I went to Mailee after admiring a friend’s cut and color. She has been a customer for decades and I’m sure I will now be too. After an initial visit where I got a cut by Mailee that I loved, I returned when I finally was brave enough for my fist professional color. (I’m not young 😉) . I was very nervous and Mailee’s stylist Mimi was just as incredible. She color corrected my hair, conditioned, toned, and then highlighted it. I will never do it myself again. I love my new color that better suits my skin tone and will be easier to maintain than my own method.Mimi was great and I also felt In the care of Mailee who checked on me even while she was busy with other customers. I will be the mother of the bide in a few months and I feel confident that my hair will look good with Mailee and her staff!

First time coming to this Salon and everyone are nice. Mailee did a good job cutting my hair and Christine did a great job with my hair color and my pedicure. And the other lady did a good job with my manicure as well. Great customer service...

The place to go for a haircut. Ask for Tim. You cannot find anyone better except maybe Mailee who runs this.

I went to this barber shop asking for my bangs to trimmed slightly, and the sides and back of my head to be trimmed. They made my hair extremely short after I had said I wanted the length of the hair on the sides and back to be medium. When they trimmed my bangs the length was disproportionate. The right side of my bangs are extremely short in comparison to the rest and it looks abnormal. I also requested that my hair should be left alone at the top. They did not listen and cut that hair too. I do not recommend this place if you are a male looking for a haircut.

Capri Salon my Mailee provides excellent hair and nail services. Owner Mailee is a true professional who has been in the salon business for several decades. She is wonderful with color and hair styling. She and her staff are very professional and exceed expectations. Her salon is also immaculate. I am 100% comfortable in these COVID times in being safe in her salon as the space is constantly sanitized. It is absolutely spotless. All the staff follow COVID protocols with regard to mask wearing and distancing. I give this salon 5 stars!!

This was my first time visiting this salon. I was please that they were observing social distancing and wearing gloves and masks, this put me at ease. Mailee did my cut, style and shampoo, she was fabulous. She listened to what I was looking for and delivered exactly what I wanted. DO NOT GO TO ANNIE!!! Annie completely destroyed my hair. All she cares about is tips, and will force you to go to her. During my hair toning appointment a couple months ago, she came up to me and told me that I should tell the person who was doing my hair that I want annie and switch DURING MY APPOINTMENT. She has also called me on the phone multiple times and harassed me when she found out I was going to another worker for my nails or hair. She has told me to get up and leave the salon in the middle of my appointment and come back when she works there. On top of all that, her quality of work is horrible and especially with nails, she misses a chunk of your nail on the sides. Along with that, when I asked her for caramel highlights I got brassy orange chunks of hair. She also left a deep conditioner mask in my hair for an hour, and attended other clients, when another worker said it was only supposed to be left in for 20 minutes.

Annie did a horrible horrible job with my hair and nails. I will definitely not recommend her she is also very rude and pushy.Her lack of customer service really ruins my perspective on the salon would not be going here next time. Also they are not clean at all pay a little more and go somewhere else.

The service was great, location is also easy to access. Expedite service and not too crowded. Ask for Annie, she does both gender as well as kids hair cut/style. If you have a sensitive hair/head then ask for her.

This place has the worst customer service compared to all the salons ive ever been to. I went to Annie for highlights and she completely ruined my hair. On top of that she was extremely rude and did not use gloves!!

Worst experience ever. I went to this salon with such high expectations, I was very disappointed. I needed my hair done after quarantine and went to Annie. She didnt treat me well at all and attended other people when she should have been doing my hair. The salon isnt taking Covid precautions either.

I went here for the first time on Saturday and was with Tiffany. She did a great job! She took extra time to help me decide on my new hair style. It turned out better than I expected. Im now a new, sexier person. Thank you Tiffany!

When I came to this salon I asked the woman cutting my hair to get rid of all my dead ends. She said that she’d be taking off four inches and I told her that sounded good. When I originally went into the salon I had hair down to my lower back but by the time I left I didn’t even have enough to put into a pony tail. In all she probably cut off at least 8 inches. The cut itself was really nice, however they simply ignored what actually I asked for.

Clean place. Great service, with friendly employees. They are reasonably priced for all services: hair, nails, and waxing. The stylist, Mandy, has cut my hair multiple times and it has always ended up the way I wanted to be. The nail technicians do a wonderful job - they seem experienced with nail service.

Seriously the best experience ever: it’s the best bang for your buck. And they style, wash, and blow dry all for 45 and on top of that..... they have my hair in some serums .. they have the best customer service and just so knowledgeable I love them !!!!

Maile has been cutting my hair for 20 years. she is quick, good with color, reasonably priced and I have always been pleased. i get so many compliments on my cut and color. I cant imagine going to anyone else.

Annie did my nails at the salon when you first walk in you think “okay clean” but once you start walking to the back to get your nails done you see all the hair on the floors and the dust.Also, Annie did not wear her mask I was in shock the whole time also my nails looked like I just painted them and to me paying for something I could’ve done at home is crazy.The prices are low because the quality and the workers aren’t the best they are pushy and favor certain customers probably for the tips I get that but leaving a customer mid way to go do someone else hair is just rude to me . I won’t be going back I’ll pay $20 more and just go to Jo’s Nails in manassas.

Tried this place for the first time today. Excellent service by all 3 women. There prices were to good to pass up. Went in only to get my hair cut, but ended up leaving with a haircut, conditioned, dryed and a pedicure. Will be going back next weekend for highlights. And then on to get my nails and hair done. Highly reccomend

Brought my 7 year old son for a hair cut here. I will not take him back for another hair cut. they really dont know how to cut boys hair.

If I could rate them any lower than 1 star, I would.My friend and I went in for a mani-pedi after purchasing a great living social voucher. Very hopeful, we made an appointment days ahead of time, and we arrived on time, if not a few early. Upon entering, we made them aware of our appointment, and they directed us to sit down and wait. Fine- no biggie. After waiting for nearly 30-minutes past our appointment time, they escorted us over to two chairs where they had prepared obligatory foot-baths for us, filled with not-even-lukewarm water. Fine- no biggie. My patience was still slightly in tact. We sat there for another 15-20 minutes, no contact made from any single employee... Invisible??A lady finally came over to do my feet, she set out her tools, took out my foot and dried it... Yay? Not really. She stopped everything she was doing when two women walked in (maybe friends/regulars/family), and proceeded to immediately set up pedi chairs for said customers. Meanwhile, my pruned foot sits... And sits... And sits. Breaking point was when she actually sat down to do one of the new customers feet, totally abandoning the terrible job she had already started with me. My friend and I stood up to walk out and not one employee there tried to stop us. Not one person asked where we were going, or why (as if they didnt know). I made sure to let them know that I would be writing reviews on every channel I could, and I plan on honoring that.It would be one thing if my friend and I had been bad customers, or if we had been rude in some way. While it would totally have been justified, we didnt say anything to them throughout this frustrating process. We gave them the benefit of doubt on several occasions and hung on as long as we could.The way we were neglected is completely and totally unacceptable and should speak VOLUMES about how they conduct business. As I told them on my way out... You all lost our business. And I will add this here: I suggest you rethink how you operate and how you treat your guests... Especially your new ones. We felt not only disregarded, but we felt we were discriminated against, as made evident by their eagerness to leave us to our cold foot-baths for the women that JUST walked in, of the same heritage.Best chairs I have been in though- got a great massage for free. Still, would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, and will never return.
