I’ve used Greg’s several times for our 2002 Sequoia. We use it to tow our boat and it is our 3rd vehicle. It often needs a little love. Greg’s is always professional and they are the most honest and knowledgeable business I’ve worked with in the Cincinnati area. I don’t normally leave reviews but when someone goes out of their way to help and you don’t feel taken as advantage of, it is worth the effort. I can’t thank them enough. I never walk away wondering, “Is that true?” when they explain the issue. I highly recommend them.

I’ve used Gregory Auto for years on both my Prius and Honda Odyssey. Without a doubt, their prices are usually half of the average mechanic shop. They are super friendly and honest 100% of the time. I took our odyssey in to replace the brake pads and rotors once (because another mechanic told me I needed to). They called me later that day and said they had 30% life left and to bring it back in 6 months - and didn’t charge me anything! Same when I took a vehicle there I was thinking of purchasing used. They inspected it, let me know it had been wrecked, and didn’t charge me for their inspection because I wasn’t going to buy that car.Quality work and amazing people. I’ve since moved 30 minutes away from here but still take my vehicles here for anything larger than an oil change.

It is refreshing to be have an honest and trusting mechanic. Doesnt try to get you to do things that you really dont need. I had an issue with my car wheels from the lovely pot holes in Cincy. He wasnt able to fix my specific issue, but he pointed me in the right direction and made sure I was well taken care of. I wouldnt want to take my car to anyone else.

This is the first time Ive used Gregory and they didnt disappoint. They were recommended by several of my neighbors. I had a front axle replaced for a very reasonable price. The people were all friendly and didnt try to push any unneeded repairs. I will definitely be using them again.

Gregory auto is always fantastic. They changed my brakes and within two months a part failed. They called the parts store and replaced both brakes again in addition to something else they thought might have caused the problem. Service is always fantastic.

I have been a customer at Gregory’s for over a decade and can say without any doubt they are the best, most honest mechanics in southwest Ohio. They have saved me tons of money over the years and are quick and professional. In the past I had only dealt with Robin at the front and the two brothers in the shop. All three of them are just fantastic.

I have been going there since I got married 7 years ago (My wife and her family have been going at least twice as long). Great service--and even better honest. We have taken things in to get checked out and had them tell us what was worth fixing, what was not worth fixing, and what should get fixed in the future--just not now.
