I decided to go here last minute on my way home from work. I experienced absolutely no wait time and was seated right away. I had Jennifer as my nail tech and she was great. She was so sweet and so gentle with me. I am usually terrified of getting hurt because of past experiences, but I didn’t have any cuts at all. I asked for a simple, yet specific design, and she did it with no qualms. I am definitely coming back here, so happy it’s only 5 minutes away! Thank you for the amazing service and amazing technicians who are so skilled and kind!

My mother in law recommended this place as I’ve been trying to find a great nail salon. This is by far the best nail salon in nova! Every time I visit the salon I always have a great experience. The service is always great ! Everyone is always vary professional and kind. Vivian Nail Spa is hands down the best nail salon and service I have ever received. The establishment is very clean and I never have found it unorganized. Tiffany has accommodated me on so many occasions last minute. She has opened the shop for me at 7am and accommodated me after hours as well. She is the definition of a dedicated business owner. Her shape is impeccable and I can give her a picture of any design and she is spot on. She is extremely talented. I have also gotten my pedicure done by other employees and have been very happy. If you are looking for a great nail salon, this is your new spot!

I’m new to this nail Salon, but my first visit was great. As soon as I came in I was welcomed and assisted by Chloe. Chloe did my pedicure and did an awesome job. She didn’t rush and took her time making sure that my cuticles were trimmed, and cleaned up any polish outside of the nail. Definitely a great pedicure to start the spring season! I’ll be getting my nails done here next time and I hope they’re just as good as the pedicure was. Would recommend!!

Honestly I was surprised to get such bad service. I called in to check if they weren’t too busy to take me, my mother and my sister. The lady who answered the phone said no, to come in.My mother and sister arrived before me and were attended but they told me it was packed. My mother got a pedicure and hated it.Unfortunately no one wears name tags so I don’t know the lady who did my mother’s pedi. She was an older lady though. She rushed the entire thing and because of it, it caused her to do a terrible job.My sister got manicure and pedicure. The girl who did hers was a younger girl and actually took her time and did great with the toes.Side note: The younger girl did so much more for my sister than the other lady did for my mother but charged the exact same for the toes?My sisters nails were done at the pedicure station (assuming because they were busy) but by a different lady. The fact that she did them while my sister was at the pedi section it was a weird position for the mail tech and of course that resulted in sloppy work. Leaving bubbles all over her nails.As for me! I was seated at the pedicure section at 1:40 and was not helped until 2:20pm. (Not to mention someone was helped right next to me and before me when I arrived before them!)All that wait only for the lady to come over and take off my color and then leave me stating she was going to go take lunch really quickly, leaving me to waiting for more time.When she came back she apologized but with all the respect; if I am paying for a service I shouldn’t have to wait on someone to go to lunch.. there should be someone else to attend me.I was going to get my nails done here as well but the poor service made me completely change my mind. I don’t want to risk them messing up my nails. Especially for my birthday weekend. NO THANKS.

This is the first time that I have had my nails done with tips on. They did a great job with the application and did not cause any pain or issues with my cuticles even though they were really bad. The color choices were wonderful with a great variety of shiny and sparkly. My daughter had hers done too, and they did a good job with giving her age appropriate nails. Definitely a good place to go. I do plan to return.

Tiffany is always making sure her customers are happy and love what they get! The other night she squeezed me in for a last minute appointment and even stayed past closing to ensure my nails were done with lots of patience and love. Chloe did my nails. She was very kind, professional, and took her time to make sure she did a good job. I havent had a manicure and pedicure in a very long time so it was so nice to finally treat myself. I had the spa pedicure and it was very relaxing and I received a lot of compliments on my nails and toes. I would definitely go here again and highly recommend.

Tiff is awesome. Came in on my evening break and I was in and out in 45 min. They were the only ones open and they have now earned my loyalty. My nails are flawless, loved the shape and uniformity. Not too thin and not too thick. The prices are high currently due to economy but they are in line with the competition. I went with gel because I didnt have time to wait for the regular polish to dry. Thanks again.

Two words..Simply amazing! Any time I need to make an appointment, Tiffany is always willing to work with my schedule. I get SNS dipping powder and she does a fabulous job every time! Just show a picture of what you want and she’ll duplicate. Everyone is so nice and professional. I also love that anyone who comes into the establishment MUST wash their hands prior to receiving any service.

I got my nails done with my cousin on Friday 4/2/21. She decided she wanted to try the liquid gel instead of powder acrylic. Ive had my nails for a week and my thumb nail has partial chipped off and my pinky nail has partial chipped off.. The liquid gel was so much more expensive than powder acrylic and it has only lasted a week. Ive always gotten powder acrylic done when I get my nails done and it lasts weeks. I can go 3 weeks before needing them done again.

I am very very picky when it comes to my nails but I’m always happy when I get my nails done here. I’ve been going to Vivian’s nail for a few years, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else but here!

I went and got my nails done with Cloe, she was very kind, gentle, and professional. I really enjoyed my experience there. Would recommend them.

My first time at this salon. I made an appointment for 2 p.m. with Tiffany because she has really good reviews. I came here for a full set and a spa pedicure. I was kind of nervous as these nails would be for my wedding day.I was seated immediately, but after gluing on the acrylic nails, I was escorted to the massage chair for my pedicure. I got the full treatment, with both my nails and toenails being tended to at the same time. Tiffany made sure my pedicurist (Henry) knew it was for my wedding day and to take good care of me.I will be coming back here thanks to Tiffany and Henry

My first time at this shop and I was blown away! Not only did Tiffany do a great job on my nails but the atmosphere at the shop is very welcoming. I have bounced around a lot of shops in Manassas because I’m very particular how my nails look and worried if they can complete the design I want but I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone that wants their nails to be the way they envisioned it. I showed her a picture and she nailed it without me even having to say a word throughout the process. Have seen these pictures of beautiful nails they do on Instagram. I have been to many nail salons in the area but have never found anyone who can do it the way I wanted them. I contacted them & was constantly in touch in regards to when I can come in. I requested Tiffany & met her today. I gave her an idea of what I wanted & she did not disappoint! They are a bit pricey but I’m not disappointed for what I paid & what was delivered.

I am so happy that I found Vivian’s nail spa. I’ve been there twice and I was made comfortable the moment I walked in both times. My first visit was a walk-in and my second was by appointment. All the staff is wonderful and it’s a great time while you are getting your nails done. The shop is very clean and they have so many color choices. My nail tech was Tiffany. I show her a design and let her get creative with her own touchy. I love a good EXTRAAAA everything set. Always something to catch the eye. Tiffany pays close attention to detail making sure everything is perfected. I would recommend them to everybody. You will not go wrong with stopping in here for self care needs !!

I went here to get a Gel French and a pedi. My nails are so uneven. I didnt have time to go back because I was getting married the next day. THEY ARE TERRIBLE...

All of the staff at this salon are extremely friendly and professional. My first visit was to try lash extensions, and the technician Debbie was very detailed and patient. I was initially hesitant to get my nails done because I have such high standards. I contacted the salon, and requested Debbie to do a liquid gel fill. She exceeded my expectations! I am now a regular client here, and I have recommended Vivian Nail Spa to my coworkers.

I decided to splurge and upgraded to the ultimate pedicure package. It was awesome......so relaxing. This was my first time experiencing a hot stone massage. Those stones can hold some heat but my technician Tiffany handled them very well and didnt leave them in one spot for too long. She was very gentle with the grooming tools (no knicks or pinches). Ms. Tiffany also waxed my eyebrows. I love them, they are shaped just how I like them. I already peeped a few colors I want for my future pedicures.

Do NOT come to this salon. First of all they do not apply enough acrylic powder on your nail in order to give a good full set. I’ve came back twice and both times within a week my nails have already start to break and crack on the nailbed where they place the nail. Twice I came back because I got a ombré. Apparently Tiffany is the only one that knows how to do ombre really well and is in between salons in Chantilly and elsewhere. I don’t appreciate spending money on nails especially when it’s going to break my real nails. That is so unacceptable

Tammy is my nail tech, but Id be comfortable going to any of the other nail techs here. The salon is brand new, high tech and extremely comfortable. The salon location is ideal as its right on Sudley and close to other shopping. Give this new salon a try, youre going to love it!

My gel nails are chipping after 5 days, and my skin is bruised/peeling from over filing. 😭This was my go to salon but I’m having second thoughts.*turns out, there was no bruising or peeling. I have a nail fungus that is now on over half of my pinky finger.*I used to frequent this place before covid. it seems like they’ve increased their pricing but they’re not properly sanitizing their equipment.

This was our first time at the salon. The location was convenient. The shop was welcoming and very pretty. The ladies were super friendly which is always a plus. It was a total different experience. I avoid spending money on these things, I usually just keep my toenails short. I’ve had uncomfortable experiences at most nail salons, starting from the lack of proper greeting to the conversations the techs have out loud In a foreign lenguaje, not to mention the constant pressure I feel to upgrade the service making me feel like the basic pedicure is just a waist of my time and dollar.It didn’t happen here, I was actually pleasantly surprised. I had the GUY, lol. Can’t remember his name🤷🏻‍♀️ I was only offered an up grade ONCE (witch I declined) and he continued with a smile on his face and focused on his craft🤦🏻‍♀️ My feet were nasty, they’re on point now, I’ll definitely be going back.

Really disappointed with this place, i came because my daughter raved about it and i made an appointment and everything and they even said come early if you can and i did, i rushed out of work to get there early and they took my daughter quick but i had to wait and two other people walked in and didnt say they had an appointment but were taken quickly but i still had to wait... decided not to get my nails done after that.. dont waste your time making an appointment there not gonna see you on time

I attended the newly Ive opened location near Bull Run plaza in Manassas. Ive been getting pedicures for years, hands down best pedicure Ive had in the U.S.. Trish gives a wonderful hot stone massage for the deluxe spa pedicure, stellar pedi service. Clean facility, friendly atmosphere. Tips were cash only. I didnt know, didnt have cash but they accommodated so I could tip via PaPal or Venmo. They have a reward system for earning discounted services after so many services. Reasonable prices.

I dont typically go to nail salons, but I wanted my hands to look super girly since I was getting married. Making an appointment was quite easy to do over the phone, and, if Im not mistaken, Vivian Nail Spa offers walk-in services!Since Im very new to glitzy nails, I was unsure of what to do, but my nail technician, Tiffany, was extraordinarily helpful! She made suggestions in regards to styles, nail shapes, colors, and all the bells and whistles I had ever seen on Pinterest; she even showed me photos from her Instagram so I had a clear idea of what I was choosing. I truly felt pampered like a princess.We decided on a light pink full set with glitter and accent gems on my ring fingers. Tiffany explained what she was doing the entire process, answered all of my questions about nail care (and I had quite a few), and periodically asked me if my nails were turning out the way I had hoped they would look. Needless to say, I was floored with the final product and astounded by the amount of time and patience Tiffany put into her work.Overall, the establishment is clean, well-organized, and has a friendly atmosphere. Most of the nail technicians greeted the customers by name, and I overheard a few phone calls to clients confirming their appointments and asking if their nail treatments were holding up/needed touch ups. The service at Vivian Nail Spa is phenomenal, and I will definitely be a repeat customer despite living in an area that has quite a few salons nearby (Centreville).
