Terrible place don’t go. I was talked into nails with no tip and 3 broke off within 3 days. I got a pedicure with shellac which was done by someone new who was being trained on how to remove the old shellac and how to clip my toenails. 140 dollars later my heels were very dry toenails uneven and hardly can see the color it’s so thin I can see through it. Will never use this place again. Complete waste of time and money!!!

My first time at this salon. I just did a basic pedicure since it was my first time. Kathy was my pedicurist and she was awesome. Very kind and did a magnificent job. I had difficulty sitting in the chair due to my disability and they took care to make sure I had no problems. Prices were very reasonable. I will definitely go back.

The service is incredible! Ive been going in for several months and the staff has gotten to know me and asks me questions about my job and my life. They always try to do what I ask them in regards to my nails and I always feel pampered and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place.

I have used their serviced for several years. Tried the Jelly Pedi for the first time FANTASTICWell worth the extra$$$.

Took 2.5 hours for a pedicure and manicure. I soaked my hands in acetone for 1 of those hours. After sitting at a nail station for 30 minutes I was put into a pedicure chair where I sat until my toes shriveled up and the water was cold. I received shellac and the top coat/clear polish was not put on top of one hand. I went here based on previous reviews but would not recommend nor will I be going back.

I went to get my feet and full set of nails. I’ve been there a few times. The place looks great BUT my nails look awful my feet look awful I paid 85.00 for poor service. I know they can do better. The guy that did my nails was in a hurry and the guy that did my pedicure didn’t look professional. IM SOOOO DISAPPOINTED have to take my service somewhere else.

The lady I go to out here in Plainview isnt coming in all the time so my daughter said lets go to this place thats where me and my friend go. Vicky did my nails and she did a beautiful job.

I have been coming here for over a year now and was very happy with the service until now. It became very hit and miss after they opened back up. That time nails, pedi and waxing were severly lacking. Today was the final straw. I made an appointment for nails and wax. David did a horrible job on my nails. They are crooked and thick and very square after i asked for rounded. I also had to use Neosporin on all the nicks around my cuticles. Then i was asked if i could come back for the wax since they had 5 pedicurea walk in. I will not go back.

David always does my nails when I go in, he is very polite and does a fantastic job. The atmosphere is very pleasant and they all recognize me even if I havent been in for a while, its nice to have a business remember you. They have reasonable prices on both their pedicure and manicure selections, along with lots of colors to choose from. I Highly recommend them.

They do excellent nails and David is the guy to go to plus everyone in there is good but David always does my nails because he just does but everyones good and they have really nice spray on art for $10 whatever you want Thats extra but its just a great place to go I like it

They had a rather poor selection of nail polishes when I went in and they lady that painted my nails was very rude and insulting about the job I had done painting my nails myself. She wouldnt stop talking about it and just let it go. Also the bathrooms are dirty and dont have soap.

I have been to this salon several times and its always been a great experience. This is the only place I will go to get my eyebrows done. Ive also had manicures and pedicures here and its always been really great.

Tried them out after a HORRIBLE experience at another nail salon down the street from them and I was greeted immediately and David did a fantastic job!!! I will continue to go because the service and energy in the salon was excellent!!!

It wasa great friendly andclsan place did my cousins moms and mine in a 1hour amd 30 mins and anyqhere else it takes 3 hours 45 mins for just my mom and i and that is like a 2 hour differnce

Ive been to this place before and had great service from one of the ladies here. However, I visited 4 days ago to get a gel manicure and a man helped me. The experience was unsatisfactory, start to finish. I had to ask him to make my nails even because several were completely different lengths. He didnt really trim my cuticles and the ones he did, he pulled so they actually bled. I had to ask him to try and fix some of the polish because it was all over my cuticles and fingers and since it was gel, he tried to cut the polish. They didnt look great when it was all said and done but I felt bad that o kept asking him to fix stuff. He also seemed to be more interested in his phone than doing my manicure. My polish has already started peeling, only 4 days after the service. I would go back here but only to see the ladies here.

They are the BEST and Im picky!! Vicki and Kim are my go to! Everyone in there has amazing customer service!! Its seriously amazing!!

Paid $28 to have my 5 year olds daughters nails painted. No manicure. No pedicure. Just painted fingers and toes with a Halloween design (polka dots, a ghost, and a jack-o lantern face). In less than 8 hours the polish began flaking off in sheet and chunks. Within 48 hours, there was no polish left at all. I brought her back and was told we will do her again, but no designs because its her fault and you have to wait because we dont do child. 😡Will never spend my money there again $28 is wayyyy to expensive for polish and design without getting a manicure or a pedicure, especially when the polish comes off in chunks.

I absolutely love the ladies that work here. Cathy does my nails and eyebrows. She does a great job everytime I go. All the services are great and I love there prices. I have not had one bad experience with them until just here lately and its only bc someone else did my nails polish is already pealing after one week and its chalac polish. Other than that there great. I highly recommend them, but I will stick with my usual nail tech Cathy.Great job Spa Nails!!

Horrible! My sister and I went there to have manicures and pedicures done. This was my sisters first time having either one done, so I was hoping this place would be great. Boy -- was I wrong! We walked in whenever they first opened and there was one man and one woman. The man instantly started talking about how pretty our feet were and asked if we wanted a pedicure. We didnt even get a chance to tell him what we wanted because he was just rambling at the mouth. Next thing we know ... my sister is stuck at the back of the room, getting a pedicure by the woman, while Im at the very front having a manicure done by the man. Understandable. I asked for black tips. He happily obliged. He quickly filed the tops of my fingernails and went to work (not clipping my real nails at all, which were fairly long). He would put the glue on the black tip and *then* size it to my finger. If it didnt fit -- he threw it back in the container and chose another one. I couldnt help but wonder how that dried glue could possibly ruin someone elses manicure later on -- but whatever. He apparently had 20 years experience ... so I figured he knew better than me. We finally got all the tips on and he asked what length I wanted. Short, I replied. He proceeded to cut them with scissors (which made them hurt like crazy the next day!). He cut them so short that my finger tip protruded past my nail. The nails were all different sizes. It was awful. He started putting on the acrylic waaaaaayyyy below the cuticle line. Long story short -- by the time he was done, my nails looked like they were done 2 weeks prior and already needed a refill and the black tips (which turned out to be navy blue whenever I got out into the sunlight) had white spots (filings) throughout because he never had me wash my hands, AND there were bubbles in the acrylic or clear nail polish or something. They looked terrible. He kept saying, I did wonderful job, yes? and Ahhh ... they look beautiful.. I was sent to sit next to my sister and my pedicure experience was about to begin, just as hers was ending. She was pleased with her pedicure and I felt relieved that wed at least get a decent pedicure experience -- cause the manicure sucked! My sister headed over to get her fingernails done by the guy while the woman started on my feet. I guess the woman was tired because she did a poor job. I asked for black tips (to match my fingernails) and I had black nail polish everywhere. There wasnt a natural line, so the tip was all jagged. I glanced over at my sister and saw that her face was no longer happy. Obviously, she was probably experiencing the same thing I did. The woman slabbed on a clear coat on my toe nails (not getting the entire nail, mind you), put on my shoes and sent me on my way. By that time, my sister was done -- and noticeably upset. Both the man and woman gave us their cards and wrote their names on the back. They told us 3 or 4 times to come back and tell our friends. We assume theyre hurting for business. Anyway ... couldnt get outta their fast enough. Spent $120 for an incredibly bad job and will not ever return. By the time we got out of there, my toes had touched each other and ruined the already bad paint job. My sister showed me her fingers and they looked almost as bad as mine (except she had a french manicure, so the white shavings didnt show up as well). We highly recommend that you DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!! Awful. :-(

Great place to relax

Not good, not good at all! I went in there to get my eyebrows and lips waxed. They cut my eyebrows too short and missed quite a few hairs. I spent weeks growing my eyebrows out because I had accidentally cut them and they chopped them off! I do not like this place.
