They are a very nice small business! Even though the place may not seem super fancy or have the best decorations, they are great at what they do! They really listened to what my best friend and I wanted and went above our expectations. The gel pedicures last sooo long and they always come out super nice. The prices are very reasonable compared to others around the same area. They do need some improvement on their pedicure chairs but overall great small place if you want nice long lasting work! :)

I walked in for the first time day before yesterday and asked for a pedicure. When I said I just wanted a basic pedicure, they instantly tried to upsell me to make more money. Their basic pedicure was 20$ and they didn’t want to do that.I get calluses, and I asked for them to focus on getting rid of those. They said they do not use the foot file properly in the basic pedicure to remove dead skin and asked if they could charge me extra 5$ just to make my feet softer. I get pedicures every month so it’s not like my feet were so bad that they had to get them in shape or spend extra time just to get rid of the dead skin. A foot file and dead skin removal should be a part of every basic pedicure. It’s the second day now and despite getting a “deluxe pedicure” there, my feet already need some more soaking and the use of a foot file. They did an extremely shoddy job and ripped off my money.I actually got home right after the pedicure and used a foot file. I’d avoid them like the plague. They are just greedy for your money they don’t do a good job.

I’ve been coming here for about 2.5years now, not only are their prices great, but their service is great as well. My pedicures last me about a month and my acrylics last me a little under 3 weeks. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I rarely ever have to wait. Great place!

I was terribly disappointed at the craftsmanship of my fill in the nail tech which was the lady in the shop was not sensitive and did not care that I thought she didnt do a good job I felt the job was rushed and I was disappointed after continue to complain one of the gentleman stepped in and attempted to fix the horrible mess I left out still disappointed I wouldnt recommend this nail shop for any new age nail work I wish I could have gotten my money back and went somewhere else and started over she did not file my nails and take the time to make sure no water exposure can happen.It was just an awful job rushed.

Visited Elite Nails today 7/1/2017 to have my eyebrows waxed its been months since they were last done so they were pretty thick a male approached me to do my eyebrows never had a man do my eyebrows before so i specifically said... do not mess up my eyebrows needless to say they looked no better walking out as they did walking in😣 will not be a returning customer there👋 ooh and ive never had my eyebrows waxed sitting up in a chair🤔 and Im used to having the wax put on my skin for removal of hair which was not done it was $7.00 dollars to have it done a waste of money no tip given

I’m new to area and ended up driving to this place instead of the one I was actually looking for. For a late Saturday morning it was pretty empty with a few people there. The guy that did my nails took forever trying to clean around my nails each time he painted (gel manicure) and in the end the nails had bubbles on some and looked like unevenly painted. 25$ is not bad for price but I expected a good job. Won’t be returning.

No joke the best place ever!!! Like one of my fingers aren’t straight so one of the workers were looking at it and filed it to make an illusion that it’s straight. And they actually REASONABLE prices unlike other places. Best part, it’s next to my house. so everytime I wanna get it done, boom it’s right there

Worst nails I have ever gotten. I recently moved to the area and was looking to find a comfortable, reasonably priced salon to be a regular at. When I got there I waited an hour before being seen. I showed the man a picture of a very simple nail color and shape and he made my nails so short they’re barely even acrylics and put them on extremely crooked! When I said to him I think my nails crooked he told me that it’s “just the way my thumb is shaped” while my other thumb looks perfectly straight. It’s been less then a week since I got them done and my nails are already coming off and look terrible. I can’t even be mad they’re coming off though because they look so bad i want them off.
