I have always had a good experience using Signature Nails. Now its call Bella Nails. Angel is the best!

Angle is a professional and does an excellent job on my nails. She is also very skilled and fast in providing you with the most beautiful nails relaxing pedicure. I always enjoy my visit at Signature/Belle Nails.

I had my nails done (dip) today and I just have to say that I am so very pleased with my result. The young man that was my technician was most attentive, pleasant and totally focused on attention to detail. I could tell he really wanted to make sure I was happy. He transformed poorly done acrylic nails that I had received at another salon and made them look wonderful. Thanks!

I really like it here. They usually have at least 1 person available to do walk ins.They do dip and acrylics for nails. They are very clean. They do pedicures as well.They offer water and other beverages if you ask for them.

My nails are to long and disfigured.. the first thing I asked for they couldn’t do and when I found a alternative of matte black they waited till the final coat of polish to tell me they couldn’t do matte and I could either leave my nails roughed up or use shiny coat(even after I clearly stated befor my nails were started that I wanted matte). This is the third time I have Walked out of that place unhappy and with horribly shaped nails.The salon manager messaged me a day later and offered to fix my nails or refund my money they have good customer service and I appreciate them getting back with me in a timely manner.

Nice establishment, quality of service very poor. While getting a pedicure I notice that the worker was trying to get other customers to upgrade their services they sound worst than a car salesmans, even worst the lady was getting regular polish and the worker was trying to talk her into getting gel polish which cost more clearly the lady kept telling her next time but she wouldnt stop until the lady said yes I felt so sorry for her. My first and last visit.

Great experience! Got my nails done there and it didn’t take too long to get them done, while it took them long to start, I still loved my nails in the end!

I have never left a bad review but after my experience here, I felt it was needed.I decided to try a new nail place and I was extremely disappointed.I went in and before I could even pick a color I was rushed to a chair. I looked past it and thought the best, that they didn’t want me to wait.So, I sat down and soaked my feet for maybe 2-3 minutes before I was told to take them out. They took my previous nail polish off and scrubbed my feet, but that was it other than painting them. I paid $30 for that.After that, my nails. I told the lady who was doing my nails that I wanted them shorter so she cut them down. After she had finished cutting them, I noticed that some nails were so short they hurt, while others had barely been trimmed.For the color, it seemed to get worse. I decided to do a light pink in the dip. She did 2 very thin coats of the dip on each nail and as I looked at it, it seemed a little thin but I just thought it was because of the light color. So, the clear coat was put on top but I noticed that you could still see the nail tip underneath. I looked over, the lady who was sitting next to me got the same color as well but her nails looked like they had plenty of layers due to the fact that you couldn’t see her nail tips. I paid $35 for that. Again, I let it all go.Lastly, I got home. In less than 2 days the polish on one of my nails had cracked. Which I knew was not normal because I get them done often and they usually last up to 4 weeks without any cracks or chipping. In less than one week almost every single nail had cracked polish or polish that was gone. Please note: I hadn’t done anything out of the ordinary of what I usually do.I also went with another friend who’s nail polish did the exact same thing mine did in the same amount of time.I might as well have thrown $75 down the drain. My toe nail polish was all but gone in that time and my nails were too.I would hate for anyone to waste their money and time on a lack of customer service and poor quality.

My boss recommended Signature nails since she has always had great luck there so I gave it a try. The first experience I had the lady doing my SNS just seemed rushed and it was okay. I gave it another try and got Chris to do them the next time, he took plenty of time and made sure that they were done correctly. I will continue to go back to Signature Nails so long as Chris is available.

I’ve been a loyal patron of this nail salon for some years now n I love it the people are always nice n put up with my picky self lol.

Ive been coming here for years and Im always satisfied.I get dip nails. There are tons of colors to choose from and the prices are reasonable.Kevin is wonderful!

Took my mom for birthday pedicure. They were very friendly and did an awesome job! The massage was endless...worth every penny!

Subpar work for the money. This was my 1st visit to the salon. Called and made an appointment (12pm) for a new set of pink & white nails. After waiting for an hour past my appt time, I was finally seen. They started my soak at 15 minutes til 1pm, Actual work took 45 - 50 minutes, however the nail tech missed several areas on some of my nails and didnt file to shape on others. Now I have Tammy Taylor dark pink powder that dosent cover my full nail which looks like its lifting, and several nails missing sections of white powder. Not worth $55.. I wont be returning.

Every time I call for an appointment they are very nice and professional. I always have Jennifer do SNS on my nails and she does an awesome job. Fast and friendly.

Got the dip polish and fake nails on my fingernails, they look amazing. Got the deluxe pedi and my legs feel amazing and my toes are painted so evenly and look good.

The spa hosted 3 clients, that had an upset toddler for the ENTIRE HOUR, of my treatment, crying endlessly. One that kept her cell phone on, that was a dog barking ringtone, that continued to go off. The next one sat on her phone griping to her caller. Not only did they have disrespectful clients, which they may not be able to control, but it shows the environment you would be subjected too. I sat elbow to elbow with clients. There was no room. And my technician ran the drimmel on my skin twice, in which when I pulled my hand back and told her that was my finger, she stared at me, without an apology even. Needless to say, I will not go back. It was chaotic, and not clean. I stared at dirty containers of the nail powders. I left feeling aggravated after dropping 50.00.

14 year old daughter loves the manicures and eye brow wax is far more reasonable than spa

Had worst experience.Went last month and had basic manicure and pedicure done. I did not notice any difference before and after . the cuticle were stlll there and dead skin on my feet was stll there and when asked they said I should go for the deluxe . They charge almost 40 bucks and you expect good results .

Once again, worst experience ever. My wife and daughter went to this establishment for a mommy daughter nail date. They ran out of the shellac color for my wifes nails and made an alternative suggestion (dip) that would cost the same amount. They were supposed to put regular nail polish on my daughter but instead put shellac. My daughters nails look terrible and she has paint on her fingers too. The staff here do not listen and are rude. When my wife went to pay, they charged more for the dip, and my wife discovered they put shellac on my daughters nails. The staff refused to honor the initial offered price. Then, all of a sudden they had difficulty communicating in english; while they initially seemed perfectly fluent. Long story short. We were ripped off. Please, find another nail salon to go to, this one offers awful service and has rude inconsiderate staff. STAY AWAY!

Terrible service. Did not greet me at door. The tech Emily attempted to do SNS on my nails but obviously needs more training. She asked if I wanted a manicure but had already started dipping my nails in the SNS powder. Then she put my hands in hot water AFTER already putting on the SNS. After I started giving her instructions so I could save my nails, she rushed me out of her chair AND asked me to pay before she was done. I think she knew she did a horrible job. I didnt see anyone else paying before they were done. Because Im a black woman maybe? Its possible. Smh. Will never go here again.

Very disappointed wont make that mistake twice

Sadly, we did not have a good experience at Signature. We went in with a bridal party with reservations made a week and a half in advance. When we arrived, the entire place was full, we werent greeted in the way a bridal party should be greeted. It was almost hostile, like we were a pain. We had to wait for a bit for pedicure chairs and even when we got started, one of the bridesmaids had to wait longer for another open pedicure chair. Once we got chairs, we still sat there for about 20 minutes, we were afraid our feet would prune. But the pedicures were great (once they started) the last bridesmaid (whos never had a pedi) hers was super rushed since she had to wait a lot longer. When it came to the manicures it all went downhill. Two of the girls had a good experience but the rest of us did not. I normally get my nails done at a different place and when I sat down, my tech bashed the person who usually does my nails, which is extremely unprofessional. In the end, all of my nails on totally uneven and the worst manicure Ive ever had. The mother of the bride had a similar problem, her tech was very rude and again, her mani results were sub par. Another bridesmaid was told by her tech that she couldnt wash her hair or her polish would come off! WHAT?? But the BRIDE had the worst experience. For one, not one of us ever felt welcomed or pampered, and the gentleman who did the brides nails did an awful job and had a bad attitude. The bride had been growing out her nails and the first thing he did was cut them down to an extremely short length! Like really short! She got a gel polish and on all of her nails, the color does not go all the way down on the sides. So now for her wedding she has super short nails with partially polished nails… fantastic! I have been to many nail salons and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Sadly the bride was very upset. We chose to go to Signature for the high ratings and the lower cost for those in group on a budget. But after we left, we called the rest of the bridesmaids who were not able to come but had an appointment for the next day, to schedule elsewhere. My hope is that it was just a bad day but with multiple nail techs involved, it sadly seem like this is not the case.
