Although our appointment wasn’t until 3:30, they took us early ahead of our appointment time. I have to give special recognition to Amy, who did a beautiful job with a chrome nail polish and design and perfectly recreated a Pinterest photo of summer nails for my daughter. Flawless work. She was also incredibly fast, which I really appreciate. Great customer service throughout the service.

This was my second time visiting this nail salon. I liked the atmosphere and the place seemed very nice. I came in on a Sunday as a walk-in wanting to get a gel manicure and a pedicure.The woman who performed my pedicure cut so much of the side of my toe off that it was pretty painful. I chalked it up to me not having an pedicure for a few weeks. But noted that it was more painful than I had ever experienced in another pedicure.Then when she did my gel nails I knew she was doing too many coats while she was doing it but I didn’t say anything. As soon as I got home the thick gel lifted off of my thumb and started peeling away. this was literally two hours after I got my nails done. Then later I noticed my toe was starting to hurt. I have never had a pedicure where my toe was in pain after the fact so I just took some Tylenol and moved on. I woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain in my toe. I’m calling my doctor tomorrow as per my Google research I likely have an infection that requires antibiotics now. I paid $69 with tip. This is absolutely unacceptable. As now I have to take time out of my busy life, schedule a doctors appointment, pick up a prescription for antibiotics. Let Alone pay for that doctors visit.

Update***Second experience:I went back and was charged more money for nails that are lower quality. And I was cut during the process. It was a different tech, however I won’t be returning after being charged 70 dollars for nails that aren’t even worth 30. (Butterfly nails)I understand mistakes happen, being cut isn’t what made me not want to return however the quality and price should match up. I no longer recommend this salon.First experience:One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I called about two hours before closing and they still fit me in that day, and they were incredibly kind about it. They did phenomenal on my nails, for a very reasonable price. The staff were all professional and friendly. I’m obsessed with my nails, they turned out even better than what I expected!! Super clean and modern salon, very comfortable. I would recommend this salon to friends and family! Definitely will return once I need a fill!

All the employees were extremely friendly and the establishment was very well cleaned. I got the honey something something 😂 pedicure and it was the most amazing relaxing pedicure I have ever had in my life. My nails were shaped well and the French was done perfectly. I will definitely be back!

The best nail salon! I am a very indecisive person, so the nail techs always help me and add a little flair to my manicure. The times that I have gone in with pictures and ideas they have nailed it every single time and have gone above and beyond my expectations. Every nail tech that I’ve had has been amazing, but Lily has really been absolutely incredible when it comes to the nail art! I highly highly recommend this place!

I took a break for about a year or so and wanted to try out some of the newer establishments in the area rather driving 20min to my old nail salon.Everyone that Noire is friendly and accommodating. But this review is about my nail tech A.K. I got dipped nails and received the best dip nails I have ever had. Typically I don’t really mind if they are thick or bumpy and honestly it doesn’t really bother my all that much. However A.K worked meticulously on my dipped nails to keep them thin and make them flat. The pictures don’t do the nail justice.If you are looking for a nail tech that pays close attention to details then his is your guy!

Went here after getting a bad acrylic set from another place, saw all the amazing reviews and requested Amy who was amazing!! She fixed the issue with my previous nails and gave me the exact pattern I requested!! She was so friendly, so accommodating, and just overall fantastic! I will definitely be returning to her from now on!

The woman who did my pedicure did not paint the entire toe nail and cut off too much of my nails on the side walls. When I asked her to stop, she continued to cut. There is now significant nail missing from the sides which will take forever to grow back even.

I first went 3-4 weeks ago for a dip full set and pedicure. My technician was Andy, he was great! From the shape of my nails to helping me choose a color that match what I chose for my toes. My only complaint would be, the pedicure couldve had more massage, but thats all personal preference.Today I went back for a full set acrylic. I had Heather as my technician. She was super friendly and suggested hearts for Valentines day. Im glad she did! Because my nails are complete with the hearts! ❤

Second time w mom who is 86 and Rachel is always so kind and understanding. She did a beautiful job. Helen was equally great with my pedicure and gel manicure.We had one of the first appointments everyone wore masks. The place was very clean and we felt comfortable it was a reasonably low risk as everyone was socially distanced too.Had to get out of the house... this felt great.

Went today for the first time as I’m trying to find my new spot in the area. Welcoming staff, clean pedicure tubs and clean manicure workspace. I got a sports pedicure and dip full set. The pedicure was thorough and relaxing and the manicure was immaculate. Seriously the perfect shape and thickness, exactly what I was looking for. Fairly priced as well as I paid less for a mani & pedi here than I had been paying for just a full set in Brandon. Definitely my new nail spot.

The decor in Noire the nail bar gives it such a relaxing ambiance. I was given water & wine 😋 to sip on and enjoy while Amy did my full set. Amy is absolutely phenomenal! She’s quick but super efficient and detailed oriented. She removed my old set of acrylics and did a new full set in less than an hour!! I love my nails!! The prices are comprable to many salons. I can’t wait to get a pedicure there, & I am already looking forward to my next fill with Amy💅🏽

I had a great experience! Ms. Luna was very kind from the moment I sat down! She offered me a beverage and asked me exactly what I wanted for my dip nails. She talked to me about the shape, and gave her opinion on how it would look based on the length of my natural nail. She asked me if I wanted them thin and natural or thicker for durability. She did not rush, or damage my natural nail like some other salons I have been to and she was very particular in making the shape even and cohesive with the others. Everyone seemed very happy. The facility was clean and decorated so cute for Halloween! I will definitely return to see Luna.

Noire nails was great! I got a fresh dip set done and I loved it! I’m a little picky so my only complaint is that the dip is pretty thick around my cuticle and not as thick where it should be on the apex. But they are beautiful!! Great and fast service.

Lily and Katie worked on myself and my boyfriend. It was his first time and he had a blast! Lily did such a great job on my mani and pedi. Katie made his nails look neat and polished top and bottom. Its a beautiful place and I will definitely be going back there again!

Amy does a great job with nails from acrylics, dipping and manicures. She is efficient and her techniques are top notch. Helen gives a great pedicure. Both will leave you smiling ear to ear. The salon is in good condition and everyone seems friendly. I’m very pleased with the customer service and services they provide.

I usually came here every 3-4 weeks for a few months then took a break and always had an amazing experience and loved how nice and professional they were. I did my nails for the first time as a dip set on 01-29-21 for my birthday which was that Monday 2-1-21. One nail broke on 01-31-21 and so thankful they were open and squeezed me in that Sunday to fix it and they didn’t even charge me. But then a few days later two more nails broke. I work in retail and have had nails my whole working experience so I know how to work when I have nails and have never experienced nails breaking from just writing or picking up a box as easily as these did. I do not know if it’s because it was dip or if they did them too thin but the quality was poor and I paid $60 for nails that only lasted five days when usually my nails last three weeks and don’t show any sign for a fill in until that third week but it’s only been a week now and in total three nails have broken, the color has chipped off on one nail, I’ve noticed the uneven spread on the nails when you glide through the nails it feels like hills instead of it being smooth and I already have signs for a fill in needed. I won’t be coming back here because this experience was not a great one.

So I found a new nail place and Im in love!!! The service and attention to detail is very good!First, I explained what I wanted and they did a sample on a fake nail to show me - pink & white ombre. Then I was asked what I want from the bar, White wine of course.And to top it all off after that they handed me a stylus pen to use on my cell phone because my fingers were wrapped in foil.Needless to say I will be coming back!Tracy took care of me.

Took my daughter to get a full set of acrylics today and we were both extremely pleased with the experience. Very friendly staff, and excellent service. My daughter almost cried she loved her nails so much! She showed her nail technician (Helen) a picture of the look she wanted and Helen did an amazing job...even better than the picture! Also, we arrived at about 4:15 and didn’t leave until 5:30 - 30 minutes after they closed - but they never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing them. We will definitely be back!!

Horrible experience. Got pedicure and they never massage my feet and my feet were extremely rough after the pedicure. Got tip gel and the design and color I wanted they couldnt do and when they tried they looked horrible coming out. Horrible horrible experience. Plus no discount and they didnt want to fix the problem either just said oh sorry.

Katie is wonderful. She does my pedicure and dip powder manicure. She has wonderful hands for the massage part of the pedicure. She makes me feel very comfortable.

My nail tech Amy was excellent! My only complaint about this shop is that I wish they enforced hand washing when customers first walk in. I’ve also witnessed several customers that don’t wear a mask while inside and that makes me uncomfortable, which is the reason I took away a star.

Fantastic place! Im very picky with my pedicures and Katie was just absolutely fantastic- kind and a perfectionist. I have awful calluses and some ingrowns and I left with completely transformed feet. Noire was also incredibly clean and observed great covid safety practices. The complimentary soft drink or wine was also a lovely touch. I will definitely be back and have recommended Katie to several friends and family as well!

I hate that i cant remember the young mans name that did my pedicure but he Gave me the best one Ive ever had!!!! My feet are so soft and smooth and my toes are done very good. I got a rose cbd pedicure ...it smelt amazing...they also poured what looked like candle wax on my legs and it felt great haha... I was greatly impressed and this is my new spot my sister brought me here its her normal go too!!!!!!!

BEWARE.I went for a waxing yesterday for upper lip. On New Years Eve before getting all dressed up the lady literally waxed to raw meat. I knew something wasn’t right when she tore of the waxing tape as it followed up with a major sting. I now starting this year with scab above my right upper lip and will be in touch with my legal team. I don’t recommend this place what so ever .

I had gel polish done, the polish was not even. There are smears in the polish on some nails. I would have rather not had my nails done at all.I took the polish off after I got home because I was very unhappy with the quality. Will not be returning.

I thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed my time getting waxed and having my nails done. The staff here managers and all employees included are super kind. I went on Jun 17, 2020 again it’s maybe my fourth or more time. I came in for deluxe manicure with dip powder polish, deluxe pedicure with dip powder polish, under arms waxed and eyebrows - waxed/ shaped. AK was super soft and attentive! And listened when I asked for things to not be so hot for the water. And same for the towels. He was absolutely wonderful!! Rachel did an amazing Wax and shaping on me I feel beautiful and refreshed!I try to come once a year but now will be coming as much as I can as I am not local to Wesley Chapel but come to the area to Relax and Unwind 💅.I highly recommend Noire Nail Bar Wesley Chapel for your beauty needs ask them first before you decide not to come in they may just do a custom order for your nails I asked and they did for me!I did ask about eye brow tattoos Bc I was curious and I was informed they definitely to not do that service here which I was fine with as I was only inquiring. This is my favorite nail salon in land o lakes....Ive tried all of the ones on sr 54 between 41 and 75. They do the best gel manicures and pedicures. Its a very nice, clean place. I always get my eyebrows waxed too. I love Luna, I think shes one of the best employees. Shes your go to person for waxing! I wanted to update my review and say once again I received amazing service by another employee. I didnt get her name, but she was awesome.

John, the manager and all of his staff make you feel so welcomed! They pamper you the way a salon should! I received an email from my local Noire bar enticing me to come in and receive 10% off before 5 /21. As I had missed my birthday % off due to the pandemic I thought why not. When I presented the text message at check out to John the gentleman who seems to be in charge he would not honour the discount. Very disappointed! If it weret for the spectacular job that my technician Tracy does I might consider going somewhere else. There are nail salons are on every corner after all.

If you want to get amazing dip nails you have to do it with AK. He does an amazing job and does what you ask for but its best to let him do his thing because it comes out amazing!

I love this place! My mom and I live in plant city and we drive all the way here. They are so friendly, offer wine, water or soda and it’s very relaxing. Very clean and fancy but not a crazy price :) definitely recommend!!!!
