Great summer camp keeping my lil one busy!Plan to join next month to enjoy the pool and classes

I have been swimming and working out in the gym there for 20 years the pool is always clean and the right temperature and the lifeguards and staff are real attentive

A vero staple that’s been supporting and engaging our community for longer than i’ve been alive. I loved coming here as a kid for classes and now use the open facilities as an adult.

Leisure square is one of those undervalued under appreciated city owned assets. Theres basically everything you need to stay fit at this place, without all the frills. They dont sell re-oxygenating ionic flavored electrolyte bottled water like some places do so bring your drink or go crazy and try drinking some of their free fountain water! Actually its really pretty good. You really should try some. Swimming, basketball, dance, gymnastics, indoor racquetball, weight lifting, cardio room, ultimate frisbee, karate, tap dancing, arts and crafts, summer camps, and probably more that I cant think of right now. The main differences between this place and other bigger places are the cheaper membership fees and less duplicate equipment. So if you need 30 treadmills lined up in a row to motivate yourself to work out, go join another gym. If you have a little drive inside and arent intimidated by a little wear and tear on the equipment, you might find a home at Leisure Square. Its not like the place is run down or anything, its just been around alot longer than all the other places so it doesnt have that modern feel to it. The staff and personal trainers are top notch and the hours of operation are reasonable (for me at least). Stop on in and take a look around.

Took a group of kids to cool off. They had a great time and there was almost no one there.

Great place, centrally located. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Has everything you need for a solid workout. It is not Fancy by any means but it gets the job done at an affordable price. The pool is great for laps and it goes past 11 feet deep for diving. They have a few different classes here as well.

The Pool is the best part of this amazing place. Amazing open swimming, lessons for all ages, Masters Swimming, competitive Swim Team, Aerobics, Special Olympics training, Life Guard and Fire Fighter First Responder Training, Under water hockey club and moreThe Ballet and Gymnastics are close 2nd.

Indian River Triathlon was held here. Nice race. Hope to see more like it.

My daughter loves the programs offered, gymnastics and cheer camp, the girls running and assisting are fantastic and seem to enjoy being there as much as the kids. We will definitely stay involved with them

I take a Water Aerobics class here 3 times a week. The other class members are great, and we laugh a lot! 😊 The instructor, John Sammartano, is excellent--he is certified to work with senior citizens--and with lots of other people, too.

Leisure is an amazing place to go to after school its really close to my house so I just walk there after school I hit the gym and play basketball

The camps are amazing and Also the people that run the camps are also amazing

Nice place to swim, play basketball, play football, do gymnastics, just about any type of exercise or sport

Though my daughter enjoyed the gymnastics class the parent viewing room is a 8x12 small room where they cram all of the parents. There isnt enough room for all of the parents in there nore is there any kind of air circulation. You also do not have total view of everything in there. If you dont fit in the room you have to wait outside. I was very disappointed considering i have herd good things. I will not be recommending them to anyone.

Leisure Square is a good value, weight room, lots of machines, indoor racquetball court and swimming pool.

This Gym is a No Contract Gym. Which means, you only pay for the month youre going to be hitting the gym. Youre not stuck into paying monthly payments. This is why i chose this gym in the first place. Everybodys cool. I greet people i see come into the area im working out at, but no chit chat, and it seems like everybody else likes it that way to. Just come in to do what you came for Work out, get it done, and get out.I only have 1 serious complaint about this Gym, which i hope whoever is in charge reads this, and corrects the issue. Alot of the Weight machines need SERIOUS maitenence. Alot of the machines are rusted, and make it difficult, near impossible to adjust. Also somebody can get seriously hurt in the weight room, because alot of the weight lifting machines have small metal rods with a black ball at the end which is used to adjust how much weight you want to lift, and the ball is missing from alot of those metal rods. If you lift with only the rod holding the weights in place, then the rod can and Will slip out while you are in the middle of lifting, causing a Huge Accident/ Disaster. I really hope Leisure square fixes this problem.
