Such a friendly and inviting staff. My best friend brought me in for my birthday. I had a great time. My nails look and feel amazing. They were extremely safe on current safety guidelines and I appreciated that. I will definitely not be choosing any other place! Tony and Kelly really took care of me and gave me exactly what I wanted! Highly recommend, 11 out of 10 stars ⭐️ 💖

The owner is terrible. I went in for acrylics & they were so ugly. I told them (very politely) I was not happy. She then CLIPPED my acrylics, didnt soak them off, and told me to leave. Worst experience EVER! My husband came & told her (again, politely) that I was not happy and that what she did was completely unacceptable. She was still refusing to soak them off. At that point, a man came over to me (Im sure it was her husband) & soaked my nails off. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

I like luxury with my nail services and Organic Nail and Lash Spa definitely provides that with wine and water and very posh decor. My wife and I had pedicures done and we were very satisfied with the results and the service. The polish left a little to be desired but it was still a great pedicure.

Had a scheduled appointment for a manicure and pedicure. I chose the pedicure with extra message. It stated 40 minutes, $50 for that service. The pedicure lasted maybe 30 minutes and there was no extra massage. I was left sitting in the pedicure chair until they thought my toes were dry and proceeded to escort me to the front. They were reminded I was also getting a dip with manicure ($60) on the price list they gave me. They soaked my fingers, pushed my cuticles back and cut them. Most of this time the employee was on the phone making personal calls. I was then handed off to another employee for the dip. My nails were lumpy and mis shaped. I was then given a 20 second arm/hand rub, hot towel to wipe off the lotion and that was it. I was charged $115 (not $110 per the price list) plus it says you get $ $5 off for a pair of services. This was my first visit, I am not pleased and I will not back.

I arrived 8 minutes before my appointment. I was not offered sample paints to look at until I asked several minutes later. At my appointment time I was asked to sit in a chair and select a color. I did and she grabbed it. She came by 20 minutes later and asked if I was done with the samples. I guess she forgot she had already pulled my color. I proceeded to wait 27min past my appointment when she finally asked me to move to another chair to make space for 2 clients that walked in together. At 33 min past my appointment I look around and see that the “walk-ins” that came in when I did have a beverage of choice (not water) and are already getting serviced. Never again.

Poor service. Agree with all the 1 star reviews. Awfully shaped manicure. Pedicure was also a disaster. Will not be coming back.

I have been coming here for a year now! My sister told me about Organic Nails and sent me to Kelly! They were so welcoming and friendly. Treated me as if I had known them for years! We laugh and talk and have a great time every time I come in. I used to be strictly solar powder because I have an oily nail bed and everything else seemed to lift on me in a matter of a week or so. Well, Kelly talked me into getting the dip and I reluctantly did and I fell IN LOVE! I’m a hair dresser and constantly have my hands in water and hair color, lightener, etc. but they always last! 3-4 weeks and they don’t even start lifting! Everything is clean and sanitized! They have taken amazing measures to ensure everyone’s safety during this whole pandemic dealio. The pedicures are amazing too. The deluxe is my favorite because of the extended massage! 🙌🏽 They have become like family to me! I call ahead of time to get my appointment because they can be busy and I just don’t like having to wait if I swing by on a whim. Prices are good! Especially because of the quality of work you’re getting here!! (Remember, you get what you pay for 🙃) Anyways, if you’re looking for a nail salon HOME, this is your gem! 💗

Very friendly and clean. I waited about 30 minutes but only because every one else likes it here, too. I had never done ombré dip before, and they did beautiful work.

I just had the best pedicure of my life. They took there time, scrubbed my heels good (ladies you know that’s important) and applied several scrubs. Hands down worth every penny!

Decent pedicure, but mediocre dipped nails. They don’t know how to shape nails properly. For the prices, I expected better. They charge for the location and aesthetics of the salon rather than the quality of services provided. First time here and probably last time as well.

I got a pedicure in March 2020. The staff was nice and my toes looked good but the guy who did my feet cut my skin multiple times and made me bleed. I ended up with blood clots under both my big toe nails and under the skin on one foot. The blood clot residue is still showing up on my feet and it’s July 2020.

I was a walk-in customer that drove more than a hour to this nail salon because I “heard” it was great. I had to wait 30 minutes for my turn which was understandable. However, when I showed her the design I wanted and she said “ok,” she left me before even putting a design on to do other customer’s nails. I sat there for a whole hour waiting on a design. Then, another man said the nail design person (Kim) was tied up and would do the design after her so I could get my mani done in the meantime. But, while doing the mani, everyone started to leave even after them discussing on who would do the design. I heard Kim in the back asking the other nail techs “what design?” in a rude way after they said I wanted one. I’m just disappointed because I don’t come to the nail salon that often and paid over $100 for nothing.

The manicurist did not allow my nails to dry in between coats. I told him they were not dry and he said they were. Now I’m stuck with dull ugly nails. I will not be going back!

I have been coming here for over a year now. All the employees are so kind and attentive to every need! They even offer free water (wine or mimosa if you are of age) to everyone! The store is so clean and prices are very reasonable! They do a great job!!!

I am always impressed with the quality of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail-- with plenty of smiles-- that I experience at Organic Nail.

The worst pedicure that I have ever got....

I have been going here every 2 weeks for the last year and this place is the best around! They are fun and inviting and do great work. As for the ones saying they are a scam, that couldnt be further from the truth and sounds like they wanted something for free! My kids and I LOVE it and my niece too!! I wont go anywhere else.

$50 gel manicure and they cut up several of my fingers at the cuticle. Ive had to put band aids on two of them cause anything that brushes them hurts. The rest of the manicure was just ok, but everyone was super nice so theres that...

Went in for an eyebrow wax, which was good. The waxer accidentally dropped the stick with wax on my hair and completely minimized what happened. After returning about 2 mins later to ask how to remove the wax, she said to comb it out, looked at it, and said she did not do “all that”! Really, where else would I get wax in my hair after going next door to get ice cream? I would have appreciated her taking ownership of her mistake. Instead, she denied putting that much wax in my hair. I will never return!

It is so nice and everyone here is very kind. they give you free water, and prices are NOT ridiculous and their nails last! 10/10 recommend

Im a man who likes to get my feet done every once in a while. Had a blast and they were professional, funny and just an all around fun place. I would recommend.

I searched the area for a nail salon that practices good, clean mani/pedi procedures with autoclave sterilization of equipment and posts licenses of the employees. I finally found it here and will not go anywhere else. They do a good job but they also are friendly and care for me as a person.

I have finally found my spot!! They make you feel right at home! Love the atmosphere, I have a great time when I am there and love the work they do.

I really had high hopes for this place but the price tag does not correlate with the quality. Paying $65 for a dip mani is a little much but then to have the paint start coming lose from the back after only one week is just unacceptable. Especially when I can have an exlent job that lasts 2-3 weeks done elsewhere for only $45.
