Overpriced..they charge a flat rate of $32.95 up to 500 pounds and $83 bucks over 500 pounds. If you don’t have a lot - it’s overpriced. Customer service lady was kinda short and not forthcoming with instructions. Directions in the facility is confusing as well. Need better signage on how to get in and around the transfer station if you are a newcomer. Only reason I went was because Merk Rd transfer station is closed on Wednesdays.

Theres a reason why they dont post their rates because theyre ridiculous. When I was there a year ago they were less than half as much for the first 500 lb. Not worth it but just need to plan accordingly to go somewhere else

Unfortunately, customer service is not for everyone. The lady at the office is the meanest and rudest person I ever encountered. She should not be behind the counter talking to people. It was my first time at the landfill, I didnt know what to or how things works. She pointed to a sign on the wall for me to read instead of just explaining the process. She kept my credit card and gave it back only after I finished dumping my waste. When I objected and suggested to leave my ID instead, she said I quote: this is how we are doing it, you leave your credit card or you can go somewhere else.OUCH!!!I will not come back.
