Got my nails done and paired 80$. Paint job terrible, very bumpy missed the tops. Not on strongly, very lose. I added a picture I wanted and what I got.

This is the best nail place I have found, and my feet feel softer than they ave since I was a child. The staff is SO nice. They are kind, patient, and do an amazing job. 10/10 recommend! 💗

TERRIBLE, went to this place one other time thought me abs my friend would try it again they burned me and my nails are so thick I can feel them every time I move my hand, they don’t listen and the nails look so fat

The nail polish is bubbly and they dont properly wipe your nails down after ur done and the nails look like there not.on all the way

Very welcoming environment, everyone was nice. The lady who did my nails gave me compliments on my makeup, sadly I didnt get her name. She took her time and made sure that my nails were perfect, made sure that I had the length and shape that I wanted. She had the right amount of gentleness and at the same time, had a good grip. Im for sure going to visit this place again!

Literally worst nails I’ve ever had. I asked for matte black coffin style nails. The nails I got were almost completely almond rounded, chunky and lumpy due to too many coats of polish, crooked because they were glued on wrong, and even had dust dried into the polish because the tech didn’t clean their hands before painting my nails. She also didn’t even fill the mail down to the cuticle (so they already look 1 week grown out) AND cut me on multiple spots of my cuticles with the drill. Definitely not worth $75. And another employee was literally EATING LUNCH at a station??? How is that sanitary??

Charged me 70$ for short square ombré nails and they came out looking huge, bulky and just nothing like the picture I showed also after I paid & left my 5$ tip I couldn’t even get a thank you or come again I got completely ignored when saying thank you even tho I made it obvious I was unhappy with my nails😒

Got a pedicure here, it was amazing. They are sanitary, and they are careful and know what theyre doing. They are polite and friendly to their customers who are also polite and friendly. I dont know what all these reviews are about. Paula is the BEST, and shes hilarious too. Highly recommend.

Very professional job and friendly staff. Reasonable price inside West Town Mall. The staff has been working there for a long time and some can even remember their regular customers favorite nail colors even though they are so busy. Almost always has a little wait but they are very efficient.

I always had a good experience with the results of my nails and eyebrows here. The services were pricey but the location and availability were convenient, despite the lack of warm, friendly atmosphere. I got my eyebrows done here again recently. The process was rushed and I honestly wasnt even in the chair for more than a minute. The result was terrible: I asked for a clean-up for my naturally full brows and now I have ridiculously thin brows that werent trimmed in all the right places and werent even properly plucked. The skin where I was waxed is itchy, and the wax was still too hot when put on my skin. I can no longer say I trust my eyebrow lady. Id have better luck doing my own eyebrows from now on. You can find more caring, attentive service elsewhere.

They do a great job with pedicures. I have dry cracked heels and they take a lot of time getting my heels nice and smooth while other salons will often ignore the issue. I have gotten a few manicures from them as well and have no complaints. The prices are reasonable.

My nails were very nice looking! I love them. But the only think that upset me was the lady doing my nails. Very. Very. Rude. But overall my nails look very nice.2 months later. I AM VERY UPSET. DARE I SAY APALLED. My nails would not come off. The glue was soooo thick that it looked like a five year old had glued my nails on. Three hours later I am still attempting to remove my nails. I THOUGHT I liked them. But sorry. Nope.

The initial pedicure was fine, however the polish was not allowed to dry between coats. Had to redo 4 nails when I got home. Each coat of polish should be allowed to dry. Their drying station is no substitute for complete drying for each coat. Not worth $30

Got my nails done here 3 times so far. The first two times were amazing and didnt have any issues other than nails being different sizes. But the last time I came here the lady was super rude and told me the wrong prices for the fill on my nails. Let alone 2 of my nails broke not even a week later with me even doing anything to them. I smacked my nails around last time and they lasted longer than these. Im so disappointed for 45$

Went there to get a full set gel just the regular which usually cost $45 for me and they tried to charge me $57 which is totally insane I get it like with the virus and everything their trynna to make their money back but that was totally too much.

When you do business with them remember youre going at your own risk. They DO NOT Care about the customers, therefore make sure you are very familiar with the technicians that service you, make sure they clean the spa you use as well as utensils. Me personally will NOT be going back there, I cant spend money with MFS that dont care about me when it comes to spending my money for their service, in their place of business. This is one place that I consider to be bad for business & I cant see how the manager/owner can watch a customer come back after bad service & NOT try to help fix the problem. Its all about the money with them. BAD BUSINESS! BAD BUSINESS! BAD BUSINESS! I wouldnt recommend this place to a dead man walking if you catch my drift.. By the way I give them 0 stars, I had to click one star to post my review.

I want to start by saying that I have given this salon 3 tries and all 3 times that I’ve gone, I’ve been very disappointed. The last time I went, I just wanted the polish on my toes changed, my full set removed and my real nails polished.First, when the guy there begin to paint my toes I noticed that the slippers he grabbed were not new, they didn’t even match. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I was very disgusted by this. I thought I could get through the services but then he begin to do my nails. After removing the set, the guy did sooo much drilling to my nails that they were extremely weak. However, I figured they’d be a bit weak from removing the acrylic. The guy was very aggressive while doing my nails, whenever he wanted the other hand he would just push my hand away and tell me not to move my hand. I asked for gel polish which was fine but then after he polished my nails I noticed that there was polish all on my skin. Anyone who knows how to do gel or shellac, knows that once it dries there is no getting it off without soaking it off. I then asked him to remove the polish because it literally looked a mess. He then got upset and gave attitude. After removing the polish, he told me to put my shoes on. Due to his accent I was unable to understand what he said the first time so I asked him to repeat hisself and a woman who also worked there yelled “take off the shoes.” I was very unpleased with the lack of care in their customer service. They were extremely rude and I will not go there again.!

In 2012 I moved from Illinois to Madison Wisconsin. I needed a new place to get my mani, pedi and eyebrows done. I tried a few places but was not happy. Paula at super nails is amazing. I come every two weeks and she knows exactly what I want. And if she’s not available anybody will take care of you and do an excellent job. Six years later and I keep going. The best time to go is Monday through Thursday because the weekends are super busy. I would recommend them to anyone.Thanx!

They did a really terrible job for the price of my acrylic nails. There are air bubbles in them, they made them super thick, and the top is already coming off and I just got them done TODAY.

Dirty salon, a lady even eat her lunch on her work station table while I’m getting my nail done. Smh. It’s not professional at all.

Air bubbles in the nail polish one of which popped and become sharp on my nails. While getting a pedicure I got scratched across the top of my foot by the person doing the pedicure there was no attempt to apologize or acknowledge that it happened it was around 2 inches long and continues to sting.

Love getting pedicures here...once in awhile I try to somewhere else and Im never as satisfied as I am here. Would recommend to others!

So I always get my nails done in Chicago but I decided since I was in the mall and my sister goes here I would try them out, I wanted a fill in & one of my nails replaced, I got in the chair the lady looked at my nails and started speaking with another lady(I’m guessing about the length of my nails) my nails were long and coffin shaped so she asked if I wanted them cut down if so it would be $47 I said I didnt want them cut she said ok it’s still $47 because your nails are long I was confused & I questioned it but I was still willing to pay but when she was about to start she stated “you don’t have to get them done here if you don’t want” with a slight attitude so I politely got out of her chair and left the shop. No one else even volunteered to do them for me b4 I left. I honestly believe she didn’t know how to go about doing my nails which is all she had to say. So the 1 star is for their bad customer service.

I have been going to Super Nails & Spa inside West Towne Mall for approximately 8 years! The pedicure massage chairs are so comfortable. Some of these reviews are surprising because I have never had a bad experience. I visit every 2 weeks (mani every 2 weeks, pedi every 4). Sometimes life gets in the way & its not as frequent, but Id never go anywhere else . If the water is cold I ask to have more hot water. Ive had an air bubble in my polish & also knicked it after getting to my car & Ive never had a problem getting it fixed for no extra cost. They have tons of colors to choose from & always have great conversations when I come in. Everyone is like family here! If I think itll be busy, Ill call or text ahead of time to request an appointment. If you speak up & are pleasant they go out of their way to provide excellent service! Highly recommend!!

I got acrylic nails done less than two weeks ago, and they are the worst I have ever had. They were done quickly and carelessly and now I am experiencing the consequences. They are thick in some areas, think in others, and already have air bubbles. 100% would not recommend. Was very disappointed.

I simply needed 1 nail fixed tht had broken & fresh shellac (just had a fill 3 days ago), I was charged $33 to do tht. The woman was very rough and only mumbled directions when I needed to switch hands. Its literally been 5 hrs since I went and the gel already chipped. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I, on the other hand, had great experience! Liam is the guy you need! Professional and fast.

Dremeled my nails too thin after I asked them not to. Brand new manicure chipped on multiple nails with gel polish, so I had to cut them short to get rid of the rough edges. Not impressed.

Waited over half an hour, none of them speak english or even care to try to understand what youre trying to communicate with them and rude as possibly imaginable. Joke

Im glad I stopped here, I was hesitant to stop here for a pedicure because of the reviews but I was desperate. It was clean, everyone was friendly and I got a wonderful pedicure.

Good pedicures bad nails!!

Awful. Sunday was my first and last visit to Super. I went in for shellac, and could feel the polish on one of my nails starting to come loose within a day. By Monday it had entirely peeled off. While shellac is usually guaranteed up to 2 weeks, I typically do not experience chipping or peeling at all, and simply get them redone after 3-4 wks when my nails start to grow out.My first clue that something was wrong should have been that it took 30 minutes just to remove my old polish. The man doing my nails was clearly frustrated, and 3 different times just shoved my hands back into the bowls of chemicals and said 5 more minutes then walked away.He then seemed surprised, frustrated, and annoyed when I explained that I wanted the clear, sparkly polish on all of my nails, not just one.The entire thing took over an hour for an end result that I now have to take more time to get fixed.

Absolutely terrible!!!! I have never been a nail salon where the people were so rude and rushing. Im really surprised this place is still in business..I will not be back.

Not only do they do a horrible job on your nails after you pay absurd prices (left cuticles hanging, jagged nails, and didnt even paint the whole nail), but the customer service is awful. The man complained about the size of my nail for a good portion of time and then was more concerned about what was going on with other customers than me. Extreme prices, horrible nail job, and bad service, do not recommend to anyone.

I was at this location near the kids play area and JC Penneys on Wednesday, April 17th. The entire shop is disgustinging filthy. Clutter, dirt and dust piled up everywhere. I was on my way to Chicago and didnt have the luxury of time to go anywhere else, its my own fault but knowing what I know now I would have run out the door. I asked the nail tech if they use the drill for a Shellac and he said no, I replied Good because I dont want that. Then he started drilling my nails as if I was getting acrylics right away so I reminded him I had already told him I dont want any drilling on my nails! All other technicians were on their phone or Ipads when they werent occupied and one of the techs had her phone at her station which rang every other minute with the ringtone song of Call me Maybe, by Carly Rae Jeppesen. I will be going to Chicago again via Madision again in the future many times and will never ever go to Super Nails & Spa again. They should be shut down.

Bad experience. There is polish all over my skin and my nails are missing paint in some places. The lady doing my nails was constantly coughing without covering it and stopped to talk on her phone. By far the worst $25 I have ever spent.

Where do I even start, well first thing when we got there where told we would be seated momentarily well it took 40 minutes at least then we where told to go sit on chairs that when they pointed we misunderstood and then where scolded where to sit them it took another 40 minutes to even get in a actual nail chair then one of my friends was yelled at and told she “ruined the nails” when the employee scratched them and then when pointed out they where scratched did nothingshe then said ya done and yelled at me to go wash my hands I was drying my nails under a lamp until the lady violently pushed my hand into the hot lamp where I was burned when I was done my 3rd friend went and the nails were uneven and so tight that her skin ripped in multiple places this place doesn’t even deserve one star rudest employees I have ever met i will never go back

Unprofessional ... My 6 yr old wanted a manicure and peticure. The guy who did it did everything in the chair she was in and she was sick of sitting for 20 mins and he kept coughing all over her hands and feet. Will never be back here for her or my self. Far from professional and with a 37 dollar price tag!

Horrible customer service! It was bad the first time I went as I watched the workers arguing with a bride and her party then talk about all of them in Chinese while they were sitting there. They were so loud and obnoxious about it that the whole salon heard it. I went back in only because of a super time crunch a couple yrs later and was treated very rudely. Lady had an angry look on her face and was rude and very rough with my hands and nails. I kept saying Ouch and she would say I didnt hurt u. I will never go back! If I could have given less than one star I would have.

Convenient location.

I went here to get my eyebrows waxed because the threaded place in the mall was closed . When I first came in the women who did my eyebrows wasnt the nicest and the room she led me to smelled really bad . And she had me lay down on a bed with what looked to be dirty towels . Meanwhile the whole time she was trying to convince me to get my nails done and spend more money ! When she was done she ruined my arch !! My eyebrows look very round . On top of that the day after I broke out in a rash around my eyebrows ! And it hasnt went away yet and its been 7 days ! It was for sure not worth the 10$ Im never going there again
