Sasha was amazing!!! My hair was pitch black on top and weird shades of brown and red underneath from a previous hairdresser nightmare and she fixed it perfectly! I’ve never had a good experience getting my hair done and I’ve never liked how my hair has turned out but she is literally amazing. I will 10000% never be letting anyone touch my hair again but her. She was honest and straight to the point and made me feel at home and comfortable.

I am very impressed with the way my hair came out. Samantha listened to everything that I asked for and she gave me that and more. I think I have found a permanent home for me to go and get my hair done. Thank you so much Samantha! Youre amazing!

Christian did an awesome job on my haircut and style. He was professional and listened to my ideas and came up with a great plan to give me the style I’ve been trying to achieve. He also educated me on all hair products used and techniques. I bought the products because he was not pushy and my hair felt great with them being used. All staff was inviting and I felt very welcomed. Fantastic neighborhood salon.

Lori Malm is a ROCKSTAR hair styling aficionado. I could not be happier with the cut and color she gave me! Lori was my stylist for years but we moved further away from Cameo about 8 years ago. After many attempts to find someone half as good as her I can honestly admit there is no better. The attention to detail and knowledge she has cant be beat. My hair has changed since she saw me last (starting to gray and now on well water) but she managed to bring my hair texture back to how it looked 20 years ago when I first started going to her. She managed to keep my long hair long, but gave it a cut that created tons of volume and shape. The color is awesome too, my hubby and daughter both remarked how good it looked when I got home. My hair feels like 30 year old hair again, not 50!! thank you mam!! Ill see you in October !!!

I booked an appointment at Cameo for the first time the other day and saw Christian. He is amazing at what he does, super nice and made me feel comfortable right away. He pays incredible attention to detail. He helped me pick the perfect tones for the shade of dark blonde color that goes best with my skin tone and complimented the highlights I already had in my hair. He is very thorough and listens. I love my color and cut and recommend him 100%.

Unfortunate experience with a perm. The perm did not hold after following all directions. I called the salon back and informed them of my concerns, including sections not permed at all. They took my information and said they would call me back, but never did.

Terrible experience, I left the place crying. My mother purchased a gift card to me to get a conditioning treatment, pedicure, gel manicure, and my eyebrows waxed. Cameo is having a deal to get multiple things done for $129 and I was excited to de-stress and have a spa day. Nothing about my experience at Cameo was relaxing or enjoyable in any way. It started with a painful and sloppy gel manicure. She cut my finger while buffing my nails and my fingers were red and swollen by the time the manicure was finished. The pedicure turned out okay, but was very painful. She was not gentle in any way. My conditioning treatment wasnt relaxing like youd think, it felt like she was pulling my hair while she was washing it. Then, she waxed my eyebrows. This is the worst part! I asked her to keep them thick like they are naturally and just wax off the excess hairs. They are not very thin and extremely uneven. Also, while styling my hair I told her I liked to go with the natural curl of my hair because it looks poofy when it is brushed and blown out...so she blew it out and brushed it out! Awful experience. I called the manager hoping to get a partial refund, and I was told hed take care of it and call me back. I did not get a call back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Worst experience at a salon I have EVER had.

I wanted to dye my hair and Tianna skillfully handled my request. I was very particular about the color I wanted, so she pulled out a book which showed me all of my options. She patiently explained what each color/level would look like on my hair, and we agreed on the one that would come out closest to what I wanted. It turned out exactly like Id wanted. My stylist at Cameo is Christian. Every time I explain my desired hairstyle he is very attentive and gives me a realistic expectation of the process required to accomplish it. He is meticulous and efficient. His product recommendations always help maintain my new color and help me to recreate the style at home.I really love coming to see him for a quick shampoo and style from time to time since I have injuries that don’t allow me to do my own hair as often as I would like!I can’t say enough good things about him! Ive been getting my hair done at Cameo for the last few years and I couldnt not recommend them enough! My hair was in terrible shape at the time of my first visit and its almost unrecognizable now. It was a very pleasant experience. Atmosphere felt a bit chill but i did get a lets not conversate and just do your hair vibe. Other than that, everyone was very helpful and informative. If you do go, i recommend Dominic to you. He did excellent work and knew what he was doing and was impressively careful and precise.

Booked appointments for both me and my sister to get our hair done. I wanted Balayage and my sister just highlights. I have been trying to get my hair done for months. Made the appointments back in February and they rescheduled us two times! Our appointments were for tomorrow. I had to call and confirm, only to find out they can’t do it! Total disappointment. Don’t waste your time with this place!

I have been looking for the right stylist for quite some time as I have very thick hair and went short but no one seemed to be able to get the cut I wanted. Lori DID - she was Amazing!!! Porshe was wonderful with my hair wash, tour and scheduling my follow-up appointments.

Today I came in with a yellow/reddish hair color that I just had done in Texas 2 weeks ago. I asked Sasha to fix my hair color and make it more like platinum. She did such an amazing job that I wanted to cry! My hair looks so healthy and beautiful now. Thank you so very much. Wish I could fly in from Texas to get it done. I asked for a light trim which I don’t let anyone cut my hair ever! I let her do it.

Id give zero stars if I could. I didnt get the cut or color that I asked for when I came in. I cant believe it was SO expensive to look the opposite of what I wanted.

I have had good experience with the salon services before, however the last visit was not a good experience. I was overcharged for a bad hair cut, she took about 15 min. to cut my hair and charge me $60.00 for a $25.00 hair cut. my husband had to cut the ends to make then even. She gave me a so call hydration treatment for $25. 00 which she took about a minute to apply, it did not last for even one day! my hair looks dried again. Im very disappointed with the service, I did not get a $60.00 hair cut nor a $25.00 hair treatment.

I came here to get my hair done. I was going from a very white blonde to a brown. My stylist was Raquel and she is a very sweet knowledgeable girl. Everyone there at Cameo was very kind and professional. I couldnt of asked for a better experience and my hair looks wonderful. I will definitely be returning :)

Not impressed. First appointment for a consultation was misscheduled, day of appointment stylist seemed disinterested, and after appointment, I felt I was held hostage because they didn’t yet present the bill but took me oh a ten minute tour showing me all the products they sell up front that I should buy, from lotions, to candles, to makeup and hair products. The stylist would counter my reasons not to buy them and ignored that I now had my debit card in my hand until I asked to please be checked out. Felt awkward and uncomfortable and about a commission. Wasn’t even impressed with the cut.

Amazing staff!! I’ve been going here for years. Every stylist does a assessment. Making absolute certain that you get what you want and leave feeling like a million bucks!

HAIR: Michael is amazing. I have big, dark, long, thick, curly hair aka a nightmare. He handles it so well and makes me feel like a goddess when I leave.NAILS: Lisa does my mani/pedi & not only is she good at that (& eyebrows) but shes a blast to talk to.

They have not has a masseuse in months, although they advertise it online. I have a gift card to use for a massage ONLY! I do not need any other treatments, and cannot get a refund. They sold me a gift card under false pretenses and false advertisement. I have had to dispute the charge with my bank and filed a BBB case.

The salon is very clean and wecomeing. Everyone is very nice, its a relaxing environment. I have been going there for a while now and wouldnt go anywhere else.

This place is amazing! I was here back in 2016 to get my hair and make up done for my wedding and they were fantastic. Getting ready for my friends wedding this year and they were able to get me in for a last minute mani pedi and the girl was super awesome!!! Scheduled to get my hair done for an event. The first time I sat down I asked for a nice low bun with curls. After an hour of feeling my hair being put up then taken down, the stylist said he couldnt do it because my hair was too short. I completely understood that it couldnt be done, but that wasnt the thing that bothered me. The stylist called over another and asked what he should do. He seemed very inexpiereced. The thing that actually made me cry afterwards was the fact that they kept calling my hair extremely short over and over again and said they were sorry for how short it was. My hair is at shoulders length. They repeated it at least several times and it felt like I was being bullied and then they said they couldnt do it. They made me feel ashamed of my hair length for gods sake! They let another stylist do my hair which ended up looking very bad and I was extremely upset with this. I dont recommend here for getting your hair done and I will never go back. Big waste of time and money.

Im am new to the area and called Cameo to book a single process color & haircut. The girl who answered the phone was pleasant and ask who I was looking to book with. Since I was new to the salon, I didnt have a person in mind so she booked me with Lingy. What she didnt ask me was the type of hair & haircut that I have & my preference for stylist level (more on this later).When I arrived, Lingy gave me a tour of the salon and then sat me down to find out what I wanted to do. I wanted to match my current color and cut, although I wanted more of a wedge. She went to work on the color and then afterwards the cut. She explained that she prefers to do a dry cut with bobs/wedges. When she said that, I should have stopped her right then. But I didnt and I let her cut and style. When I walked out, it looked OK. Fast forward to the next morning when I was blowing drying & flat ironing my hair: I could believe how bad the cut was at the back near the nape . It was chopped! I had different cut levels, some as much as an inch different. It looked like my 6 year old cut it. There was no blending of the layers.I tried to live with it as I had a busy schedule of work & traveling but I finally called the salon to complain and ultimately cancel my next appointment with her. The person answering the phone was the owner. He listened to my complaint and then asked if they could have a second chance. I hesitated. He explained that Lingy was a level 1 stylist. Had I know this when I booked the appointment, I would have insisted a higher level stylist. And he also explained that bobs are hard to cut and Lingy may not have expertise for it. Again, had I been asked at booking, this could have been avoided. He told me that if I would give them a 2nd chance, that he would have a higher level stylist sit with me for a consultation. I finally agreed and he said he would need to call me back after looking at stylists schedules. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I havent heard back.Some of the other stylist maybe good but dont go to Lingy, especially if you have a bob. I gave them a 2nd chance to make amends and they didnt follow through. Wont be going back.

If I could do above 5 stars, I would! I called Cameo in a panic after a mixup with my appointment at another salon. When I called I was greeted by a pleasant voice who somehow worked a miracle and got me in for an appointment for a balayage and a cut moments later (time consuming work, last minute and at the end of their day). Upon arrival not even 45 minutes later, I was greeted and taken back right away. Melissa my stylist was AMAZING and went over everything in detail with me! She listened to what I wanted, provided her suggestions and explained every step! After being a little frantic about my mix up at the other salon she calmed me down and put me at ease that I was in good hands; which I was for sure! She even went over her pricing in great detail and asked what my maintenance beauty budget was rather than just packing on unnecessary treatments to create a larger bill. While processing a polite gentleman named Olav (who I later discovered was the owner) sat in the chair next to me to chat. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the service and ask if there was anything I needed. He then went above and beyond to give me a tour of the facility and explain all of the amazing services and products they had to offer. I felt like every person I encountered went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience; something I have never had at my other salons. Kayla (Melissa’s Associate) did an amazing job helping Melissa and gave the most amazing head massage and shampoo I have ever had. Overall my hair turned out Pinterest perfect and better than I could have ever imagined! I am in love with my new look they now have a new loyal customer! Even more exciting, they do nails and other services so I now have a one stop shop for all of my beauty services. My only complaint is that I didn’t find this amazing place sooner! You have to give Cameo a try! You won’t regret it!

I have very long hair and had not had a hair cut in about 5 years and she was awesome. She was very patient with me (I was nervous) and understading. I left feeling amazing and my hair maintained its length and looked glorious. I have had a trim as well to upkeep and she has been the best.I have also had the pleasure of having a super pampering faicial from Ms. Jill. She has 17 years of experience and you can certainly tell. I left feeling super relaxed, clean, and like a million bucks. This was worth it and I would recommend this service to anyone.

I was recommended to Cameo by my best friend who has her hair cut and colored by Lori, the owner. She knew how I was never satisfied with a hair cut and color, ever! Especially since it always costs so much. So I saw Lori for a blonde balayage and layered cut. I wasnt satisfied so I came back a second time and had some of the balayage redone to get my hair blonder as it still looked very brassy and not white blonde like I wanted. It seemed I had difficult hair and the color just wasnt lifting. She tried, but again I left ($400+ later) feeling like Im just never going to leave a salon feeling truly happy with my hair. About 6 months later, I scheduled another appt with Lori to get my hair redone, but she was booked 2 months in advance. So I got in the same week with Samantha, who I was told was previously Loris associate.Nervous about getting my hair done, as usual, and knowing that l have difficult to color, very thick hair I attempted to warn Sam about my hair. Ive been told by many, many stylists that I just need to use toner to get my hair blonder or that the color can never be lifted enough to get it the shade of blonde I want. (I had white blonde hair as a child and its gotten increasingly darker blonde over the years). However, Sam, (who also has blonde hair) listened, she colored, she cut, and MAGIC happened! She had the color lifted to the right shade of blonde in half the time and used products to keep my hair healthy. She cut my hair wet then cut some more when dry. She was like Edward scissor hands, cutting so quickly! In the end, I left the salon for the very first time in my entire life feeling 100% satisfied with my cut and color! She is definitely a very skilled stylist. Sam is your girl if you have or want blonde hair or if youre not really sure what you want, shell make magic happen, trust me!! Plus shes so nice, like all the staff there.My only complaint is that the salon is very expensive and they all try to push the products on you.... like most salons do. But if you find the right stylist for you, its worth it to feel beautifully transformed when you leave. Thank you, Samantha! Decided to go back after visiting some other salons over the years. Hung my Michael Kors purse on a hanger during the color process and when I went back to rinse placed in on the floor in a corner. Somehow color landed on it during the coloring process. It was an accident and although upset I wasnt mad at the stylists at the two stations. What did happen though was the owner made a comment that is why we use drapes or some such nonsense instead of actually making an apology (like it was my fault for some reason) and the purse is permanently stained. The color was way too dark, and the whole experience was just a mess. Called the stylist and he fixed it for free and was very sorry about the whole purse thing (he was at least a gentleman the the owner could take lessons).

Nobody does it like Cameosure you pay more but you absolutely get what you pay for! Very polite people and organized.

Lets just say my experience was interesting. I had acrylic nails put on for my wedding along with a french manicure on my toe nails. Not only was my tech recently divorced and could care less about my wedding, she also cut me not once but 2 or 3 times. Seriously?! I went on sitting there in a very uncomfortable manner while listening to the other 2 techs talk about how they are going to hang out a a nudist colony down the street...So after all of that fun I paid and when I returned home realized I was also overcharged. They did give me the money back that I was overcharged with, but seriously after all of the great google reviews I expected MUCH MORE. In addition, after the wedding the cheap polish they used yellowed my toe nails. I am a real customer and do not know how they have such amazing reviews because my experience was nothing like the others. Disappointed.
