They kept pushing me to get gel manicure after I said no multiple times because I wanted a regular mani, Im guessing for the price. Then I asked for acrylic and they said they have acrylic powder in which later I found out they actually gave me GEL powder.. then I asked to put on a pink nail polish over it and a Vietnamese guy did a terrible job. Shape is uneven and sloppy; nail polish came out splotchy, bubbly; he didnt even try to clean up messy lines or anything. Will not recommend to anyone. Im highly disappointed and wasted $35 for bad quality work. I can do a lot better job than this... What I thought would be a relaxing time ended up becoming a stressful day. NEVER again.and Im pretty sure they reuse all their equipment (cuticle pusher, nail clipper, etc.) as they were not in a sealed package like other nail salons. I was kind of disguisted when I saw them using a cuticle pusher thats been sitting in liquid (assuming its to clean the equipment) along with other clippers, etc.Im not sure why pictures wont upload but I wish you could see this mess.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. A gentleman did my full set. He did a horrible job. He missed parts when he was putting on the acrylic powder and I asked him to fix it and he was acting like he was but he never fixed it. So now I have parts of my nail with no acrylic. Then he used two different drill bits which is fine but neither did anything. My nails done even look natural. He didn’t even get the parts near my cuticles. Then he ‘bugged’ my nails 3 different times. To the point the nails were really thin. My saving grace was the lady who did my polish because she added like 4 layers of gel coat. I will not be going back.

I called and was able to get a same day appointment on a Sunday. I got a gel pedicure. Reasonibly priced, compared to other salons in the area. Not the greatest service Ive ever had in regards to the spa/massage portion of the pedicure. However, they were polite. Ill post some pictures of my pedicure and let you be the judge of the quality.

Got my nails done and just a few days later I realized how terrible they looked! I got acrylics on and some of my nails are crocked, didn’t add gel to my full nail, they are already falling off, didnt paint all of the gel. Definitely won’t be returning.

She is amazing I adore he children boys are adore not to costly or anything like that. I enjoy my friends & I girl time. We had gift cards from our friend we was able to make this happen we really enjoyed the time & it was not as pricey as most other places.

I waited 20 minutes for someone to be available to wax my eyebrows when two women walked in, requested a pedicure, and were seen immediately. I walked out after waiting 20 minutes for a 5 minute procedure. I will never try this place again.Edit: Two weeks later, I decided to give this place another try. Maybe both they and I were having a bad day. And sure enough, they were awesome. She saw me immediately and did a fantastic job. Today was a 5 star experience, so Ill average it out to 3. Ill definitely come here again and hopefully be able to raise the stars higher. :)Edit: Ive been continuously coming here and they are fantastic. They perform great quality service and multitask extraordinarily well. This is a complete 180 from my first visit. They have made a consistent customer out of me!

I could not be any happier!!! I have searched no less than 3 days comparing reviews and looking for the best nail salon in Manassas. Then I decided to try Bebe II. And I can honestly say, I wont be going anywhere else! Sofia was the nicest nail tech I have ever met. And she did an absolutely fabulous job. I am most impressed because my nails needed a lot of work, and instead of complaining about the condition of my nails, or recommending removing them and starting over with a new set, she did everything I asked for and was most accommodating. I had been sick for a while and it has been over a month since I had my last fill, so they were long, thick and square. I asked for almond shaped nails and she delivered without hesitation!! I got a little nervous when a lot of people started to walk into the salon thinking she would rush or get up to service them, but she didnt! She kindly told them that someone would be with them soon and continued working on my nails. And honestly that was a FIRST for me. (and I have been to a lot of nail salons) Sofia really is a top tier nail technician! Needless to say, this is now my permanent nail salon!

Apparently the young man named Dax who is there isnt licensed, so I felt it wasnt fair I was expected to pay the same price from his services as I would have from someone else who worked there that was actually licensed. In VA, its okay to apprentice and do nail work without it though so I understand the law, but the expected payment wasnt really fair.That all would have been fine anyway, but he was in the middle of buffing my toes and cut deep into my cuticle, so I was bleeding pretty badly. After telling me to just put my foot in the water, it seemed to stop and he continued. Then using a brush that looked like it should have been thrown away long before it looked at frayed as it did, it re-opened the cut. So I started bleeding again. He seemed really confused and not altogether there, and he certainly didnt deal with it very professionally. I had to REQUEST for him to grab some alcohol to properly clean it. He was just flustered. His mom finally comes around and finishes it up and rectifies it as much she can with a beautiful paint job and extra massage and comps the entire pedicure.I would just be cautious about going here, it really depends on who you get.I probably wont go back though because the whole experience just made me never want to go and get pedicures anywhere, Ill just do them at home.

OMG!!! I asked for coffin shaped, pink and white ombre nails and showed a picture. She spent 2 hours PERFECTING my nails with such detail!! EXACTLY like the picture! I have never walked out of a nail salon more happy than I am right now!!! Great prices! Great service! Best place hands down!!

This place has the BEST prices in town & surroundings areas! Not to mention, LEE IS THE MAN! I have never in my 41 years do my nails as good as he does! Don’t get me wrong...his woman ain’t too shabby herself 😊 She does a great set of nails too! I have wide nail beds so my nail beds always look big. Lee changed that for me! Granted my nails are longer...which is how I like them but he makes my nail beds look thinner too! From this day forward...Lee you don’t know it yet but we are in a “nail relationship.” Please don’t ever leave me! Lol 😂

I couldnt get to my regular spot so I gave this place a try, well I wont be going back. The guy was the one who did my nails, he started them then he went out for a smoke break 🤣🤣 came back in & didnt wash his hands. & my nails look kind of bad, I did tell him about my nails & he said they good, they good Im like no they not. I choose my Battles wisely so I just walked out & wont be going back, thats All! ✌🏾

I love this place, I have been going here for over a year now. Sophia is the best and so is her husband, love the family atmosphere. My boyfriend and I even visit regularly for pedicures, which are priced decently and I visit twice even three times a month !

I’ve been coming to this nail salon ever since this store opened even now that i moved 20mins away. I’ve always trusted Sophia from doing my nails(manicure/Acrylic),pedicure,wax and now to get my lashes extension. Sophia would take her time and make sure everything is more than worth it’s price. It’s very satisfying and that’s why I’m a loyal customer😊. All stuff are friendly and humble. I would forever get my nails done here.👍🏻⭐️

It was my first time going and I absolutely loved it. I got a manicure, pedicure, and half leg wax. All of the things was better than other places. Firstly, the leg wax was done carefully and there wasn’t no missed spots which is a common problem I’ve experienced at other places. She checked her work and got stray hairs with a tweezer. The same woman also did my feet and I think she did a great job as well. I had ingrowns that she took out with care. Sofie did my hands and even though it was past closing she still took her time instead of rushing like other places have. There was good conversation throughout the entire visit and it’s obvious Sofie cares a lot about her customers feeling comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Definitely coming again!

Really nice quality pedicure, a gentleman started it and a young woman applied the polish, they both did amazing jobs. The only weird thing was that even though I had called and asked the price, (21$ for a pedicure, posted on the door too) after I was done they asked for 26, because they had done a callus treatment (sounds intense but looking back I think it was just using a foot file to smooth skin) which was extra. I can see if I had not broached the subject of price but I had specifically asked for the basic pedicure and checked their in house price sheet as well as calling. It was so nice and relaxing but honestly having to be aware of possible hidden extra charges being tacked on without being asked if you want them really negates the cheaper price and the stress relief of the pedicure. When I think back, the man did say Ill get rid of these calluses for you but I assumed it was small talk and normal for whatever I had asked for and complimented him on his work when he showed me. So perhaps thats my own fault for not realizing it was not part of the basic pedicure for that salon. I think I like to tip way too much for good service because I used to work in the industry but I ended up only tipping 50% of the total cost because of the awkwardness at the end. I probably wont go back because I hate confrontation and it felt SO weird politely insisting on the price I was repeatedly quoted. It was a great, 6 star pedicure though, so I cant give this place less than 4 stars lol

My girlfriend went and they are using too strong of chemicals and the ruined my girlfriends nails and Im half tempted to go in and complain. She is so much pain
