My whole family LOVES spa nails! 3 generations of us come, my grandma, my aunt and my family as well as my brother and myself. We have been going here for 15 years and they never disappoint! I go to school in Lexington and after trying nail salons there, it’s worth it to come home for the weekend and see Jenny to get my nails done! She is seriously the best and you can’t beat the price.

I will never go anywhere else. Jenny is great I love SPA NAILS, and they made my seven year old feel more special than any other place we have gone. The employees are 5star, experience 5star, cleanliness 5star and prices are fair. Go check out my girl Jenny if you havent already she is the best.

I got a dip manicure on may 30th...it was not filed down smooth. The cuticles were not done.The first nail cracked in a week. 3 more nails cracked less than 2 weeks from when I got the manicure done.Now 2 weeks to the date....I came in to have them remove it before damage gets done to my nails...the woman tried to justify that there are issues with the powder and she will make it thicker next time. The issue was that it was too thick already.And then, they charged me $10 to remove it when they didnt do the job right in the first place. ☹️I will not be back to this one.

I have been going to this salon for years, and they still amaze me every visit. They make your nails (and feet) look flawless, And Jenny does my eyebrows better than anyone I’ve eve gone to (including Z salon.) They greet you with a smile and treat you like family. They are extremely clean, professional, and have great prices. I have recently moved about 30 mins away from this location, and I gladly pass about 10 other salons to get to my favorite salon, Spa Nails. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit, you will not be sorry!P.S. I always go in there with an intricate Pinterest design for my nails and they execute the look flawlessly.

If you dont have your own professional, who you know Everytime you will receive a service at a 150 percent, their very best than switch immediately. No matter who does your nails here its always a good job. I have been going here for almost a year. Everyone is polite and gives you just what you want. If you dont see what you want they will order it for you for sure.

It was my first time here. I came in when there were only 2 other customers there getting a pedicure. I felt rushed to select a color. Wanted a white tip but the guy looked perplexed about doing a dip manicure with a thin white tip so I said nevermind. I showed them a picture of a nude nail with a bit of chunky sparkle. He thought that meant fine glitter. So I said nevermind.Finally the manicure began and he went straight to polish. No trimming of the cuticle, no pushing back of the cuticles... I felt like he was more interested in getting me out of there. A turn and burn experience.

My mom and I have gone here for years and are never disappointed! Theyre all very nice and they do a great job whenever weve gone to see them.

I honestly don’t know how anyone could rate this place any better than a 1 Star. So confused... this place gave me a toe nail infection and it was just an all around bad experience!

Was the quickest gel manicure I’ve ever Paid for, but not in a good way. Basically just polished my nails, didn’t do anything to my cuticles so looks like nails are grown out and done 2 weeks ago, even though they were just done.Also, I asked for an accent sparkle nail for New Years, but tech said no,that won’t look good, I’ll just do 1 color, and was pretty rude about it. Was obvious he was just rushing through. I was going to get pedicure also, but decided against it after manicure and they didn’t seem interested in business.

They are excellent at dip! They will tailor your nails to your preferences- thick, thin, designs, etc.

I went in to get a manicure because it had been a while since i had one done. Will never return to this place. The guy that did my nails rushed through it and when i asked if he could buff out my Nails because they are mis shappen from bitting them. He told me no because it would hurt. Didn’t even try to buff them out. I got a clear top coat and whatever he used turned my nails yellow. Lost my business

I don’t know what it is about Jenny’s skills; but, every, single time that Jenny has done my nails, I’ve received multiple compliments from strangers — even when my nails were growing out! Jenny & crew are amazing. I have never seen anyone smoking outside the premises. They are professional, reasonably priced and do an excellent job. Open 7 days a week and late during the week so I can go after work. I drive past 4 other places to go here. Well worth it.

The owners, Jenny and Daniel, have run this salon since the shopping center was first developed. They always remember their customers, even if its been years since youve been in. I always leave with great looking nails and feel like Ive paid a fair price.

Manicure was fine, except price doubled at check out. Pick a color didnt include caution that some choices were gels and extra.Pedicure was NOT worth time or money. The technician worked on three customers at once (plus kids and arrivals) so 7 minutes of personal attention was stretched out to an hour of indifference.

I live in southern Indiana and drive the extra miles to have my nails and toes done at Spa Nails. They are always very friendly and do a wonderful job. I have NEVER had a bad or unpleasant visit and my nails look amazing when I leave. Best place in Louisville to get pampered!

Horrible experience. Very unprofessional place. Workers standing right outside front door smoking while door was open so the place smelled like an ashtray. Rude and overpriced for the quality. Tools also looked as though theyre not clean or sanitized for that matter. First and last time for me. I do NOT recommend anyone waste their time or money at this place. I cant believe its still opened. It made me give a star but believe me if my choice they wouldnt have gotten any!

Im only giving it 1 star because Google Maps forces me to in order to leave a rating. I went here because my normal nail salon is closed on Sundays and I was over having red on my nails. I got the dip done, huge mistake. Not only is there red STILL on my nails that you can visibly see through my newly dipped nails, its also ALL OVER MY SKIN! Theres fuzzies stuck on my nails and theyre uneven as well. Lets not forget that theyre also see through too.

Technicians did a rushed job, were very rude, they do not offer many color choices, and they don’t use soap in the foot spa for all pedicures. I wish I could insert pictures. Signature Nails and Spa does a better quality job with less hassel and better atmosphere.
