I honestly really liked this place it was very clean and beautiful, the nail techs from here are very good as what they do. i showed them my reference photo and it looks exactly like the photo, totally coming here again!!

Best nail spa around. I go here religiously every 2-3 weeks for a dip manicure & pedicure every 4-6 weeks. I’ve been with multiple nail techs here & none of them have EVER cut me. A dip manicure at other places I’ve been takes about an hour, it usually takes an hour and a half here because all of the techs are such perfectionists. I’ve never left with a crooked nail or nails that are different shapes or lengths. Seriously can’t say enough good things about this nail spa. Anytime I see a bad review I assume they mean to review “Q nail and spa” not this place, “Q Nail Spa”.I want to address two of the last negative reviews, one of which said something about paying 55 for a pedicure and then 75 another time. They have a pedicure menu here that ranges from a basic pedicure to spa pedicures (55) to a very luxe pedicure (75). I usually get the basic, my friend usually gets the 75$ one. The nail techs hand you a menu with the different types of pedicures with descriptions and prices on it. Anyone upset about they price of a pedicure after reading the menu with the prices on it is just someone trying to stir up trouble who isn’t ever pleased by anything. One of them said she left with a crooked nail. I’ve never had that experience & I’ve been here maybe 20 times.Important to note: tips are cash only.

Horrible workStarted chipping & a few other nails started lifting the following day..Was only in town for a sporting event that day, was trying to waste time in between games .. never again will i give them my money..

I’ve visited them on 6/13/20 and On that morning I tried going to another nail salon but they were closed...my boyfriend insisted that I call them for an appointment and so I did. They were able to pencil me in for a 10:30 am appointment and I got there a little early and they still accepted me right away. I noticed that if you do a walk in you’ll be waiting a bit because they have to handle the people that requested appointments first. so, if you’re visiting them please please schedule an appointment. I’m 100% satisfied with the customer service and the cleanliness of the shop.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Chile, last month I got a pedicure I was charged $55. I went today and the lady was like “$75”. I paid. I didn’t fuss. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

This will probably always be my favorite local nail salon! They do an AMAZING job & treat their clients perfectly. Picture of the purple nails is from a week and a half after getting them done & my nails grow quickly. Time to return for a fill!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. I went and got a gel pedicure. The lady had my toe nails all different lengths and shapes. I asked her over and over to fix the shape but she pretended she didnt understand. I told the owner I was not statisfied with the work and they still charged me $86 for a pedicure. NEVER AGAIN. My toes look horrible.

I went here just to try them out. They didnt do a good job on my nail or my pedicure. They charge different price. I could did a better job myself. I wouldnt give no star to be honest. My worst experience. I have my nails done a few days and they already look like in a refill.

Ive been going here for my regular manicures and pedicures. This place is extremely clean and all the nail techs are very friendly. They dont ignore you like some of the other places. I am really bad at making appointments, but never had a problem with walking in and getting service done. I might not be able to see the same nail tech, but all of them are really good.

I tried out Q Nail & Spa because of the reviews. The cosmos linked me up with Eva. I’m super, super, super picky. I moved to manassas 10 years ago and haven’t found a nail technician that actually is really skillful. I prefer short nails. Eva is amazing. The way Eva applies the nail polish, the best I could ever remember getting, and I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I’ve had my 5th session with Eva and she is consistent with her excellence. Eva is also very skillful with my eyebrows, another thing that I’m super, super, super picky about. Trust me you won’t regret it. The whole team is very friendly.

They did a good job on my nails. I thought the cost was fair.

This place is phenomenal. The quality is great and they are so accommodating. Theyve even stayed late due to me getting off work late. They arent pushy with services like other places are either. Very relaxing and comfortable environment. And Anna gives the best pedicures. This will be my salon for life!

I’ve been going to the salon to get my manicures and pedicure for a little over a year now. I’ve done acrylic and powder dipping service. Each and every time I leave, I’m always super content with the service these wonderful people offer! I live on the other side of Manassas but will gladly travel 20+mins to get my nail services done and only at Q Nails! They do a great job and fairly priced.

Went for a manicure and the nail tech was awful. She didnt want to be there and was so rude to me. I left crying and angry. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Wonderful job, above all it took much shorter time than other places I’ve been, they have so much experience and perfection on what they do, that it doesn’t take long for you to have perfect nails!

Awesome place! Price is great and they are all nice. The owner was more than happy to do the nails that I showed him a picture of. The girl who did my nails was named E and she did a fabulous job. I would recommend her and Q nail & spa to everyone. I have tried too many nail salons in Manassas and the shape is always horrible, and the nails lift or become looking like the acrylic is old. But at Q nail & spa this isnt the case. I cant wait to go back. Oh, and the dipping colors are endless!! Most importantly, I didnt feel like I was being talked about! (Lol) and I was offered a drink.

I go here every 3 weeks for my full sets and pedicures. This place is great they treat you like family. They know almost all their regulars by name and make you feel welcome. Tom sits at the front he does a very good job on my acrylic fills and Amy that sits on the front left is great with designs. Its always so relaxing in the pedicure chairs even though my feet are sensitive. They never mess up on my eyebrows i highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Julie does an amazing job on nails. Anna gives The best pedicure Ive ever seen. Tina is a fabulous artist. She made the most adorable little pigs on my fingernails. I am going tos share a picture. This place was very clean and very fast I will be back.

So I have always gone to just whatever nail salon is convenient to where I am at. I had recently moved super close to this salon and thought I’d would try it out with engagement photos next week. I was immediately greeted and after 5 min wait I went back to start my pedicure. I had this guy ( found out his name is “7”) he was so friendly and gave some really good toe cracks lol! Also when it came to my full set, I’m so used to people just slapping on acrylic and then painting over it but he was so nice about changing it up and offered a pink and white to help my nails grow and elongate my ever so bitten nail ( yes I know it’s a nasty habit). I’m so happy with what I got done with him, I would actually continue to see him!!

My experience was great until today when the female owner of the place Julie was telling me the regular price even with the coupon even after I showed her and did calculations. She then argued with me that she told me the price on my calculator and said Im the owner. What the hell does the have to do with her position? Absolutely nothing and I would hope she charges all clients the same rate. I have brought them many customers but that will end. Everyone is pleasant except for her! I hate when people try to use their title to satisfy an issue. Nobody cares what position you are in just give great customer service! Thats all we ask for!

I did not have time this week to drive to my usual nail spot, so I stopped by this place one day on my lunch break. I walked in and was greeted by the staff who are all very nice and friendly. The appearance of the shop is very nice and calm. I would recommend that they play some music because it was a little too quiet. A man took me right away and did my nails. The only reason I am giving a four-star review is because I recommend that this place get better quality nail polish. My gel polish is goopy on some nails, and other nails they were not covered enough. But other than that, this place did a wonderful job and will be my go-to place when I cannot make it to my usual nail salon which is an hour away.

Poor service arived at 5:40 left at 8:15 very bad work i can say someone drew on my gingure with sharpy not worth what i payed not recomended!

The service was in fact great, 5 stars. The gentleman that works there was very nice and attentive. The young lady who did my feet was very nice also and did a great job. However, The gel nail polish quality is very poor. I went to get my nails done Friday and they were peeling off 4 days later on Tuesday. Maybe I just had a bad day... But if Im going to spend money on a service, I would want it to last.

This salon is beautifuly renovated & super clean! Everyone is very nice & friendly. Peter does my nails & he never disappoints; he is a perfectionist & always makes sure you are liking how he is doing your nails based on what you asked for! Well i went to the salon with my grandma and one of the employees i guess named Anna. I saw her digging in her nose and putting her fingers in her mouth while folding the towels. But other than that my grandmas nails were pretty!

This is Best. Most reasonably priced nail salon & spa in Manassas.Everyone is pampered. A must try.Opens at 9 AM..which is very helpful for those of us that work..

I absolutely love coming here. They are very professional and clean. Ive been a client for a very long time and I enjoy my experience everything.

I was recommended by a friend to come to this place since she had a really good experience in the past. When we got there, we waited about 30 minutes to get helped which isnt bad. But when they finally sat us down to get our pedicure done, they were still working with other clients and only prepared the stations and left us there. It took about an additional hour or so to finally get to us and actually start the pedicure. They started on my friend, and kept me waiting for another 30 minutes. My friends pedicure was done when they finally got to me, and the lady was rushing through the process and Being sloppy. After 2 hours, they finally got done with my pedicure and started on my nails, which was the SNS powder and was suppose to last for up to 5 weeks. They also took Forever to get done with my nails, and the whole process took FOUR HOURS. On top of it, they didnt do a good job. The nail polish on my toes were not paint properly since the guy was also rushing, and the SNS powder on my nails fell out completely in less than 2 weeks. Also, They charged us more than their regular cost. My friend was a regular who had gone to that place many times and still over charged her. I will never go back to this place, they need more staff and also organize their times better so they dont keep people waiting and then rush through the process. Ive never been in a nail Salon for so long in my life. Im very unhappy with the whole process.

Finally! A local nail salon that knows about the SNS top coat!After my primary nail salon Paris Nail and day spa changed owners I wanted to try another place. Nothing really wrong there but the quality has seemed to change which is expected with new ownership.I stumbled across Q nails that was closer to me and also had better reviews. This quaint nail shop is tucked in a shopping center and is very close to my home. I read some reviews and decided to give this one a try.I really think the shopping center is lucky because every store Ive gone to here or every business has been exceptional. I bought my wedding dress at the local Tangs, We love BonChon, The diner and the thai restaurant are really good, and theres a Paisanos Pizza which we go to all the time. So the convenience of finding a nail shop here was awesome.Dont let this small shopping center nail salon fool you. The quality was very good. To my surprise better than my previous nail salon. If you dont have an appointment there may be a wait. I didnt have anything to do so I didnt mind waiting. But Im glad I did. The salon is small and quaint so it seems a family owns this one for sure and works there.My pedicure was amazing and I did my typical SNS. I love this nail system and its all I want. I used to work in Albany New York and they call it ANC nails and thats how I was introduced to it years ago. They didnt use a gel as the top coat.Coming home it was hard to find a Virginia nail shop that had heard of it and that uses the top coat that comes with the system and not a gel coat. Knowing the difference is key and all the nail salons I had went to used only the gel coat. when I did my nails in New York the nails would last 3 to 4 weeks versus when it was a gel top coat it lasted 2 weeks at best.I had given up on finding a nail salon that knew about it and figured maybe in a year or so it would catch on in Virginia. So Ive been having gel coats on top of my dipping powder since I moved back.I was quite taking a back when I learned this nail salon knew about the actual top coat for the SNS system. I was excited. They they turned out BEAUTIFUL. And I have a feeling that my nails will last a long time.Goodbye Paris and hello Q nails.

They did a fabulous job every time Ive gone. First time I got gel mani & a pedicure and it was great. The second time I went to get SNS & she was very detailed--it also lasted the 3-4 weeks they said it would. This time I got 3 different colors & a design with SNS & let me just show you¡ Im completely ecstatic since Im going on vacation.

Worst nail experience ever! Do not go here. Dirty salon. The technician told me to sit down when I arrived then she pulled out her lunch and ate it right in front of me!! I should have left but I stayed and it only got worse. She got nail glue all over my fingers and didnt remove it. She held up my hands and said you have very dry fingers. I said no thats the glue all over them. The nails looked thick and uneven. I still paid bc she was so rude I just wanted to run out of there.

I have to say, I have literally been to (almost) every nail salon in the Manassas/gainesville/haymarket area and Q nail is by far my favorite.Affordable prices, great service and great work!My SNS nail polish has stayed for up to 4 1/2 weeks now along with my pedicure design.They take their time with doing your nails right and correctly not to mention the massages are great.I will be back to get SNS manicure and another pedicure!

I waited in the pedi chair for a very long time and watched one of the nail techs swish around all the dirty towels with detergent in the foot bin of the chair next to me. He wrung them out and put them in the heater, for immediate use. Ummm No Thanks!

Horrible i came in for a refill which was done only on the base not the full nail. And then i had 3 nails break with in 2 days of them getting refilled. Now i know you would think it could be the place i got them done before but it was actually the nails they replaced that broke off. Never going back again
