Love This Place Really Beautiful, peaceful great staff !!! But the only thing its the pool is closed🙄 when its going to be open? Just that need for be Perfect!🙂

Living here the past 3 months has a been a night mare. Frome the black mold issue to the month long leaking fridge and dont even get me started on my ac being out for over a month now. But hey they dont care as long as you give them rent money. And at that they make it very difficult to pay. No online or even a drop box. Its basically hit or miss with the new manager there, I think here name is Jill. The people saying its good are more then likely effen lying.So if your thinking about checking out,DONT!!! Youve been WARNED!! For pictures and video just ask.

Its not a luxury apartment complex, but value for the money, its pretty good. The front staff are always eager to answer questions and try and solve issues.FYI The pictures on the google review arent of Riverstone, with the exception of the last one. (as of 04/22/2021)

Management and maintenance were very unprofessional reported dameges in bathroom due to moister with black mold and mushrooms growing out of the panel behind toilet that were never fixed, the maintenance man walked in without knocking while my wife was getting out of the shower very unplesent felling for my wife and that was the final straw, with all the issues and health concerns for my children I decided to moved out, they never fixed the reported issues so the new management did that I caused the damegs behind the wall of the bathroom and the mositer also affected the counter top of the vanaity do not rent from this complex its always under new management

I have been here since December, and I must say that I love it here. The staff is so friendly, and they show that they really do care. they do a no cook night once a month for us, sometimes pizza, tacos, or donuts in the mornings. I like that they take the extra time to think about us as residents not just people. Definitely a place to look into when apartment hunting.

The worst apartments Ive ever live in point blank. Maintenance doesnt know anything about anything the office has been closed for 2 weeks now they let literally anyone love here and the amenities they offer are not available about 50% of the time... they should have to pay your to live there is how crappy this complex is.

Live here for 4 months, our apartment didnt have lights or ceiling fans, our apartment flooded with black sewage 4 times, maintenance didnt help clean up or offer to help in any kind of way, they always have new management, not a safe place for kids due to flooding. Our 3 year old got sick because the water.

A good place to start off. They recently renovated the apartments. It seems secure and peaceful. One bathroom doesnt work. Cant flush it actually. The swimming pool seems to be just for a decoration.

We went two summers without an A/C. When paying as much as we did, we were hoping to be treated better and taken care of. Very hurt over how we were treated.

New management took over in Jan 2015. The new team is outstanding. The office and maintenance staff have addressed any need or concern immediately. I love living here!

I have lived here more than a year, it is very quiet here. Neighbors are very friendly there us always someone to talk to. The staff is friendly. Pets are allowed. There is a swimming pool. Close to shooping mall, and most of the restaurants .Everything is really great about it here.

I moved in October 2016, the management has been very helpful and understanding. The Rent is a reasonable rate. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

Me and my boys stayed here thru the management change and it was like night and day. The new staff is always friendly and helpful every time we call about something. We love it here!

Honestly, these apartments dont truly deserve a star whatsoever, but I had to. First, these apartments look nice, and the staff seems pretty lovely and welcoming to rope you in, but the apartments are going to hell, and the team is only money-hungry individuals that will treat you poorly no matter what. Secondly, if you call the office and request them to fix broken things that they are supposed to, they will not come or decide to fix it six weeks after the fact. They only fix things to have them break even worse when it happens again. Thirdly, the cost of the apartments is not worth having noisy neighbors, smelling drug paraphernalia all the time, having the staff mistreat you for no reason at all, and never being notified when the apartments receive a package for you. Please, Please, PLEASE look somewhere else and save yourself the trouble!

Reasonable price for the location. Management changed after 9 months there. Maintenance takes FOREVER and doesnt always complete the task they say they will. $250 pet deposit is nonrefundable. The pool wasnt open for about 3/4 of the Summer. Plus, there is no exit outside for the exhaust from the dryer to go, so it steams up the bathroom, shower and kids bathroom (its Jack and Jill style). Due to the great amount of moisture, black mold is all over the ceilings and walls of these rooms. The office has been notified many times.

This is an awful place. My daughter and son-in-law lived here. They had tons of problems with the apartment and it would take forever for them to fix things. They had a water leak when it rained a lot one year. The ceiling formed a large bubble. They repaired it by stapling it?! The air conditioner was broke most of the summer and my daughter was pregnant! DONT RECOMMEND!

Stayed here for a summer in the small 1 bedroom. It wasnt the nicest place ever but it was good for the price. The pool was awesome though! Parking was ok. the back lot was pretty cramped. The managers were polite and when I was looking for places they went above and beyond to help me. Jessica was especially funny. There were bugs but they sprayed every 2 weeks with no charge through Gafford. I would recommend this place if you want a good place but dont want to break the bank.

Ill second bryars experience. They would delete our maintenance emails or say they came but never did. Maintenance caught our apartment on fire the one time they did show up then left the mess behind for us to clean up. Multiple issues of flooding and maintenance when they did respond would take days to come look at the problem and never fix it. Everything is in poor shape, trash everywhere, including drug related items. The laundry room never had working machines to the point we had to do our laundry off-site. We would receive our water bill, (which was inflated because they never fixed the leak) sometimes days after it was supposed to be due. No one was ever in the office and when we did get in contact with someone they would make a bunch of hollow promises about how they would fix everything but when we would check in they would accuse us of lying and that they never talked to us. Lights didnt work in the main buildings for the first few months we lived there and our dishwasher flooded the first time we used it. We had to wait six months for the replacement and they just dumped the old washer right outside the front door and never through it out. They charge for pest control and never spray. They also charge for trash but the dumpsters are usually overflowing. Its just a horrible place to live. We moved to Savannah oaks and its been so much better

These are BY FAR the worst apartments anyone could rent at! The staff in the leasing office is so unprofessional. The property manger being the WORST one! She allowed her maintence man to argue and cuss at a tenant. These apartments are notorious for not changing carpets. I moved in and didn’t realize until after living there a few months that there was dog hair in my carpet and NOTE I DID NOT HAVE A PET. i told the property manager and she did NOTHING ABOUT IT, told me she didn’t know it was dog hair cause she’s not a “scienctist”. After living there a couple months we had a ceiling leak & it DID NOT GET RESOLVED. My AC leaked, the restroom tub also leaked. There was loose water everywhere in this apartment. The property manager picks and chooses what she wants to fix and what she doesn’t. The leasing office hours are NEVER FOLLOWED, they would close early or not even open for the day. I brought all these to corporate and the only good thing that came from it was being let out of my lease 2 months early. If you do decide to move in here, just expect to be disappointed ALOT. Vanessa DOES NOT care about her residents and does not deserve to even manage a property. The floor plans are so nice, it’s a shame it’s ruine by poor management. I also have videos and pictures to back up ALL my allegations.DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

It was OK. The patio was full of debris from the previous tenants for about 2 months. When they finally came to clean it, they just thru it over the balcony. The door failed to open and close so we werent able to go out on the patio for about 3 months into the lease. When they came and fixed it bees nest had form outside the door and we couldnt go out there for the rest of our lease without dealing with the bees. I was stung 3 times. The roof sucked when it rained. It would leak thru my room and my sons closet would leak even worse. When I told maintenance they came and just poked holes in the roof. They came and tried to fix the roof later and sprayed paint all over my clothes, shoes, and bed set. The toilet never fully flushed. The water heater ran out of water after 5 minutes. The dish sink had hard water that stained dishes. The walls are thin and you can hear anybody walking in and out of the complex. We cleaned everything nicely and left a couple trash bags lined up only to loose my deposit and be sent a bill for 400 for cleaning fees. The best thing about these apts was the day we moved out.

Dont rent from here. They are terrible. Apartment is falling apart. Takes weeks to fix anything. Dog/bird poop everywhere. Had a horrible experience and will not recommend.

We were shown a renovated apartment but were given one that was not renovated. It was a major shock moving in when we realized that there were no lights in the main room or any of the bedrooms and had to go spend tons of money on lamps. The previous tenants left the apartment unclean. They hadnt cleaned the shower in months and the thickness of soapscum I had to remove proved it and was appalling. The complex obviously did not check out the apartment before we moved in. It was very apparent that they painted over dated wallpaper in a hurry in the bathrooms and kitchen due to the fact that they failed to paint BEHIND the toilet. Yep, the original wallpaper was floral. With holes in the ceiling and walls, mold growing in the shower and kitchen upon move-in, cheap carpeting and floors, and poor service when problems arise (one toilet has not functioned well since we moved in despite having a repairman come out several times and a dishwasher that has been broken for at least a month and leaking through the main hallway downstairs for longer) I highly DO NOT recommend this place. Initially the space, price, and good control over bug issues made the apartment appealing, but the poor condition of the place and the worse service we receive have made living here an awful experience. Leasing here is not worth it.

A friend of mine lived there and as I was walking to my car a young man walked up to me and robbed me, in front of a police car ... he robbed me for my money, keys and car ..... not a safe area at all
