My daughter and I have been going here ever since she was 3(she is 8 now). They are always careful and caring while working with her. Always a pleasant experience, and a great mother/daughter date!

Ive been here twice now and the second time I went with my husband. He had such an incredible experience the team here is so kind and so nice. They really want to make sure that you have a positive experience. We will be going back here every 4 to 6 weeks to get a pedicure together!

Went here for the first time today for a fill. Lucy did a beautiful job and my nails look terrific!!! This will be my goto from now on!!!

I personally prefer a good nail technician that can work quickly and efficiently and still make my nails look great. I dont have an hour every time I need a manicure, so I was thrilled when this place was able to finish both my daughters and my gel manicures in like 35 min! Prices are great, and I felt the staff was very pleasant. We WILL be back!!

This was my first time going to Red Nails after trying a few other salons and I will never go anywhere else again! They provided excellent service, our pedicures were amazing, this did my nails exactly how I asked. The staff was professional, funny, and overall great. They got us in right away.

The staff was nice for the most part, however, they got mad when my friend used a credit card and specifically asked her why she wasn’t paying with cash.. this seems very unprofessional to me. Whether we’re giving you a cash or credit tip, you should never ask your customer why they’re paying a certain way..

I come here every two weeks and I have one and off for 10+ years! The ladies are so friendly and helpful, they do a great job on my nails and feet. Everything about the establishment has been consistent for over a decade! Love coming here!

My girlfriend and I have been going here for a few months now and really like it. The employees are really friendly, lots of colors to chose from, and great pricing. We always ask for Gina and Lee because we’ve always been satisfied with them! Great place.

Hands down the best nails experience I’ve ever had! The lady that did my pedicure was so friendly and conversational. My nails looked amazing after too! I’d highly recommend!

I have never written a bad review before.... this is the second time by chance I received a pedicure from Tammy. She is rude and never asked what type of pedicure I wanted. Got up repeatedly to help other customers without saying a word. She slapped some polish on me and said all set and walked away. Sad because I used to love coming to this nail salon. I’d take my business elsewhere if I was you.

I have tried many different nail salons since I moved to Minnesota. I went into red nails one day because it was right next to where I was working at Walgreens at the time. I do not go elsewhere anymore. They do a wonderful job on my natural nails. I get a lot of compliments on my nails from techs and from people I run into. They know my name when I walk in and I dont have to tell them what I want with the exception of my color. I love their Milk and Honey pedicure it is so relaxing and my feet feel incredible for weeks after!!! I will never go elsewhere!!

Poor service. Everyone gives different information when it comes to prices. Staff lack ability in various styles. Oscar Nails is down the road, more friendly and better service.

My full set was poorly shaped and crooked. Not to mention how rough she was.

This place is awesome!!!

Even when I make an appointment I always get bumped back at least 15 minutes. I have learned to be vocal about what I prefer and even when I communicate this to the manicurist I still do not receive what I am requesting. Whether its gel or powder dip I always leave with thick, bubble like nails and am disappointed. I gave them a couple of chances, but got the same results. :(

I went there for the first time today. The place is nice and clean. The owners and staff were polite and nice. I noticed that they take their time with you and does the job right. I noticed how much time they took on a pedicure that someone else was getting. I stopped getting them because most places are done in less than half an hour nowadays. The nice man doing my nails was friendly and he also took the time out to make sure each nail was perfect. I will be going back. :)

This is the only place I will get my nails done. Super clean and everyone is so nice and takes their time with your nails. Also the luxury pedicure is amazing and not to pricey. I would give more stars if I could.

This is my new go to nail salon! Clean, spacious and the staff is lovely! Reasonably priced and very luxurious services.

I gave this place a try because of all the good reviews so I’m surprised about mine. The technician that I had was in a big hurry. It was right away in the morning. She scraped intensely at my nails and when I tried to say I’m concerned about damaging them and thining them out she just kept at it instead of waiting for the acetone to do it’s work on the existing gel. Within 15 minutes of leaving - I figured out that several of my nails didn’t cure. When I put my mittens on they were sticky and smeared and you could scratch them off. When I went back to have it fixed she acted like it was my fault and they give me the same person. I knew this manicure was not gonna last because she was just as ferociously rushed the second time around. So, sure enough, five days in, the gel is lifting on almost all the nails. I specifically said I really want to make sure that these cure because I have to travel and I have a wedding - I will not be able to come back in for two weeks.

Have been going here for years! Weddings, homecomings, proms, and now holiday party’s and vacations this is my go to nail salon! Workers are so great, very nice and make sure you like what you get :) Prices are very good for the quality and they are time efficient! Would highly recommend!

Great place

Nails didn’t even last a whole week. They were super thin one broke just by me lightly scratching my arm . I had to go back twice because the nail polish was peeling off my false “gel” nails & clearly the issue was the quality of the polish they used so I wanted a new color & they THOUGHT they were going to charge me for changing the color ...when it’s their poor quality polish that was peeling and bubbling up.

Its the best nail place Ive been to! I dont go anywhere else. They know what they are doing and make sure you always leave happy! Reasonable prices and great deals during the week and for students!

Love this place. Dont listen to the bad reviews. Ive been going here for years and they are honest, friendly and good at what they do. They have the most reasonable prices and so many gel colors! Cash only for tips. Theres a Starbucks a stones throw away, what more could you need?

Got foil gel nails and within less than 24 hours they all chipped. The salon fixed them and 48 hours 3 had chipped again. Wont even bother going back there to have them fixed.

Ive been coming here for years and they always do a good job with my gel fills. The luxury pedicure is fantastic and inexpensive. The ladies are very sweet who work here.

Got a gel mani and pedi. Excellent job. They lasted about a week and a half, almost two weeks. I got a lot of compliments as well.

Went there for the 1st time 3 weeks ago to get my nails done for my trip... they got me in right away, it was clean, they take their time to make sure it is done right, they ask questions to get to know you and it was reasonably priced. I will be back for sure!

My daughter had the new lady today (April 2019). She was VERY unprofessional and rude. On a personal call the entire time. Rolled her eyes when we brought to her attention she missed a spot. She didnt even greet her when she sat down. She should not work there because EVERYONE else is sooo friendly. I would recommend this place, just NOT her!

I love red nails so much it has such great service and they are so kind to all the girl my mom and I go there and I have never been to any other salon!! They have candy and free water and it is so clean and they have a wide collection of nail polish!

Had nails done and the sizes are diffrent she didnt push cuticles back she didnt get the color on my nail the shape is not right and the color chipped off with in 20 min of leaving very unsatisfied and I left her a good tip! Very unhappy

I have been coming to this salon for almost 10 years! All the staff are wonderful and friendly!

The technician kept taking to the other one while doing my pedicure at times not even looking at my toes. She didnt remove cuticle well and put the nail color right over it. It pilled off within couple days. When I brought up this concern, the owner just ignored it. Worse place ever, I am not going back!

Red Nails is the only place that my daughter and I will go to get our nails done! Tina and Ly are the best! Never any issues and always accommodating for appointments!

Horrible Service!!! None of them understand English but one person. Got my nails done there multiple times by multiple techs. All of them was terrible except Tina. I wouldnt recommend a dead dog to get service there. Definitely the worst I seen in my life. And I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I give them ZERO stars.

I took my two tween girls for mani-pedis for the first time today. It was just luck that we went to Red Nails. They were fabulous! We will definitely be back even though there are many nail salons closer to us. Both girls have asked if we can go again SOON. Thank you to the whole staff!

I waited 30 minutes in a pedicure chair waiting while they serviced others before bMe when I came in first. They told me no wait and I waited.Than they over charge me by at least 5.00 if not 10.00 for a pedicure when I tipped the lady cash and I think the man misunderstood the lady (8.00 tip)When confronted he said the sign is wrong and when I called about 5 minutes after I left he said 5.00 less than what I paid. Inconsistent. Its 10.00 less on the board.Never coming back learned my lesson.

My nail technician went out of her way to engage me in conversation. She rarely spoke Vietnamese to her coworkers and I felt like I was her priority.
