I LOVED my experience here! I was in town visiting a friend and needed a last minute pedicure. I came around 5pm & they had me in a chair immediately. The staff was really nice and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. The prices were a little on the higher end but definitely worth it.

Excellent excellent excellent! I’ve been coming here twice a month for almost a year and it’s a shame I’m leaving town, I wish I could take the whole team with me. No matter who you get for whatever service you want, you get great service and amazing results.

I love her talent, how she is a perfectionist, honest and genuine! I absolutely love this place and highly recommend to any and everyone! I always get compliments on my nail designs, I guess it’s the little things in life! 😉

This is my first time here and wont be going anywhere else. They were welcoming, detailed, didnt make me wait, and probably one of the best places I been to. I got a dip set and pedicure and the gel on my toes matched my nails perfectly!

As soon as you arrive someone greets you then you sign in then you choose the color you want and then your seated Enjoyed the atmosphere and how clean and organized everything was. They had a great selection of color gel, dip and polish colors. Prices are similar to what I’m used to paying They took their time and asked questions and explained everything. So relaxing Definitely will be coming back.

This place is so welcoming. I certainly here because the nail shop I normally go to was close. The atmosphere here is so relaxing.

Absolutely amazing place! usually my nails are so sensitive and i’m very particular with how i like my nails and Anna did a amazing job, frequently asked me if i liked them or she needed to do something different. paid attention to detail and was so sweet!

First time going so I called and asked how much it would be for gel refill, they told me $30. After arriving, I waited nearly 20 minutes for them to start my nails even though I made an appointment. A lady that seemed to be the manager did my nails, and she was extremely rude the entire time. She got up probably 5 different times in the middle of doing my nails to help other people and answer the phone. Was very rough with my nails. Never put lotion on them after she was finished and massaged my hands like they always normally do at any other salon I’ve ever been to. After getting finished she proceeded to charge me $40 and told me it was because of my nail length.. but I have short nails so it made zero sense. The next day I see that layers of my skin where two corners of two different nails are extremely sore and red, and look as if they’re infected. Now, a week and a half later, the soreness finally went away but there are layers of my skin missing. It looks horrible. I will NEVER be going back.

My pedicure was excellent. but my manicure was the worst both my hands were shaped definitely it was complete waste of money ! Never going again

Technician was very unfriendly. I did have one positive interaction during my service, not even a smile. When I asked her a question during the procedure she became defensive & raised her voice to me. I canceled my other service I was to have done & will not ever return. I do not recommend this place.

Purchased gift card for my wife on 10/1/20 for her birthday. Wife gave birth 3 weeks ago, wanted to go since she’s not pregnant anymore, lost gift card, called to see if there was anything they can do to help, owner explained to me they don’t keep record of gift cards they sell? Whoever I spoke with became upset with me and hung up on me twice. What kind of business practice is this? I even have record of purchase in my checking account history. Why lose a customer over 60$? Would not recommend.

First visit there today and I will definitely keep coming back. Very clean, super nice people, and great color selection. Tony did a perfect job on my pedicure!!

As a 64 year old male,, this was my first ever manicure/pedicure, it was so good my feet feel so very comfortable. I will definitely repeat this experience time and again.

The salon is beautiful and very clean and organized. She pulled her tools out of a sealed sanitation packet. Very gentle and extremely thorough. My gel manicure was beautiful!

This was the best! The prices are very reasonable. The staff was friendly. I have been hurt previously at other salons and almost developed a phobia. But they were gentle enough and at the same time I was so relaxed. I got the $40 tailored pedicure. Hannah was the one who did my pedicure and she did a wonderful, beautiful job. Not impressed by this nail salon. I came in for a gel polish change and I was seated and nails foiled immediately. It was during my sit down that it became obvious this wasn’t the best place. The tech that did my polish hit my fingers repeatedly with the bottle getting dark red polish all over me. On top of that, she was also getting polish around my nail and not getting it before it dried. Remember this is gel and doesn’t come off as easily as regular polish. Toward the end she was annoyed because I asked for a third coat (remember DARK red) because the first coat she applied didnt go anywhere near my cuticle and it looked like two weeks of growth. The second coat covered this BUT it was red and showed transparency. During my polish change, multiple women came in and had to wait. One mother/daughter duo had to wait and fifteen min in asked how much longer. When my tech replied she got a little nasty and said “Do you want to wait or not?!” Not exactly the best customer service. So they left. I would have too. Now, two days later and two corners of two nails are sore as in they’re likely infected. I won’t be back. No one there acknowledges the women waiting and then gets rude when they inquire. I’ll stick close to home next time instead of on my way home from my sons day care.

This is a terrible nail salon. I went here to simply try out a closer nail salon, as my normal one is about a half hour away from me and to say the least I was terribly disappointed with the experience. I paid for the $50 pedicure and they earn the one star for following through on a standard massage experience, nothing out of the ordinary, just a regular massage. Where my disappointment began to increase is when I asked for a simple all white nail spread with a simple black palm tree design on the big toes. I knew I was not at my usual nail salon where I have gotten full spread movie depictions on my nails that were actually art, so I figured I would ask for something very basic from the salon. My nail technician tried this very basic design 3 times and kept having to take off nail polish every time and redo the full nail. Even another nail technician came over and performed the same botched job. I was thoroughly displeased. I had them just take off all of the designs and leave it at a basic white, which was a total disappointment considering the amount I was paying for this specialty pedicure. To top it off, when I left the salon, I noticed the nail technician had not even filled in my nails completely with the color upon their last redo. Which means I will have to now redo my own nails at home. I tipped $5 because the pedicure experience started off pleasant before it went downhill. I will not be coming back here. The nail staff did not seem to care about actually doing a good job. I figure if I am going to pay $50 for a pedicure, I might as well have a good experience. Which this place definitely guaranteed was not the case. I will be sticking to my normal nail salon, Nail Art, located on Waters Ave in the Walmart complex in Tampa, FL. What a failure of an experience.

I got a dip manicure. First I was upset because my artist made my cuticle bleed on my pointer finger. Then once she was already half way done she informed me that they charge more for multiple colors. I am okay with the extra charge I just think it was strange she did not tell me before hand. Next she skimped so much on the powder that you can see my natural nails through the powder. I asked her to do more layers and she refused. In general terrible service.

I have been going to bali nails for a couple of years now, I have to say that the management and staff are very nice and the customer service exceeds excellence I am pleased to say that I will be coming here to get my nails and toes done until otherwise.

No very polite it took over 7 minutes for them to greet me on a Wednesday at 3pm when they were all sitting RIGHT there! Then rushed me with 10 minute HORRIBLE manicure all because a women who needed a gel manicure couldnt wait her turn?? Wont be back.

Summary: cannot shape nor paint nails.Details: I walked in to repair one nail and was convinced to do a whole fill. The lady asked if I wanted my nails the same shape (almond) and I confirmed that I did. She then asked if I wanted them shortened and I confirmed that I did. She began to repair one nail by adding a new tip and acrylic and then found a second nail to repair and only applied acrylic to my real nail. Once she began filing, I pointed out that the second repaired nail was significantly shorter than the rest; therefore, she had me soak it off and put a tip and acrylic on it. When she started shaping my nails she made then round, which I pointed out and said to make them more pointed like how they were when I came in. She then made them very pointy. When I addressed this she was confused and I had to go through every nail with her to get the almond shape that I had. Finally when she applied the polish she put it on so thick and had it all over my finger and applied 3 coats without a moments rest. Not professional at all.

I absolutely love this place. I am VERY picky with how I like my nails. The first time I came to the shop,I didnt have an appointment nor did I know the nail techs.Karen did both my full set and pedicure.She nailed it!I wont go to anyone else.She is very detailed and passionate about her work.She takes her time and it just very plesant.She is a very smart,educated woman.She had me in years from laughing so much.I always enjoy our conversation.She was so sweet to my daughter. Great atmosphere.

Very nice and clean place. Henry is my favorite nail tech but they are all very kind and do a great job!!

Unfortunately the gentlemen who did my nails did a terrible job. He made 2 of my fingers bleed. I guess he didnt notice that he was filing my skin instead of my nail! It wasnt until I yelled ouch and saw blood dripping that he noticed. Then he splashed some kind of blue liquid which made my cut sting. I guess he forgot that he cut me (not once but twice), so he kept filing my cuts! My pedi water was boiling HOT and he had no idea what stiletto (pointed) nails were. If you do go to this place, make sure you go to a women (not trying to sound sexist). I hear the pregnant lady is great.

This is the most unsanitary place to get a pedicure. Dirty, dirty, dirty! And they are extremely rude too. I had 5 of my neighbors sharing horrible stories about the place but never realized which salon they were talking about until today. I was waiting to pick up a prescription from Walgreens and decided to go in. It was so bad, it feels surreal. They were yelling at their customers on top of their lungs. I cannot believe this place will be open for long. Go in there only if you dont mind being yelled at, ignored and risking walking out of there with an infection or two. One of the employees even told me they have angry customers going in waving doctors bills and threatening to sue them all the time. I came straight home to disinfect! Told my son and he asked me what possessed me to go there! He said his girlfriend had gone there a couple of months ago and got a bad infection around her nails that she had to treat with antibiotics and ointments. I am not one to write reviews but I felt I had to in this case to warn others.

Phillip is really the only good nail tech there. I’ve gotten my nails done by almost every person in there and each person has either made my cuticles bleed or just made them not the most attractive. But Phillip does a beautiful job everytime!

Not really a good experience. Everyone was nice and polite. But the lady that was doing my nails cut me multiple times around my cuticles and I left bleeding.. it hurt so bad. She kept pushing my cuticles back too far and she cut one of my toe nails too short and that was bleeding. This was the first and last time I’m ever going here..

BE AWARE!!!! I had to give this a 1 star only because I could not review without a star. So what I am saying is I give them a ZERO STAR RATING. I walked in at a very slow time and asked for a nail polish change on my toes and hands NOTHING ELSE THEY CHARGED ME $45.00 THEY RIPPED ME OFF CLEARLY!!! The manager called and just kept saying i am the manager no adjustment I was more the willing to pay the regular rate. NOT THAT MUCH. This place does not deserve the business they are greedy and rude. Please do yourself a favor their are many other nail salons you can go to that offer great service and do not STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

I have never been here but lived in the area. The fact that this business has to put up with loudmouth racist people breaks my heart. Kudos to the owners for handling a difficult situation with grace. I am so disgusted by the hateful discourse that is happening in this country by nasty racists.

So, I called to make an appointment for two fills which they told me only costs 15$ so we went in and I had a man not quite sure I was at table number 5. So anyways I go and he is rushing to get my nails done assuming so he could leave. So he shaped my nails poorly and man handling me !!! It was hurting he didn’t paint my nails right and then charged me 18$ when he said it would be 15. I looked at his sheet and he charged me for gel and I didn’t even get gel. They were very rude and also did the same to my mom. Will not be going back. Terrible service.

Went 2 weeks ago for a fill, Not my normal salon but went for convienace and time constraints. 10 days after my fill I noticed dark coloring coming through my polish. After removing the nails I had green fungus on 5 of my nails. Wouldnt let this place work on my dogs.

Overpriced! I paid $26 for a regular pedicure. When I asked why it was so much for a regular the gentleman said extra $4 for callous removal. If he did do callous removal he should have asked me if I wanted to pay to have that done .I do not feel like he did anything extra, just the barest minimum .Also I felt like he rushed me out so he could take care of the next person since he was the only one doing pedicures .

The service here is beyond expectations! Really doing a nice job on my acrylic nails love the shape and design are able to pull off for me very affordable as well!

This place sucks. I went in 2 days ago and got a gel manicure and when I got home i took a shower and the nails started lifting because The guy got the gel all over my skin. I didn’t really care I went in a day after and they did my nails again and were very nice about it but I came out with my nails looking even worst. He did the same thing and got it all over my skin. The fact that he has a license and doesn’t know what I can get nail infections and stuff from getting gel on my skin is sad.
