I had appointments for both of my children 6 months in advance to get their teeth cleaned. I scheduled at their last cleaning. I show up to the appointments and I’m told that they tried calling me the day before to reschedule because there isn’t a dentist there today, only an orthodontist. They said they called and I didn’t answer. I have no missed calls from the office, or voicemails. I was frustrated because I left work early and took my kids out of school early for these appointments. An apology was never offered and the receptionist was rude. She just kept asking if I wanted to reschedule. All I was expecting was some acknowledgement of the inconvenience this had caused me, which was their fault, not mine. An apology would’ve been nice too. Terrible customer service.

I havent been to the dentist in awhile and have tried other dentist offices in Mansfield that I really didnt care for. I went to Picasso today and had such a wonderful experience. To book a book was quick and easy, I didnt wait long when I got there. They did my x rays it was quick and effective. My dentist Dr.Holloway was informative,kind and considerate. I have a few cavities and she was very reassuring on a treatment plan and provided lots of knowledge for prevention. I would certainly recommend trying them out especially if your nervous and havent been in awhile.

I initially gave this place 5 stars because my first experience was amazing besides the country assistant who was nasty for no reason. I had the very first appointment. After requesting another another assistant to help, the experience was everything I can ask for. The first time I met with Dr. Holloway. She was so helpful and answered all my question. Told me about her life and dental career. Just wonderful.This is my second time coming back. The same rude assistant was the first person to help me again. She was much nicer then time. Maybe she was having a bad day the first time around. My dentist was Dr. Flores. He was nice. His assistant seems to be new. While Dr. Flores was calling our depths she wasn’t paying attention which caused her to input the wrong number into the computer. I watch her input them and spoke up after he finished. He doubled check and majority of them were wrong and we had to do it over. She also wouldn’t let me hold the suction. While the doctor was funneling my mouth with water, she was staring into space cause the top of my shirt, neck and hair to get wet. She apologized and told me that sometimes this happened. I love the dentist and I can say nothing like this has ever happened me.I have an appointment for bleaching trays. Requested if I could keep my bleaching models. Spoke with Johnny Travis and he told no, it was a HIPAA rule that patients cannot keep them. Johnny said that the office needs to keep them until my account goes inactive. I asked how long is that, he said that it was up to me. This information sounds incorrect, so I called HIPAA and the other Picasso locations to confirm this information. The information his gave me was incorrect about it being a HIPAA rule and both of the other location told me they can give me the model as long as it’s not broken after the process is done. I called back with the information I gathered and he told me that he was too busy to ask someone for the correct information then asked if there was anything else he can do for me. I called to have my question answered and you gave me misinformation. I would like an accurate answer, I said. He placed me on hold for 10 minutes to only come back with it was okay for me to have the model.I strongly do NOT recommend. Employees need to more training in assisting patients. If they don’t know something they should ask.

WARNING: PLEASE DO YOUR FAMILY A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.We got stuck with this dentist office since our 2 babies had to go to the dentist. We did 4 visits and ALL of them were terrible, to the point my husband asked me to please stop taking our kids there. The staff is very unprofessional, they literally make you to fill up the same forms (4 pages for child) every time. Even with an appointment they make you to wait a lot to be seen and the so called dentist literally takes less than 1 minute to see the kids mouth. I’m not joking, last time my husband said we at home look inside our kids mouth longer than the dentist when we are daily brushing their teeth. This place is HORRIBLE. If I could give 0 starts I would. Nothing is good about this place: from the staff, receptionist all the way to you are finally able to see the dentist .

I called due to pain with a jaw issue, and had never been to this practice.. The staff fit me in the very next morning. Within the first 10 minutes of my appt, my dentist quickly and thoroughly described my issue while looking at the X-ray. She gave me pointers on at-home therapy, answered all my questions, and set me up with a bite guard.This practice is exceptional!

Dr. Faith Reiner was very detailed and thorough with the denture and teeth cleaning on today. She was very informative and extremely kind, patient, and gentle. We look forward to more moments of good dental experiences with her like today. 😊

This is my first time here and love it. Everyone is so friendly and nice. I love the way the doctor explains everything to you as she moves along in your mouth. The doctor also gives you recommendations for a good tooth brush and ways to avoid cavities. The cavity part is too late for me. I will recommend and be back in 6 months.

*WARNING* DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE READ! This is so upsetting. We have a friend of the family that was referred here by his niece for a routine cleaning. After his cleaning appt. he experienced severe pain. Very concerned he called back and an appt. was made. At this appt., they examined him. No xrays. Just visual exam. They said he had swollen gums they recommended Advil every 4 hours. With a vacation scheduled he had to get on a plane shortly after that and was unable to follow up again. After claims were pushed through the insurance, he found out the Dentist he last seen as an emergency was Out Of Network. This was extremely frustrating since he was never told he will be seeing an out of network physician. His niece contacted the facility to discuss this. While *Ciara* the manager was handling the matter. She admitted the front desk scheduler made this mistake but refuses to reverse the claim. Not to mention he got a second opinion and was told he has a major infection! His niece has tried calling several times to get some help and Ciara keeps going in circles. They have requested his medical records so they can appeal with the insurance but have been denied access. This is against HIPPA regulations!!! Please do not come here. We have no idea what caused the infection nor was it treated correctly. Thankfully his new dentist is taking care of it. Please this place is crooked and files fake claims to the insurance company. Save your money and health.

Horrible place! Horrible staff, tried this place 3 times and EVERY SINGLE time we had a horrible experience starting with the receptionist all the way to the dentist. Will never come back here again. Do not take your family to this place, HORRIBLE!!

I called about a chipped tooth and they were able to get me in the very next day.Once in, they took care of me quickly. The dentist took her time in filling my tooth, thereby avoiding a future problem.

Second time bringing my son here and not coming back, nothing like our first visit. The staff in the reception area is beyond nice, my issue is with the dentist Faith Rheiner. Our first visit with a different doctor was amazing, she did everything possible to make our 5 year old feel comfortable and at ease. Faith Rheiner did the complete opposite, I mean if you are sticking needles and drilling into a 5 year old’s mouth that is the least you can do, not telling my nervous kid to be quiet while he is nervously asking questions! Once the procedure was complete, not a single word from her, she just up and left. Her assistant did explain some things after and was really nice I just didn’t get her name. So this place is a no for my family and I in the future!

Dr Rheiner was phenomenal with my daughter!She just turned 18 & has always feared the Dentist.Today was our first time at Picasso & everything went wonderfully.Maggie even went to the back on her own!! So glad that we found Picasso!!

I am updating this review after a few pretty bad things. While Beverly, the hygienist is amazing and personable, the dentist and other office staff act annoyed by your presence. They also crowned a tooth for me and did a poor job which Im having problems with less than 2 months later. The office is dirty and all of the equipment and they say its the sanitizing wipes they use but everything looks dirty and smells. As well as no mention crowned tooth tion of my very back tooth RIGHT BEHIND crowned tooth behind cracked. Im paying Orime Detal to fix all of these errors out of pocket

I love Picasso Dental. They are so very considerate of my care and my comfort. The dentists have done excellent care of my teeth with fillings, and with extractions, and crowns. The dentist made certain to go over the instructions after my extraction in detail. I havent had this pleasant an experience at a dentist office in a long time.

Super friendly staff, very great work, they filled three cavities for my 7 year old and she was never in any pain and they were done quickly!

**Update, it was Tristan who I failed to get his name the first time - hes the best!**I made an apt based on the recommendation of a close friend. We both have 2 year olds, and her son did well here. Our first experience was great. I called this last Monday and was able to get an appointment for today(Wednesday) which is a fairly quick turn around. I also booked the first appointment on the first day of a new month- as a new patient, and the office team was already able to confirm my insurance before the end of my visit.They did a fantastic job with my 2 year old on his first visit. I wish I had gotten the name of the gentlemen who helped us with x-rays (for me, not the 2 yr old), photos and escorting us through our visit because he was terrific. My son loved him 💙. (If your reading this, the young gentlemen with the GREAT head of hair - Ill get his name next time).

Here at Picasso, I get regular cleanings, had root canal, tooth extraction, and about to get a tooth implant... I love Picasso Dental... they really take gentle care of the customer.

The staff at this Mansfield location is always awesome! I went in for a cleaning today and Beverly took great care of me. I like the fact she not only cleaned my teeth but took the time to explain how to better keep them clean. She even recommended and showed me a great tooth brush to start using. She went above and beyond and I’m very pleased!

Very professional oriented office, everyone is so nice, office is clean and dentist is was awesome! They listened to me and went directly to the problem.

Felt like I was given options only to be told lets see what the dentist wants to do. I was very disappointed. I was there to get work done and pay for it but it didnt seem to matter what I wanted done to my own mouth. Also I guess the hygienist felt giving me a pamphlet instead of talking to me was the best way to go. I was there for 2 hours and got nothing done. Also realized my tooth was infected, asked the dentist about it she said yeah and kept moving like nothing happened. Never prescribed antibiotics or anything. I felt like I wasted my time going there and will not be returning.

Dr. Ortiz and his staff are very friendly. Every visit is quick and easy. When I decided to get braces, they answered all my questions and explained every part of the procedure. Even when I go for adjustments they explain everything very well. Highly recommend if you are leaning towards getting braces or even Invisalign.

Very terrible experience. I just left the office an hour ago with my 14 yr old daughter. I had scheduled an appointment for myself for a tooth extraction and had taken off work to have this done. I met with the dentist and a Comprehensive oral evaluation was completed and I asked the dentist if she was going to pull my tooth and she stated they had a busy schedule and I told her I had scheduled the appointment to have my tooth pulled because I was having problems with it. She had nothing to say and prescribed an antibiotic. The office should have told me when I called to make the appointment that I would only be there for a Comprehensive oral evaluation and would have to come back for a second visit to have this done. My 14 yr old was there for a tooth extraction they completed the job and provided follow up paperwork, antibiotics and no pain medication. The dentist or office staff did not come out to speak with me to tell me anything about treatment or follow up. The office also has false advertisement office hours on the door it states the hours are Tuesday thru Friday 10 am to 6pm but on Thursday the office closes for the day at 2pm. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone they have shown that it is about money, service, and could care less about the patients needs.

I had a 4pm orthodontist app today and I arrived at 3:56p. The office manager Sara was checking patients and collecting on past due accounts. Initially Sara told me I would need to pay at least $300 to be seen. Long story short Sara swipes my card for $632 instead of $300 that was agreed. Sara refuses to refund the additional $332 since acct was past due?? Where in the world is this ok? I feel like I was just robbed and plan on contacting the corporate office. I was having a great day until my visit at Picasso dental. I left upset, anxious, and feeling like I was robbed.

Family were routine patients for years. Consistent with cleanings. All of a sudden they wanted to do deep cleanings and/or fillings. The last straw was telling me my daughter needed a root canal on a tooth that they filled four months ago. We got a second opinion and the new dentist found decay under the filling Picasso placed. My son will need a lot of work done, similar situation but multiple teeth. Beware.

I’ve come here for some routine check-ups along with getting my wisdom teeth removed, and everything has gone very smoothly! The staff is informative, and my wisdom teeth surgery which I’ve heard can be tough for a lot of people went surprisingly well - I can only thank the doctors for that.

Just finished an appointment and it went very well. I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned but am anxious about it every time. They answered all my questions and concerns very thoroughly. I asked about my children as well, 3 & 6, and they discussed in detail what an appointment would like for them at this location!!

The office was very presentable and especially great for a 10 year old boy who loves video games, the staff was absolutely AWESOME, very professional and knowledgeable. My son was very nervous but Dr. Ortiz and his assistant made him feel very comfortable and the process of getting his braces went much smoother than expected. Self pay pricing and payment plan options were explained in great detail by the front office associate. Would highly recommend this office to family, friends, and well anyone.

We had an appointment for 11:00am for our 2 babies. We waited 1:30min for them to see our kids. They saw my baby at 12:30 because I had to scream inside the office when they would see my baby. We saw a lady who got there a way after us and she had her daughter being checked before our baby.We were not walk-in, we had an appointment . It’s so disrespectful that a business does not respect the fact you have infants and make you wait for that long. This is our 2nd time trying to choose them but every time is a long wait. If you guys now you can’t see the patient please do not schedule it.I set up the appointment according to my kids nap / lunch time. Now our whole schedule is off because people do not do their job in the right way.We will make sure to take our babies to a different dentist. This was my youngest baby (8 months old) first appointment. We left the clinic with him crying hungry and tired after waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes to be checked .The dentist literally took 1 minute to check my 8 months old baby and 3 minutes to check my 18 months old baby. We had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes WITH AN APPOINTMENT to be seeing for about 4 minutes. What a shame !

Being terrified to go to a dentist, but I knew I had to go sooner or later, so I went here and Im very happy to say that I had the best experience with the staff and Dr. Koren. What I liked most about my whole experience was that at any time if I felt uncomfortable while she was treating me she said for me to raise my hand and she would stop. She also kept asking me if Im okay every couple of minutes which I loved that showed she cared how I was feeling. I had a chipped tooth with a cavity and she gave me several different options and she asked me what I prefer unlike other dentists they go right to saying you need a root canal and thats it. Well she did what I asked her to do and Im so happy with the end result. She did a wonderful job I can say cause its been almost a month already and I feel good. Im so glad I made the choice to come here with my kids, my husband, and now my in laws! By the way my husband was also terrified and he loved it here! Would highly recommend! Great place!

Dr. Koren and her staff are amazing! I have not been to the dentist in a very long time and needed some work done. They all made the entire process great and painless for me! I refer all of my friends and family to them!! And I know they have experienced the same encounter that I did! Dr. Koren even made my 2 year olds first dentist appointment the easiest thing ever. Bravo to a great family dentist office!!Update: I am now seeing their orthodontist! Least expensive prices in the area (Ive looked at several places!) My regular dentist was out of the office, as Murphy’s law would have it my tooth cracked. I was fortunate enough to be seen by Dr. Shailendra Daniels. She’s young, smart and spirited. I made the haul all the way from Oak Cliff to Mansfield with no regrets. I highly recommend her! I will be returning to Picasso Dental in six months.

This was our first visit at this location and my children absolutely loved it. I loved the fact that we were able to get all three of them in all at once. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is GREAT! They took their time to go over their treatment plan and the insurance. I would of given them 5 stars, however they spent VERY little time cleaning their teeth. I even had to ask my oldest daughter if they cleaned hers since I wasnt in there with her. The filling took little to no time to complete, which was impressive.

I was in the worst pain of my life!!! ( have had 3 kids and Id rather feel the labor again than the tooth pain) Picasso dental got me in right away and it was 5pm on a Friday when I called...now thats a dental office that cares. The staff was amazing,super friendly, and very tentative to my needs. Dr. Tievsky was a true blessing, she took my pain away. She was very professional, caring, super attentive, just an amazing dentist. Thank you.

Dentist was able to extract a molar within the appointment time range. No issues what so ever.

Today was our sons first visit with Dr. Tievsky and staff. We were greeted warmly and had a brief wait. Our son, with us following along, was then taken back for x-rays. The dental tech was kind and explained everything that she was doing to our 6 year old. We were then taken to an exam room where his favorite movie was playing. Dr. Tievsky took no time in coming to perform his exam and go over any questions that we might have. She then cleaned his teeth and sealed his permanent teeth for protection. I really liked that the dentist was the one that cleaned his teeth and not just the tech. We were in and out in a hour. We would highly recommend Dr. Tievsky and her staff for your dental needs. We were highly impressed and will be back again.

My 9 year old son was given nitrous oxid and was in pain during his 2 hour procedure! He was crying when I was allowed back in the room to pick him up! This is unacceptable and we are horrified that this happened!!!

Had a wisdom tooth removed today and was really happy with Dr. Tievesky and her assistant, James. They did a great job, were reasonably priced and you really good care of me! I definitely recommend this place and will be a regular patient from now on.

I went in for bottom tooth extraction and I felt like I was in a scene from a horror movie. The staff is nice but that does not make my experience any better. I was in the chair almost 2 hrs, at one point another dentist came in to assist. After all the drilling and pulling and a busted lip, the tooth had broken and the dentists could not get the roots. They refunded me my money but I still had to schedule an appointment with an oral surgeon because now the entire left side of my mouth top teeth, bottom teeth, and my ear hurt. Idk if it was an exposed nerve but the pain was horrible. I was on pain meds an entire week until I had my oral surgery. The only plus was that I lost weight because I couldnt eat. That was the most horrible experience ever.

Hands down best dentist I’ve ever been to! Very kid friendly my wife and I both left without being hurt, my 18 month old son left happy and entertained!

What a great dental experience Ive been to other dental offices and have not felt this comfortable the staff is caring. Everything was explained to me to where I understood exactly what I needed. I would recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a great dentist and excellent dental experience.

This office is the best! I had some fillings done and zoom whitening by Dr. Koren. My teeth have never looked this good. The dentist and her staff are all awesome. I refer all my friends to Picasso!

Great family dentist! Dr. Koren is awesome! she has wonderful beside manners, she makes sure her patients are comfortable! An all the staff is awesome I will drive from my new home in Tyler just to see her an the other employees!!!!
