Do not go here. I went for an eyebrow wax and the guy spent no more than 3 minutes before he said he was done. He did not shape them, he did not trim them, and he missed whole rows of hair that I asked to be removed. I asked him to shape, trim, and catch the hairs he missed and he said my hair is too thin which is not true as my eyebrows still look like caterpillars. I was then asked for a tip on top of the 12 service fee and the job wasnt even complete. I will never go to this place again. The lack of professionalism was apalling.

I love lee she is super nice and super respectful.they have wonderful prices and if I went to Glamour nails I will definitely go to lee she’s awesome

Very nice experience

Been going there for about 2 years, i had been satisfied but lately they dont have enough people working especially on weekends and when busy they rush to do your nails and dont do a good job. I payed to have the basic pedicure done and it supposed to include 5 minutes massage i got 30 seconds. Also lately someone there likes to play x-rated movies not very comfortable if you bring young girls in there. Not very happy. Looking for a different place to go to

This nail salon is the WORST! Do not waste your money coming here! Customer service is bad, the employee doesn’t know what they’re doing. And when you tell them to correct or if they miss something, especially the guy technician will have an attitude and he will intentionally hurt your fingers.I will never come back to this joke of a place.

Horrible! The man rushed on putting on acrylic, cut up cuticles on 3 of my fingers bleeding so much. And not even 3 days later a nail falls off. Never coming back to this place. The staff was definitely rude af as well. You def get what you pay for.

If you have credit card difficulties, they, esp. manager, will rush and harass you and are not very polite. Dont bother coming!

The experience was wonderful everyone was very friendly. The pedicure felt wonderful the massage almost put me a sleep. Very pleasant experience.

If there’s less than one star, they would have deserved it !Technician Helen was so rude.I came in cuz my index finger nail broke and I needed to replace both of them, and get a nail design. I called she said 12 dollars to fix em. Note that I pay 45 for full set dip powder.First she said they don’t do rhinestones design I asked for just simple draw one she said no! Then She started removing the sns powder and she did it with a nails tip. I explained that this is not the right way and soaking them with acetone is all she needs.She refused till she snapped the edge of my nail off. Then she decided to listen and instead of using cotton balls and foil she just give me little cup to soak my entire finger. Needles to say the powder removed ended up on my skin and I had to scour it.She intentionally kept me waiting while she joyfully watched tv and did other clients eyebrows.Just one word never again!

They took me in right away. I had a gel manicure and spa pedicure. It was great. It was a wonderful massage and they didnt rush any of it!

Used to love them but poor customer service. I even tip well but they turn away business even 2 hours before closing. Been turned away 20+ times as well as other customers. Losing business. I started going to the other Nail Salon by IHOP. They have never turned me away.

I see Helene about every three weeks and every time I go in she doesnt disappoint. Ive been seeing Helene for the past few years.

This place and the employees are absolutely horrible! I went in to get a full set, and from the time he put them on they looked awful. They were crooked and way to bigger then my nails. And I was bleeding. When I said something to him he said, I fix for you, will look good. Needless to say it only got worse from there. But I I kept tell myself, they look better once they were polished. After trying to explain to him what polish I wanted (for about 15 minutes ) he acted like he knew what I was talking about, and started to polish. And it wasnt at all what I wanted. I told him thats not what I wanted, so he said he would try again. By this point I was done, and just wanted to leave. So I picked a different polish and told him to use it. After he was done, he ask how I like them and told him I didnt like them at all, that they looked awful and I wasnt paying for them, so he could take them off. He got very mad and said, I take off! He was very rough and made me bleed even more. And sent me on my way with my nails looking worse then before I went in there. STAY WAY!!!!!!

Women were friendly but absolutely terrible, very unprofessional, the techs talked to each other during the entire visit. Leg massage consisted of them rubbing lotion into your leg. I personally recommend you stay clear of this buisness. By the way 2 of us were here to be serviced and we both agree., dont do it.I hope this review blesses you.

If I could give it less I would. I went here 3 weeks ago and had a great time with one of the ladies..today I went and my nails look so bad I just cried! The guy there can’t do nails. I have powder polish all over my fingers and he charged me more than the other lady did! Needless to say I won’t be returning until she is there. UGH!

I went to get a pedicure with a friend, and the lady who did my pedicure was too rough and cut me. I really didn’t like how my pedicure came out.

They only care about the money. I went in with my best friend and little sister and we said one was paying by themselves and the rest to another, they charge before they are finished and the guy barely even paint the bottom of the nail. Hate this place.

My second time coming in the nail shop. Expecting the same great service as the first time. No didnt turn out that way. Came for Pedicure and Manicure. the nail tech kept asking me if I wanted tips I said no. Then another nail tech came over asked the same thing was pressuring me to get gel nail polish said that the polish not going to look good with your nail so short. when the nail tech insulted me I just couldnt believe it and said ok but how much she said 50$ I said no its ok. Ill stick with my regular nail. The nail tech doing my feet ask me again describing what she does and hands me a menu. By this time its getting annoying and I had to be at work within a hr and half of me being there. All the questions took up my time when I just ask for simple service. After my feet was finish. The nail tech went to help another customer after I told her hey Im in a hurry I had already been there for a hour. She tells me to move to another work station. Which is very unprofessional while your foot nail is drying!!! oh my god. Im told to wait again 5 mins turns into 10 mins by this time I had togo. ask for the bill remember i only got a pedicure I was there hr and half she says 25$ I said thought I saw 14$ which I asked to see the menu she reply we not cheap people thats them over there pointing at another nail salon we do business right, we dont get over on people. I asked for the menu again after she raised her voice at me. I just simply ask for the menu not about how you do business or how much money you have. I saw the menu the acknowledge she was right and said ok to charge the card. she said what about her are you going to tip her!?? I said let me see if I have cash which I didnt. I said I dont have cash then she ask me again well you can add tip on your card which I normally dont do but that poor lady look stress out probably from how that nail tech lady treats her the one that controls the T.V. all the time. YOU DONT ASK FOR A TIP IT IS GIVEN. DONT SUPPORT THESE RUDE PEOPLE. TRUST IT WHEN YOU SEE IT. SO UNPROFESSIONAL P.S PROBABLY THOUGHT I WAS A KID, DONT LET PEOPLES CLOTHES FOOL YOU.

I took my sister for a treat and it’s the worst experience we had with them. They don’t have enough staffs. The lady who did my nails was very friendly but with literally don’t have experience. It took forever for my nails to dry. Right after we left my nail were messed up. They lady was running all over the place doing three things together while doing my nails. She was gonna touch my hands with the gloves that she used for her Pedicure customer. We won’t returned back again.

The place looks very clean, the staff is friendly. I have had acrylic, gel, and pedicures done so far and Ive had no issues thus far. Compared to other places in Manassas, I would have to say this place is the best locally.

Poorly done nails that broke within a week. Ive been getting my nails done for 20 yrs and this was perhaps the worst quality that Ive seen.

I didnt like their job,some of the nail were croquet.

Very dirty and torn sofa to sit on and who takes money 1st than service horrible horrible horrible and if more customers than they switch the person whose working on you and they dont use new tools for manicure and pedicure the same ones used for the previous person smh
