I came to the shop for a pedicure on the recommendations of several friends. Leah did a great job and was wonderful to talk with! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good quality pedicure in a clean and friendly environment. The thorough Covid check in procedure and the receptionist asking my pronouns were also appreciated. Can’t wait to come back!

Ive been going to The Shop for a few sets now and have been really happy every time. I get tons of compliments on my nails everywhere I go. After going here, its hard to go anywhere else. They are completely sanitary, the gel system doesnt wreck my nails like acrylics but last just as long! They dont over-file, they take their time and can pull off my nail-art dreams! Mad skills. It can be hard to get an appointment, but its worth it. I have standing appointments with Madisen now so no sweat there.

Very happy with The Shop! The quality is wonderful and so is the price. I got a gel manicure with a top tier technician and nail art on 2 fingers for $72 and it is worth the price for sure! My friend also got her nails done and got a gel manicure for $50. They explained what they were doing while they were doing it and made sure to be very transparent about how much the nail art would cost. Also, the nail art I got was for pride month and they didnt make me feel uncomfortable at all! I think this is a place anyone could go and feel comfortable being at and could also be confident that you will get your moneys worth at the end.TLDR; comfortable space for anyone and the quality is definitely worth the price

This is my second time getting my nails done here. The first time it was great, but the second I was Not impressed..A. This is not the color that I chose, it’s several shades lighter. They said that The color looks different on people, which I do not believe and have never experienced before anywhere. ( For reference I got a luminary gel shade 22 and it’s clearly it’s not the same color.)B. You can see in the pictures that it’s crusty on the sides. (I’m going to have to get these re-done elsewhere since you can’t get an appointment for several weeks out.) :-/C. They seemed “indifferent” about the whole thing. doesn’t make me feel comfortable about coming back here. Attitude is everything.

I went into The Shop for the first time and WOW! From the minute I checked in I was blown away by the professionalism and cleanliness. The COVID check in was seamless and Phil was amazing with getting me situated. Madisen did a wonderful job helping me get the nails Ive been wanting for ages! She was attentive and answered all my questions - and recommended the prettiest gel for my set. I will definitely be back!

The service here is meticulous, from COVID measures to removing gel nail polish. My manicures easily last 4-5 weeks.

I absolutely LOVE Amanda at The Shop! She’s always so professional and her work is amazing! The atmosphere is so cozy and relaxed, I really felt like I was at my home with my girlfriend getting a mani/pedi. I refer all my clients to Amanda for their nail care and I will continue referring everyone to her!

This place is phenomenal! I don’t get my nails done too often, but when I do I get a long full set of gels. I’ve only gotten these done 3 different times, and each time at a different place. This was by far the best place that I have ever gotten my nails done, they’re super friendly, take their time and give you incredible results! Jacqueline did a superb job and I know I wanna go to her when I get my nails done again! Also not to mention she’s a wiz on the E file they have, other places I’ve gotten the little cuts/burns from those but she was very concentrated and told me to let her know if I felt any heat, But I never did! Thanks again guys! 😊

Never have I had such a great experience at a nail salon. Service and friendliness is outstanding. Environment is adorbs. I had to leave my last salon and thought I would never find a place that does the c curve in longer nails and here it is! I didnt even have to show them what I meant. The color selection, cleaniness, mood was elevated. My nail artist, Madisen, was a dream and made me feel so comfortable and clearly was highly skilled. They call before the appt to let you know they are just finishing up and santizing. Call you again to say they are ready and then ask you questions when you get in. They ask for IG handle if you want, what pronouns you use and have all these Kawaii snacks/drinks you can buy. Phil may will take a picture of nails at end with ringlight which makes you feel so special. They are not just relatable but socially conscious and it was one of a kind experience. Proud to be giving my money to this shop, THE SHOP! 10 stars if I could!! Side note though it is EXTREMELY difficult to get in to see them, have to wait a while usually but it is worth it.

Outstanding customer service and attention to detail! Jacqueline checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy and accommodated as needed. Definitely not one of those salons that rush through. The only thing was that on the website for the “on the go” manicure it said $20 and up and extra $10 for gel and I was charged $30 plus the extra $10 for gel. But it did say $20 and up and she spent a lot of time with me making sure everything was exactly how I liked it, so overall a fabulous experience!

Took my wife for a manicure and pedicure over the weekend. She said it was the best she has ever had and gets lots of complements on the colors! The owners are very warm and accommodating. The space has a very nice design and the mini convenience store is stocked with great unique treats

I got my first powder dip nails done here and they look great. Theres a 10 day garauntee for dip powder. The salon was clean with a new-age, chill vibe. The owners were super fun and hospitable. Definitely recommend.

This was my first time here and I absolutely loved it! The staff was friendly and informative. Online booking was super easy and quick. They guarantee their work and even called a few days later to make sure everything still looked great. Price was great too, $75 for a pedi and gel Mani. Would highly recommend this place!

I booked a gel manicure with nail art at The Shop after seeing some of their work on Instagram. I love that they have online booking because, like most millennials, I hate making phone calls. The space is really cute looking and clean, and all the staff was really friendly and they explained everything clearly. Their nail artists are talented and I got the nail art I asked for. I’m pretty hard on my nails but the manicure still looks flawless a week out, and most impressively I got a call from staff after about a week to check and make sure that I was happy with the service. This place is affordable and the work is quality and it’s all around an enjoyable experience. I’ve already booked another appointment and I’m happy to support a local woman-owned business.And for anyone who is plus size or has mobility issues, this place has comfortable furniture and the pedicure stations are comfortable couches - so you don’t have to climb into a pedicure chair if that’s an issue for you. I have no idea if the accessibility is intentional but it’s appreciated. Just don’t sit in the couch by the TV in the back - it’s comfy but very low and can be hard to get out of!

My partner and I needed to get our nails did before my sisters wedding last weekend and we were told to go to a very new, very fresh, NO reviews place close to their apartment. We are adventurous... so we went for it! The motto Good Nails. Good Vibes is extremely spot on to how our experience was. Everyone was super nice and eager to keep us hydrated! And we loved the attention to detail. My partner has never had his nails done and he works as a wildland firefighter... his hands and nails are very worked to say the least. They came out beautiful, sexy, and shiny and he loved the whole experience as well. And to top it off we left with some special hang over kits for our day after the wedding. Just excellent! Yall are great and the next time we are in Mad Town we are making a date out of it! Only weird thing was the app for booking multiple services.... confusing! It could just be a user error thing on our end too though 😉 Thank you!

This place is the best. I got a gel manicure with Jackie which lasted over three weeks, and Im a waitress so this is saying something! They also offer a one-week guarantee and will fix your nail if it chips during that timeframe. I cant wait to come back. VERY impressed with how durable my mani was!Edited to add: Came here for the first time during COVID last night (January 2020) and I was SO impressed with their safety measures they have in place. I waited in my car until I was notified I could come in, they were constantly sanitizing during my appointment, and they do a quick symptom check-in when you arrive. I could tell they truly cared about everyones health and safety. I just love this place so much! It is truly a gem! Amanda is the best!

From the warm greeting to the friendly conversation to the assistance donning my backpack and helmet again at the end of the mani, I give this place an 11 out of 10! Do note that pricing varies depending on service provider, but Im **really happy** with the first of what Im sure will be a whole pile of beautiful manis here. Love the spare but purposeful aesthetic of the shop, the assortment of treats up front, and again, the *people.* Cant wait to go again.

After watching for weeks to find out who was moving in, my friend and I stopped in on Thursday for a manicure.
