Vy gives the best pedicures!! I have been to her twice now and both times, I’ve been very happy with the entire experience. She is friendly & pleasant. She does quality work & applies the perfect pressure for the foot & leg massages. Everyone else in the salon is always friendly & professional. Highly recommend!!

Quick, friendly, professional. I wanted natural looking nails to protect my own nails from my work environment and Quin delivered exactly what I asked for.They are walk- in, first come first serve,.Prices are posted, and they do observe hand washing and masks, so you can visit in safety and just enjoy. I know Ill be back when i need a fill.

Heard amazing things about Quinn, cheated on my lady and went here and I wish I didnt! I made an appointment the day before but she completely rushed me to get to her next appointment, she cut me to where I bled and then put super glue on it. My nails were not shaped they were literally jagged and then she piled acrylic up under 4 of my nails and couldnt get it off AND THEN charged me full price $60. I called and complained trying to be courteous instead of making a scene and she rushed me off the phone and said come back with no appointment (when shes super super busy always) and she would fix it in a couple days it needs to grow out first. I understand people make mistakes but at least right your wrong and give a discount. Very ghetto place (and Im black) I do not recommend (I filed them at home in the pictures they were worse)

I went to this place because my cousin has always spoken so highly of the people that does her nails there, so I decided to give them a try. I liked how they did my nails the 1st time, so I went back for the 2nd time. Furthermore, a different girl did my nails and did a horrible job. I was totally dissatisfied and ask them if they could fix my nail and she said that they couldn’t, to come back Monday. I will be returning for them to fix my nail because my hard earned money paid them and afterward, I will never return to this place and throw my money in the trash again.

I went in an the servie was not great my nail broker not even a couple hours later and i went to get it fixed andd they wanted to charge me more when it didnt even last long. If i get a set or anything done i expect them to stay on the length of time that is estimated not getting charge extra cause your work doesnt last. .

I came here to get my nails removed. I was expecting to get my nails soaked in acetone or filed down. No, this lady tried to forcefully remove my nails even after telling her it hurt and she needs to soak them. She didn’t listen to me AT ALL. She went on literally popping the nails off. If I wanted my nails popped off, I could have done it myself at home. I paid $10 for PAIN!! I’m so annoyed. This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to in my life. You’ll end up leaving in pain if you come to this nail salon!!!

They were rude. Said we had to come back, no given time, tried to rush us out. Never coming back

So I decided to go to the nail salon to get all my fake nails properly removed since my middle nail broke. Since I was going to Walmart I decided to go to the nail salon closest to that Walmart. I was well received there by another nail technition which at the time was doing someone’s nails so she called another woman to take care of me. As soon as she arrived she takes a fake nail to remove my nail (she was pressing the fake into my shellac to removed it) which was hurting and ended up removing parts of the surface of my nail.Then she starts clipping the other ones in a really ruff manner even though I already told her that I wanna keep my natural nails and because of that she ended up cutting my natural nail.After that I asked her to use either the drilling machine to remove the color or the liquid liquid since the way she was doing was damaging my nails and hurting. And she starts getting more and more aggressive. And I asked her to be gentle. At the end I was paying for the service so I wanted to be well taken care of.And she replies to me, I cannot be gentle and with a kind attitude I asked her why, and she just tells me I can’t.I could have just have removed my nails at home but the main reason I went to the nail salon was because I didn’t want to damage my nail.Not only I got 2 Of my nail badly removed but I also got disappointed with the service I received.That was not the first time I go to that nail salon, the other times I was really well received but unfortunately this was my last time there... I was humiliated by that nail technician while I was just asking for a proper service.By the way this happened like 20min ago.

My first experience was ok. They didnt push back my cuticals liked I asked for so I needed a refill within 10 days... They ladies were nice though. I went in this past week for a f3ull and they barly grinded the old layer and they were wavey in the end...dnt think il go back. Was cheapest around but like they say you get what you pay for...this was 1 day ago...

Its ok. I use this place when Im in a hurry. Need to clean up and put plastic in the water before giving pedicures. They want you to pay $1.00 for the plastic, so I dont get my feet done there. I love the Tina too do my nails and she gets 5 Stars.

If you want a good job done, you have to pick Lee or the two young girls..I don’t recommend getting pedicures here, they do a horrible job on that..just spent 35 dollars and the way they polished my toes looks like my 4 year old did it..I stopped going here a year ago and nothing’s changed so I’ll make sure to stay away from there here on out..

Ive been going here for quite a while and always called for an appointment. A couple of times Quynh would be busy with other customers when it came time for my appointment. This last time she kept me waiting for 45 minutes while she did nails for a friend, when she knew I was on my lunch hour. I was understandably upset. When I called to make my next appointment she didnt have time to book me. So, unless you dont mind waiting while they take care of their friends during your appointment time, I would find somewhere else to get your nails done!

Quinn is amazing at Top Nails. The over all experience is always good.

The only reason i gave them a star is because they have good costumer service but for as the actual service i’ll pay $50 for my fullset and they are such bad quality that they last less than 3 days!!! i had two nails break in 3days and then most of them the 5th day of having them!

Never will I go to get my eyebrows done here... one eyebrow is thicker then the other and one is longer then the other!

Always have a good experience except this time I went Friday and omg my nails are so ugly they look like they are press ins! Smh is there any way to pop them off and re do them 😢😢😢

Made them too long and wrong shape but lots of cool colors like mood changing colors

They messed up my nails and I went back to get it fixed and made me still pay for their mistake and when they finished the nails were even worse than before. The nails were crooked, some are shorter than others, different shapes, and the lady that was doing my nails Hurt me multiple times, was not gentle at all, and cut my fingers by being so rough even gave me an attitude. I will never go back and I dont recommend that you go to this place.

Great nail salon there prices do change depending on your design so check and see how much it will cost before you sit down but overall the pricing is reasonable and your nails actually last.

Poor customer service, lousy job on my nails and they refused to fix it. The tool cut my nails and skin, the lady Lynn, was very rude. I am never coming back. I have never received such poor customer service.

Very unprofessional and rude we walked in they asked us what we needed we told them then we started looking for what we wanted I asked which samples were powder and which ones were shellac she flat out told me she didnt know and said that I had to look I was already looking but they were not labeled thats why I asked for help we just left because the vibe was off we will not be returning
