I recently used Premier Gulf Coast Properties for my summer vacation and was so very impressed and happy with it all. Lorie was so accommodating and communicated all we needed to make our stay so easy and comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! I highly recommend contacting them if you are thinking of planning a beach get away.
The condo we got was nice and everything but the wifi box didn’t work. They refused to help us get it fixed. It is really packed and apparently the staff goes to the pool on weekends instead of fixing the rooms which were junk. all i have to say about there properties is they don’t care about the people in them just the money

Horrible experience for a small issue that could have been easily resolved.I reserved a “poolside” room with a pool view (as it states on air bnb reservation). When we arrived, our room was on the end of the building and you could not see the pool from room or even from the door. This was an issue for me as I have small children and wanted to be able to see them playing in the pool with my husband while I was inside with the baby.They said they didn’t have another room to move us to but would call back after I asked if there was anything else they could do since this was not what I had booked. I was passed around from person to person until they eventually stopped answering my calls, voicemails, text messages, and even Facebook messages. I went to their address as listed on google and they had apparently moved locations. I finally found them and while waiting to speak with someone, the CEO sent me a TEXT MESSAGE accusing me of requesting a full refund, warning me of calling the police if I leave my children unattended in the pool, and lying about room rates. All of which are untrue although no one would know that since they never reached out to speak with me.After speaking to the GM she told me many staff had gotten sick and communication had been lacking. Apparently I’m not the only person this has happened to. They refused to do anything to assist in our stay even though we had booked a poolside POOL VIEW room and did not get one. I was offered a discount on a future stay instead of addressing our current trip issues.Had they only been more responsive up front I wouldn’t have made such an attempt to address this issue but when I was absolutely ignored, I pursued.I would not recommend anyone work with this company. However, if you choose to do so, take the advice they gave me and make sure you call them after booking a pool side room to be sure you can see the pool from that room. After all, they would have been sure to do that if they were in my position.
I have been trying for a week to get these people to call me back. They answered a few times and hurried off the phone before addressing my issue. I will have to cancel my reservation and would not recommend this business. They agreed to my request but will not execute it and now have effectively ignored further communication. Not responding to emails or messages or phone calls and messages.After posting this they responded and apparently had a new person working initially. The owner was much more professional and effective in responding. Was able to address my issue in a couple of days.
We just spent 4 days in one of their beach rentals and had the most wonderful time. The staff are amazing. They are friendly, prompt, courteous and go beyond the call of duty.
Love this whole area, I will be staying here every summer when I visit!
