Dalton came out to investigate why my AC had went out the night before and diagnosed it very quickly. He had my AC kicking in no time. Unfortunately it was time to replace my entire unit including the outdoor side of it so he called in Zach. Zach came out the same day and we scheduled everything to be replaced within 4 days. Bailey, mike, and Sam all showed up on time and worked all day getting everything ready and installed. They asked how I wanted certain lines to be ran and did everything the right way and exactly how I wanted it done. Very respectful, they asked every time they were going to drill a hole or move something around to make sure I was ok with it and made sure everything was to my liking before they left. 10/10 would recommend and will 100% be going with this company again in the future as they also installed my garage door motor and keypad previously.

I had water leaking from basement bathroom. It was repaired quickly. The long-term result is yet to be determined but I hope I can post a follow-up review several months from now and say I had no further problems.

This morning and heard a loud bang in the garage and found the spring on the garage door had snapped. Absolute was the fourth call I made to try to get a same day repair. The young lady who took my call was very understanding and said she could have someone out between 10 and 12p—this was a little after 9am. Jeff called about 20 minutes later to day he was on his way and pulled into the driveway at 10am. He completed his inspection and gave me three repair options—I appreciated that I didn’t get a high pressure pitch for the most expensive option. He completed the repair in about an hour and the door is working again. I was treated with courtesy and respect am pleased so far.

Cody was punctual and professional. Cody was highly intelligent in his field. He is also a warrior. I witnessed him fight off and army of ants and spiders to locate and correct the issue with my Ac unit. He was brave an intelligent. As the ants were crawling all over him he continued to work diligently and quickly. This man had my ac working in less than an hour. A true hero. The torsion spring on my garage door broke the previous night. I called Absolute Overhead Door the next morning shortly after 8:00 am. The service tech, Darion, arrived around 9:00 am, and completed the repairs in about an hour and a half. This included a complete inspection of the door and components to ensure nothing else was needed. Darion was extremely nice and professional. The door works better than it has in years. Thanks!

We were having issues with gaps around our garage door and water leaking in. Dwayne Hatfield arrived on time and was able to provide a thorough assessment quickly. He also noticed a missing bolt and bad bearings in the roller in our golf cart garage door. After fixing trim and replacing the rollers, our garage is much quieter and we no longer have water leaking inside. Dwayne was friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to answer our questions. He provided quality work and left the area clean when he was finished. He even came out a second time to address questions/concerns we had. Paul installed a bathroom vanity. He had to go out to get a faucet that will fit. The one I have was not the right side. Paul came back with a better faucet than the one I purchase. He was very polite and understanding. Him and his co worker did a great job!

Rusty and his assistant were punctual enough and preformed the work in a timely manner and so far it looks and works well. The price was just a major rip off.$2000 for two faucets installs.They let me pick out a faucet I liked from Lowes and they would go pick it up. I chose a ~$50 faucet. They billed me $350 for each faucet.The labor was billed at $600 pet faucet. They had them both done in less than an hour. I cant recommend this company based on value. I will be shopping else where in the future.

I have dealt with many contractors and service companies over my66 years, but this one ranks near the top (ESPECIALLY for Louisville). In the past these guys replaced a broken spring on the garage door to my house. They did a great job. Today I had them give me an estimate to install 2 garage door openers on the doors to my shop. I was pleased with the estimate and after discussing things with my wife tonight, I will most likely have them come do the job within 2 weeks.

On 7-14-21 Absolute Service sent out a group of gentlemen, (Charlie, Mike, Ahmad, & Sam,) to replace our air conditioner and furnace. The men all started off introducing themselves to us. Danny McCann from Absolute Services was genuinely interested in my project - running new gas-line to my stove area as well as my dryer - I am a strong believer in gas appliances - they heat and work better than their electrical counterparts. When Danny gave me my estimate he took placement of the gas lines into consideration as well as answering all my questions. The day of service he showed up with his helper, do not recall his name, but he was a nice young man. They went over the install process explaining how they would install my new service lines. They were very specific and flexible about where I wanted my lines exactly. They were able to name off typical size appliances since this is a remodel without existing appliances. Danny and his helper, got right to work, respected my home, kept a clean work area, as well as being respectful of my time. Upon completion they showed me the work, answered all my questions, and made the end of transaction feel like I was part of a strong family that had my back. Their pricing is fair and is based upon actually looking and talking to people - as opposed to others who quote random numbers without even seeing the home. Absolute Services has had my business before on a garage door rebuild, GREAT WORK - and they got my business based upon how they handled that, how Danny treated me, and the great work and fair pricing they offered. Outstanding experience from start to finish. The salesman who gave us a quote was thorough, answered all my questions, and spent time as the week went on answering follow up questions after I’d gotten a few other quotes. They had the best value of product offering, price, warranty, and fast install date. We plan to use them for other HVAC, plumbing, and garage door work in the future. Other companies actually told me they couldn’t come close to their quote but said they did excellent work. After Service Experts Charlie Turkowski and Ahmad Barakawi arrived as scheduled I showed them where the outside AC unit was located, the hallway thermostat, basement furnace, restroom, and outside deck refrigerator for cold water if needed. After that 15 minute briefing I got out of their way. Charlie and Ahmad worked very well as a team performing the tasks of removing and installing a complete new Central Heating & Air System in a professional manner. Once the job was complete, both Charlie and Ahmad insured all debris was picked up and work areas were left spotless both inside and out. Should the need arise again in the future, Ill again use Absolute Services.

What a AWESOME Company & Team ! The entire team that we had was outstanding, honest and HARD WORKING. Zach, Justin, Charlie, Ahmad, Salim and Cameron. Zach helped recommend the right systems for our house. We needed to replace our furnace, a/c, humidifier, air cleaner and decided to add a air scrubber. I strongly recommend the Air scrubber! During the install they advised us on how dirty the ducts are and we okd them to clean the ducts. They had the cleaner arrive on site very quickly. The team arrived first thing in the AM and worked straight through until the job was finished at 9 pm. They didnt even take lunch or stop for dinner. Zach even came by to make sure we are happy with the project. The prices are Very competitive and the knowledge of the team is what makes an expensive needed upgrade a positive experience! The AC tech, Jon, was early, very nice, and really knew his stuff. He repaired my AC quickly and gave me an estimate before doing the work. He saved me a lot of money. Another company said they would have to replace the whole unit, and he was able to repair it.

First off the lady I spoke with to setup the appointment was outstanding on the phone. The guy that came to check out my system was more interested in fixing a problem instead of just saying it needs replaced. I had another company out the day before and he jumped right into, it needs replaced. Its a new system but it isnt their brand so he said it was junk. The guy from absolute said it probably was a simple fix so they are sending a tech to check.it for sure. They are great people to work with and they are friendly. I highly recommend them..

We were having problems with the AC freezing up. I called Absolute Tuesday afternoon they sent someone out to diagnose Wednesday and had the problem fixed Thursday before lunch. I really appreciate the professionalism of Dalton and Kyle and how fast the problem was fixed. (Especially when the temperature is creeping into the 90s.)

Absolute Services has definitely been one of the best contractors I have had the good fortune to hire in recent years. We purchased a new-to-us home that had very ancient mechanicals (two 43 year old HVAC systems, and a 23 year old water heater). We knew we would be replacing them all and installing a water softener soon after closing. I called Absolute and they sent someone within the hour to give us an estimate. I had already done some HVAC research and we called them specifically because we wanted Amana Heat Pumps and they were an authorized dealer with great reviews.John Fighera arrived and took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted, and look at what we had. His recommendations were thoughtfully considered, and he explained more about the features that I wanted and reaffirmed that what I thought I wanted was the correct choice for the size and layout of our home. He did not try to pressure us into selecting anything beyond what we needed or wanted, but did explain their 8 year service membership that could be included in the installation cost. Which I did purchase because their 8 year price was close to what I had paid for just 3 years of annual HVAC service for my last home. John even provided the model numbers of the units that would be arriving so we could look closer at the specifications ourselves before deciding. The price for everything was almost exactly what we had expected, and the next day we scheduled the installations.Three days later, and right on time, Charlie Turkowski and Salem arrived to install the Amana units, and Javon Davis arrived to install the water heater. The installations took the entire day, since all the old systems had to be removed and the location reconfigured to fit the new size units, but there were no issues. The guys were great. Polite, professional, and they took excellent care not to scuff floors, ding walls, or any of the other mishaps that often occur with this type of work. They wore masks, took the time to explain all the new system workings, cleaned up, and made sure everything was working as expected before leaving. Javon even installed the water heater with the necessary pipe hookups for our new water softener so all we have to do is connect it ourselves. Charlie and Salem installed our new Ecobee thermostats instead of the default Amana thermostats, so we would not have to do it ourselves later.Everything about the big installation day went better than expected and Im very happy. We will definitely be working with Absolute Services again in the near future when we install a ductless system in our outbuilding.Highly recommend.

Dennis Wheeler was very good in explaining the issue with our AC and got it fixed. He was very professional and honest. Will definitely use Absolute again for other services.

Fred and Thad came out in less than 20 hours of call, they were polite, informative, educative of how my garage door works, and very efficient and effective of their work. I will use Absolute again if I have need because of these two men.

Our AC has been out for a week and the first guy bolted on us. But Absolute Services went above and beyond to get us a new AC unit. I cannot thank them enough. They were on time, very professional and very patient and very nice, friendly people. They really made my whole day. And there are some people that I would love to thank. James McArter, Cierra Phillips, Rebecca, Service Experct Ahmad Barakawi who went into my attic that was 120 degrees, almost had a heat stroke. I made sure he drank lots of water then gave him cool paper towels. He is a saint. Id also like to thank Mike. You fixed the outside unit and you were a saint too. Garrett, thank you for upcoding my electricity and Sam and Bailey who love my dog Hector and my cat Halle. Halle was a little shy, but she warmed up to them. Thank you so much for putting in a new unit. You guys were God sent. I wish I could give you more than five stars. Maybe Ill cook you some food and bring it to you guys! At least I can do that to show you how much I appreciate you.

Overall they are good with customer service and completing what they say they will. I had Charlie and Ahmed do the installation of a new furnace and duct work and they were awesome. It was raining one day and they took their foot covers off when they went outside and put them back on when they came inside so my house stayed as clean as possible. Very professional and would recommend.
