David was wonderful. Took his time, very welcoming, was through, gave a really nice massage during pedicure. Place was clean & was following Covid safety measures. I will definitely be a regular customer!!!

This husband and wife team, along with employees, greet you with professionalism, kindness and warmth at all times.The salon is always immaculately clean, they follow all Covid protocol.They perform their services top notch at reasonable prices.They go up and beyond. I always leave Happy and well taken care of.I highly recommend the salon.

I love going to Mermaid Nails & Spa. I especially love the technician . He is gentle with the dremel tool and takes his time to shape my nails. After done my nails always look so natural. If you have a chance request him, I guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

A friend an I did a walk in they were extremely accommodating and kind. We both got mani pedis mine more simple and hers with dip powder nails. First off let me say the basic pedicure was phenomenal very thorough paired with an incredible massage and a heated shoulder pad. On to my manicure seriously my hands are immaculate and they feel amazing. I also got a shoulder rub to die for and both my arms and hands were massaged I not only feel pampered but truly cared for, very soothing environment that is also beautifully clean. I am grateful to find this hidden gem! Will be returning and I definitely recommend!

They were kind enough to take me on Christmas Eve to fix a broken nail.The previous salon I had made an appointment one day prior with turned me away when I showed up for my 11 o’clock appointment because I wouldn’t have anything else done.The owner just left me sitting on a chair waiting for her to finish I client then after finishing she took another client without a word to me.She was extremely rude.I was very happy I went to Kelly’s Salon they did a great job. I definitely will return with visiting Connecticut again

I had a great experience during my first visit to Kelly nail spa last week. The staff are courteous, the prices are fair, and they give a fantastic massage with a pedicure. I will definitely be returning and asking for Veronica again!

I always have a great experience at Kelly Nail Spa. I appreciate that their services are consistent and I never feel like they are rushing through a pedicure to get me out of there and move on to the next customer.

This is an elegant, extremely clean and relaxing salon where owners Kelly and David treat you with professionalism and kindness. They and their staff do a great job and serve the best citrus tea around! The manicure includes a paraffin wax and an extra shoulder/back massage. If you are looking for a relaxing spa-like experience without the high cost, go to Kellys!

This place is the best! I love how the regular manicure includes parafine at no extra cost. I highly recommend Veronica and Sra. Sandra. They do a great job always!

**WARNING** ABSOLUTE WORST nail experience of my entire life. 100.00 later, my nails look worse. I went in with my 4 year old daughter for a “happy” girls day. The gentleman who did my gel tips, spent 2+ hours filing away, looking puzzled. I look at my “finished” nails and here is how I can describe them: some short, some long, some square, some round, some fat, some thin. Honest to God, looked like a toddler had done them. For 65.00! Kelly, the owner, had to come and “fix” them all over again. Huffing & puffing mind you. I pay the 100.00 and leave, still very unhappy. 12 hours later, no activities done, I wake up to 2 completely lifted & cracker nails. Exactly the way a press on would just peel off. I call Kelly to explain my extreme upset & disappintment. She offers NOTHING to fix her companie’s mistake. NO customer service, no apology. She hung up on me 3x. The OWNER! This woman made me question humanity folks. I wish someone had warned me before we made that 100.00 mistake 🙄

Horrible job. Came in just change a gel color. $37. The girl left some of the old color on and wasn’t too happy. No filing of the nail, just filed off the old color and reapplied new color, why so expensive.

Do NOT go here for any kind of waxing, or anything for that matter. I have been going here and getting my eye brows waxed for years. The last time I went, the girl RIPPED off the skin under my eyebrows which left multiple, relatively large splotches of missing skin which scabbed over. After all of this, they were reluctant to even give me the 10 dollar refund.
