This is the worst place to go for nail manicure or pedicure, I clearly told them I don’t want cold water they kept my feet in cold water, very rude and unprofessional. The massage chairs are old and not working properly.

I LOVE this place! The owner had been doing my eyebrows and nails for over 21 years now. ( She used to be at Modern Nails at Pentagon City) So when she opened up her own shop. Naturally I come all the way from DC for her! Great prices, quality materials and much talent! Come check them out

Called them 30 min before arrival to schedule an appointment. They said they could see me in 30 min for a full set and pedicure. I was already in the shopping center so I waited in my car until the appointment time.When I went inside I picked my color and was seated to the pedicure chairs and Diane attended me. She was very kind and careful with me.They gave the salon prepped with pedi glass in the pedicure chairs and the tables. Covid prepped.Diane did such a good job and I will be sure to come see her again.Very lovely place 100% recommended.

Victor was very rude and disrespectful. He doesnt listen and tells you the customer what he wants to do. He is very unprofessional.

I was skeptical at first walking in since I have never been here before but was invited by my sister, so I went along. The gentlemen that works here assured us they would take good care of us since we had experienced really bad treatment elsewhere. The gentleman worked on my sister and a newbie worked on me. I was so scared because of the language barrier but was assured she would do well. I am sooo happy I had her working on me as I am super picky and she sensed my fear. I never get coffin shaped nails but she said it would best go with my finger shape, so I went with it. She was so meticulous and perfected everything. She took her time and was in no rush (which I’m thankful for). I can’t remember her name but she was a young girl and I will always go to her. Thank you to the gentleman (calls himself Rico Suave) for taking us in and being professional and with high energy.Update: Two of my nails have already popped off (the entire nail) and it has only been a week. I take back what I said. I will not be coming back here.

I needed to have a pedicure and I chose this salon & my pedicure was amazing as well! The staff treated me like a princess in whole of process. She was young and cute as well as did was simply amazing and thorough. The atmosphere is very cozy and friendly environment! There is no doubt in my mind that Ill be back!

First time visit today. I took my two girls and we all got pedicures, which were very nice. My girls both got polish changes and I got a fill. Rico, Nina and Diana were all very pleasant and did very nice work. It leaned a tad toward expensive, but it was a decent first experience.

Ive gone here twice now. Ive had two different people do my nails there. Both times, the woman doing my acrylics didnt really know what they were doing. This most recent time, my nails looked horrible. Uneven application of the acrylic powder, didnt shape the acrylic very well, and my nails were all uneven lengths. It looked TERRIBLE. I had to go home and fix them myself. Also, she did not care that ripping off the old acrylic on my nails was painful. It made me bleed. The first time I went was not nearly as bad, but still was not up to par with what they charge you. I do not recommend this salon.

First time in this salon. Their customer service is great! Theyre super professional. Great shaping of the nails and they got all my cuticles. Not to mention they are so clean and sanitary! Ive also been really pleased with my manicure here! This place is great if you are looking for a quick manicure or pedicure.

I am really picky at where i get my nails done but after reading the reviews i decided to try them out for myself. And was glad I did. They are also super sweet, and happy to talk. They took their time and made sure each one was perfect. I came out happy with my polish choices and very relaxed. God bless this place. Will be going back again.

I found this place a couple of weeks ago and I am so glad I did. I have gone to many other nail salons in the area. The other nail salons either did not know how to do creative designs or I had to worry about my nails lifting. I went in on a workday, early, and no other customers were there. Meagan assisted me. She listened very patiently while I explained what I wanted her to do. She then was able to create a beautiful design that lasted for quite a while. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a great nail tech. Her pedicures are amazing also.

I will never recommend anyone to go to this place! Ive been here for about 3 times now and each experience has been worst and worst. I figured Ill give them the benefit of the doubt but its definitely definitive. Im not the type to write reviews, but feel people need to know what theyre getting into before spending your hard earned money. I had been waiting for like 30+ minutes for service but was ignored, when I was finally seen theyd soaked my feet and just left me that was 30+ minutes, nobody seemed to want to help me, it was like they forgot about me or they was ignoring that I was even present. When I finally spoke up about it they gave such attitude, it was like I was in the fault. The lady cuts one of my toes and made it bleed on purpose, and was handling me very rough. Out of reflex I started to you know what, but I contained myself and remained civilized so I can write this terrible review about this place!! I just have to face it, this place has horrible services, AND NEED TO CLOSE DOWN ASAP!!! Just beware if you decide to go to AQ I know they will, NEVER GET MY HARD EARNED MONEY EVER AGAIN!!!

I have been there like 3 times, but I definitely will stop going, the staff is really rude and you feel that they hate their job. They don’t have tact to serve people, they just literally hurt you. And also is expensive going there. You have to complain for a manicure otherwise they will just add nail polish to your nails and that’s all. Is a terrible service.

Went in for a pedicure and got the gel polish. $65!!! I thought it was expensive but didnt mention anything. Until I visited another nail shop and got the gel polish pedicure PLUS a manicure for only $45.... I wouldnt have a problem if the results were amazing. But they were not.

I moved from North Carolina and I tried this nail salon it wasn’t bad at all the only issue is they really not good. They did not cut my nail right and made me get a ingrown toe nail. So I went to get the problem fix in the nail tech said “ next time you call me before you come. Like really I’ve been trying to come since last week my nail been hurting and I haven’t had time to come til now. Omg she just tried to just cut off my skin

This nail salon does not know how to properly do a dip powder manicure! Using Dip powder does not require UV/LED light that is used for gel manicures. The lady that did my manicure used a gel top coat (used for gel manicures) and then put my nails under the UV/LED light. Because she use the improper method the gel top coat has lifted off the nail color. I went back to the nail salon and they fixed it. THEN, a couple days later the nail color chipped on another nails SMH. I do NOT recommend this place if you want a dip powder manicure.

Susan is awesome. She gave me advice on the nails i should wear and i have loved then every since. I travel from DC because no one does diamond nails like her she use a buffer to get the shine i need while everyone else use gel; even when i tell them i dont want gel they,say it looks better. Well it may look better but it cracks after a week and i am getting my nails done damn near weekly. So i will go to AQ great staff over haul. Very attentive staff.

Everytime that I have made an appointment they have never taken me on time. And, I have had to wait more than 30 minutes to finally be seen. Their customer service is lacking also. They sometimes forget which customer to take next causing some customers to be taken out of queue. If you want good service, atmosphere, and decorum, go to Salon De Nails and Spa. Its much better than the hassle of AQ nails.

I had a very good experience on my first visit here. I didnt catch the technicians name, but she really understood what I meant by round - so many dont! My nails look great. I went in at 11:45am on a Friday and it wasnt busy.

Staff spoke in native tongue very loudy in front of 2 young girls who were there to get nails and toes done before school started. Girls were upset and uncomfortable and did not enjoy what was supposed to be a fun relaxing time. Staff argued with parents over costs and services provided/services expected. Multiple staff continued to discuss situation in native tongue so loud in front of the girls for at least 20 minutes and had to be repeatedly asked to STOP and take the conversation away from the children.

I thought this place was ok, not great but ok. They dont really do thier job and are expensive. Tonight they told my 12 year old daughter she had to leave, at 8:30 at night, by herself. Very mad,will not go back and will most likely be reporting to higher sources

Meh. I wouldn’t go back. The shape of my nails are ugly and the gel polish isn’t coated even. There is gel all over my cuticles. Maria is nice however; I wouldn’t allow her to do my nails again.

Really poor service, messed up my nails. Didn’t fill all my nail up with the acrylic set and painted them poorly. Left my hands really bad and dirty.

Today, I treated myself to a mani/pedi with my new nail tech by the name of Jesse. Jesse was not only great but she was emaculant. She was very sweet, soft spoken, generous in her on little way. What I also love about her is that she made conversations, I have been to a lot of places where they dont talk and they just talked to their coworkers. She gave me her undevided attention. I love her work, she gave me a gel set with a design and I was speechless . I love how she is so detailed, take her time, particular,defiant, and precise. This is my second time going to Jessie, as she is like no other...she is remarkable and I would not choose anyone in the world 🌎...Thanks again for making me happy... Everyone will know me over the years and learn to love me...Never fails. Happens at all my previous 💅shops...Yours truly your soon to be #1 client Mrs. Kellye Scott...smooches💋

I went there with a friend for the very first time about two weeks ago and I did not like this place at all. They are rude, costumer service sucks and my nails looked super thick and they were overprice too!

Went today and got a pedicure the lady who did my toes was very aggressive with it cut my nails uneven the polish was so sloppy and did so much filling and pulling she mad a few of my toes bleed. i might as well had done my toes at home.

Worst place EVER!! I got my eyebrows waxed here and they did a terrible job. They made my eyebrows look super thin and short. I also had to wait almost 2 hours just to get a pedicure done at this nail salon. Everyone that works there has no idea what theyre doing and theyre super unprofessional!

I went in for a regular classic manicure and the lady started texting while doing my nails. She also was rushing to get me out of there she did a messy job.

I go to this place alot,Susan is great however i do not recommend for pedicure they are over price and not good my other issue is they tell 5 mins and really mean an hour there is a man in there who is rude as hell and should not treat regular customers nasty
