This was my first time going to this salon. Right when I walked in I was greeted and taken care of right away. She was working very time effectively but also clean with her work.I wanted my nails a specific way and she did them just how I wanted. I loved how they had dividers between every desk felt very safe and clean.

My visit was not a good one. My gel nails chipped off within a week of getting themThe price was expensive and the quality of work was awful. I will not be returning.

Coming from Texas, I searched nearby salons. I am so happy I chose T&C Nails. They are awesome! The staff is friendly, super attentive, and the salon itself is very CLEAN! I also got eyebrows and face waxing done, super picky about that, and the attendant was ON POINT! Def recommend you visit!

Got my nails done here and they left them crooked and unshaped. Constantly kept asking her to reshape them but she didnt even bother. While using the electric file she even drilled a bit extra into my cuticles and that started bleeding but didnt even acknowledge. Overall very poor service. She seemed to want to just finish up in a hurry and didnt care about what the customer wants.

I love yen, is very good with eyebrows. I recently contracted a toe nail fungus from coming here. Usually I only come for my eyebrows but since corona I killed two birds with one stone instead of driving across town to Mathis and paying 10$ for a better service. The thing that infuriated me is that I’ve been going to the same nail shop since I was 13 years old and never had this problem and when it occurred the owner acted as if I was in the wrong when I only came to the shop to simply ask him what should I do in the situation.

Horrible experience, had an appt they took 3 people before they took me, an hour after my appt they began to soak my nails finally for removal to begin my new set of dip powder which they have an entire wall of and then all of them looked around and acted like they didn’t know how to do it . Everyone else in there came in complaining of polish coming off after a day, owner rude and cheap doesn’t like to assist with anything after you pay and leave . Just so unprofessional and messy.. don’t have enough people either they are trying to do 1 worker to like 3 clients which is so unprofessional and messy.

I know it’s a long read but please read before you decide to go here. DO NOT COME HERE. I have been coming here for 7+ years to get my eyebrows done and never have I had a problem with them until now. I went in Monday to get my acrylics taken off. I usually go somewhere else for my nails but I was in a rush and needed them off ASAP so I decided why not since I was next to it. As the woman was taking them off I felt a really bad pain on my left ring finger. When I look down there’s exposed skin were a piece of my nail had to come off. I was in a rush so I paid and I left but once I got off of work I called to speak to someone about a partial refund because my nail was in excruciating pain where it would hurt to even run water on it. Once I got on the phone and explained what was wrong and offered to come in the next day to show them, the lady on the phone kept blaming me saying it’s my fault that my nail ended up like that and saying that they’ve been there for 20 years and they know what they’re doing. This completely shook me because she didn’t even want to look at my nail before putting the blame on me which is horrible customer service. I told her I was going to be coming in to speak to the manager tomorrow and she agreed and I hung up. Tomorrow comes and I go in and I asked politely for the manager when he had the chance. I show my nail and explain what happened and the manager insisted that it was still my fault and the nail salon that I went to before was in the wrong, that they damage my nail when they put the acrylic on. Now I have been getting my nails done for a very long time and this has never happened before whether they soak the nails off or pry them off I have never had this happen at the many nail salons I’ve been to before. At this point after speaking to the rude lady on the phone and having the manager blame me I wanted a full refund. The manager only gave me 25% back and even as I was walking out the door he still kept insisting that it was my fault and it was the salons fault before I had to come to them. Don’t come to this salon, I’ve given my business to them for 7+ years and the manager argued with me in front of all the customers that were sitting there it was unbelievable. I would also like to mention that the manager wasn’t wearing a mask when I came in when it was me and two other customers there. I will be posting us review everywhere and reporting them to the CDC for not wearing a mask. It’s just unbelievable that you gave a business your money for so many years and they treat you like that . Trust me there are plenty of other places that are nicer, have better nail techs, and where you can get your moneys worth. I recommend going to Joe’s nail salon in Manassas. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUDE BUSINESS THAT DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE!!!!

Over charged for horrible service .. first I waited over an hour just to get seen . Soaked my nails and then he proceeded to rip my real nail on two fingers making me bleed .. besides that he put the tips on and was crooked on my left pinky I told him he told me “it’s just ur finger” I said no. I have had my nails done for over 4 years now they come out crooked ??? For my own finger issues? No sorry I proceeded to tell him to fix it as he did .. then he finished up leaving air bubbles inside the sealed nail . He polished them and didn’t even dry them . A lady sprayed some stuff on for a quick dry? Horrible the whole time the owner was telling my family to take the baby’s out of the building . He didn’t like kids in the store..

This service is okay there. I took away two stars because it seems like the lady was not paying attention one time she make me bleed on my toe. It seemed like she was mad at me because I had to take a phone call. I dont know why. Then when I tried to ask them something they just say no all the time instead of trying to find a way to help you

I went here after trying many nail salons in Manassas and this was by far my best experience. Dan did an AMAZING job on my nails and painted great designs!! If you want your nails done really well go see Dan at T&C nail and Spa.

She did a amazing job. I went in not knowing what I really wanted. I gave her creative control and left with a flawless full set. I also had my eyebrows tamed and everything was just perfect. I would recommend to anyone. The staff helps one another so theirs no way they cant do exactly what you want.Will certainly be back!😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝

Let me say that with the quality of work and service they provide it is worth worth it. 5/5 experience! They did an amazing job with shaping it to an almond like I had asked her to. And i stayed on top of their work. Cheap and good quality. This might just be my favorite place. Definitely bookmark on this salon!

I came across this place 2 and a half years ago. I wont go anyplace else now.I have one tech that I prefer. Dan. He is great!Ive never lost or chipped a nail that hes done.The only other name I know is Kimberly (Kim). Shes my backup, in case Dan is sick, or away. She did my nails for my sons wedding, and precisely matched the color of my dress.These are the only NAMES I can remember, but in almost 3 years, nearly all the staff has handled my hands, and are terrific.My sister and husband dont get their fingernails done, but all 3 of us agree that the pedicures there are EXEPTIONAL.Each of us has a different problem with our feet, and they can solve anything. The entire staff is professional, gentle, courteous, and just excellent.Whether youre getting a manicure, pedicure, wax, or whatever....you can just sit, relax, and enjoy being pampered. Stare at the TV, or enjoy the heated massage chairs.This is the place to go.

Great experience. We arrived with no appointment and they fitted us both in for a pedicure and a manicure even though they were super busy. Really happy with nails and feet! Manager is lovely and runs a tight ship.

This review is only a reflection of one nail technician. I hate to give them a bad review, because I have been going here for about 6-7 years BUT I am not happy with this nail technicians work.1) He has broken the skin on my nails once before. I think he was cutting my cuticles and got a little to happy.2) This time, he was not paying any attention. He kept on looking at the TV. It wouldve been fine if he did work at the same time, but when you pause every 10 seconds to look at the TV instead of do work, its completely unprofessional.3) He was being extremely rough with the buffer. At one point he was just buffing my skin on top of nail and there was a slight burning.4) Every other female technician puts lotion on my nails after they are done. This technician did not. Its really in the details, but after getting my hands scraped down by a buffer, I would expect SOMETHING to help with the dryness.Due to the negligence, I will probably not return.

I would NOT recommend going to this salon in the mall. They are unprofessional. They don’t know what are they doing. My experience was horrible with a lady that I don’t even know her name because she never introduce herself. They are really NASTY. They are not honest with the prices online. You can see that they going to use the same clippers with you and with the next customer. Overall not a relaxing, friendly environment. I would go anywhere else but this salon. Thank you.

Ive been in Manassas 2 months and had not found a salon to return to, but I will definitely be back to T&C Nails Spa! The prices are great and they are always offering specials. Another plus is that they have great service - the owner is very accommodating and the stylists are very friendly.

This is place is a gem! After trying nails spa and Eshee nails and being so disappointed, I was worried I wouldnt find a place with great quality and customer service. I was wrong, I absolutely love this place! I went in on a Saturday morning and they were able to seat me right away. I got the Royal Pedicure and a gel manicure. It is quite a deal for what you get. Foot mask, sugar scrub, lotion massage, hot stone massage and nail care . gave such a great massage and I never felt rushed. She did such a fantastic job on my nails and it was a very clean facility. This is my new go to and am so happy I found this place.🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲

My friend complemented my nails thinking I attempted to do my own nails. Thats how unprofessionally my nails were done. The place looks decent but the gentleman who did my nails was not very skilled. The wash clothes you wipe your hands with after you wash your hands are all stained or with holes.

Ive been desperately trying to find a shop whos nail technicians take pride in their work . . . . . and I have finally found it! Im always treated well and am served a complimentary drink. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. And they even helped me narrow down what I wanted. Love all the services here and the employees are super nice. I will admit the cost made me shudder a little inside my soul

BUYER BEWARE. I took my daughters to this place just because they were open late. (They are in the mall.) Boy, do I regret it. Not even thinking about checking the price because most places are comparable and I have been getting manicures and pedicures for 25 plus years, I got to the counter to pay and discover that it was TWICE as much as the place we usually go to. My daughter got acrylics and a pedicure. It was $130!! This is NOT a 5 star salon. Its a hole in the wall in Manassas mall. Unbelievable....when I mentioned to them that it was twice as much, they started talking to me as if I had never gotten my nails done before and trying to justify their prices. I left saying, Thats fine but I will never come back here again. And I was sure to tell everyone that they could go right down the street for half the price at Fresh Nails.

I have lived in the area for the past 8 years and have been a loyal customer of T&C Nail Spa. Everyone is friendly and they do an expert job on my manis, pedis, waxes and facials. I highly recommend them!!!

Just came home with my shellac french manicure and love it! Very nice and clean place. Will be back soon for pedicure.

I have been eyeing this place for a while now and decided to come in today. I ACTUALLY LIKE! ! ! ! All ladies are awesome and super pleasant. I showed them a picture and they did exactly what I asked for! My manicure has literally never looked better. God bless this place. I am thrilled to be writing this review!

Don’t recommend this place at all! Went to get my nails done 4 days ago with my mom, I did acrylics and already they are lifting and there is air bubbles and I did French tips and the lady didn’t even painted them good it’s all crooked and my mom nail polish started chipping off so quick and it was “supposedly” gel and i was overcharged for what I got. Never coming back here again. NOT WORTH COMING HERE.

My nails have NEVER looked this good!! The salon is comfortable and beautiful, the staff is amazing and they are the only place I will go from now on!!! By the way, I highly recommend!!

When I arrived, no one said anything to me. Then, they asked me to pick my polish and sit in one of the pedicure chairs. The man that did my pedicure and started my manicure was terrible. He didnt speak to me to even say hello, he cut my cuticles on each foot so close that two toes were bleeding. He then poured alcohol over them to stop the bleeding but didnt even say anything to me! Like he was trying to pretend it was part of the normal process. Then when he was done painting them he told me to sit at his nail station. He was in a complete rush and started my manicure without even soaking my hands 🤯😧 like, what?! He rushed through the entire thing and got a phone call in the middle. When it was time to start painting my nails he said She will finish. I have to go pick up my son from school. Okay, I get it. Things happen. No big deal. The woman (who I assume is a manager, an owner or both) came over and started talking to me like she was trying to smooth over a bad look/situation but none of it seemed genuine. It was like they were under staffed as she kept trying to tend to 3 or 4 customers all at once asking each to wait a few minutes while she went to other guests. The only good thing that came out of my experience was the eyebrow waxing. I got a few compliments on them while I was on vacation. So, a mani/pedi and eyebrows all for $50 and the paint chipped 3 days later on my hands and feet. Plus a terrible customer service experience. I definitely will not be back, nor would I recommend this place to even an enemy. Ive been before and had good experiences so I was disappointed that right before my vacation this was what I got. I hope someone takes notice and cleans up their act.

New Pink & White and Pedicure - I went to T&C on 1/14/18 at about 4:30 p.m. I had little tiny stubs for nails and terrible cuticles because I am a biter. I really didnt think they would be able to put nails on and I was apprehensive. The nails look fantastic and Kim was able to fit in a pedicure, too. I was out the door by 6 p.m. The nails look great, as do my feet!

Ive been going for years but only to the same Tech. Yen - she does the best designs. If Yen isnt there I went to Den for a Mani and he did pretty good.

I went somewhere else and was sold a longer lasting gel. Turns out I got powder acrylic. Also turns out that if you are not used to acrylic, it makes your fingers hurt. And in my case swell. I called T&C Nails Spa based on the reviews and despite it being 30 mins from closing, the owner told me to come in (10 min drive). My tech worked on my nails - soaking, filing, and finishing with a light drill to scrape the remained of the acrylic off. She then did a great gelish color, pink smoothie, that looks fantastic. I kept them 45 mins after closing and they were beyond nice.

My sister and I always come here when were home and they always remember us . Decently priced, gel nails last for about 3-4 weeks.🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

Rating 1 star for customer service,I would NOT recommend going to this salon in the mall. I waited over 40 mins (while nails were sitting in acetone) to have a color change, and while i was waiting the nail tech sitting at the front desk handed me a tool to take the polish off myself, I of course said no. but when i arrived there was no one in front of me but they still took a mom and daughter before me. Overall not a relaxing, friendly environment. I would go anywhere else but this salon.

I chose here totally based on the Google reviews. Super awesome customer service. They bend over headwards to greeted me when I steeped in. Its very FANTASTICCC! They also were extremely professional in their craft. The prices are the lowest in the area. This is my new go to spot! All in all, GREAT products.

Ive been going here for the past year and I have found no other shop that consistently does a great job. Ive tried other nail salons in fair oaks mall and in manassas and after being disappointed by the others, wind back up here. I have to say that Kelly and Danny are awesome nail techs; I constantly receive compliments on my nails when they do it. There are one or two others In there that do okay with nails, then there is one older guy who I try to avoid.

I would back to this location. The nail tech was very dishonest. After quoting me the price for a full set using gel nail polish and a eyebrow wax, the tech marked up the price by 13 dollars, and said it was because of the gel polish I requested. After getting home, I was able to wipe off the polish using regular polish remover. Turned out he used regular nail polish and not the gel, but overcharged me. Very dishonest and sneaky. Save your time, dont come here. There are other salons in this mall

I go there faithfully. Going now acually LOL. I see the younger lady Kim I think is her name, (never remember) every three weeks.. Yup. Three weeks for GEL my nails stay on each time. Maybe one will break if anything but if you want your money worth the first chair to the right, front row.. Shes nice with it. I told them to step they Matte game up though.. bottles they have still show shine.

If I could give no stars I would. Got a full set and pedi. lady cut up my big toe nails after multiple times of letting her know she was rough she then put alcohol on the open cut and while my toe was bleeding painted my big toe with nail polish. For the full set she would tug hard on my finger rushed through the whole thing nails came out lopsided and chunky definitely not returning.

Be careful !!! They have some sneaky business practices. They went ahead charged me a FULL 20 % tip on my card without my consent, and purposely leave it out on the signing receipt. YOU wont NOT know YOUVE got RIPPED OFF until you CHECK YOUR CARD balances !!!

This was a horrible experience from top to bottom. Had a whole bottle of mineral oil spilled all over my purse and jacket by staff member. They did not offer to pay for my cleaning bill or even give me a discount on the pedicure. When I asked for a design they refused. The girl said it was to difficult. After stating that I hated the polish the owner finally agreed to change the color by adding a top coat in a different shade. As this is for my wedding this weekend I will never return or recommend d this salon to anyone.

The only great experience I have ever had in this salon was when I had my services done by Kelly. I will wait as long as it takes or come back another day for her.

Gel Nails are supposed to last about 2 weeks I went with a friend andboth have the same type of manicure gel nail Polish and next day ourl nails were peeling it was very badd I will never go there again we both have the same problem with 2 different people doing our nails..fobt waist your money bad quality

The older gentleman with the glasses was TERRIBLE. I didnt check the rating before going for a pedicure. Learned my lesson! He was super rough on my nails, rushed and put the UV light directly on my toes. It burned! He kept ruining the polish with the UV light and then angrily scrubbed it off like it was my fault. NEVER again!!!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!! I created an account just to post this review. The guy working here gave me the WORST acrylics set I’ve ever seen it literally looked like a “fail” picture. EVERY nail was the wrong size and or crooked. I paid $70 to get them fixed today and the GOOD nail tech had to spend over an hour sanding down the layers of powder that he crudely dipped the arylics into and hit my hand unnecessarily roughly with his nails to tap off the excess. That’s not even the worst part. It was unsanitary, he didn’t even have me wash my hands. He didn’t even bother pushing back my cuticles and he CUT ME several times and had the nerve to say I have “sensitive skin”. This was an absolutely appalling experience this place should not get any more business. Don’t go here unless you want to be disrespected get an infection and get ripped off.

Their customer service is not very good. For my pedicure the water was too hot and when I commented on it, the guy started speaking his language to the lady next to him. He was rough, the pedicure was not relaxing. Also I asked for gel nail polish and they picked the wrong color, so my nails are purple and my toes are pink!

They honestly suck Ive been here multiple time thinking the experience would be better but they just try to get you in and out. I hate this place my nails and eye brows are always rushed.

I love this place Ive been going to them for over 5 years. After moving to manassas it took a couple wrong turns but one day I finally walked into the mall and found this place. Ive been pleased ever since. Just like most people I work really hard for my money so the moment I feel like someones trying to rush job my nails and feet Id much rather not return. Im extremely picky and I usually know exactly what I want. These women and men always take their time even when the example of design I want is being taken from a google search result. So they are now the only people I allow to do my nails. My daughters (11 & 6) and I love Kim & Quinn the owners they do exactly what Ive asked. Ive been getting my nails done in the DMV since 97. And I highly recommend this place of service. I took my husband for a pedi and mani and he even enjoyed himself. Now as far as pricing... I dont know if they are expensive or not quite honestly the pricing is about average for the area. With that said I have visited the old $15 to $18 fill-in or full-set places and well fellow patrons you only get what you pay for.
