This was my first time there as I am new to the area. The service was horrible. This is the first negative review I have ever written but I don’t want others to waste their money! The guy that did my nails spent almost 45 minutes on the phone swearing at his credit card company. It was very uncomfortable! My nails turned out terrible. They were different lengths and not straight. Now I have to get them soaked off and redone elsewhere. He got up at least 1/2 a dozen times to answer the phone while his staff sat there with no one in their chair all while yelling at his credit card company. NOT relaxing and extremely unprofessional! DO NOT waste your time or money!

The staff is so friendly and are so inviting. Jen is so experienced and makes me feel like home, highly recommend this nail salon. been treating me right since 5th grade

It took me a few days to decide if I was going to write a negative review but after comparing my experience to others (I don’t get my nails done much), I think it’s necessary. I paid 60 bucks for dip nails with tips.. no design or anything. She hurt me multiple times with the file and didn’t change what she was doing. I was sore for 3 days after I got them done. A girl I work with that is in school for cosmology asked me if I did them myself. Sorry to have to write a negative review but also sorry I wasted 70 bucks (still tipped her 10).

I had an amazing experience at emmys nail salon. Absolutely beautiful and good vibes all around. My nails came out EXACTLY how I wanted for my birthday this weekend 🎉 and even better that everyone was so welcoming and sweet. Love it here and will be returning 😁

I use to come here. I haven’t been here in 3 years. I was amazed to see the remodel when he is simply beautiful. I was a walk in and they took me right away. They were all following the social distancing rules and guidelines. Hand sanitizer throughout the whole nail salon. Disposable pedicure bags in the pedicure chairs. Everything is cleans and sanitized. All ladies were so friendly. I only knew one lady Jen and she was simply amazing. She helped me did a complete set, pedicure and eye brows and I was done in an hour.I highly recommend this place to anyone! My nails look FABULOUS!!!!!

I really didnt want to give this a bad review cause I like it here and everyone is so friendly but I came here twice for a dip manicure each time my dip powder chipped after 6 DAYS!!!!! I have gotten dip nails many times before and they have always lasted for 2 weeks or more. They did redo my nails after they chipped at no charge but it happened again! chip after r7 days. Not sure what products they are using but they need to use better quality products.

The customer service is excellent here! My daughter and I felt so welcomed. Definitely coming back!

I don’t get my nails done often but stumbled upon this place looking for somewhere close to home to get my nails done for my bachelorette and wedding. Both times were great. They are very accommodating and provide great service. I will definitely be back anytime I need my nails done or a pedicure. Very clean and new equipment and look.

This was my first time coming here. Everybody was really nice and very talkative with me. However, the one lady that did my nails was very rough and rushed doing my nails. I bled and she filed part of one of my nails down to the skin. It still hurts. Right after she told me “sorry for the abuse”. That’s not something you say to someone. I would go here again, but not sure about her... other than that, AMAZING service and people.

I needed a new salon. Quick! The salon I was going to stuck me with a tech that just didnt listen to me and seemed inexperienced. After reading the reviews, I decided to pop in an give Jazz a try. NOT disappointed!!!Jenny was great, did exactly what I wanted and paid close attention to detail.I found my new nail home 😊

I got a color change on my toes and gel polish on my hands. The lady barely spoke, we were the only ones there, and rushed through the whole thing. I was in and out in thirty minutes which, if you’ve ever gotten your nails done anywhere else, is unheard of. My thumb nail is clumpy and she didn’t actually manicure my nails which means it’s going to start coming off in a few days with cuticle growth. She also cut my finger with how hard she was filing. I loved my last salon. I would be in there almost two hours but the finished product was a work of art. I won’t be back. I can’t say they were necessarily rude, but certainly not pleasant. Also, if they read this, a reply to the many thank yous I gave, even though I felt like cattle, is you’re welcome.

Loved going here today. The cutest young lady, Thai (aka Kimmy), did my nails and she did a great job. My toes are cute and my feet are soft.

Always a great experience. The renovation is gorgeous and theyre always professional.

I went here because the place I usually go to had cold water and no time. I happened to go on a slow day which was good. They did pink and whites on my nails and did an amazing job. I believe there are new people there in the last few years that know what they are doing. Very nice work. I am very grateful to have found them

I will not return to this salon. Not only did we experience bad service, but the gel polish lasted a whopping 4 days and started to chip. Also, my toe polish must have been old because it went on 4thick and looks clumpy. Equipment was old and dirty.

The lady was very nice and helped me pick a color but she was so rough when filing my nails it came to the point where i was bleeding by my cuticle. the whole process was just painful and she was rushing though i was legit the only customer in the store. the nails however are beautiful and i do credit her for that. i’m just saying keep in mind to be gentle.

She did the most amazing perfect set of nails I have ever had. She was very careful and gentle when removing my old botched nails. I will forever be a customer here.

So happy a friend of mine referred me to this salon. I had got a full set done and they were awful. Not even, the acrylic was lumpy and some werent filled to the cuticle. My friend brought me here and within 10 mins Jen had fixed everything. Her and Kimmy always do a fantastic job for me. They will always get you in a chair extremely quick, even without an appointment. They are fast and efficient and a great price and excellent customer service. I can go up to six weeks and none of them were lifting. I highly reccomend stopping by!

Brand new beautiful shop! Friendly staff. Ombre nails, pedicure, and wax, all done beautifully! Very happy, will DEFINITELY be back! Thanks ladies, nice job.

I have only been once and will never return! I got a terrible pedicure and ultimately ended up with nail fungus on my big toe. Yuck!

Kimmy does my nails perfectly every time ❤️❤️❤️❤️ She can do anything I’m convinced. Perfect shape, not thick acrylic and everything is even.

This is the worst salon I have ever been to! I grew up with my mom owning a salon and have been to many in my lifetime. My sister in law and I went to get shellac gel manicures. There were only 2 ladies working, and as people were coming in they were so rude and telling them it would be over 2 hours wait.The lady who did my nails was more concerned about how she looked then me or my sister in law. She did both our nails with shellac and it was horrific. In the end, she didnt go all the way to the cuticle, so it looked like it was already over a week grown out as soon as it was done. This was for both of us, we both asked her to re-do our nails and she wouldnt. She said she was busy and she had other clients, and rolled her eyes and was very upset that we criticized her work.Waste of money and time! Terrible service and on top of that, my nails started chipping the next day! AVOID this salon. There are many other salons you can go to.
