Stacey was the best. She did a great job on my nails. Service was amazing had a glass of complimentary wine with my pedicure. Would recommend this place.

This spa was absolutely amazing. The guy who did my nails was very pleasurable to talk to and did exactly as I ask with my nails without trying to upsell me every step of the way. The atmosphere is relaxing. They have wine, soda, and water available while you get your service done. The price at this location is good and competitive with most other locations. This is definitely my new salon.

Been to this location two times and so far really good experiences with gel manicure and regular pedicure. Easy to book on line and I was taken in on time for both appointments. The salon was clean and welcoming. Would recommend!

This place is amazing! the atmosphere is so amazing and just everything about the building is so calming. they had elephant seat cushions :D! the nails i got were absolutely amazing. i got strawberries on my ring finger and the detail is beautiful. you can even see the individual seeds!

RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!! Horrible customer service!!! The man who worked on my nails was unprofessional, made assumptions about my personal life and attempted to tell me what NOT to do with MY life without having any information to speak on. Then proceeded to ruin my acrylics. I have completely crooked nails and HORRIBLE customer service. I try to give them chances because everyone has bad days.. but I will not ever return here!!Edit to respond: I know exactly where I went I am not mentally impaired. Take accountability for your employees instead of insinuating I am unaware of where I went. Yes, I was at lavender which is located in the outlet mall. I don’t know his name. He is the one who does acrylics, sits in the front left seat all the time and consistently has something rude or obnoxious to say. Do better.

Got a foot massage for the first time ever and it was heavenly. Will have to come back monthly.

Okay Ive gotten my nails done other places but NEVER this good of a job. Jessica literally made my wack sideways nail look straight, and the dip has stayed perfect with no chips or cracks for over 2 weeks. Im honestly so amazed by the perfect shaping and symmetry she got on both hands. This is my go-to place now!

Today was my first visit at this salon. It was beautiful inside and the employees were so nice and professional. Benny did my nails, I did a full set and they look amazing. Henry did my toes, I did a pedicure with an addition to my two big toes I added acrylic. While doing my toes, Henry did an amazing job. The only reason I am giving 4/5 is because in the process of doing the acrylic on my toes, he did drill/sand a little too far onto my skin/cuticles to where I did bleed a little. That was the only downfall. I would highly recommend this salon to my friends! In fact I was texting my friend while getting my toes/nails done and told her she needed to come!

My manicure was and has been Halle she has been my manicurist for the last 6 months. She is also the Owner. She has been courteous, friendly and very generous. Every time I go for my appointment she has been friendly. Is a pleasure going there . I choose to get my nails done there and be able to relax. Today it was unbelievable how people just walk in for appointments, sh did not turned them away but made a way to accommodate them all. The funny thing about it was that she did not have enough help to work on them. But she did. Another plus for the spa is her front cashier worker. Madison what a beautiful soul she is, always on her toes willing to help. I always recommend my friends s there.

I called ahead at 7 to ensure that I could get a pedicure at 7:30 because they close at 8 ... get all the way there only for there door to be locked and there signed to say closed at 7:20. So unprofessional and completely rude. Never coming back

This was my first time there, and I was blown away by the experience. Halle helped me pick out my color, showed me a product that would work the best for my constantly breaking nails, and even extended the nails that broke prior to coming in. This was the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon, and my nails are absolutely perfect. I will be coming back as a regular! Thank you, Halle!

Needs to be better at cleaning up around the nail after glue and make sure to reshape nails after polish coating to make even again. There glue on my cuticles and the polish was a bit bulky. Other than that the shape was nice, nice girls for the most part

I used to like this place until they humiliated my 17 year old daughter. She suffers from anxiety and tears or bites the cuticle skin. The nail tech, called over the other nail techs to stop working and come look at her fingers. One of the workers even made rude jesters going nomnom on his fingers in front of all the others customers as well. My daughter left humiliated and i tears! I will never go back!

By far the BEST nail salon Ive been to! My nails look like something off an Instagram ad!! So great to have such friendly staff and know I was being taken care of. My nails were in need of some new polish and a fill in. The lady who did my nails was very gentle with my broken skin and made sure I was feeling happy but most importantly taken care of and looking forward to showing off my new set!! If visiting in the Tampa area this is a great place to visit. Might I also add that my full set was genuinely priced. (That nail tech most would of gotten more then a $10 tip if I had more cash.) I am literally speechless when you go to a place with so high expectations and you turned out to be completely wrong. To summarise, they made me wait for 40 mins even after booking an appointment beforehand and the lady ‘Halle’ who did my manicure was rude and didn’t bother even to say sorry when I told her that her nails did hurt me. In addition, when I asked her if she will be able to do nail art on all of my nails she told me that she doesn’t think that she has that much time to do that. Is that how you treat your customers? Why you book an appointment over phone when you need to make your customers wait irrespective of that???

Amazing… lavender spa and nails is my new place! Benny is my new friend…Fabulous new find for my nails… Benny is super friendly and I like his talent better than anyone… I didn’t know I could get any better but I did… We have great conversations and then Henry did my toes. The massage was phenomenal I actually spent extra for the“Lavender pedicure” where are they use paraffin and massage to make you feel extra special… You go away from here knowing that you are loved… I even got a hug!

They do a wonderful job and I feel like their prices are very reasonable. I got a mani pedi with gel for under $70. They also give 10% discounts if youre coming in for prom, which is so sweet. I would definitely recommend them for any events.

Hale is very gentle with eyebrows and knows how to shape them perfectly. Andrea is very very gentle with the pedicure. She knows exactly where the spots that are damaged and fixes them perfectly. This place is amazing! I have been going here for about 4 months now and I am ALWAYS so happy with the service. They treat every customer amazing. I brought my friend there for the first time today and she loved it. It’s the beat nail place I have ever been to and trust me I have been to places all over Florida and I have never been treated so well by a nail place ever. I highly recommend this place. Okay I couldnt figure out how to reply from my first post so I made another one to reply. First of all I dont understand how you have grown adults in your salon who dont know how to tell you where they are located. And I called before I came in I was told that you had openings right then for a pedicure which I discovered was not the case when I got there. Then I was told to stay in the waiting area I wasnt even told to pick a color. Then when I left nobody even said anything so its not about preferring nice customers its about delivering a good customer experience which you failed to do. I actually am a nice customer which is why it made me very upset when I did not receive nice customer service maybe instead of blaming your customers you could do a better job as a staff. You get nice customers when you give nice service.

My daughter and I drove past several other nail salons to go to Lavendar Nail Salon. Every time we go there we feel taken care of and Jessica does a wonderful job on my nails. The atmosphere is very serene and relaxing and they offer water, soda, and wine. My nails look perfect and I love the color that she recommended. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! I tried to go to the salon on my lunch break I called numerous times and the people who work there couldnt even tell me how to get to the salon. Tampa premium is a big outlet and I could not call guest services to find them so I had to keep calling the salon. it took me almost 30 minutes to find it. Before I called the lady told me that they had openings available right then to do a pedicure. When I got there I found out that was not the case. I was told to wait. Nobody told me to pick a color or anything and eventually I just walked out. Nobody said a work to me on my way out the door.

I am from out of town and needed to have my nails done. I am extremely particular and rarely venture away from my normal salon. I went to Lavender spa and Jimmy did my nails. He did a fantastic job exactly how I like them. The ambience was terrific and incredible service. I highly recommend. If I lived nearby I would switch to this salon and Jimmy

Moved to this area a few months ago and I was searching for a place to do a pedicure. I was on line and found this place as a 5 star Nail salon. So I took the drive over there and now Im in love with this place!! The place is so clean and gorgeous! The young lady Lauren, she is absolutely amazing and so detailed! The customers service is on point, from the moment you walk in and through your entire visit. I will definitely be back, specifically to see Lauren again. Loved it!!!

I took my granddaughter on spur of the moment. This place is the best. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Lavender offered a 20%discount for homecoming. When i went to settle my bill with Danny, he told me he quoated me wrong and the price went down $13.00 more, on top of the discount. Honesty and Integrity are hard to come by. I highly recommend Lavender Spa & Nails.

Halle was excellent! My nails look wonderful. She was patient helping me to pick a color and really was very through with my experience, even though it was close to closing time. All of the other staff were very pleasant and made it a very nice experience, not only for me, but for other customers that left happy as well.

This nail salon has great customer service! Been going here for awhile now and they always greet you when you walk in and they offer you a drink; you never get that at a nail salon. There is hardly a wait like other salons that tell you 10 mins and really it’s 30 minutes. Very clean, which is important. Lastly, they dont rush you out, very calm atmosphere like a salon should be. No doubt they are awesome and deserve 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love this place! Joe and Jess are awesome but to be fair they’re the o my ones I’ve seen for my nails. I’m sure everyone is great. Beautiful salon. The powder dip is my new favorite with plenty of colors to choose from including a few mood change colors.

The other nail salon i went to took 2 hours for a full set with gel and they were rough to the point where i was bleeding. at lavender it took 45 minutes, plus to take off the remaining nails and the lady was so gentle !!!! i LOVE the way she did my nails. not only did they do an amazing job but the salon itself is way more cleaner and organized. i felt very comfort and at peace. the staff was extremely kind. definitely will be coming back

That is the most horrible place you can come to. It is so embarrassing that I brought my aunt who came to visit from new work to this place. It was so unprofessional. They dealt with us like we are not welcomed there. It was not done like they practiced or took a licensee. They were rough. And wanted to finish with us REALLYYYY FAST. I don’t know why they were like that but it was the worst decision I’ve ever made. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

Andrea was super meticulous and is very much a perfectionist when shes taking care of you. Doesnt talk much but I prefer it that way because I like to relax when getting my nails done. My cuticles look amazing and my nails are on point. Ill be going back again.

They are always super nice! I never have to wait. I’m always in and out in a timely fashion with excellent service. They always recognize me and ask how my mom and sisters are. Very clean and enjoy the fact that they provide free beverages!

Absolutely horrible experience. I went in to get acrylics and decided on Lavender Spa & Nails because they had just recently opened and I wanted to give them a try. My nails are awful. The skin around my nails is completely ripped off. My skin is bleeding. He slipped with the tool and ended up missing my nail and cutting my finger. It is now purple. My nails arent even the shape I asked for. They also never told me I was getting gel. I went in there expecting to pay $20 for regular color and walked out paying $40 for gel when I didnt even want gel. They didnt tell me what was gel, he just gave me the gel colors to choose from only.. without my knowledge. I wont recommend this place and I will never be back. It is not worth the pain they put you through.Update: Asked for a refund and they said theyd give me 10% off my next visit. I am not coming back, I dont need 10% off. Apparently they have a no refund policy. They told me they would put me in touch with the owner but never did. Thats fine, I will not be back !!

Had to retract my fullStars. Two horrible visits in a row now I won’t be back. This was a redemption visit. Which they failed horribly. Last visit I was left sitting in water for a long amount of time keep in mind this was a booked appointment and I’m not surprised I got Ill, on top of that my design lasted under 3 days. I figured hey anyone can have a bad day. Made another appointment w a specific tech sat waited for twenty mins hey still no complain. Called to my appointment and it was not the tech and this tech was being rude when I consistently provided the color. Last straw I walked out, I pay for services not beg for them

I’ve been going here for the past 6 months and progressively my experiences have gotten worse. My friend and I have been there and my friend has left with cuts on her hands and uneven nails. Recently, i went to go have my acrylic nails removed. I advised the lady at the front desk of this and she said that was fine and to please take a seat to wait. I guess she must have not communicated this with the nail tech. The nail tech realized I needed my acrylics removed and was visibly agitated. She proceeds to start prying and peeling them off my nail. One of my nails was ripped down to the meat of my finger. I was visibly in pain and said it hurt on multiple occasions and she still proceeded to rip them off. I finally had had enough and stood up and walked out. Ive never complained or left a bad review anywhere but I was in so much discomfort I didnt know what else to do. Now I’m left with torn down nails and one of which is bleeding. I’ve never been one to just walk out or at least leave a small tip but it was honestly that bad. This is really sad because I’m always a loyal customer and have done nothing but praise this salon.(My response to the below comment): That is not true whatsoever. My friend that is also a regular, per my recommendation, also agrees that that technician has never done my nails. Acrylic removal SHOULD NOT hurt to the degree of pain I had. I think as a functioning business and on good customer service terms an apology instead of backpedaling would suffice. I’m never one to ever complain but the downright lie you just commented and how I was treated was unacceptable. You have now lost two loyal customers. So, THANK YOU!
