I really enjoyed this nail salon, but I came in for a regular manicure with polish. But after a little bit of pushing they convinced me to do shellac instead, which I was happy to pay for seeing as it was supposed to last longer without chipping, cracking, or peeling. But after just a few days it has cracked in multiple areas and peeled off. I don’t know if it was possibly incorrect application, but I was pretty disappointing because I paid 35$ for the shellac manicure instead of just 20$ for the regular manicure to end up with basically the same outcome. I will probably be back again because I did like the salon, but honestly just disappointed this time.

This is a poor excuse for business. I made an appointment for sculptured acrylics and was very specific about what I wanted. Made the appointment for 5pm, got there got told to sign in and then wasn’t spoken to again until 5:15pm when they asked what I wanted, I repeated myself and was told oh, I can’t do that and the girl that can is busy. “Please come back later.” WTH???? I live out of town, called ahead, was very specific about my service needed and then asked to come back???? Ummmmmm no.

Mani & pedi sucked. My toes were not cut or shaped didn’t get the massage that I always got on a regular & my nails on my design are all messy the guy who did them smeared the nail polish on design when putting cover coat & didn’t fix them just left them on both hands & pay is ridiculous higher then before rather have the old crew back when Nancy was here they did more better than this!

I moved to Lubbock for school and went here to get a full set and a pedicure. The man who worked on my nails what very friendly and gentle. Not once was he aggressive and he never hurt me. It is very nice inside and relaxing. Highly recommend this place if you want to just relax and get your nails done.

I have gone to this salon a couple of times and the service was great. However, it seems that management has started to lack as the workers are unprofessional towards their clients. My set took almost 2 hours when it usually takes 30 minutes as my nail tech would hop from person to person to do their nails. I was the first customer in there. My nail tech left me in my chair, alone, not informing me on what is going on. They also pressure clients into doing services they do not want. I never review places but this is rediculous. I do not recommend.

Instead of using acetone and foil + a buffer to remove my old set, she tore my old nails off by digging a plastic tip underneath them and it damaged my natural nails. It also hurt pretty badly. Didn’t shape or clean my natural nails before doing the new set. The nails were nice and long lasting but the experience was so bad.

The mani pedi is very nice but not so much on the eyebrow waxing.

I love this place to me this is the best place in Lubbock Texas to get nails done! The ladies here are so sweet and kind and thoughtful. They make sure that youre comfortable at all times their quality of work is superb. Hands down this is the only place I go to get my nails done

I love being at this salon. The technical is really friendly. They are under remodeling the shop and everything already look so pretty. I got my pedicure done by Tommy, he’s SUPER good. I would recommended him as your pedicure tech. I just love the way he massage my feet. It made me so relaxing. The new manager, Kai, is really nice too. He’s welcoming me warm smile. He help me choose what I want base on what my expectation. However, Jessica is the best best best. She has great experience and great skill. I got my nail done by her. She is so amazing and sweet. From now on, she will be my nail tech!!! I just love this place. I really recommended this place too y’all.

Love this place! The inside is very nice & Nancy did a great fill on my nails with a beautiful change in color from my nails that Jessica did 2 weeks ago! Perfect length & shape! Also got a pedi from Jenny & it was very relaxing and she did a great massage on my legs, her & her daughter where fun to talk to, I cant wait to see them again!

Even though I used to be a regular, the owners daughters husband was very rude! Told me I had to sit down as he “didn’t like” me standing as I watched my friend get her nails done and then said if I didn’t like it I should go somewhere else. Had to also wait before for an hour twice even though an appointment was made! After complaining about the service to him, he complained about wanting to use the coupon I earned from regularly going with my student ID! A good business man after I waiting for so long, getting horrible service and being a regular would have not complained about the extra 10% student discount at the least.

Lost my wallet but the best is that they let me pay with cash app. Thanks Nancy, 😊 🙏 😊

Best pedi, leg and foot massage ever

Nails are cute and done quick but they pop off one by one within a day of getting them done, just doing normal tasks like GETTING DRESSED 🙄. Had to go 3 days in a row for a nail fix beginning the day after they were done and they are STILL popping off. For $55 for a set and $40 for a fill, I expected a longer lasting set.

Theyre soo nice and they make sure Im doing alright! They would make conversation and learn more about you!

My girlfriends and I decided to come to this nail salon for the first time. Very unhappy with their services. I asked for coffin shape did not get the shape. They were very pushy about me getting the shellac. My other friend had advised the tech it’s not want she wanted when they started, and to not continue; to take them off and the tech refused to do so. We asked for refund or to take the nails off. Very rudely the tech clipped the tips off and threw half the money in my friends face. I would not recommend this nail salon at all 100%

Kai was very nice and gentle. He did an amazing job. He wasn’t rough and I didn’t leave with my nails feeling sore. He took the time to measure the extensions and didn’t leave them uneven. Will be going back soon!

This nail shop is HORRIBLE! Very very rude staff! There of us went in and non of us got what we wanted, we asked for them to take the nails off and start over and they did not want to do so, so they left the bad nails on and finished the job after being asked time and time again to take them off! We asked for a refund and they only wanted to give us some of the money back for the bad nail job after we asked them to take the nails off and they only cut the tip off and refused to give us the money back.

Josie has been doing my nails for years. I love her she is always so sweet and funny. The place is always clean and the drinks are awesome. The pedi stations are always clean as well and comfy as always. I love coming here.

Very pricey not the best service. My nails came out nice but was quoted one price and charged another and they cut me multiple tkmes even after i said it hurt. Also left my mom waiting for 20 minutes in the middle of doing her nails will not be returning can get better service at a cheaper price elsewhere

One thing that I love about this salon is their wide selection of nail polishes. They have a bout every color, which is amazing. The prices are pretty good for the quality of their service. I am super picky about who does my feet and I am so happy that I have continued to come here. They are very quiet, detail oriented and professional. I would definitely recommend this place. Their service is impeccable and the work by their nail techs is just as good. I love coming to this place because I know I am going to have a good experience no matter who I am with. After having the most painful pedicure of my life and the nail tech digging into my big toe with sharp cuticle cutters to the point I had to tell her it was hurting me, I not only got an ingrown toenail, but I also got a bad infection. This lead to getting a very painful partial nail removal AND an infection that won’t go away. I’ve been dealing with this since about the end of June, And my doctor says if we don’t get it under control I’ll have to go through the same painful procedure and start all over to try to get the infection out. NEVER GO HERE.Also, can you sue a nail salon for causing such pain and expensive procedures? Asking for a friend.

Service was great! The nail techs are extremely friendly and did a great job with my nails. The owner of the salon was very welcoming as well and made sure to double check my nails before I left. I also think the price for the services are very reasonable.

Best nails for the money! It was my first time visiting this salon and I know Ill be a regular. My nail tech listened to what I wanted and he was very detail oriented. I loved the cleanliness of the equipment and the salon itself. Everyone there was so friendly and they offered me a complimentary drink that was so yummy! There were kids who I saw waiting on parents who also got complimentary drinks and were comfortable waiting. My nails are beautiful and unlike the last salon I visited they dont need a filling after just one week. Im so grateful to have found such a beautiful and welcoming place that is affordable.

Jessica was friendly and professional. I set an appointment the day prior and arrived on time. She was waiting for my friend and I and greeted us when we arrived. We filled out paperwork and checkin on their kiosk. They require a mask and if you don’t have one they will sell you one for $1.

Popped off in 2 weeks they were crooked improperly cut poorly shaped.

Was greeted right when I walked in and I got the most amazing pedicure.Nancy was great and took her time taking care of my feet. I got a deluxe pedicure and it was to die for, the massage had me completely relaxed. I came in with a broken nail and Nancy was able to fix it and make it seem like it was never broken. She paid attention to the shape I wanted for my nails and made sure that they were all even. She even gave me a quick shoulder rub while my nails were drying which I greatly appreciated.Overall I loved this place and will deff be going back!I will 100% be back & refer my friends and family!!

Owner was quite nice. They had a student discount which is great (10%). I just wanted black gel nails. Thought they were fine until I left and took a closer look at them in the car. The nail tech didn’t cover my whole nails, it’s a little streaky and the tips of two of my nails are a mess. But for 26 (including tip) it’s not that bad. Just wish they were a little more detail oriented and cleaned up the client a little more before doing the gel nail polish. But I don’t think I will be coming back.

I dont like my pedicure, they didn’t do my cuticles right, still really dirty. They only massage my leg for like 1 minutes, didn’t massage much for me. Also, the worker argues infront of us, thats kinda rude. About my hands, they cut unevenly, one short one long, over all i dont like theirs services. The only 2 person that i like in this store is the onwer and her husband, they really know how to do service job, they treat customers well, the rest of them in their suck. I would try to come back but only if the owner or her husband willing to do it for me, if not i wont come back to this place again!!

They corrected a job done badly by Escape Nail Spa. They took me right away, were super friendly, & even covered over a smudge from the other salon free of charge. I love the job Josie did, & their prices are very reasonable. Nice relaxing atmosphere too. Definitely recommended & will be going back!

Cost $170 for two pedis and half way painted toes didnt clear skin away. The pedis should have been $130 total!The owner did nothing but sd it ur fault should have read rules! Never recommend or go back! Plus the owner was siitting on the couch picking her nose, didnt wash her hands and started doing nails on a lady that came in! Nasttttyyyy

Not bad for anything basic, great staff but the guy I got could practice more with the almond shape and polish painting. Eh on shape and super streaking on polish. No disrespect but I couldve done that part on my own which I later did. Wasnt overpriced for quality tho and he was very gentle with a cut I had on my thumb and nail. Tipped him well for great customer service. I saw a few others with well done manipedis by other staff=).

Today I went and got my nails done and boy did my nail tech Nacey come to deliver not only did she do the nails I wanted but baby she came too slayyy she did my nails better then what I wanted.
