Ive been going to Han for over 5 years. Her and Tim are consistently the best in the business. I moved to PA and then to MD in that time and never have found a salon to replace Urban nail spa. I will travel 2 hours just to get my nails done by them. They are perfectionists in their trade and will always do what they can to leave you satisfied. I get the acrylic nails with gel & they turn out amazing each and every time no matter what shape or length I want. I cant recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed.

Great experience. Tim did a excellent job on my nails. Took his time to explain the problem I was having with liquid gel. I took his suggestion on using powder gel instead. My nails look great especially the design he did by hand. Definitely coming back.

I have been coming here for years! The very first time I came I was blown away. They are a step above any other nail salon. The care I receive is great. I know I can work with any technician and I will get great results. My favorite is they prioritize their appts. You don’t wait, you are taken care of right on time! The pedicures are really great and my gel manicure is always close to the cuticle which is the way I like it! Han runs her salon like a well oiled machine! This is my place!

Let me start off by saying this nail salon and spa is amazing and the atmosphere is soo relaxing, I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Lee, she really takes care of you, her work is beautiful my nails looked amazing, they also lasted 3 weeks + yes no lifting or chipping I got gel polish. 5 star For LEE

I love this place. They have been in that shopping center forever. Matt is the best his designs are out of this world. Only down side you need to make an appointment other then that this place is clean and the staff awesome.

We have been coming to Urban nail spa for several years and have always had an excellent experience. Tim, Han and Matt are awesome. Their services are top notch and pricing is extremely competitive

Used to go to this place for years to get my mani and pedi Matt always did a great Job and would always recommend it to friend and family but after yesterday I would never step a foot in this place. Had to cancel my appointment because of the flu, called my nail tech to see if I could reschedule only to find out the the owner Han doesn’t want me in her shop cause my health is more important than getting my nails done.

I don’t know why this place has such a high rating because the nail techs there are inexperienced. The guy who did my nails last time was drilling my actual nail so it freaking hurt and it felt like he was trying to rush the process. He did a poor job applying the polish so it looked gloopy and uneven. I would definitely not recommend this place to anybody.

Ive been to many nail places, and this is definitely the best one! Every one is very nice and very talented. The prices are reasonable, and its a very relaxing atmosphere. If youre in northern VA, this is the place to go for your nails!

I wanted to update my review: I travel around the world for my career and NOWHERE else that I have been to in the US, Canada, Italy, Germany, or England does as good a job as These incredible people.They are kind and very thorough. My nails are always perfect. My eyebrows always look great too!!

I been going there for some time now but my experience today was not good everyone is normally nice.On Saturday I got my nails done and normally am happy with the work they do. My nail started to chip little in the end and normally the put two top coat of clear but the girl put one coat. I didnt want to say anything because I dont like to complain. So today I call and a guy answer the phone and he was really nice. I explained to him what happened I told him I just wanted to have an extra coat of the clear coat he said come in and they will fix it. Went in at four to get it fix I should has got the woman name not sure if she is the manager but she was rude as hell she was arguing with she has the worst customer service ever dont think am going back over there again because of her.

The salon is beautiful, clean and roomy. Everyone was pleasant and efficient! Tim did an excellent job. Took his time but not too long. Was evenly pleased with my nails and am now a committed customer!

My experience at Urban Nail Spa was okay. I got a plain pedicure.As a new customer, the staff wasnt all that friendly, and didnt try particularly hard to make me feel welcome or understand their process. Other nail salons Ive been to will check in with you and get payment after youve been sitting at the nail dryer area for a while, but I was left to my own devices here. Not horrible or anything, but something to be aware of.When the nail tech realized that my feet are ticklish he was careful with them, which was nice. The polish selection was fine, and my toenails do look great!

The lady that did my toenails was the best I had had so far. She was very careful for one. But more than that, she seemed very experience and knew what she was doing.

Theyre always super thorough with prepping my nails before they paint. Comes out perfect every single time and lasts for weeks. Prices are surprisingly low for the quality and everything is always so clean. Gonna miss you all when I move!

Came here at 530, they close at 700. Was told the rowdy group immediately, and I mean IMMEDIATELY before me (as in I walked in right behind them and waited behind them at the desk while they explained what they wanted) had taken last call. I understand that, but what I don’t understand is why they asked me if I was with that group BEFORE turning down my business, as though they WOULD have fit me in if I were with that group, as though they HAD room to accommodate me but weren’t going to bother unless I was with the large group whose business they’d lose if they turned down one of the group, but since I was by myself they weren’t going to bother. Oh well, sometimes it isn’t meant to be. I’m not writing this review to bash the place, even though 1.5 full hours before closing is a perfectly reasonable time to come to a nail place on a Thursday evening, I’m writing to tell you that after I left, which I did immediately, I went to the Mexican bakery down the strip and bought excellent cookies and then went farther down the plaza to a place called Long Nail, it’s by the CVS, and they close at 800 and gave me literally the best massage/spa pedicure of my life. So go to Long Nail.

Yeah, I would NOT give this place a try. Was visiting from NC. Walked in at 11:20 am for a pedicure and fill-in. The lady comes to the counter and says I can do your fill-in, but we are completely booked at 12 pm for pedicures so I cant get you in. Mind you, not a single person there waiting and even if they had a group of people at 12pm - you still could not provide service for a pedicure? SMH....

Best place in manassas. I have been to several other nail salons and no one else seems to get it right like urban. They take their time and do a great job. It is totally relaxing and I will be going here from now on!

Since relocating from California I have been looking for a new place to get a pedicure. This place tops it! Staff are nice. They take their time and do an amazing job. The foot massage was so good I almost fell asleep. The paint job was clean and not sloppy. I love their spa products are all organic. The lavender is amazing. I also love that the foot dryer is fans and not uv like most nail places. I always itch from uv and have to skip the dryer usually but here I dont have to. They take visa and mastercard. They are smart! They actually put your flip flops on before painting so they dont risk messing it up when they are done.

I wont go anywhere else! I love Urban Nail Spa!

My go to place! I drive 45min just to go here for my “me time”, I won’t go anywhere else.

This place is horrible the staff are mean and even on the phone very unfriendly plus they use dirty / used tools on your hands and nails.

My first time at the shop I got a gel manicure and pedicure the tech cut a piece of my skin off my nail visible to the eye and made my big toe sore.
