Had a great experience today when I went for a manicure and pedicure today with my mom. I had Ti and she had Kelly and we both enjoyed ourselves so much. We opted for a deluxe spa pedicure and added the Spearmint and Vanilla scrub - it was awesome! It cooled my legs, but then the hot stones and hot towels felt great! Such a treat! We weren’t rushed at all, felt comfortable, enjoyed speaking with Ti and Kelly, and left feeling beautiful! Will be back!

It is very easy to get an appointment, they have hand sanitizer on entry and they keep it clean. The staff are consistent and Cindy does a great job. Tina cares for my mother in law. Both have a good attention to detail.

The gentleman that waxed my eyebrows used the sick more than once in the wax. Never a new suck each dip. He also left wax on my face. When doing my daughters French manicure the woman did not like my requests of making the line thinner. She then did so and complied however, she was not warm and welcoming to my 6 year old who was to be a flower girl the next say. I do not recommend this establishment based on cleanliness, sanitary and disposition.

I have been going to this place for the past 2 years and always love how they made my nails but today I asked to have almond shape and the lady left them all crooked and uneven all nails are different sizes, disappointing. 👎👎👎

While this place was clean enough, I wouldn’t recommend going there. My friend got a great gel manicure, but I wound up with someone who was pretty mediocre. My nails immediately looked grown out because she didn’t get close enough to the cuticle, which I could live with. But the chip happened just 5 days after the gel manicure, whereas most of my gel manicures have lasted at least 10 days or so. I wouldn’t go again—$30 for 5 days is not such a great deal.

Been going here for a few years. Kelli and T are great! Flexible hours like Sunday and Mondays. Close to home.

As soon as I walked in they were very welcoming and got started immediately. They worked on my gel manicure and polish change on my toes simultaneously. Both techs were very friendly and very meticulous about their work. I came here because my my usual salon didnt stay open as late.. Now I have a new salon!

They are always friendly, willing to accommodate any request and run very well on time with appointments. I have been going monthly for years and despite a few technician changes have no reason to look elsewhere

Everyone is very nice. They did a wonderful job with the pedicure and gel nails I had done. I will go back again to get another pedicure and nails done along with trying their waxing service.Second time there and did get my eyebrows waxed. My technician I had did a wonderful job on everything I had done. I will continue to go there for future appointments and request the same technician. Her name was Cindy.

Never have I encountered unprofessional nail care like this salon...got my manicure done by the lady owner and once I didn’t want to do what she suggested me to go with the powder dip, she immediately treated my differently, showed bad attitude and was rough on my hands and even cut my skin bad without apologizing. Please save yourself from this kind of service!

Great Salon! Very spacious & clean. I recommend calling ahead to request an appointment as they are usually pretty busy, but if you have an appointment they will be ready at your scheduled time! Staff is friendly & very good!! My nails look great and the deluxe pedicure is very relaxing.

Went there for the first time...and last. Worst experience ever. Nail tech has no idea how to shape or file nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She said she couldnt do it. Thats when I should have just left. But I stayed. Showed her another option. The final look was nothing like the pic... even after more than an hour of her trying to get it. Dont waste your money or time. I am so disappointed. Looking for a place to fix everything.

Worst pedicure! The tech did not massage my legs at all. Cute my toe nails without asking! I am not sure they sterilize their tools as they are in a box versus sealed package. I will not go back to this salon!

I had a manicure and pedicure which was poorly done. I did call and the owner/ manager said to come back. While getting a redo on my nails, the manager, John I believe his name is, harassed and berated the guy who had did them originally and had requested that he fix. It was a very uncomfortable experience for me. The manager was speaking Vietnamese but his tone was unmistakable and degrading. I will not go back.

I have been visiting Rose Nail and Spa for about 6 years. I have never been disappointed. From nails to waxing, this is a great place to visit. My daughters also enjoy getting their nails painted, the employees are very nice and attentive.

First time I visited here and Im glad I did. I drove from Carrollwood. Cindy was my tech and she was very friendly and thorough on my pedicure.About a month ago I got acrylic put on my toenails to correct my ingrown nails. I wasnt happy at all with it at all because the toenails were too thick and the shape was awful. Cindy cut them down and made them look natural. I even tipped her and I usually never tip but I sacrificed for her because she provided great service.

Pushy for upgrades but poor quality service. Have gone twice and have not been happy. Incorrect charge (double billed) and they stated they were unable to correct.

I usually go to another nail salon. But I decided to check out a salon clos to my home. Once I waked in this establishment I was treated poorly. I picked my color (since it was my first time I couldn’t locate it and walked around the shop until I located a selection towards the back wall) I sat and dipped my foot into the water I realized how hot it was and asked politely for cold water. The lady doing my pedicure sucked her teeth and cut on the water while dipping my feet. As she began to do my pedicure (without asking the type I wanted) she took off the color and cut my toe nails down. She then looked up and asked me if I wanted it cut. She poked and stabbed me throughout the whole process and I kept my cool. (Had planned on going out tonight). The guy doing my nails was trembling so nervously it made me uncomfortable. I paid for the services they have done so far and left. Do not go here. Complete waste of money and time.

Nice place but got a pedicure and got an infection on my toe and was bleeding on a couple others. also got a no chip and the manicure was poorly done. it still looked nice but it wasn’t cleaned up and my nails were chipping within a few days. I wouldn’t reccomend going here to anyone because of the lack of care put into my manicure and pedicure for the price.

My first time here and was pleased. They had a variety of pedicures to choose from. I got the milk and honey deluxe and Jen did a great job!

I come here frequently because its close to home although there is really only 1 tech that is good. Seems like the quality has reduced significantly especially as of late. If you choose to come here ask for Jessica. Shes amazing and the place is lucky to have her. Today she was not in so it was the luck of the draw. Its bad when my 9 year old daughter is picky about who she gets. Well my daughter ended up with the one we know doesnt know how to do nail art and I got one that was not happy about taking the polish job I did myself off my toes. She ended up cutting my toe because she pulled skin with the cuticle trimmer rather than gently cutting. No sorry. Just totally ignored I was in pain.....kept squirting acetone on it and that green stuff in a bottle which made it burn even worse! I think Ill be going over to the nail spa across the street next time. I think Ive tried giving this place too many chances. And now my poor toe is paying for it.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Firstly, I wasn’t even offered something to drink. The whole experience wasn’t very spa like at all. The nail technician was very unprofessional. His station was filthy. My nails free edge is frayed from incorrect filing. The gel nail polish application absolutely shoddy, the corner was overlapped onto my skin.My hands were so sticky and dusty, he didn’t tell me to wash after the cuticle remover, filing and buffing. The edges of the buffing file were sharp and caused discomfort. Also soaked my fingers in alcohol and when he took them out he blowed on them to dry! Unsanitary! He was also obviously rushing me out the door, maybe because I refused to get dip powder. Do not waste your time or money here.

Went to Happy Nails and spa, they put the nails on crooked and glued the tips to my finger skin then to reconcile thought well do the manicure package too. When I said I didnt want tips glued to my skin they burned and rubbed my nail beds with alcohol and left half ripped off tips on my nails and refused to put nail hardener on.THEN I WENT HERE TO ROSE NAIL AND SPA,The best experience Ive ever had. Fixed the disgusting shreds of plastic still on my nails and correctly applied the nails. Only chipped 1 nail and its been over a week. Kept this place in my favorites and will be ONLY using this place. Not very expensive but great quality.

The owner actually screamed at me in the salon for not knowing what color I wanted fast enough . He also gave me the wrong selection for the type of polish I needed as well . The only person I liked or trusted there had had medical surgery. I’m looking for a better place now

This place gets 0 stars from me, but 1 was the minimum to post anything!!! I did my nails last week, and within 1 week had two acrylic nails break off. I went to this location because it was convenient and near my job. After going in the first day, they fixed one nail but didnt seem to pleased to have o do it. Over the weekend when the second one broke and went in to show them, the gentleman at the counter proceeded to tell me it was my fault that my nail broke. I was at work so I told him I would return tomorrow. I have not gone nor will I go after he rudely started speaking to the girls in another language. Ill take my business elsewhere. I have been doing my nails for years and have never had issues with my nails breaking off at the ends or acrylic coming off. My initial experience with them was rushed. The gentleman who did my nails did not have me wash my hands, or wipe off the powder. He did not apply a boat or top coat to my gel color. For their prices there service IS NOT WORTH IT. And god forbid a nail breaks or gets messed up, they blame you and them proceed to speak in a different language.

Bigger than that of normal small time nail salon and will almost to always meet up as much as possible to the needs of their customers, highschool teen discounts, child proof safety and fun, and stress relief and some wine included for the adults, has a lot to offer, and most to majority are usually satisfied customers, sometimes there would be a bad or unhappy customer but its mostly because of dust or accidental chipping on nails. Provides a salon like sensation and quality service that is worth the time and enjoyment that rules over to the most of very rare of few accidents that so rarely again happens. Expectations is more than just the look of things, and this nail salon conquers to that peak. Very famous among so many that the appointments are insane, if one doesnt make one early enough, might have to schedule one to even the next week or month, many helpful hands making anyone feel almost like royalty. Brings a spirit that is like of Christmas and everyday in Rose Nails & Spa feels like Christmas.

I am not happy at all with my visit at this place! I sat there for 3 hours and 20 min for powder dip. I have never had to stay for that long to get my nails done. My nails are absolutely terrible. They had 2 people helping and still looks terrible and looks like square boxes on my finger nails. No shape at all. I paid $55 for it and after all that they didn’t even give me a discount or charge the price . I wish they had someone that could fix my nails. So unhappy.

Was good at first. Got kinda bad. Now its great. I think they got rid of a few staff.CHANGED REVIEW...I hate to do this.... But.... The last 2 times ive been there have been completely horrible. Gel chipping off multiple fingers and toes within 2 days. The lady was so rude who did my nails, she was acting like i was an inconvenience to be servicing me. It is hit or miss and when your paying 85 for gel, sorry i cant take another chance again. Im sad cause most staff or friendly, but i cant keep throwing money away. My advice to the owner would be to make sure their staff are doing services consistently the same. In my experience that does not happen, hence- hit or miss.

Theyve recently expanded. I have never waited more than 10 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome. But appointments are recommended if youre on a tight schedule. Manicures, pedicures, chair massage, wax.

I wasn’t pleased with the appearance of my nails after my first visit, but when I had the chance to- I called in and the owner or manager definitely made sure the problem was corrected!! The second time around (5 days after my initial visit) my nails look amazing!!! 💙💜

I wanted my toes painted an olive green color and they were painted lime green instead. Also she didnt use the write color on my nails and she made one of my nails round instead of almond. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

This place is HORRIBLE. Super unprofessional and rude. The man at the front desk literally argued with me over a 3 dollar miscommunication on THEIR part. Terribly run business, I will never be returning.

Mani and pedi very unprofessionally done. No callous or dead skin removal on pedi, ragged cuticles and unevenly filed nails on mani. The nail tech was very sweet, but Instructions were met with smiles and nods but ignored because she didnt speak English well enough to understand what is being asked of her. I went here last year and was happy with their service, but I wont return.

I dropped my teenage daughter off here last Saturday to get her nails done and I have to say she received the worst treatment ever. Her nail technician was on his cell phone the entire time she was sitting there. She asked him to paint her nails white and he painted them an off white color, she even showed him a picture of what she wanted. Not only that, he filed all her nails in different shapes. Some were rounded and some were squared off. None of her nails looked the same! Maybe if he was off his cell phone he would have paid more attention to what he was doing, but I doubt it! It was clear he didnt care. She left there in tears and was so embarrassed by how awful her nails looked! We will not be going here again. People be warned. I had to give them 1 star to post a review... they should receive no stars for awful unprofessional service.

Horrible acrylics!!! Ive gotten my nails done for years and never had them done so bad . I got a full set on Friday, and by one day later (Saturday) one already broke, and then Sunday another one !!! They break so easy at Rose Nail and spa, dont go ..

I went with a group. They weren’t organized, they forgot one of the girls. The lady that did my nails rushed me to get one of the girls done. It was the worse quality nails. She did a horrible job. I got gel, she went outside of my nails and left chunks of gel...it just horrible not worth a penny I paid

TERRIBLE..do not waste your time and money! They will tell you you’re next or only 5 minutes, put you in a chair and you will wait 20 minutes..you will spend your whole afternoon getting a mani and pedi.

This place was my worst experience ever. First there was no liner for the tub and I had to ask for one but I can let that slide. What I cant let slide is that they served me wine in a dixie cup!!!! Thats just ridiculous! Everyone was very unprofessional. Next time ill listen to a google review. I will say though they did there job and I was happy with my pedicure :) but if you want to be treated right dont go here they treat you like a joke.
