I cant begin to tell you what a great nail salon this is!! Family owned and I feel like I am part of the family now its such a shame that I will eventually have to move because my husband is a pipe fitter in the union and once his job ends we will be going to the next job. I have never had a problem with my nails or pedicure since going to Fresh Nails, and my nail technician is so talented.

This is my second time here. The first time I wasn’t too happy w. my results and the rushing // uneven nails but the second .. I dealt w. another nail tech and he actually did a wonderful job! I shall return 😊!

Yung is my guy for Pedicures. My daughters treated me for a pedicure at “50” for the first time. Sixteen years later... I’m still going! Says a lot about the business. Thank you Yung & Staff.

Regular pedicure feels like a spa. They don’t rush their work. Customer service is good. I have been coming here for couple of years now and I don’t have any complain. Cheapest in the whole area, I mean in DMV.

Ive been going here for years and you cant beat the service, quality and price! They have NEVER let me down. If you arent % satisfied, they will redo it, whatever you need to make the client happy at affordable prices. Occasionally, I go elsewhere due to scheduling or timing and I always regret it! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I really wanted to like this salon because the customer service was good for the most part. However, the quality of the service was just not up to my standard. I received a gel manicure, gel pedicure and an eyebrow wax. Out of everything, I was the happiest with my eyebrows. Very rarely can I find somewhere that does them in a way that suits my face. The pedicure was good, but putting my foot in the wax container. Eh. I wasnt a fan due to sanitary concerns. The manicure started out ok, but the work did not look very neat to me. Not to mention, I got gel for durability and longevity reasons. I came in on Friday morning, by Friday night they were already peeling. I called and let whomever I spoke to on the phone know what was going on. I dont mean any harm, but that lady was some kind of nasty. She put it down for me to come in the following day to get them fixed. I drove 3 hours back in town to get them fixed just for them to be chipping all over again two days later. Not to mention, whole toe nails started losing their gel polish within 4 days. For what was close to $80 in work, I should of got more than 4 days out of it. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

Tina and Tham are my girls. Been coming for a few years. Recommended by my bff. Afraid to try anywhere else. I drive from Dale City to get my mani/pedis. Love them.

Mr. O or Young is who I go to he is amazing my coffin nails are always perfectly done. Ive been coming here regularly for almost a year now and they treat me so well always welcoming and they help me as soon as they possibly can and its AFFORDABLE

Absolutely love them. Have been going for several years and have tried most of their nail techs, my favorite was Young for a couple years but I think I may have found a new favorite in Le. Customer service is great, massage chairs for pedicures are very comfortable and they dip your feet in hot wax with your pedicures at no extra cost! They have the best rates around town too!

Me and my mom came late after they closed and they decided to take us still and they were really nice about it. They weren’t rushing, they took their time and like I said they were nice & the prices are really affordable. I recommend coming here!!!!

You get what you pay for. My coffin nails look a mess. They cant do simple designs. Because its so cheap I came back to try and walk them through it. Id rather pay more money somewhere else and get what I want.My hands are embarrassing.. the polish is lumpy and holey... the nails are misshapen... I wish I did not waste my time and money here.Yes, I paid.. because I think she did her best... I just wont be back

I love Tina. Shes wonderful and she listens to what you want and delivers. Ive been going here since my daughter was 3 and shes 23 now! I recommend Tina, Lee or Young; they are awesome!

The only nail place I go to . I heard my favorite nail tech left though (Cindy) I dont think I can go there anymore if shes not there. Her work was phenomenal. It will not be the same without her . (If Cindy was still there I would have gave 5 stars)

Don’t anyone go to the shop ever they apparently no one knows how to do nails here I go in and ask the lady when I she can do my nails and she says right now and I ask her to please not a file them so that they are pointed I want my nails curb please keep the shape of my already nails that I’ve had done she tells me no one there knows how to do that I said so you’re trying to tell me no one here can do nails without pointing making them pointy parent Lee no one here knows how to file nails without having them curves I don’t recommend anyone go here at all

I have given this places SO many different chances just because the location is convenient but NEVER AGAIN AFTER THEY GAVE ME CHEMICAL BURNS UNDER MY FINGER NAILS! I have been getting my nails done every other week and have never experienced anything like that before! It burned so bad I started sweating profusely in my chair AND ALMOST FAINTED. The best part of everything is the lady knew exactly what was going on and saw the huge white burn bubbles under my nails and would just give me a hm thats weird even when it was burning so bad I had to run over to the sink to rinse it. ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS they charged me full price and never once apologized or offered any solutions for the huge white bubbles now under my nails.

My pedicure lasted longer than the manicure. Came well recommended. Nice staff. Friendly.

Another horrible nail salon to go to, just like any other place of business in Manassas. I got acrylics tips done by Yong and the salon was close to closing so he pretty much rushed through doing my nails. Overall, he did an okay job, but after two weeks, usually when its time for my fill, my nails starting falling off and I found out from a different nail tech it was because of the cheap acrylic powder and liquid that he probably used.

I have been going here for years always happy with their service. Yung and Tina are the best

Every time I go there I regret it. I went to the person who is apparently the best and she did terrible. When I would bring up something she wouldnt fix it. I wanted so badly to walk out and not pay but I didnt want to deal with it anymore. Seriously! Go anywhere else you possibly can!

Cheapest price in town compared to the other nail salons in the area, far way more colors to choose from aswell.

So let me tell you my experience. I walked in to work with Joanne. First she had an attitude complaining how to take all the diamonds off my nail and that she doesn’t know how. Then she starts taking my old set off in a way that each nail felt like fire. I told her it burns but she ignored and keeps working on them. I had one broken nail that I told her it hurts and to be careful with it. She says “I do nails I know what I’m doing” in an attitude. So I turned around to my friend and told her that this is rude. And I called a friend on FaceTime so I won’t pay much attention to Joanne’s attitude. Soooooo she tells me I can’t speak my language in there. HOWEVER she’s been speaking her language talking about me ever since she started working on my nails. I asked for someone else to do my nails, Joanne says “no one will do your nails and I won’t do them” I told her it’s her job to do my nails, then Got up to leave. She started cussing me out and yelling. VERY disrespectful. I wish there’s an owner who would see how their employees cuss customers out even though we pay them to do what WE WANT.

This is my second time coming here and I regret it I felt very rushed, the lady had an attitude when I told her how I wanted MY nails. The nails them selves are not good at all. WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVERR! I will not be returning.

There are only a couple of techs there that take pride in the craft. The rest just prey on the old, men, and non English speaking customers. They often make mistakes and never want to accept responsibility.

Very disappointed after going here for over 9 years. Even though I had no appointment, people who were late for their appointment took precedence. Upon asking, they said that they were very busy today and come back at a later time. Never going back and dont forget where you came from.
