Absolute BEST customer service!! Since Covid-19 had so much stuff shut down it was taking a while to get the Hitch for our Tractor to use attachments. We needed some stuff bush hog quickly and the Owner brought us a Tractor to use while we waited on our part! How many companies have that kind of business ethic? NOT MANY! Hey yall this place is the best to deal with jack is a good sales man I bought a tractor from him an he was really good on explaing about the tractor an I had a wire come uplug and I call him and he had it pick up an fix and brought back to me really fast I would deal with them again I will buy from them again an I will tell everyone who ask me were to buy a kubota to go see jack or Brandon thanks for the help

I spoke with or visited with several Kubota dealerships before making my tractor purchase. Two things ultimately led me to give Statesville Ag and Turf my business. First, every single person I interacted with in the company treated me with respect and patience, and took the time to answer any questions I had. When one person did not know the answer to my question, they immediately sought the answer from another individual more knowledgable in that subject. Second, every other dealership I visited stored the tractors outside in the elements in their shipping crates until their service department was able to assemble them. Statesville Ag and Turf stored them inside a building. When buying a brand new, expensive piece of equipment, I expect the condition to reflect it being brand new. Storing them inside until delivery ensures that. Fantastic customer service experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

Called looking for a gasket that goes to where throttle assembly on a 902 series engine where fuel shut off is at an who evered answered musta not butt from hole in ground wow!

Bert is awesome to work with and has great customer service. My father passed away last year and he always dealt with getting the tractor serviced so when it came time this year I didnt even know who to call until my mom finally found an old invoice. My mom called and Bert knew just what tractor and where to pick it up. They came and picked it up and returned it in great condition and in a timely manner. I would totally recommend these guys for all your farm equipment needs! They are honest and reasonably priced!

Tried to buy a key switch for a bobcat with a kubota engine.they said i would have to go to bobcat to get what i wanted they did not have one to fit. a kubota switch is a kubota switch. it goes with the engine not the machine. not to sure if they know what they are talking about.on top of that i had to leave a call back number just to talk to the parts dept.they didnt call back i had to call them back just to get a hassle.not happy at all! had to give one star so i can post this. if i could i would not give them that.
