I cant say enough wonderful things about this place! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and was able to choose my color and get started right away! At most salons (and Ive been to many in Manassas), Im standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge me even if I have an appointment! Not the case here.My nail tech was the perfect conversationalist and of course did an amazing job on my nails. I told her about my soft nails and how Im usually coming back for another manicure before I need to (which I tell every nail tech Ive seen), and Andrea was the ONLY one who has ever had a recommendation for me. I tried the powder dip for the first time and I am beyond impressed!!!Its been a whole week now and they are still flawless - no sign of chipping and/or peeling! I l also love how light they feel on my nails. They still feel and look like I just walked out of the salon yesterday.I think I have finally found my regular nail salon! Do yourself a favor and go here. You will not be disappointed!

Nice people, need better training for nail techs. In less than 3 days I had to go get two nails repaired because they weren’t put on correctly. They popped off easily, and what irritated me more is that they made it seem as if I purposely broke my own nails. I don’t usually complain, but this is my first and only time coming here, I’m not going back to this place. Total rip off .

Only been there one time, but compared to other places this was wonderful. Friendly, clean and did a great job on my pedicure.

A couple months ago went an was a great place went today to get my eyebrows done and this how I left after telling her to fix it 3 times an still had to pay. Go for your nails only!

Used to love coming here! Everyone was so nice. When I called to see if they had availability, she said no and asked if I wanted to come in an hour. I’m on my lunch break so I told them I was going to call one more place and she laughed, said “bye” then hung up. Id never experienced that with them before, I don’t know if it’s someone new or that’s how they are when you’re not paying them.

Overpriced and the design I got on my ring finger was done with nail polish by hand instead of by foil. My 5 year old could have done a better job

I have loved this place for years. I always go here for my nails. I set my nail refills for the next time while I am paying. The owner Mimi does my nails, she is open for suggestions, and even asks me to demo new nail colours or products. These are the dip nails, with no extensions put on.

The place is nice and the ladies were very kind, they did a good job, that is why I was so surprised about what they did. My reason for the one star is because they added more tip to my credit card payment. What I signed for is NOT what was charged!!!! This is fraud, but because it was only $5 I will not even file anything. So be careful if you are paying with your credit card!!!

I went in for both Pedicure and Manicure but end up with just Pedicure. Honestly I went with my sister as well and she had a good experience, so I cant say its the whole place. I was waiting for someone to come and help but no one did and finally when I asked, the manager/owner came and said she is going to do my pedicure. Half way through, she got a call and she was still on the phone when I left. She was very unprofessional and really didnt care about what I needed. I am surprised to see the owner acting this way when her employees are working really hard. So if you ever go, avoid the owner and ask for Lilly and Tai. They do a good job.

Found this new spot on in December and love the quality of the gel manicure, it last spotless for 5 weeks.

This nail spa is lovely. The staff is very sweet. The air of the place is very calming and they fountains trickling. I love coming the Dream Spa and Nails to get pampered. Its so relaxing.

I called to see if mimi could fit me in for an appointment at 7PM mind you they close at 8PM. A person who identified them selfs as a customer said they are already closed and to not bother showing up because she will not accept me . Very Rude & Unprofessional !

First time going there today and loved it. I have gotten acrylics now for over 6 years and I was very pleased. The owner was wonderful. They also have a reward/ loyalty card so after 9 trips you get 30% off which I think is awesome. There’s not a lot of places anymore who do that. They truly appreciate their customers! Highly recommend (and I’m very very picky about my nails)!

I have been here a few times, and didnt have any problems. But my most recent experience at this salon has convinced me to NEVER go back. Every nail salon I go to I only get a gel polish (not full manicure). After spending ten minutes explaining to the staff that I only wanted polish when I first arrived, they offered me lotion and paraffin wax when the polish was finished. I declined because I didnt want to pay for the manicure that I didnt want. THEN they decided it was appropriate to explain to me that they only offer the full gel manicure, and I cant just get polish done. After charging me the full amount for the exact service I didnt want, 3 of my nails chipped the next day. The did fix it for free, but just a week later I am needing to get them all redone. At a different place. NOT the place for gel!

I just had a great spa pedicure and manicure at this hidden little gem. I opted for paraffin wax with my mani. I would definitely recommend.

We were greeted promptly and then had a bit of wait. Pedis for girls day. Second tech took another while to arrive after we were seated. Other than that, we had good comfortable services. Had a polish fail and they took care of it quickly and positively (and tossed that polish). Would be 5 stars if not for the longish wait for my daughter.

If I could go above a 5 star review, I would. The salon itself is extremely clean and the owner is hard working, conscientious, and extremely friendly. As a matter of fact, the place is so awesome that I really dont care who does my nails because each and every person there is excellent. I highly recommend it and you will glad you experienced it.

Awful. Dont go here. I NEVER think of taking time out of my day to write a bad review but I dont want anyone to go through what I did. Theres only one lady that does eyelash extensions. She is awful! They were super thick and she used A LOT OF GLUE. It was my first and last time getting eyelash extensions. I have pretty long lashes but they werent curled. I went to paris salon to get it removed because the lady that did them was on vacation for 3 weeks. They did not last long either. And it took an hour and a half to take them off because of all the glue that was even stuck on my skin. I lost ALL my lashes . It was very painful and excruciating. DONT GET EYELASH EXTENSIONS FROM HERE.

This was the first time that me and a friend went to have our nails done for Mothers Day. I and my friend love the service and we plan to go back to get our nails done again. It was worth the price and I got my feet done too. We were thereon May 09, 2015. We believe that we found a nail place to go and to know that have great service too. Thank you

Got a gel manicure and pedicure. Did not last 20 minutes and bumps formed and a couple days later it was peeling up. Save your money and go somewhere else!

The first time I went here was sometime in August. The lady I got did not know what she was doing. I went in for gel nails with tips and she managed to mess them up. I went back and got a different lady. Now she was awesome. I wish I knew her name, she is at the far left station on the first row. I go to her every time and she does great! She is the reason why I keep coming back! So if you had a bad first experience go back once more and youll love them!

I love Dream, I have been going there for about 4 plus years. It is extremely clean, the staff is always really nice and they have a wide selection of colors. I have a full set and get my eyebrows waxed there too. Ty always takes care of me and she is AMAZING! I have referred 3 of my friends to her and they all love her also. Mimi, the owner, is very sweet and attentive. If anything is ever wrong they fix it. This place is by far the best nail salon in the area!

This is the 3rd time I have visited this salon. It is a beautiful place, clean and relaxing, and the people are wonderful. This was a treat since I dont get to have pedicures very often. A friend and I came in, we were greeted and asked what we wanted done. We were asked to sign in, pick a color and have a seat. Everyone was busy, but no wait time was mentioned. About 15-20 minutes later we were seated. Another 45 minutes or more passed and other ladies that came after us were brought back. Apparently they had appointments. More time passed and the owner (I think) came over and said something about her sister would be there in 5 minutes to take care of us. We finally get started and all is going well until we sit with feet under the dryer...and sit...and sit....and my friends toes are dry, and mine are not. I touch to test for stickiness and color comes off. A lady finally comes over and starts to test mine and sees that two toes need touching up. She does that and leaves. We wait some more. I test again and still not dry....more color off on my finger. They are so busy we literally could have left without paying and no one would have noticed!!! Wish we would have since I got home, took my sandals off and there was NO polish on my pinky toes!!! OVER two hours, money spent (+tip) and completely frustrated since I paid for a pedicure and will now have to redo it myself since I have nothing this color at home! SO completely disappointed!!!

I have been coming here for 4 years and have enjoyed the service and I always leave satisfied. I go for Mani,/pedi and full body wax. Mimi has always treated me like a valued customer.

I will not be going back ever!! They did nothing short of steal from me. I went in to get my lashes done, ask for and paid for the premium ones $120 and was given the cheep ones that they sell for $60. They were short, thin and looked like crap. I had gotten them done there before but I dont think the lady remembered she had done them on me and that I knew what to expect-long, beautiful, full lashes. I feel she did this on purpose because of the way she acted when I was done, she told me she has other ones that are longer and more natural.....how do you have nicer ones when I paid for the good ones?? I know what I paid for and that is not what I got. I tried to talk to them about it and they did not care. Watch out ladies your character is showing and it is shameful! To do this to a repeat customer that goes in regularly and brings her Mother and Daughter for service was beyond stupid, I spent over $300 in there that day and I tip very well so this was done to me out of pure greed and deceit! Enjoy that $120 because you will never get a dime from me again!

I had been on my feet, on concrete, for three days, and was having a hard time standing up and walking, before I got my pedicure at Dream Spa & Nails. After my pedicure, I could stand up and walk again without feeling pain. It was WONDERFUL! My only complaint is I wish they got more of my calluses off (I know, gross). Otherwise, they do a great job for a reasonable price. This was my second time coming here, and it wont be my last. I would highly recommend them!

I have been going to this place, the obvious reason being I like them because theyre good. Last Saturday was also good, only difference was there wasnt anyone at the front desk while I was checking out.

My my wife went there with my daughter to get her underarm done.The lady who was working there at the front desk said $15. Time of checkout the lady who worked on my wife came and said charger $25. my wife did not argue and told them that, I have to additional money from the car because I have only $20, stupid lady told my wife to leave my daughter there and get the money so that way my wife wont run away. And yes I used Word stupid, because the lady screamed and Said it front of all the customer and my daughter was afraid. My family is never going back their again.

Went in for gel manicure and pedicure. My gel manicure fell off after 1 week and my toe polish has chipped off after 2 weeks. I think I was charged for gel but received regular polish on my toes. My finger nails were not prepped correctly if the polish fell off after 1 week. I went back and had 1 nail fixed, but 2 days later they all started to just fall off.

Went for a full set, gel power. My nails look terrible. Made an appointment and still waited 25 minutes. Had Mimi do my nails, claimed she was the best and worth the wait...by far the worst set of nails Ive ever gotten. Go elsewhere. Cant figure out how to share the pictures... just terrible.

I would go here to get waxed and Mani pedis with my sister. It was okay and the staff was nice but when I recommend this place to a friend, my friend told me they messed up her nails and refused to fix them. The manager had to fix them for her. Thats awful! Also its way over priced!

Had a great first time experience from the moment I walked in. Right away I met Christy(hope its spelled correctly)and she guided me in a direction on the best way to go about my nails. As a teacher i wanted something that would last. She was friendly and did a good job on my french manicure! The place was clean and elegant looking which is what I love. Will be going back again!

Walked in and was immediately seated. They did an outstanding job on my nails.

Went here when my normal nail tech was out for a family emergency. The tech did a very poor job of removing the gel dip powder, so when she put on the new color, it was lumpy! Two week later I go to have it removed and the old powder under the gel made it ridiculously difficult to remove. I shouldve said something then and there, but by that point I was out of time. I will never go back!

I had an appt. w/Ty for a fill-in on Fri. (still had to wait).Over the weekend I noticed the polish start pealn n my nails begin to crack. So, I calld n made another appt. I get to my appt. & before I sat down I explaind/showd her what the issue was/is & filen n putn polish wasnt an option it needd to be filld. Long story short she(Ty)did a half blank job n was maken up excuses as to why she just put 2 coats of gel polish on my nails. I will NOT be gon back. I wish I could post pix of my nails.

Never going back. Rude, very little color selection & my acrylics look very ugly even after i showed the nail tech a picture of the shape i wanted. First of she says oh for that shape 5 more extra dollars so i say ok thats fine once she asks me how long i want them and i tell her she says no too long another 5 more so i say ok than not too long and she purposely cuts them off too short! Moral of the story i still ended up paying more than i should have and tipped her out of the goodness of my heart for one of the ugliest set of nails ive ever gotten.

I wish I could give negative stars for this spa. Its been 4 days since I got wax from this spa.. still hurting me..Im not new to wax .. she did small patches and with out putting wax, she put the existing wax strip and tried to remove the hair which cause me the pain and got blood to. I hate this spa for ever.
