To be honest,this place is nothing like how it use to be… if it’s not Kevin or the other guy. don’t waste your time coming here. I personally think they hire a lot of people with little experience now. Quailty of work isn’t the same

Today is my birthday and I went in to get a gel pedicure. They took care of me quick & easy.I walked in and I was seated quickly. Tina was my nail tech today. She was amazing & super nice to me. She made me feel great & even gave me some white wine to make me feel better. I didnt have a good birthday today but she brightened up my day.. She was caring & did an excellent job.Thank you so much Tina for making this birthday special for me & for taking good care of me. God bless you ♡

Pretty place but the sugar pedicure was supposed to come with a foot massage and the lady barely even did that…just kept looking around and lightly going over my legs… kind of disappointing. I’ll still come back for my nails though.

Im just utterly surprised at how horrible this place was. We set an appointment and I wasnt even seen until an hour later. While getting my pedicure I was BURNED!!! I have burn marks because the lady put the scorching hot towel on my feet. This caused me to let out a jump and scream. Ive gotten so many pedis and the towel is usually supposed to be warm but not burning hot!!!

I’m not going to be mean, but just go see Ryan. He actually cares about the quality of your nails. He won’t slip in extra costs that you didn’t ask for. Some nail techs act like they do not care about their work versus just fulfilling the service.Seems like I can’t locate a good nail salon around this area.

New owners have made this place a 5 star experience. Its so beautiful, elegant, and classy. Their services are on point with great customer service throughout! Best waxing job ever too! Im so impressed!

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and waited for about 5 mins and then was seated with feet soaking for about 10 mins before a tech showed up. He did an excellent job with my pedicure.

I got a full gel acrylic set and the results were beautiful. My nail tech was quick and efficient but the nails are expertly done. The salon is always neat and quiet so I can relax. I’m udisy taken for my appointment right on time. I highly recommend this nail salon.

I’ve been getting the Happy Feet Pedicure and it’s hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Today I had a tech named Linda who was outstanding. I’ve also been serviced by Jessica — definitely impressed with the changes and plan to be back on routine. The staff take their time and put unconditional effort into their pedi massages. Very impressed. I’m also 7 months pregnant and HIGHLY recommend this specific pedicure for any expecting mommas to be (Happy Feet Pedicure)

So I just randomly found this place and the service, the business itself is exceptional. Jessica who answered and greeted me at the door, she was 1st class with assisting me with my nail needs. Mark is always my go-to nail tech. Really good and patient, he takes his time and makes sure I leave the place feeling good about the services. I go with my husband and mom here. They also prefer this place over the other ones in the area. Hands down the best based on my experience coming here every month.

Mark is one of the BEST nail techs I have ever gone to. His attention to detail is unlike any other. Extremely kind and gentle. This salon is also hands down the most prettiest and spacious nail salon I have ever seen!!

They take a little longer than some other places but as you can see the result is worth it! As far as being long lasting I couldnt say, but Im going on three days and these are sound as you could want. Im not sure why people complain about them chipping and breaking; maybe its misuse? Ounce for ounce theyre weaker than fingernails, folks; even though theyre thicker, you cant just treat them like theyre unbreakable. Ive been able to put keys on key rings and open cans using the side edge though and theyre doing just fine. Definitely recommend!

To share my background, Ive been getting nails done (acrylic with gel nail polish) for over 11 years and I just started coming here since I changed jobs. Ive seen a lady here named Vivian twice and she has been the absolute best. In the 11 years that Ive been getting my nails done, she is the first person ever that I did not have to pick at my nails afterwards. She makes awesome recommendations for nail color combinations and designs and she gives you tips and tricks for nail care. I just could not be any happier with Vivian as my nail technician. The picture I attached doesnt do the salon justice. The picture was taken a week after I got a manicure. I asked for a dip powder manicure, which I dont believe the salon had a lot of experience with. However, they did a magnificent job.I was impressed with the decor of the salon, which was really upscale. I visited a nail salon earlier that day, which was pretty cruddy compared to this one. I was pleased to find a place I was comfortable to visit and provided excellent service. I will return.

A little expensive than most nail salons in the area but the place is more spacious and the service it top notch!

Ive been here a couple times and its very spacious. I like that they take their time on your nails. The only downfall is that the paint chips quickly even if I get gel manicure.

I was overcharged for services I didn’t ask for, and my friend felt uncomfortable with the staff. They made him pay upfront, which wasn’t the case with my other two friends who were with me. On top of that, he left with a chipped nail. That tells me that it was a very poor quality job. Please, there are so many other better nail salons in your area, don’t waste your time going here.

Loved it! Clean & Friendly with lots of services available. True pampering session. Served me coffee, tea or wine with a fruit plate while I had my pedicure. Got french tips on fingers and toes and they look great! Thank you Vivian & Tram for such a great experience.

I had to bring my baby to the appointment and they were SO sweet to him. They talked and played with him the entire time. By the end of my pedi and main my 9 month old son was comfortable enough to actually reach for my nail tech. I highly recommend this salon!

I recently went and got a pedicure done because I desperately needed one. While the staff was very nice and the pricing is decent, the pedicure I got was not that great. I spent $50 on a pedicure and honestly expected it to be a little better and look a whole lot better than it does. There’s a lot of my nail that doesn’t have the color on it and the massage could have been better as well. I was also charge $5 more to have some glitter polish on my toes. I’ve never been charged extra for it any other time but that is also at other salons I have been to.

I was here yesterday for Manicure, pedicure and face wax, it was my first time coming to this place, its beautiful and I did like the way I was treated. I given 2 🌟 only, because, the person who was working on me, apparently was in training, she tuck to long and she technically just washed my fits, paint my nails and applied lotion (something I could do myself in 5 minutes, but I paid $35 for that) she tuck very long with my manicure as well, she was obviously very nervous, and very slow. Then, when I finally was ready for my face wax, she couldnt do it, another person had to come and do it for her. I might keep looking for the perfect spa for me.

I am really disappointed in my last two experiences at Paris. I have been going every two weeks for the last year and a half until management changed last month.My first issue was I went in with a old set on that I wanted removed. I asked to have them soaked off. Instead the tech just starts cutting them with clippers and took my real nails off. I had long nails and left with them hardly over the nail bed. He also filed my nails so thin that when the dip came off just washing my nails hurts.Then the tech did a powder dip that lasted 4 days before it was lifting and came off. I contacted the shop 2 days after my first visit and asked for a repair. I came in and the new technician laughed at the gentleman work and apologized and offered to redo my set for only $5. I laughed and told them I would never be back.I also want to point out that they have staff/owners walking around hovering over the technicians and customers watching their every move. I know the technicians must be uncomfortable because I was!They lost a good customer. I would spend $350 a month between my nails and pedicures. Ill take my business elsewhere going forward.

I saw some of the nails in the pictures and I called to request an appointment with Henry and I explained that I prefer hand filing around the cuticle. I was told to come in and that they could do what I requested. I brought in my own nail crystals for a design I wanted. The entire appointment was painful they insisted on using the nail filing machine and they did. I kept snatching my hand back and telling Henry to be more gentle. He went to town on my nails. He was working on two manicures at once.My nails and fingers still hurt.The design on my nail is not what I wanted and he insisted on doing what he wanted. They said there wasnt enough room on my nail to do any of the design I requested.I should have left but like an idiot I paid and left. Not 2 hours later the gems on one of my nails fell off.I went back to the salon and requested a refund showing the damaged nails. They offered to fix them, but that was only partly the problem. Henry is the owner of the salon and adamantly refused to refund me or acknowledge my complaint.I will be filing a BBB complaint. Bottom line, these businesses get away with doing what they want because there is no real consequence to customers complaints or concerns.You are now warned.

I only come here to get my nails done. Ive been to quite a few nail technicians and so far all of them great, but my favorite is Kevin! He did a gel manicure that lasted well over two weeks, which never happens. This place also gives complimentary (first glass) wine and who doesnt love wine (especially when the first glass is free)?

I’ve been coming here for probably 2 years, but hadn’t been back in a few months. I went today to get a gel mani/pedi. If you calculate the prices it should be $65. But i was charged $90. $90?!?!? Even with a charge to take the polish off my toenails ($12), it still doesn’t add up. My tech didn’t even do the paraffin was dip that’s included in a gel manicure and she made me bleed twice. However, she was a very nice young woman, and it’s not her fault that the price was so high. Now I’m reading reviews and see that Henry and his wife (the now previous owners) have left the salon, and it’s making a bit more sense. I’m sure the prices have been raised, but they’re nowhere to be found. It now also makes sense why I didn’t recognize ANY of the techs there today.I will NOT be coming back.

Ive been coming here consistently since 2017. They never disappoint, service is great, wait time is next to nothing (you just have to come in on a good day, not saturday or sunday). I always get wine when I come in, staff is very friendly. I recommend this place to everyone prices are decent compared to everything you actually get. The nail technicians really take their time with you.

I love this place. The staff is always so friendly and willing to help. The prices are decent and they offer drinks while youre there. On busy days the isnt as accommodating, which is aspected, but one of the gentlemen was kind of rude and forceful. Great place still though.

I have been coming here for a few months now. Today I had an appointment for 1pm. When I get there they tell me that no one wrote down my appointment and they said that they were really busy and it would be AT LEAST a 30 minute wait. Whats even the point of making an appointment. Wont be going here again. My time is extremely precious due to me being extremely busy everyday. Oh and the receptionist was also pretty rude when I tried to explain that I had an appointment. She didnt care at all.

Since theres been a change in management Ive seen the change in my services. I spent $115 for me and my daughter to get her nails and feet done and I can honestly say my dip powder looks horrible. I went back to my favorite tech Kevin. He simply buffed the top and added a gel on top and my nails look horrible. I will not be returning any time in the near future and currently looking for a new salon.

Omg, this was the best present Ive ever recieved. My husband paid for the surprise her package for my birthday and let me tell you I feel like a new person. Tweetie and Linda took care of me and made me feel special on my birthday today. This package is well worth the money and I want to come back every week if I could afford it. I have absolutely no complaints and will definitely be coming back in the very near future.

It was terrible! 100% do not recommend! I used to be a regular at this spa while Henry and Celine (the owners) were working there. They both have moved on to do better things which I knew but I still needed my nails done ASAP so I took a leap of faith with the new nail technicians. Which clearly was a mistake from the beginning. All that I asked for was an acrylic fill with jewels on two finger and for it do be done in a timely fashion. It starts off great but then they sent me to Don. Don took an hour and a half just filing down with the machine (for the most part he was filing my skin) and shaping my nails, when I realized the time I asked him to stop because he took to long the paint wasn’t even on my fingers yet! He said it usually take two hours to do the gel acrylic. TWO HOURS?! That’s ridiculous and not true! I told him I would come back so he could paint them. When I came back later that day he did everything wrong! The style that I asked for is not what I got at all and he didn’t care to fix it! With all that being said please save you money and find ANYWHERE else to go. I hope this helped!

After I came out from Dream spa next to Paris spa doing underarm and full hands wax with horrible experience and terrific pain, I was worried to go to the another spa which is very next to that worst spa. But I had to choose since I had plans to vacation, I though OK lets try and see how professional they are. Wondered.. Moon is so professional and she did wonderful job on my legs.

Was on vacay and had gotten my nails done at some random place and few days later got home and broke my nail and it was cracked and so painful so I ran to the nearest salon to get it fixed and right next to Paris was dream nails so went In and asked them if they could just put a layer of dip on top just to seal it and get me by so it didn’t completely rip off and they literally told me they wouldn’t help me. So went next door to Paris and she immediately helped me and did it for free. In all my years of having broke a nail I’ve never had a salon not charge me for fixing a cracked nail until them! Just thought it was such a sweet small thing of her to do! Because of that I probably will make this my new nail salon! Didn’t catch her name cause I was rushing but she had dark hair and bangs, such a sweetheart! It’s always the little things!

Wife has been here multiple times but now apparently they dont understand the difference between FULL SET and MANICURE. Wife told them FULL SET three times and they went through the whole process of a manicure and by the time they got to the tips.. wife realized they werent doing a FULL SET and she told them so. They then said they didnt have anyone who could do a FULL SET and so she either had to settle for what they could finish or walk our half done. Terrible experience! Make sure they FULLY understand what you want and can actually do it before sitting down. Youll have a spare seat since we wont be returning. Good luck.

Today I called if they can fit me in for a mani and pedi. When I got there they said we’ll go ahead and do your pedi first and then mani. when the pedi service was done they tell me we are sorry we are not able to do mani we are close and busy with other customer...usually they are great but today wasn’t good.. they shouldn’t promise a customer that they will have time to do both things. Really not happy with there customer service . Horrible experience. Not coming back .

My only complaints are Reflexology is part of the pedicure services but it was obvious nail tech knew nothing about doing it so it was skipped. I also didnt appreciate the ignorant sterotype of black people eating fried chicken comment. Price is higher than nail salons. My compliments are the pedi and mani are excellent and i like the offering of drinks although i didnt have any. I will visit again before i make a decision.
