4 hours to unload and another 1 hour waiting on paperwork. I had to cancel my Saturday and Sunday loads as a result of their delay; not cool at all... FYI: be prepared to deal with rude guards and employees standing outside smoking and socializing while youre waiting to get your paperwork so you can leave...

Delivered here 2 nights in a row one of the best DC warehouse I been to in a while a little wait time for a door but fast on receiving.

Appointment at 3am. Checked in at 2am, got a dock at 3am, quick unloaded,, out the gate by 4.30am. Well organize facility.

Very well ran facility! Security was polite and welcoming. Lumper staff at door 79 were awesome. They were super polite and very friendly. Fully loaded semi truck with multiple different items, unloaded in less than 2 hours with paperwork in hand! Very impressed by their professionalism and hard work. Plenty of room to maneuver your truck. No overnight parking, however there is a Loves a block away. Easy access to this facility. Security, was very rude, Security guys look like they were there to have altercation with truck driver. I know they are Security not expected that much of professionalism. But they suppose to at least have work place manners.

My experience with this place on 04/01/21 is like this. Appointment at 1am. I arrive at 7pm. please let me into the site - no. offer to stand on the sidelines up to 1 am. Check in at 12.45 and only get to the yard at 1:30. park and wait. I go to bed. two hours later a call to the phone was given to the door 3am. I park and go to bed. an hour later the lamper fee call. pay and go to bed. call in an hour - we sent you a receipt. OK. I go to bed. unloaded 5 hours. only at 8 am I left there. did not sleep. dont expect to leave them a trailer and sleep. do not expect to stand on their site. dont expect loves nearby to be free.

3 hrs to unload. Be careful that your bills are secure when they ask you to put them into the back of the trailer or the wind might blow them out and they will ger a bad attitude with you about it. Also the older guy for night time security is not exactly so kind

Just applied for job there...Moe...my interviewer was very charismatic and professional. They let you have hands on experience of the job to let you know exactly what youll be doing. I got the job the next day after interview. Great place to consider employment with a great starting wage.

Dry loads after 11 pm .. they won’t let you in before 11

Horrible place with rude and inadequate workers! First of all couple words about safety at this place, they dont use their safety loading/offloading hooks and green light blinking ALL time while their lumpers working!!! Be very careful with this!!! Another thing is time they loading/offloading, my appointment was on 1am, they released me only after 9am. Third thing is rude and negligent warehouse manager, she never warning about downing hooks and blinking green lamp so you dont recognize they still working or they done. She neglects other workers and accuse you of violating safety rules!!! Keep away this place!!!

Tried checking in early with 2 pallets of ice cream the so called guard wouldn’t come out like he was supposed to when I went in he proceeded to rudely tell me I can’t check in early this Aldi’s isn’t like the other ones and you can not park on site while waiting for a door why these guard shack employees are so rude to drivers who knows but drivers beware they maybe be better for the unloading I haven’t been able to get to that point yet

Its usually not too bad but they have their moments. But all-in-all I guess not too bad and they seem to be fairly quick

Allowed to check-in at gate at 2315 eventhough they dont open till 0000... Online lumper payment is great... no check needed... But they still give paper recpt with bill... excellent experience... contrary to what people say...

Very busy place, make sure you came here not early than an hour before you appointment time, a dry receiving is starting at 4 am . 4 hours to get unloaded cause they have to count every box witch you deliver and they charge a lumper fee.Not to good for the Friday delivery when the day is short and you have to go home, and no overnight parking just to remind .

I checked in at the guard shack real fast. Unloading was not fast. Paperwork was a bit slow too. The staff was professional and polite and thats what really counts to me .Loves truck stop its one block. and if theres no parking there you can park on the whole side streets both sides of the warehouse .

Reasonable warehouse to deliver to No Overnight parking on property, there is room to park on the street in front of facility, I delivered 12 pallets, took them 40 minutes to unload and 2hours to get my paper work done. Lumper fees were reasonable

Easy docks. First right north of the I-70.

I had a great experience here. Appointment was 1 am I showed up at that time. Put me straight in a door was done and paperwork in hand in an hour. 65 bucks for lumper I would say is extremely reasonable. Have a great day!

To long to get unloaded. And why should the driver have to pay to have there products they ordered off loaded? People are needing jobs and yet they put a stupid lumper service in that charges an arm and a leg to off load a certain amount of pallets.

Fastest unload (18 minutes) Ive experienced yet! Getting to the gate to get checked in was another story though. The line was at least 15 trucks deep when I got in line. Took 43 minutes to make it to the guard shack....Lumper fee was only $50 for 17 pallets at 45,250 lbs!

No overnight parking, small Loves is 0.6 miles down the road, same exit. First guard wasnt so friendly. Lumper ladies were really nice, unloaded quickly. Guard leaving was friendly. Plenty of room to back into the dock.

I arrived the night before, Loves truck stop was full, so parked out on the road, came in gate an hour before appointment time, was let inside to staging area. 20 minutes later was called and given dock number! Whoever is saying that you dont get out of your truck is lying, YOU break seal and out an envelope with your BOL and put seal inside trailer, YOU open doors before backing in! Once against dock, they were in trailer within five minutes! Guard at the gate was very cordial, and friendly, did not have any issue with him at all...maybe if you conducted yourself as a professional youd be treated as such!

3am apt checked in at 2am and the guard gave me a door right off. i was unloaded and out of there by 3:30am. lumper service only charged $25(5 pallets) good job Aldi and thank you for a quick unload

Everything went smooth, check in, door, unload, lumper, paperwork. People were friendly. Everybody was helpful! Someone said it before and i agree, give attitude get attitude. I would deliver here again anytime.

Well my car broke down so I called them about a vehicle I was interested in I told them that I only had $1, 000 he said that would work I get there the car that I thought I wanted didnt quite wanted so much wasnt really for me so another car that I wanted it was a little out of my price range but they worked with me I was able to give them $1, 000 and within 30 days I wasnt able to pay them another $500 on the vehicle that I wanted within the first 48 Hours of taking the car home I had some car trouble with it I called him up I said look my car is having problems he said bring it in I took it to him it within 5 hours he had his secretary take me home pick me back up when my car was done and take me to my car and fix it for free Im very happy with the service that I have gotten from them and I recommend them to anyone

Pretty good place to deliver to within an hour or two to unload depending on what you actually got its how fast it goes people come out to your trucks the lumpers Open Your Door still your paperwork in and they come to you dont even have to go in the building. Hats off to that lumper service anyway theyre one of the better ones.

Worst ALDI Ive ever been to. Real dump. Nasty people working here. Nasty inside the warehouse. Remember that when shopping at your local ALDI!

3am appt. Got in staging area about 250 got a call 3 min after parking to go dock. Once docked red light immediately. 2 min after that lumper called told me the door to come to. Great place and friendly staff. Atleast to me. Will do business here again.

Good experience had a 2am appt parked outside after checking received a door. 30 min later backed into dock leave envelope in trailer took about 2 hours to unload pay $75 lumper fee out by 5am Loves truck stop on other side of highway good delivery.

My appt was at 4am,called me at 8:30 to back in the dock.There was a truck already sitting in the dock with red light the went inside and this short chubby African American girl was rude.Finally got in the dock at 9am then they started to unload at 10am and finally got done @ 12:28pm.This is ridiculous if they can’t unload at the appt time they give us then they shouldn’t make that early appts cause it is inconvenient to trucks.Because of this we don’t get enough sleep and can’t make it to another appointment.If they are short staffed they shouldn’t be making so many appts it’s that simple.

Worst Aldi d.c in the nation. First the asian lady in receiving rude and has no clue what she is doing. You will not understand her at all believe me. 2nd manager hides in the back will not talk to you after receiving 4 out of 7 pallets. He said other 3 pallets out of temp. Um ok so other 4pallets where ok and all other drops before and after this stop where good. Place is full of bs.. avoid avoid avoid. And this is the first DC that will not let driver unload... its ridiculous!!!

One of the lady that works for lumper services is extremely rude, Im not sure how in the world she ever got a job working for that lumper company. Besides that they are pretty good there at getting you in and out.

Went for interview because I was emailed to. I show up wait 50 minutes...after watching them call 5 or 6 people back who arrived after me...decided they clearly were picking and choosing and for whatever reason had me on the back burner maybe like just in case. Forget that...would never try back there!

This is the worst Aldie that I have ever been no overnight parking for the trucks you’ll have to sleep on the street or at loves truckstop that is located half a mile security guy was OK but receiving people are unprofessional and extremely rude end it takes them forever be ready to wait around four hours

They will only let you ck in a hr before appt. No overnight parking but can park out on the street or if you get in early enough there is a loves right down the street. Security lady is rude but once you get past her they get you in and out within 2 hrs. Lumper prices are reasonable they wont over charge you.
