledgeable. Doc is a great guy and real down to earth. The staff is always very warm and welcoming. Overall I can actually say the dreaded trip/s to the dentist was far from dreadful!

Pine Cove is AMAZING!!! In the past I have had HORRIBLE Dental Anxiety due to past bad experiences and have avoided the dentist at all cost. My level of anxiety was so bad that even the simple act of making an appt would cause my body to sweat profusely, just awful! I explained all of this to Tran when making my initial appt and she was EXTREMELY understanding and compassionate! I’ve visited the office twice now and with Pine Cove’s assistance I’m am PROUD to say I feel completely comfortable and confident knowing I’m being taken care of! I oddly enough am excited for my next visit! I would DEFINITELY recommend Pine Cove to anyone who asks! Thank you all so much for being you!!!

I am blown away with this office. The professionalism and focus on the patient-employee relationships. The state of the art equipment and devices. I was googling to find a new office and I’m so glad I clicked on Pine Cove Dental because this is exactly how a Dentist office should be.First, since I’ve become an adult I haven’t had certain tests or imaging done that was done as a child. Dr. Do’s office did. He found problems I’ve been complaining to other dentist about. That alone earned my trust. You can expect top of the line care here!Another reason I recommend this office is because of the staff alone. Many businesses have lost the quality of customer service in search of quantity. Not here! They know my life story. Remember it. Show me they actually listen by repeating facts and when you return, they will connect again with deeply caring attitude as a follow up about your previous conversation. That’s golden! You do not find that kind of care anywhere else. I find this to be very important considering this is our life and our body that we put in the hands of the Dental Office. Why not chose someone who cares about you and provided only the BEST!

Dr. Do really does know! Amazing Staff (Tran is the sweetest & so helpful) I appreciate Dr. Do so much because he took his time to listen to me and I needed a lot work done since I was so miserable after my favorite Dentist retired. I am so happy I found Pine Cove Dental. I am also a out of state patient who lives in California but I prefer Pine Cove Dental and they are always so accommodating.

I am so glad I found Pine Cove Dental! When I called I was told that someone would call me back, and I thought it would be the next day, but to my surprise I got a call back with in the hour :) and I was able to see Dr. Do the same day for a cleaning and an implant. The office staff was amazing, friendly and well organized. I usually DO NOT like going to the dentist, in all of my years going to the dentist I have only been to one dentist office that I can say I LOVE going to, until now. Dr. DO and his staff took the time to talk with me, and answered all my questions. I have never been to a dentist that I didnt feel any pain from the needles, UNTIL NOW! Were just going to say the Dr. Do has magical hands! Thank you Pine Cove Dental for making my first visit on to remember :)

Awesome experience! Everybody in the office was really nice fro start to finish. Elyse the dental hygienist was great. I had to back the next day to get a filling done and was dreading getting a shot, but man, Dr. Do knows what he’s doing when it comes to getting a shot. It was about as painless as you can get!

I am a professional who works in the Dental industry but also happen to be a patient of this office. I recently visited Pine Cove Dental for my and my young childrens regular visit since coming out of Covid quarantine and I was so impressed with the safety measures that they have initiated at their office but once you are taken back for your appointment it is the same warm and cozy experience that we have come to love about this office.Thank you Dr Do and team you are the best!
