I have been here three times now. Everyone seems friendly. I love that the techs are there to do a job and not sitting and speaking with each other in another language. This is super frustrating and can distract them from what they are doing. My nails have looked amazing. Kathy did my nails this last time. I gave her an idea and she made it her own. They turned out so good. Love coming here and the prices are so reasonable. Thank you ladies!

When I came in I asked if they were busy because I didn’t have an appointment, they said no and asked me to come in and choose a color. The lady doing my nails ignored my instructions and cut me off when trying to explain what I wanted done and would say “yeah yeah I got it I got it” I asked her to fix the shape and she ignored me. It’s crooked and not at all what I wanted. When I asked her to change certain things about the nail she told me she has another client waiting that had an appointment so I need to “hurry up” when talking to her about my nails. I will be going back tomorrow for a refund and will get them removed. Worse service EVER. Shouldn’t take clients if they already have clients booked.

Ive been driving around for literally weeks trying to find me a nail home, and I FINALLY found it here with sassy nails. Everyone is so nice and very professional, I would highly recommend coming and getting the greatest experience!

It was my first time here from a recommendation, and they made customers with appointments wait longer than those walking-in. She did not apply a base color after I asked her about it, therefore, my natural nails peeked through!! No cuticle oil was applied and my fingers were burning afterwards. The left is what I asked for and the right is what I got. I said yes to the white lines thinking it would cover the nails underneath.

Very disappointed in the level of customer service provided today. I made an appointment at 11 am arrived 15 minutes early and waited until 11:30 am for them to tell me that they were running behind and it would probably be another 45 minutes before they could take me. They really shouldn’t be wasting customer’s time like that. If the lady would have told me when I arrived that they were running late I would have changed my appointment time. There’s a lack of communication and professionalism. I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years and I will no longer be returning after this last experience. Don’t waste your time coming here if you want to make an appointment. Two other ladies before me waited over an hour and one of them walked out

Yoanne was very aggressive. I received a spa pedicure and manicure. Scrubbed my feet so hard, I bled. Filed my nails with the machine thing too hard on my cuticles they are very very sore. I have a big glob of paint under my nails, she didn’t take it off. Left crusty stuff all over my hands I don’t even know what possibly from. Some of the nails have a big gap between acrylic and nail bed. Won’t be returning. Would show pictures but I don’t see how to upload.

The team here is amazing. Sassy herself has a lot of spunk and is fun to talk to. Their spa is well maintained and very clean. The pedicure stations are wonderful and the water background noise is very relaxing. They have choices outside of the basic stuff. 3 different pedicure choices, eyebrow and facial waxing, and prices are reasonable.

I paid $88 for them got them done on Tuesday and they started coming off 2 days after. My understanding on liquid gel is that it’s supposed to stay for a long time not just for 10 days. Very disappointed.

Joan was very good. I would give her a 5 but only because she cut my toe nail too low and wrong but the service and work was great!

READ THIS and BE AWARE!!!!!! They stole money from me! They overcharged me for things I didn’t request. I said CLEARLY that I wanted a regular gel mani and pedi, but they took advantage! They did not give any massages or nothing else!!! I didn’t even request nothing extra! And I didn’t even complaint or ask for more detail like many cuatomer I see do all the time. I was quite and trying to have this done before my vacation! The lady just passed a hot towel which I know for a fact that is normally included in any service bc they need to remove oil, or body lotion. But that is not a spa or whatever they are saying I requested?!?!? they did wanted to take advantage of the situation which is WRONG!! Seriously, taking advantage and treat you like trash in the phone is NOT PROFESSIONAL. I really frustrated and this should not happen to anyone!! I even gave a good tip to the lady that did my nails. I was overcharged! They asked for my card twice and the lady that passed my card actually said that she only charged me for the service, but she didn’t include the tip (I didn’t have cash on me). So, she passed my card again for the tip and there you go! Now, my card statement shows double tip!!!!! I NEVER been in a nail salon and been stolen like that! Seriously!!!! Never coming back!!!!

Cathy was amazing. She did my eyebrows and Im so happy with the difference. She talked me through the process, kept the shape I wanted and just did a great job. Would go to get again for all my work. The price was great, cant beat it. One side shaped and what it looked like before we started.

Called in for a gel manicure and pedicure as a walk in client. Within minutes of me walking in the door I was getting serviced. The tech did a wonderful job on my hand and nails. Definitely going back

My nails were done by the store manager.  This was my first time at this salon and my first experience was already dissatisfactory.  She was not very attentive.  She was very distracted by another client with whom she was discussing personal matter i believe and because of that she was not paying fully attention to what she was doing. I felt rushed and she was doing everything so quickly. She definitely did not put her client first. I am not going back there again.

OMG! Ive never been anywhere where your technician #Tiffany paid attention to details and really took her time. She offered a spa pedi and I thought why not. And she did her magic! Ive seen Tiffany several times now and Ill continue to see her👌❤️

DON’T COME HERE!!! I made the mistake of coming here and my nails got ruined, my nails had pus in them and got infected and were bleeding the day after. This nail Salon is supposed to be relaxing but it’s the total opposite, the nail technicians there are so rude and have an attitude.

Had a great experience at sassy nails yesterday. Cathy hooked my nails and eyebrows up. I never had microblading done before...but she did a great job!

My friend and I got our nails done here. We were here for about 3 and a half hours and my friends nails looked not great. I just got a simple dip but they fell off within a couple weeks and theyre Dip wasnt very sanitary.

I have a new favorite nail salon. They really take their time and listen to what you want. I got a cheap manicure from another place and they fixed it right up be redoing the whole nail rather than just piling on top. The quality of work is worth the wait if there is one and you really enjoy your time there. I have such small nails but they made them look so natural and short just the way I like them. Will definitely be going back.

Pedicures are pricey but VERY extensive! Not really pleased with how many people they pack in at one time - I had to ask someone not be seated directly next to me during my last gel manicure because it would’ve been FAR LESS than six feet apart. I would’ve been able to reach out and touch the person next to me and that is not safe or considerate at this time.

Kathy did my eyebrows earlier today, Ive been wanting microblading for years and Im so happy i met Kathy. My eyebrows before were patchy and basically the arch to the tail had almost nothing to work with and she gave me beautiful pinup looking eyebrows!! Highly recommend

My brows look so good, natural, and beautiful! I go to this salon every week (alternate weeks between hands and toes) tracy is my go to she is hands down amazing and her work is phenomenal! The salon prices are a bit high but its definitely worth it. From the simple to complicated jobs she always takes her time and completes it to perfection. Shes hilarious and very friendly.

I stopped by the nail salon after my dog messed up my freshly painted toes from another nail salon. The salon I originally went to had closed for the night and I had to leave town for a wedding in the morning. The technician worked to find the SAME color from a different brand when they didn’t have it. She not only matched the color, she fixed any nail polish around the nail bed from the previous salons mistakes and didn’t charge me for it. This is customer service if I’ve ever experienced it! They have truly earned a customer.

Great salon! That’s saying a lot because there’s not many out here. I called about 15 salons & Sassy Nails the only ones who answered. They followed the social distancing rules. They followed the 10 people only rule. & she did my nails fast but amazingly good! Beauty salons ARE a necessity, especially for people who value how they look & take pride in being Well kept. If liquor stores are a necessity these salons are too! Keep up the great work!

Super nice ladies and always willing to provide a great service! My mom did her nails here and she was helped super fast. Her nails looked so cute and lasted a pretty long time, considering she works in a buffet where she deals with heat and handles a lot of heavy things with her hands. Even still, her nails always look super cute and shiny and last her a long time!

I went to this nail salon for the first time yesterday morning. They open at 10am however they had the doors open by 9:45am which was so perfect for me. Kathy did my eyelashes so fast and so pretty. She also did my eyebrows for a very good price. I loved my experience there and with Kathy. I was very impressed and will continue to come to Sassy to get my eyelashes and brows done! 😄

The staff there are very rude and don’t care about their customers, all they care about is money.

Brought my best friend here for a girls day. Wasn’t impressed with the pedicure at all, felt rushed and not thorough. Both of our technicians literally laughed at us, made comments about markings on the legs. Neither of our technicians were able to give us what we wanted as far as designs. Had my polish put on and removed three times by my tech. I wouldn’t come back.

For my pedicure I don’t know what the lady did bc she did not give me a normal pedicure. I do not recommend this place to no one. It was my first time and I will not be going back

Rude staff, specially Katy do not work with her. No customer service skills. She rushed us into choosing colors and then made us wait for an 30 mins without service and eventually said she wouldn’t finish my hands because they were Closing when I came in 3 hrs prior to that.She also gave me attitude and said I was being difficult choosing a color. Absolutely horrible experience.

I called on a Sunday to get a full acrylic set and pedicure and was seen within an hour. Got there and immediately got my pedicure then full set. Everyone was very nice and attentive. Had a great pedicure and my full set is gorgeous! Just moved to the area so I’ve found my new nail place!

I have been a customer here for years and I absolutely love everything about this salon. The service is wonderful. I always get my acrylics done here and they always come out great! I went in to get acrylics and Kathy informed me on permanent eyebrows. I have fair skin, red hair, and blonde eyebrows. Kathy gave me permanent eyebrows and it was a quick and painless process. She is certified and has a lot of experience. She is extremely professional and did an amazing job. I am more than happy I got permanent eyebrows that look extremely natural. I now have permanent color in my eyebrows, and the only maintenance I have to do is waxing. I was not planning on getting this service; however, I can honestly say I am impressed and happy with this decision. Kathy has always been my go-to person! She takes her time to make sure that the nails look gorgeous including the designs. I always get compliments from people everywhere I go. There are a lot of nail salons in Manassas but they do not exceed the excellent service I receive at Sassy Nails. I never knew I could have a lady but I have found mine! I have seen Helen the last several times to get my gel manicure done. I love her attention to detail and her technique. I sadly went to two other locations with manicurists who left my nail beds crying and my cuticle areas snagging my hair and clothes after only a week. Helens nails grow out so perfectly I can go 4 weeks without needing a fill which my bank account appreciates too!I just pick out my color(s) and tell her which fingers are to be which color(s) and I set her free to design whatever she wants. I always like what she does and she always lets me check the design on one finger to make sure I like it.I also recently broke a nail a few days before my appointment and Jennifer quickly took me in. She repaired my finger quickly and accurately without injuring me more than I had done myself. She said it was no charge for the repair! I gladly over-tipped her for her time, attention, and willingness to perform a service at no charge.All of the other ladies smile and remember my name. One of the ladies even asks about my Grandmother whom I told them about months ago on my very first visit.Repeat customer?...GUILTY

Been using their nail service for2 years. They are always very busy specially on the weekend and days before holidays. It doesn’t matter if you make a reservation for your manicure or pedicure you will still have to wait. Recommend it.

Love this place. They do such a great job. Do emergency fixes, and have never charged me. They know your name and never rush you. Ive even closed this place down a couple of times and they never rushed or made you feel badly for being the last one there. Lots of the ladies have been there since they opened so you can usually request the same lady and develop a nice relationship with someone. Ive been to all the ladies and they are all wonderful but my favorite is Kayla. She is so thorough and patient and is quiet the perfectionist. Love her. Love Sassy Nails.

Tend to cut cuticles too aggressively and it hurts and almost cut my skin.. I ask for a simple nail art a version of French but the manicurist convinced to do more transitional looking design which I ended up not liking at all...

My mother and I got our eyebrows tattooed by Kathy and she did such an amazing job. We have received so many compliments from so many friends and family. Definitely recommend this place.

Ive been here several times and they have great prices for manicures and pedicures. Even the basic manicures and pedicures include massages and parrafin wax. Because they specifically are a nail salon, they have tons of chairs so you can get your nails done at the same time as your friends without having to do back to back appointments. Love this place!

I am never disappointed when I go to Sassy Nails. When its comes to quality they meet expectations 110% I moved an hour away and still have not been able to find a quality nail salon where I live. After getting a horrible full set at a nail salon in manassas mall I went to Kathy at sassy nails and she recommended I remove them my acrylics and let her redo it, she swore I would be happy and I was thrilled. I requested them clear, natural and short as I work on a computer all day and she knew exactly what to do! I may have payed more than I expected but she was worth it! My daughter also got her nails done by Helen and she was so happy. Every nail salon could learn from them because their skills are on point!

I just got my nails done by Cathy and love them. She did a beautiful full set acrylic French and just gained a new client.

Just left Sassy Nails, when Lena owned it, I was a loyal customer, after today they have probably lost my business for good. Was told the wait time to get a manicure would be 25 min, after 1 hour 10 min I had to ask when they would be taking me. She finally said I was next, the technician had a terrible attitude and made me feel as if I was a burden to her. I realize they would much rather have the higher dollar services, but I am a paying customer none the less. She rushed through my manicure as fast as possible and put 4 coats of polish on so thick that they still were barely dry after 20 min in front of the fan. I was there to relax just like the other customers and she completely took the experience away from me. When I spoke to the manager she could have cared less. The only excuse was they are busy and short staffed. That does not excuse crummy service or making a paying customer feel devalued.

I love this place its so relaxing. You definitely get more than you looking for every experience. Services are not cheap, but always remember you get what you pay for. Definitely recommended... you will Enjoy!

Been going to Sassy Nails for years. Helen does a GREAT job on gel nails. There are salons closer to me that I have tried over the years but I always end up at Sassy because Helen does exactly what I want.

Ann does wonderful job but don’t bother making an appointment because you will end up waiting anyway.I have been going there for 2 years now (with appointment) and I was never taken on time.Thinking about going somewhere else, I have been patient long enough.

This is a really good nail salon! They have a large variety of colors to choose from. They offer you drinks all the time! They take good care of you! Im so glad I found Sassy Nails and Spa 😉. One lady in there does a special glitter design on your nails....ask for her to finish your design at the end.

I went for my first time (thanks to my neighbor) a couple weeks ago. The staff was very nice and I got my nails done right away. Here is why I disliked it. 1 their prices are ridiculous! You have to be rich to go there ! 2, it is now two weeks later and two of my nails have broke. My nail salon I normally go to, my nails stay on for at least a month and a half if not two months. Without breaking or chipping. My first nail, i dont even know how it broke. I went to sleep it was fine, I woke up and it was gone. My second nail broke today, while I was tying my strings to my pajamas!!!! That, to me, is ridiculous! They shouldnt break that easy. Last but not least, my two nails breaking this early wouldnt be a problem at my nail salon ! My salon fixes them for free when you a couple of them.! I can say I DO NOT suggest that anyone goes here. Also, I will not be returning ever again ! I will stick to my original nail salon. Where they dont bust your head for prices and they fix the first 2-3 you break for free !!

This is my favorite nail salon I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to. I drive an hour there because I always have a terrific experience. Every time I go they are thurough and kind. My manicure and pedicures always look perfect and last for a while.

Great service when I go to Sassy nails. Amy and Kathy have done a great job with my nails. They are also very nice to my daughter that gets eyebrow wax and Manicure. I have recommended to my family.

Used to love this place, but lately they havent been doing a good job anymore, they like halfway do the job to rush you out of there, for the same price, nails just havent been lasting as long as they used to. Dipping powder here sucks, they dont use the base coat, just straight to color and they only do 2 coats of it, leaving your nails very thin and fragile. Very disappointed the last time I came here, felt rushed out of there. A couple of my nails broke within a couple of days, which has never happened before when Ive had them done elsewhere, where a base coat of the dipping powder is used. Also the instruments used for my pedicure the last time I came were not sterilized. Same thing when my mother went last, and she ended up getting an infection on one of her toes. Not sure if they had run out of sterilized instruments, as in the past theyve sometimes used sterilized ones.

Recently moved to the area. Came in as a walk in today. I was seated right away by Helen. I got a wonderful gel French manicure by her. She was very nice and welcoming. Will defiantly be going back for a pedi soon.

Anne somehow managed to cut my finger open to the point of bleeding with a nail file! She continued with the service like nothing happened and when I said something about it she abruptly stood up and sent another nail tech to finish the service. As a cosmetologist, I know the blood safety rules when an exposure incident happens and this place does NOT follow it. I watched to see what would become of said nail file after it was exposed to my blood and when I noticed it wasn’t disposed of, another nail tech said “we sanitize our files.” !?!! Nail files are porous which means they are a DISPOSABLE implement and should be disposed of after each use. Here’s to hoping I don’t get an infection. Also, here we are a day later and my gel polish is chipped. I will NEVER return here and I hope Virginia State Board shuts this place down.

ABSOLUTELY UNSATISFIED!!!!! Im supposed to have black nails and they put purple as the base. I even told her that that was purple and she looks at me and says I KNOW WHAT IM DOING then she adds black gel on my nails saying SEE I TOLD YOU. If you put my nails on to the light they look purple.!!! she sits in the front as soon as you walk in TO THE RIGHT. Then she offered me to do my eyebrow saying if i help her load stuff in her car she can do them for free. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I recently went back to Sassy after not going for some time. I was taken almost instantly when I was there, however, the woman doing my nails was extremely rough with my hands and gave me a rude attitude while I was there. I could see other employees were providing a good attitude with their customer so it just made me upset that the woman working on me couldnt do the same. Definitely will not come back.
