I went here for a fill-in because my tech was booked and I was headed out of town! Lordt why! I had long coffin nails, Id asked for them to be cut down a little and ended up with a short square style I was very disappointed 😞 (Brandy-Brandi) did a horrible job 😢 I was very disappointed. I paid left and kept looking at my nails.... the polish was dripping and they were uneven. I even told him I was diabetic which I guess caused the fiasco. Long story short..... stick with your own tech! Sorry Cindy Ill never cheat again 😔

First time and never again! I would highly recommend you checking for service prices.The guy that did my nails is not professional at all I absolutely dislike how he looked at me when I asked him If he could go back and paint the edges of some of my nails that he didn’t paint. I definitely didn’t enjoy a relaxing time at this nail place waste of my money.

Brandy saw me and took really good care of my nails. Will definitely go back to this place! Everyone is sweet and I didn’t have to wait long without even having an appointment.

I love this place, the ambience, everything. My nail tech was so patient today and helpful to find the correct shade of pink I was finally satisfied with. They are sooo accommodating everytime I come through, if theres something I am not totally satisfied with even if its the slightest detail they go above and beyond to make sure Im satisfied with the end result, communication is key, and Im beyond grateful for their patience! They took forever. Had an appointment for 3:30pm wasnt seen until 4:00pm and then I didnt leave until 6:10pm just for an acrylic fill with French tip gel polish that doesnt even look good. The nails are uneven and bumpy. The other person I went with got a full set during that same amount of time but today, 4 days later one of the nails has completely come off and another has a massive chip in it. Overall unhappy with the service received.

Today was my first day at Salon De Nails and Spa. It is safe to say that I will never go anywhere else but here from now on! The Inside is so beautiful and relaxing and the staff is extremely welcoming and kind. This is this best manicure I have EVER had and I have been getting my nails done for a very long time. Christie did my nails and took her time and was very thorough. My nails look so natural and the shape is perfect. The price is just right. I will recommend this place to all of my family and friends!

I went in to get my nails done and the lady first cut my nail too short and didn’t even file them properly and then later painted them without even cleaning up and then I said if they could fix it cause it looked horrible and crooked they said no we can’t it’ll take too much time and that it was just my cuticles that we’re crooked. Horrible. Would never recommend to anyone.

This is the best nail salon around. They are well priced, clean and everyone is very sweet and kind there. I won’t go anywhere else. They are so sweet and patient with my child and I have been places where that’s not the case. I highly recommend this place! I go often and never had an issue.

The salon was appealing and elegant. It had a nice relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. It was my first time here and I was very pleased with the services I received. The staff was very welcoming from the moment I walked into the salon. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Unfortunately I have to give this nail salon one star and that’s sad because I am not picky. This nail salon is beautiful and clean, and I came to get a full set of nails because my regular place was booked up. I’m not sure of the name of the nail tech who did my nails (She had very short hair), but I would never recommend her. Whenever she was finished with one hand she would throw it and grab my other hand. To say she rushed is an understatement. My nails are splotchy, bumpy, and uneven. The topcoat is warped because it appears it was applied too thick. I did pay for this service because I am in the service industry myself and I want her to be compensated for her time, but I would never be able to recommend this nail tech to anyone. I can’t speak for the other nail techs.

I want to hear we could go and have a great experience. My daughter and I got pedicures. I believe the business new from what they said, but the service his outstanding. Staff are very professional and Pleasant and sincerely want you to be happy. We had a great experience here and I would absolutely recommend them to others.

I highly recommend this salon! They are extremely nice and welcoming! They gave me a lot of attention even to my friend who was not getting any services done. The place is beautiful and very very clean. It smells amazing not like chemicals. Very relaxing environment. Good prices! Just overall a great experience! I had my eyebrows waxed which I am extremely picky about. The lady who did my eyebrows did a great job and took her time!

I have been to this salon a few times and tried to give them a chance especially since the location is convenient but that doesnt always work. The Salon is very nice and clean, however the nail techs Ive used dont really know what their doing and when you ask for a particular service or for something to be done a certain way they end up doing it how they want it done .I heard Christie is good but I wont be going back to get the same sad results. I am not picky about my nailsI normally dont do reviews but I had to do this one because it never gets any better with this place.

Ive been coming to this Salon since they opened last year. Brandy was who I started with and when she wasnt available others have done my nails/pedicure. Now Christy is my gal I go to all the time. This Salon is clean,friendly,and Im always treated with respect. If I have concerns,they are and have been addressed in a prompt and professional manner. Hats off to Salon De Nails hope you have many more years in the area.

I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and nice. They accommodated me and my friend when we came in close to closing time and they didnt make us feel rushed. The environment is warm and welcoming. I will be coming back every two weeks!

Recently had appointment to get dip powder on nails. Had to return after just a couple of days as thumb chipped. After seemingly getting chipped thumb fixed a couple days ago, just now chipped again. For $55 bucks a pop, youd think...but no. Disappointed:( Spoke too soon, just had another chip.

Christie did an excellent job on my toes, nails and eyebrows! Trifecta! I will be back and I recommend you do too! All of that for $55. Cant beat the price and the service was fantastic!

Everyone was very friendly. My manicure turned out great. Thy (tee) was very good and did an outstanding job.

Very dissatisfied. Just took my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday. The guy who did her nails filed them really short :/ she has been growing them out. They were not super long, but longer than what he left her with. Also the color is on the cuticle, as if another little girl had done her nails. I didn’t see them until we got home and i called the nail salon and the guy who did her nails answered the phone and was on the defensive. Not apologizing at all. Saying her nails were already short. NO, he filed them really short. I feel he didn’t take the time to do a good job and that’s why he did a poor job. Will NEVER go back to this place. My daughter is very upset now. This was our first time there and will be our last. Lesson learned. Stick to your regular salon......

I absolutely LOVE Arita!!! I came in a few weeks back because the place Ive gone for 10+ years did such an awful job at my last visit that I had pain in my toe for days! Arita fixed me up and did such an amazing job I decided to stick with her! Today I decided to have her do my eyebrows as well and honestly I can say I have never loved my eyebrows as much as I do today! Highly recommend this place and Arita!!!

Tried salon for first time. Salon was very clean and the decor was very nice. But my nail tech was horrible where it was very difficult to communicate with her because she didnt speak English. As a result, two other people had to complete the manicure and pedicure. She was very new but store owner/manager claims she has worked in other salons but new to their salon. My nail tech was,litterally watching the nail tech next to me to see how she was doing the spa pedicures. Tech cut my cuticle causing it to bleed and she kept going as if nothing happened and I had to move my foot and ask for manager. Manager stepped in to stop my toe from bleeding and shaped, filed and buffed my toenails. Nail tech did give a good massage but polishing, shaping of nails are not her current skills. Dont waste your time and money.

I had two very bad experiences at this place. They never know their prices, and just make them up when you ask. My cousin and I got the same exact service and she charged me $7 more! Also they nail techs aren’t very experienced. The last lady who did my nails took forever and i was under the impression she didn’t know what she was doing. She was hurting me with the drilling, she actually drilled my nails TOO thin and I had bleeding under two nails. I came for a fill and she insisted I needed a full set. She removed each and every single one of my nails using a fake nail by sliding it under each of my nails. It hurt SO bad I kept telling her but she didn’t do anything about it. I think she was purposely trying to hurt me because she was offended I asked how long had she been working there. Also, each and every single one of my nails broke within 1 week. They use CHEAP nails. I am not that rough and have never had that happen before. And they all broke at the same place, breaking my real nail as well and causing me pain. I would NEVER go here again!!

I went there to get my nails done with my friend they cut my finger they cut her toes and her fingers none of the nails are the same shape and we paid almost 200 🙄

Usually I go to another salon but this place is close by my house so I decided to try it out. NOT HAPPY at all! All of my nails were shaped weird & they were lumpy. I asked for coffin style but did not get that. The polish wasnt painted all the way to the edges or the tip so it chipped off within 3 days. As you can see in the picture they didnt even paint the clear coat all the way to the edge, stops half way. They seemed like nice people just inexperienced.

Salon De Nails is a great place. All the staff was very friendly. They did an amazing job on my nails and toes.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I went to Thy and all she was doing was talking in her language and laughing with the girl next to her that did my mom’s nails. We were not impressed with our nails. Chipped, lumpy and peeled after the 3rd day. I called to complain and a guy named randy told me he would fix it for free. I came in and they put me back with Thy after I refused! She made my nails worse and started laughing again so I told her to take it off and she refused. Both times I went they weren’t busy at all which says a lot. Next time I’ll stick to my regular salon Zen Nail Spa

I love this place! Christie is the best. Her mani-pedis are amazing. I always get complements. She is is very meticulous and they my nails are perfect! She always adds sparkle, too (my preference). My gel mani last for 2-3 weeks. The salon is clean and comfortable too.

Great place! VERY clean and relaxing environment. Friendly staff answered the phone and when I got there they were just as friendly...without being bothersome. They use the bag liners for the pedi foot tub...love those because it makes everything feel even more clean. Prices were good. No upselling, they just aksed if I wanted additional services. Really EXCELLENT pedi. Natalie was my technician and she did a wonderful job, was very pleasant, and she just let me sit back and relax with no chatting to distract me from my complete relaxation. The other guests were also quiet. A noticeable and remarkable thing I noticed is very very little odor from chemicals in the shop. They have a vast polish selection and all were in pristine condition and no weird gloopy polishes that you see in other places. I also got waxing: brows, lip, and chin, also by Natalie. The overall quality of service was excellent and I will be returning here from now on for pedi and waxing.
