Amazing service! Great atmosphere! My nail technician Was very gentle with my feet very quick to get started very thin started very thorough with the massage. She spent a whole 10 minutes massaging my feet 5. She massaged my feet and felt so good with the scrub And the lotion gel they put on your feet Id never had a foot massage like that that it was awesome! And the luxury chairs you sit in massage or massage your back as well. My nail technician was very sociable. So excited to book the next appointment soon!

Just stopped in again to see my girl, Lisa, who did the cats eye gel! Nails are on point!! The cat eye thing tho, think shes still learning but for a beginner, I give her 5 stars!! Just for the effort to please me- Id give 10!! The place IS clean, they have a CLEAR system in place for OUR SAFETY, (covid questionnaire, temp taken, ASAP, immediately follow by hand washing! Add the banging nails and friendly staff, its a win win!!

I had gone to several other nail salons in the area unsuccessfully before trying Lotus Nails, and I’m so glad I did. My first appointment (which you can make online, perfect for my social anxiety), I requested Kevin because I had heard amazing things. He truly did live up to his reputation! My nails looked amazing and he was very friendly. Next time, he wasn’t available so I said anyone was fine- every person there knows what they’re doing! Everyone is friendly, and the spa is so clean! The owner is always smiling and helping. Other places, there was always something that went wrong, but I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve been going for 4 months now. Even when they are busy (I’ve seen every nail technician working before all at once), they take care of you right away. Truly blown away by their customer service, they’ve made a lifelong client from me!Update: 4 months later and I still go here :) I won’t be switching to anyplace else.

Had a great pedicure and dip manicure. My only issue is that I had made an appointment but still had to wait almost 40 minutes. This was my first time so I dont know if thats a common occurrence. Everyone was very nice though so I will go back.

Cindy is my manicurist. She is awesome!!! I moved to Plymouth a few years ago and during the pandemic I did not receive any manicures as my manicurist was 40 minutes away and the pandemic was pretty rattling. I tried Lotus Nails when the lock downs were lifted and I am more than happy. I would recommend Lotus Nails to anyone looking for a quality manicure and pedicure. I am happy to say I found my new salon!!

I went here for the first time yesterday and had an appointment with Abby, she was fantastic! She was friendly, made me feel comfortable, and answered some of my questions about gel versus dip. I decided to use the dip polish for the first time since I am growing out my natural nails. She did an excellent a job and I am looking forward to going back!

This was my first time at the salon. Abby did my acrylic set. She was amazing. This is the first time I’ve had an acrylic set for five years! Definitely go there and see Abby!!

Lotus nails has been my go to for the last 5 years. I met Kim there when I first moved to Plymouth and she has been doing my nails, waxing and pedicures for the last 5 years. Everyone who works there does a great job and they are so friendly. They take the time to get to know their customers and learn about their families, work and everything else. And they give you a discount for your Birthday. It’s also cheaper if you pay in cash or you can Venmo. I’m moving to Utah so today I had my last visit until we move back. I will miss Kim and the rest of the team at Lotus Nails. Thank you Lotus for always being there.

Im new to the area & I read the reviews. My daughter &I tried mani-pedis today. My technician Lisa was very good, did great hand and foot massage, Id ask for her again. My daughter had one of the guys, he did ok but seemed distracted =not ok 4 me, so 4(*). Your mind needs to be on the client, not elsewhere. As far as COVID-19, everyone wore face masks, gloves and there was a continual cleaning after each client. The foot baths have changed out bags, all have hand sanitizers & Lysol cleaners for each station. Very clean, good selection of colors/services/reasonable prices. I would caution you to be specific about asking for mani-pedi if you want full spa service, You must say it(a slight $10 difference) ; My mistake, as last place knew that I always get this. I definitely recommend.

Lotus Nails and Spa treatments are so relaxing and professional. Im a diabetic and they are always extra careful with me. I will call and make appointments for 5 and my whole family goes. They even asked my daughter how their wedding was! I wont go anywhere else.

I am new to the area and have no been able to get my nails done since COVID— I chose this location based off of reviews and I was not let down! Today was my first time going but it won’t be the last 😊 Everyone was friendly, my nails turned out beautiful (A full set done in about an hour!!) and you really can’t beat their prices!

I got a full set over a month ago and had to have them fixed twice in a week and a half’s time (not from here) my nails were so bad that I’ve had to let them grow out and deal with a broken nail. I stumbled across Lotus Nails and decided to give them a try. I couldn’t be happier that I did!!! I walked in and was greeted right away. I told them what I needed done (a fill and a new nail) and only waited about a min and half before I was led to a chair. I showed the woman (so upset I didn’t ask her name) a pic of what I wanted and she got straight to work. She totally reshaped my nails the way they should have been to begin. She trimmed them to a more suitable length and made sure they were perfect. I got a hand painted design that she did such a good job on. My ONLY complaint is this salon is not closer to me (I live in Taunton) but I will say it’s well worth the ride that I’m going to take every time I need nail care.*** COVID CONCERNS ***After every customer got up from the station they were sitting at it was sprayed and cleaned right away. Everyone had a mask on and it was very clean inside. Not over crowded like I’ve seen with many nail salons.HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRYING LOTUS NAILS & SPA

Lotus Nails in Spa is the best salon in the area, they are very professional, clean, and the business owner makes it very obvious that he truly cares about his employees and customers. I was very surprised to hear that a regular pedicure increased in price to $35.00 plus I felt that the worker should receive an increased gratuity. I plan to call other local salons to see if they also increased. I have been in Florida and the price for a pedicure remained the same $25.

Perfect experience today. I was taken at exactly my appointment time and directed to a chair in the back. The customers in pedicure chairs were spaced for social distancing. The salon was extremely clean and everyone wore a mask. It felt very safe and I would not hesitate to visit again.

I had an older gentleman whose name I can’t remember at the moment because I’m awful, but he was so professional and so kind, and did an amazing job. They told me to come right in when I called from the parking lot and I didn’t have to wait at all. The building was also very clean and you can tell they are following all covid policies and procedures.
