I went to the salon a few days back I thought nothing of it because my family loves getting their nails done here so I decided to get my nails done here.The guy who did my nails was filling my nails and I saw that he had used it on another client, That is not sanitary which again then leads me too the certificates on the wall for sanitation which their were only two for, and his primer he used on my nails where full of dust. He finished my nails and they looked alright but my cuticles had not been cut and the nails were so far from my nails it’s looked like when your nails grow out. Will not be coming back here.

I love this place. They are so pleasant, they do excellent work. I go back faithfully because I know that I ma going to be happy with my nails. They have cash/military discounts.Plus, they gave me a super cute facemask for Christmas - it was great quality. How sweet, right?!I love Vi, but everyone does a great job! Would def recommend.

Never again! My daughter and I went for a mani and pedi. They used the wrong color on the toes. They also cut her fingers up when sanding them. They said glitter is a design and charged 10 dollars extra. They are definitely over priced for the quality of work. I wont be back. Horrible and disgusted by the service.

I love everytime i go there!!! My dude Henry, my nails and toes guy, is excellent at what he does! Im always satisfied with my nails and feet. The owner Pam is a great person as well, always smiling and makes me feel welcome!! But all around everyone greets and asks how Im feeling and if Im having a nice day! So pleased with this company!!!

The best nail place, Ive been going to Ava Nails for almost 3+ years with no complaints. I will never go anywhere else unless they close down. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Pam is the BEST!!

The women that work there just gossip, and they pick and choose who to help depending on the paint. Made me wait 40 mins to tell me I can’t use the regular paint in the boxes that have regular paint and gel even tho other nail places do it which I never heard of because the manager doesn’t like it!

I came here on a Tuesday, everything was good until i walked into the dump yard salon called “Ava’s nails and spa” upon my arrival i saw roaches everywhere i didn’t think anything of it because i thought it would be a clean place, but i was wrong. As i was getting my nails done two things happened to me, a roach was spotted upon my nails and a rat fell from the ceiling. Needless to say i don’t recommend going here. thank you.

I use to enjoy coming here because they were the one place that did an excellent job at doing pedicures and eye brow waxing in Manassas. After the last few visits though its been one terrible job and service after another. The people they have now are not the greatest but not worth paying for either. Ive made appointments where I still have to wait up to an hour just get service and they dont inform you that they are short staffed or have other people before you. Its not run properly or efficiently. Sadly, Ill be taking my business else where.

If you really want your nails to shine you should really come here to shine bright it may take long of what you get but its jist the fit.

Been there for prom, all my Quinceanera events or just because and have always gotten them done by Henry. He’s my favorite, very funny, makes the time go by and I have never had a problem with my nails, they always come out on point!

I love Tracey! I wouldnt trust anyone else with my nails. She always knows exactly what I want.

BEWARE BEEARE BEWARE Worse service ever. Went to go get my nails done and the guy doing my nails did not know what he was doing. I asked if he had a tech license. I didnt see it anywhere. I guess it pissed them off because the owner Pam called two homely looking girls up to the shop to try and intimidate me. I had to Lol. The girl even left her baby in the car unattended. For 20min. I will never recommend going there. Choose another place. The better business bureau should look into their business practices. And check on the employees to see if they are licensed. It should be somewhere noticeable. But I noticed 3 tech certs but 5 techs. I will give them 1 STAR I do like the lady who was doing my nails.

It is a crappy place today those who work there are new, I went and my nails left them as they wanted not as I told them and thick and heavy, I really do not recommend that they go to that place and the prices are very expensive

They did not treat me well and the soup was not good and I did not eat it.
