I brought my 2006 Toyota Sequoia in because of what I believed to be front end bearing noise. At first they didn’t notice the noise, but later agreed the bearings needed replacement. While attempting to remove and replace the bearings they seized up. The shop, without contacting me first acquired the knuckle and bearings from a junkyard and replaced them indicating they were good to go. They indicated that there was front end noise that remained coming from the transfer case. I had a second shop provide an opinion as to the noise and they agreed the transfer case needed replacement. This was done; however, after it was replaced I was told that the junk yard bearings put in the car by T & T were noisy and needed replacement. I had already purchased the bearings for T & T to install, but they decided the used parts were fine even though I already had brand new bearings and they had the vehicle disassembled and could have just installed them while they were already in there. I certainly wish I would have been consulted about the junk yard parts and the new bearings before being told the vehicle was ready to be picked up.UPDATE:Following my review, T & T reached out, explained the situation and agreed to assist with the additional cost of installing the bearings. It was much appreciated and I believe that while this was an unfortunate situation they went above and beyond to help me out and make it right. Thanks again.

I just cant believe this keeps happening... So, I called T&T 2 weeks ago and spoke with a very nice guy, whom found me a tire (apparently I had to buy a truck with crazy rare tires) and priced it for me at $240 with installation, which is a good price for that tire. I was not financially prepared for such an expensive tire, so I had to wait a couple of weeks. Today I called them again, to make sure they could still get the tire, and this rude guy started questioning my decision and priced it at $270 installed. I really dont understand how they can treat people willing to trust them and spend our hard earned money on such a company. Do your research before trusting anyones prices, specifically if you happen to be a woman! Just a bit of news to the rude guy, I happen to know a lot about vehicles, so I didnt fall for it. So sad...

Went to Walmart at 8am tried to get tires and the employee was the rudest most nasty person i have EVER had to deal with at that place....left in a huff and thought about T&T, they helped fix a flat once and I told them I would be back. Met Brett who was so professional and courteous, he was MORE than happy to get grandma two new tires!! We had to wait a few hours for them to order and I think it was a little more expensive than Walmart but clearly you CAN put a price on your piece of mind.I would recommend T&T to anyone who wants the pros to step in....

In 20 minutes they patched the hole the screw I drove over caused and took out a plug I had in the tire already and patched that too for free. Im used to plugging tires out of convenience but I wont be going that route anymore. Great tire shop, check these guys out for tires and tire problems.

T & T has the most wonderful, helpful employees I have ever met. A year ago, when I was a new driver, I got a flat tire slipping on ice in Greeley and had my car towed to T & T - as this was a longer drive, my insurance covered all but 5$ worth of this tow. I didn’t have any cash on me when it came time to pay my tow truck driver the extra 5$, and one of the employees generously paid this fee for me. Not only this, but the other workers exhibited respect and friendliness to me seeing that I was visibly upset and went out of their way to help make my day a little better. All thanks to T & T, I went to work on time and in decent spirits that evening.

Been going to T&T for years, fantastic service, friendly staff, honest answers/solutions. Extremely happy every time we visit. They do get busy and wait times can be long but thats because they are awesome and its worth it.

We needed tires and several repairs and all was done very well for us in part of a day. They diagnosed and fixed a problem that another repair shop said was okay even though we brought it to their attention. Its always nice to find an honest shop you can trust as this. So, not only a great place for tires but car repairs as well.They have a comfortable waiting area if you need to stay awhile, too.

I have been to T&T in Loveland twice in the past month because my tires have been testing my patience. :) The first time I went in I was greeted by Brian and automatically felt welcome and comfortable because of his friendly presence! I was extremely satisfied with T&T’s business. Today, I happened to have another flat and it was no question where I would go to have it fixed. Again, Brian was GREAT! The entire team that I worked with was fantastic. My tire was fixed quickly and I have such a sense of trust in the service provided. I would give this business and team more than 5 stars if it were an option. I highly recommend that everyone go to T&T for their tire needs! :)

If I could give them 30,000 stars I would. One for every dollar they saved me. I had the oil changed and coolant topped at the Jiffy Lube on Timberline and immediately started having problems. My Land Rover was overheating and I was told I needed a new engine, $20k for the engine and $10k for the additional parts and labor. Well luckily, my boyfriend knew Reed at T&T and said that we needed to tow my car there. Reed fixed my car for less than $500. The guys at Jiffy Lube used the wrong coolant and oil in my car. My cars factory warranty expired 12/31/20 and insurance wasnt going to cover it because it was mechanical. I was about to be stuck with a barely 5 year old Land Rover LR4 HSE that was worthless but still have the car loan to pay every month. You have no idea what a relief it was to hear it was fixed. Next stop, the dealership to buy an extended warranty. Thank you, Reed! Bring all your cars, especially Land Rovers, to T&T. You wont regret it.

Went to Firestone to get a tire patched, they couldn’t work me in “until the end of the day” and demanded that I leave my truck with them for 6+ hours (for a 15 minute job) rather than let me schedule an appointment and come back. Very strange.So I went across town to T&T where my family has gone for years...they treated me like family from the moment I walked in, and salesman Brian Haag told me he could get me in to get my tire patched right away. He took my truck in immediately and had it out in 15 minutes with a patched-up tire filled to 40 PSI...perfect. And it only cost $20! Brian was exceptionally friendly and helpful; that’s the kind of quality service that’s so hard to find in the world anymore. These guys are cut from a different cloth, I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

I like to support small local shops so went to T&T for a total of 8 new tires but after leaving I noticed their tech set one of the tire pressures to 115psi! Luckily I noticed before I had a blow out and lowered the pressure. I returned about 30min later and asked to speak to a manager. The manager tried to tell me that this gross overpressure was perfectly fine for the tire. I attempted to explain to him that I did not feel safe driving around with that tire to which he could care less. The manager literally turned his back and walked away from me like a child while I was mid sentence. After, I called the tire manufacturer who confirmed that the tire is no longer safe for use. If you value the safety of yourself, your loved ones and others on the road, stay far away from this tire shop. This manager is the kind of guy who will sell blinker fluid to an elderly widowed woman and smile while doing it. Disgraceful.

Called to see if they had the tires that I wanted. The did not. However had them by 1pm the same day. By the time I arrived the tires were on my pickup. I was back on the road within 35 minutes. Great service.

They really helped me out this morning. I blew a tire bringing my kids to school, I went in to see if they had a used tire. They fortunately did have 2 used ones with great tread on them still. They gave me a great price on them and had it fixed and made sure there were no leaks in it before I left, so I would not have any issues once I got back to my car and got it on. Best experience Ive ever had at a tire place. I was getting four tires but on my vehicle, and I have an older vehicle, so they had to order the tires in. The tires came in the next morning, I showed up after work without an appointment and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thats for four full size tires and a full size spare in 15 minutes. Customer service was excellent; I wont go anywhere else for my tires.

This is one of the last few places that still has their small town charm. Top notch service in the front and back. Excellent communication. Easy to get into their parking lot. I do not have any reason to take my vehicles elsewhere!

Overpriced service. Wanted $120 to mount and balance 4 tires and kept bringing up that I didnt buy my tires from there. Of the 5 places Ive called today, this place is the most expensive and the least friendly. I am writing this review for others to learn from and to remind myself to stay away from this place. That is NOT how you go about gaining new business.

They said they would fix my car for 100 dollar then when I took my car in the price was 400.0. Needless to say I took it to a different mechanic.

We’ve been coming here since they were in Windsor. It’s a longer drive now that they moved to Loveland, but worth it. Always super friendly, and good prices.

Randy, the manager, specifically is awesome and has been extremely tolerant of all my questions. He gives good advice and is just one of those people thats easy to get along with and trustworthy. We came to T & T yesterday morning having gone to 2 big box stores first. We should have gone to T & T BEFORE the chain stores. Brian was so nice, funny and helpful. Just went and had 35” mud terrain mounted with front and back spacers. The staff was so friendly and professional and the service was quick. Good service and fast. I was there to replace a tire purchased there a few weeks ago that blew out on me. They fixed the problem and were very professional. They even had coffee, hooray, and snacks for while you waited, like popcorn and ice cream. I think i even saw a kids activity table but dont quote me on that as i was far more concerned with the coffee than much else at that point in the morning.

We wouldnt go anywhere else. Wonderful service and prices. Highly recommend.

Great service, honest employees. Customers are treated like locals. Service prices are on the high side, but tire prices seem competitive. The service and atmosphere, care for clients, and apparent quality of work is worth the slightly higher service prices to me. Better experience than the oil and lube chains.

Ive been here for both a quick patch and for a whole new set of tires. I asked them to recommend a tire that would perform well in deep mud and still be comfortable on long road trips (which I thought was a pretty unreasonable expectation) but boy did they deliver, and fast, for a very good price, and with road hazard and free regular tire rotation included. Excellent service both times Ive been there.

This business understands the meaning of the word customer service. I had a flat tire in town and my new car does not have a spare tire kit. The tire fix a flat kit it came with was useless in this case. When I realized I didnt even have the equipment to remove the tire, T and T tires sent someone over to remove the tire for me (at no charge) so that it could be replaced and saving me the expense and wait of having to tow the car to their store. In addition to that, they gave me the option not only of buying new tires, but using some almost new tires someone had exchanged. They were great tires w/ good tread that matched my other tires and saved me significant money. Though they probably didnt make much profit off of their services and time today, they have gained a customer for life. They greeted most customers that came in that morning by name and really had a home-town feel to the business. They were courteous, professional, fast and went above and beyond for me. When it is time for me to replace my tires, I will definitely return here and will recommend my husband return with his work trucks! They made a bad day a little brighter.

My dash board low tire pressure indicator came on last night and the passenger side front tire looked low. Tried topping the tire pressure off at four different coin operated air pumps without success. Because of the stellar Google reviews at T & T, I was first in line this morning. Randy Parker said no problem and had the pressure checked and reset the tire pressure indicator all under five minutes and at no charge. Thanks Randy for the super customer service. You won me over brother.

I use to love this place, they always were so friend and kind. Today I brought my car in because my tire blew last night, and y front driver may have a nail in it. They called me back explain all my tires should be replaced and they can do it for $500 or so, with a $40 off for a meet Christmas gift or what not. Unfortunately with Christmas here in a few days I couldnt afford it so I asked for just two and I was told I can still use the $40 off. So I said whatever... got off the phone with Ben.. then went and spoke with my sister who use them a for all four tires for a lot cheaper than I was offered. So I called back and spoke with Ben and he explained why, but then told me I couldnt even use the $40 off on only two tires I needed to get all four... so my stress level jumped. Told him to not do anything to my car until I call back, because I wanted to call around.. I just ending up leaving work to pick my car up because I found a place that would sale me good tires for a lot less. I got all four for $250. Thats a deal! Theyre even are pretty good tires!When I showed up to pick up my car the male at the front desk was nothing but rude! He told me the tires were already on my car, and I had to wait so thy can take them off! They did everything I asked them not to! So at this point Im pissed. Im being treated with so much disrespect. The price of what they wanted to charge me was fine, I just couldnt afford it at this time, so I decided to go somewhere else no issue.. until they had to walk all over me and talk to me like am Some kind of stupid women.. so I will never return to this place EVER AGAIN.All they had to do was follow directions.. I would have been fine... if they did that..Its just sad because my friends, and family use this shop, and a personal friend of my knows the owner, and she was shocked about what has happened...I recommend any tire place, but this one.. what happened to the customer service I because to know and love...?

I have used T & T Tire for several years for tires and oil changes. They are very prompt and competitive on pricing. They have a very helpful and friendly staff. It does take a day or two to get in for oil changes as they keep pretty busy but you get free tire rotation with the purchase of tires.

The customer service was warm. & friendly, the atmosphere was awesome (who doesnt love free ice cream?) and I was in & out with no issues. My new choice for all things tire related!

Went in for a free brake inspection due to squeaking brakes. With more than 50,000 miles on my truck, figured it was time to have them replaced. They checked them out and said there was plenty of life on them and sent me away with no charge. Could have easily lied to me and told me they were due to be replaced. Thats great home town service. Have bought three sets of tires from them and will continue to use them in the future.

Weve been getting our tires from T&T for many years and could not be happier. I really appreciate the quality of their service. Fair, honest, friendly and efficient, these gentleman are the best in town when it comes to the shoes on your vehicle Ive had issues with flats, bead leaks (from a bad rim) and manufacture defects and T&T has gotten them all fixed fast with no problems later down the road. They also have been great when it comes to the odd things like tractor and 4wheeler tires. I highly recommend T&T.
