This team is amazing. We had service a few years ago and should not have needed service yet, but they came out and diagnosed the issue in short order. They were professional and gave us lots of useful information. This team addressed a problem that a previous company we had hired left behind. When I called I did not think someone would respond because it was a holiday. But some did call me and was able to get them out to my home the very next day. The septic inspector for our new house told us the septic lid he dug up needed to be replaced and put on a riser, as well as getting pumped. So we called Neuse River Septic to come over and take a look. Well, before he even got here, Joe told us his suspicion that there was a second chamber/lid somewhere, based on when the house was built, and adjusted his estimate based on that. Sure enough, when he came here he was able to locate and dig up the second chamber of the septic tank in no time, which the inspector apparently wasnt able to do (or just didnt care). Joe was extremely professional and did a great job explaining everything he was doing and why.
